Piggy's Jerk Centre

Delicious jerk chicken, not too spicy… it has some kick but isn’t uncomfortable. We had fried plantain and festivals as side, which were both tasty but festivals were our favourite.

Jerk chicken with festival which is like Spanish churros. Deep fried dough. Choice of white or dark meat. 800 Jamaican Dollars. Take it next door to the bar order a Red Stripe and a rum chaser. Sit and watch the guys playing dominos with reggae pumping in the background. Unforgettable. Thanks Jamaica.

Great food, great price. You can sit by the water and enjoy it.

I used to enjoy jerk chicken for here. Now it not so good to me. Maybe it was just a bad day but my chicken was so underseasoned it hat no taste 😭😭😭😭😭😭. I used to be such good chicken. As i said maybe it was just a bad day. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Been going to this place from about 2007. I make a stop everything I visit Portland. The jerk. The jerk chicken is really good. They serve drinks and sides like festival and fried planting. It's a good eat.

The food and service was amazing. Great atmosphere was nice with a gentleman playing guitar close by.

Menu: Chicken & festival also fried green plantain (cooked on request). Plantain warm & tasty. Just enough salt. Peas soup with beef & chicken foot was hot & lovely. Drink is also on sale. Festival & plantain sold also as sides. Parking can be awkward as Jerk Centre is at a fork in the road. Either you park before coming to Centre & walking towards it or parking on the side going out of the town.
