Large selection of foods to choose from. We ordered the katsu and bao buns and the taste was good but not great. More like a jack of all trades spot for Asian cuisine. Could be a great spot for grabbing a bite with friends.

Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. But watch out! 1) they automatically add tip when ordering from the kiosk 2) the added tip doesn’t show up on the receipt 3) the service is poor and definitely not worth the tip 4) the food provided doesn’t match the descriptions or pictures. I ordered the nigiri combo B. It said there would be 2 pieces of sushi (each) but there was only one. When I asked, the lady shrugged and said there’s only one. My friend ordered onigiri and the picture on the kiosk showed 3 but only one was provided.

Had to try 3 different things to get the full food hall experience. Everything was good and I had a lot of leftovers. My eyes were bigger than my stomach as my grandma would say lol.

We weren’t expecting so many options upon arrival! Pleasantly surprised at how many different types of food this location offers. The only con was that my bottled soda was expired, so I had to ask for a new one. I enjoyed the bibimbap the most.

Pike Kitchen is basically a road side food court. There are many food stalls inside. Your experience depends on what you order here. I only tried Rangoon Ruby and the bubble tea place. Rangoon Ruby is quite tasty. I like their coconut noodles and samosas. The ingredients are very unique and taste different from Thai, Laotian, or Malaysian food. The bubble tea, however, sucked. I ordered Dirty Horchata not paying attention to the Korean guy making it. It was $8 I could have better spent at Yi Fang. I will come back to try other things from Rangoon Ruby but I'm not certain about the other stalls.

Google
Our overall experience was good. Inside the hall was spacious and clean. My family just relocated from NC unfortunately we don't have much variety so findly places like this is a treat. My hubs and I decided to get two different bahn mi, grilled pork and beef with fried eggs. From a different stall, we got the bulgogi tang for our 2.5 year old. The other two dishes shown was my niece and her boyfriend's meal. The bahn mi was absolutely wonderful from the crusty bread, to the spicy condiment and the soup. The grilled pork was a bit on the sweet side and a tad bit tough but once you dip it in the soup, they just balance well in your mouth. The beef bahn mi with egg was my favorite. Next time I'll ask for the eggs to be fried easy. The beef was tender and had a good flavor. The bulgogi tang was a bit flavorless. My little one ate a few bites but wouldn't eat anymore unless I gave her some of that spicy condiment that came with the bahn mi. Since I didn't get to see the menu, I just thought we would get some sides like kimchi with it but you had to buy those separately. The dish could have done without the tteok. I would have liked the beef in more of a bigger solid piece instead of like ground beef in small crumbs but again very suitable for young kids. It had lots of veggies and noodles, my favorite part of the dish. I couldn't tell you what my niece and her bf got but they said it was good. They eat here from time to time as they are local. I'll definitely be back to try the bakery.

Just stopped by here on a whim with a friend for lunch the other day. Wonderful place. We weren't quite sure what to expect but it was kinda cool. Walk inside and WHAAAAM there are suddenly a slew of different stalls and counters and vendors to choose from. Though my picture absolutely sucks, it gives you a vague idea of that initial moment. They have bunches of tables and chairs in the middle, with shelves for napkins and tableware around. I got an order of Chicken Yakisoba, while my friend got Spicy Chicken Dupbop, from one of the counters. While I'm still not sure what either of them are (yeah, I'm 'Murkin), they both arrived quickly and were really delicious. The Pike Kitchen is easy to find and get to, right in the heart of the Pike in Rockville. Just a quick turn off of 355 into the parking lot. We got there just after lunchtime and it was not crowded, but I can easily see this place being a standard go-to for a lot of locals for lunch.

