Pierre's TT

After a 13-hour international flight, I could not have asked for a more invigorating arrival than my evening at Pierre’s TT. As soon as I arrived, it felt as though the entire team had been awaiting my arrival. The hostess greeted me warmly and personally, setting the tone for a night that would be both elevated and deeply welcoming. I was seated at a table with a view overlooking the Creek, framed by fountain performances and occasional fireworks, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional. I was attended by five staff members throughout the night, including the general manager, each one knowledgeable, poised, and deeply familiar with the ingredients and techniques behind every plate. Their attentiveness never felt rehearsed but only genuine and effortlessly polished. My meal began with king crab and razor clams à la Nantaise, elegantly paired with a leek fondue that added subtle depth and richness. The second course, blue lobster in frothy licorice butter, was wonderful and delicately balanced with baby carrots and vanilla-scented parsnips, and plated with a visual restraint that allowed the ingredients to shine. I didn’t leave much for the dish washer! Pierre’s TT delivered a first-night-in-the-city experience that set an impossibly high bar. I walked out restored, excited, and utterly inspired.

Really great experience. Food was amazing. Portions are not as small as one would think for such a high-end restaurant. Festival City has great views, but awkward location that's a bit out of the way if you're coming in from other parts of Dubai (downtown or the Marina area). Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there.

What an incredible restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were welcome so kindly by the hostess, the server was very knowledgeable and his description of the menu was top! We had difficulties choosing from the menu, as everything sounded amazing. The server was very attentive on the timing between courses. At the end the chef came to our table, which was a wonderful touch. Will be back for sure as they change the menu according to the season. I wish i had captured all dishes.

Our dining experience at Pierre’s TT Dubai was exceptional! Noel and Nabil provided outstanding service, guiding us from appetizers to dessert with expert recommendations and a personal touch. Despite being a fine dining restaurant, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming rather than overly formal. Every dish was perfectly curated, and the additional sides were a great complement. Highly recommend for an unforgettable dining experience!

During our stay in Intercontinental we was a lovely dinner experience at Pierre's. The food was exquisite and the staff were very warm and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the squid rings in black garlic sauce in particular and the apple tart dessert was indeed an indulgent showstopper. We were so grateful for supervisor Sunil's kindness and the two macarons given to us at the end of our meal to enjoy in our room for later. We look forward to coming back for lunch once again during the remainder of our stay.

We had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Pierre’s TT! The food, wine, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond, making sure we had a delicious dinner and memorable evening! Highly recommended! A real gem in Dubai, with a world-class kitchen and front of house, well worth the visit.

Perfection! No other words to describe this amazing restaurant. Ive been to at least 15 Michelin starred restaurants and this is definitely better than the majority of them. The staff are amazing, the food is perfect and the atmosphere and location(i love that its not downtown) is the perfect spot for this once in a lifetime menu:). Ok, prices are high (or normal for this level of cuisine) but that is definitely reflected in the quality of the produce and service. I am definitely coming again and its definitely worth being pampered here:) So far, my favourite restaurant in Dubai. Nothing but admiration 🙏🏽❤️

Pierre TT is an absolute must-visit restaurant! The calm and romantic ambiance creates the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, with a special mention to Sunil, our waiter. He was exceptional—well-trained, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to our preferences. Sunil expertly guided us in choosing the best dishes and added a cheerful touch to our evening. I celebrated my birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The food? Chef’s kiss! Everything was of top-notch quality. The truffle pasta, steak, and tartare were all phenomenal. And let’s not forget the dessert—it was the perfect sweet ending to a perfect night. This restaurant gets an 11/10 from me. Thank you to the restaurant manager for giving us a souvenir!