The location is very convenient. I gave 4 STAR because I ordered the salmon roll which has a lot of skin with it. Other foods are good. Will try other dish soon

Yelp
Ordered take out from Pike Kitchen to give it a shot! The soy garlic chicken was the best part! We also ordered the Rangoons, however we were not huge fans of them. We did try 5 different onigiri, the teriyaki chicken, spicy crab, and tuna were our favorites. There was something about the eel that just didn't sit right with us. Not a bad place at all, just not our style. However I find dining in versus delivery usually has big disparities in food service, so very well could just be a fluke. Overall glad we tried it once!

Tina L.

Yelp
Greta variety of food choices. Service is a bit slow, especially when you order from multiple vendors.

Ray C.

Yelp
Nice variety in this Asian kitchen complex. Multiple kitchens provide meals from Korean, Japanese, and Thai cultures. Self service kiosk are available for ordering with a beeper for food delivery to your table. Also has a bakery and dessert section. Great location and wide variety of foods. Easy choice for a pop in and pop out meal.

Jelicia R.

Yelp
My recent order from Pike Kitchen was somewhat underwhelming. We chose the Chicken Cupbop with sweet sesame chicken and the Spicy Chicken Bibimbop. The idea behind these dishes was promising, but the reality didn't quite meet my expectations. Both meals were on the bland side, prompting me to add some extra seasoning at home to enhance the flavors. However, I do recognize that the delivery experience can sometimes differ from dining in. Therefore, I'm considering giving Pike Kitchen another chance by visiting in person. I'm hopeful that eating at the restaurant might offer a better representation of their menu. For now, based on my delivery experience, I can only rate it as average.

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience at Pike Kitchen. Pike Kitchen is a food hall with a wide range of options from Japanese cuisine to Korean dishes and even bubble tea. There is plenty of indoor seating for you to have space to meet up with one friend or a group of people. I love that the touchpad kiosk to order from has a search bar. I entered "vegan" into the search and all the vegan options populated. It was so easy to browse the menu with this feature. Additionally all the vegan items had the correct modifications made to ensure the meals were vegan. For instance the vegan bibimbap already had egg removed from it. I ordered the vegan ramen and it came out very quickly! Pike Kitchen has some chili powder and nori seasoning available near the utensils that you can use to jazz up your meal. I took full advantage of the free seasonings. The ramen broth was so creamy! It is the most comforting soup on a cold and dreary day. I also loved the variety of veggies with huge pieces of bok choy, mushrooms, and plenty of noodles. I do wish there was tofu in this bowl however I ate everything and felt plenty full. I am excited to return to Pike Kitchen and try their vegan bulgogi and other menu options. As a vegan there are so many items to explore!

Yelp
I always relish exploring new flavors at Pike Kitchen, but there's something about their chicken bites that keeps me coming back (not pictured :/). The freedom to try different eateries in a seat-yourself environment is fantastic. The convenience of ordering from any restaurant via the user-friendly iPad menus adds to the overall enjoyable experience. Pike Kitchen truly offers a dynamic and delightful culinary adventure and I will continue to come back. Oh, and those fried dumplings I tried this time around were amazing.

Yelp
I always enjoy going to a good food hall and having the opportunity to try a bunch of different types of food in one spot, and Pike Kitchen was a good place to do this. We ordered Gyūdon, Tuna Mayo Kimbap, and Dolsot Bulgogi Bibimbap. I really liked how you had the option to use a kiosk to order from almost all of the restaurants available. It really speed up and simplified the process! The Gyūdon was perfectly simple and delicious. The Tuna Mayo Kimbap was a little dry and probably could've used some more sesame oil, but it was still pretty good overall. I wanted the Dolsot Bulgogi Bibimbap to be the best-tasting option of them all, but unfortunately, my stone bowl was way too hot and ended up burning almost all of the rice on the sides and bottom of my bowl. As I did pay extra for the Dolsot option, I have to dock a star for the food being burnt. I also wish the Bulgogi bowl came with non-spicy sauce options so that those with spice aversions could also enjoy a sauce to mix in with their food. Aside from the burnt rice, however, the bibimbap was overall pretty good and a good portion size!

Yelp
Ambiance was to much to many light saw a roach on my table unsanitary been here a few years ago and it has flopped. Food I used to enjoy like the pho was no longer there.

Sylvia D.

Yelp
Amazing the flavors were wonderful, all the sauces has a true spicy kick to it and I loved it. Service was quick and brought out at a timely manner. The place was. Clean. The music can get a bit loud tho.

Yelp
I have been here a few times but met my friend here for lunch yesterday and it was just as good as I remember. This place is nice in that you can choose from different places and still enjoy a meal with a friend although you each may have ordered different dishes. My friend and I both went to On Top which was a newer vendor since I had been a few months ago. We ordered Yubu as we were curious about this. Its basically Korean version of a sushi but size wise its about two sushi rolls. I got the Unagi (eel) one which was the best part of the meal. My fired got the spicy salmon and felt it was just okay. We also ordered rice bowls as part of our meal. I got the Japanese fried chicken and she ordered the shrimp tempura. This place is worth a visit ad perfect for meeting groups.

Yelp
Great food hall that is a one stop shop for all my favorite foods - Japanese, Thai, Korean, bubble tea, etc. I love being able to bounce from stall to stall and order off the kiosks. They send a text to your phone when the food is ready. As far as food, probably not the place to go to for the BEST asian food you'll ever have, food is more like mid tier. But definitely a pretty hip place to go to catch up with friends, especially with those that are indecisive about what they want to eat!

Margo C.

Yelp
This is a great hassle-free place to get take out, although it can be a bit pricey and parking can get snarly on busy nights (if you don't mind walking there is usually parking in front of the stores right next door). We enjoyed the pork katsu curry bowl, which can be a surprisingly difficult dish to find...the ramen was just ok; the broth was a bit salty and toppings were skimpy but the noodles were good. The pho at the Viet Food was excellent with a light and tasty broth. Bubble tea at Monster Tea was also good... We will be back for more pho and katsu curry--and to try more dishes!

Aileen L.

Yelp
Lots of different foods in one place. You can order in person, online, or at the kiosks. All the food is ready for pick up from one location. It wasn't very busy at lunch on a Friday which I found shocking. If I ever get to come out here for lunch, I would take advantage of that.

Lisa L.

Yelp
This was our first visit for lunch, and it was a pleasant surprise to see so much variety at this Asian food court - Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese. We decided to have Vietnamese food and tried beef pho soup and grilled pork banh-mi sandwich. They were $10.49 each (reasonably priced compared to prices at sit down restaurants), large, tasty, and filling. You pick up your order at the counter when it's ready. The food is served on dinnerware, not paper. There are $10 lunch specials from 11:30 to 4 on weekdays. Many to choose from. We will try those next time!

Yelp
Went back here another day because my husband wanted bun cha ha noi and they had it the last time we went but we were back here and it was gone. A little sad, so we got almost the same items we did last time. It was busier when we went, so I would avoid weekends. Service was still really good. Very accommodating and friendly.

Yelp
Updating - haven't been in quite some time. A few places have changed since I was last here - the taco place and the poutine businesses are no longer there and there is one stall that is empty right now (where the poutine place was). They have a nice selection of food and offer alcohol also. For most of the food (not all - Monster Tea, Bahn Mi) you order at one spot and can choose from several menus. You pay and they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. I like the streamlined ordering experience. This time we went to try Onigiri, which is a triangular sushi rice food stuffed with your choice of filling (such as eel, bulgogi, spicy tuna, smoked salmon, etc.). It comes wrapped in a seaweed wrapper and has a special way of opening it (which we both failed at LOL). We tried the spicy tuna, crispy eel and the bulgogi Onigiri. The spicy tuna was the best, but we weren't big fans of the other two. The bulgogi was cold. If you've never tried it, it's worth trying, but it's a lot of rice. They are quite large - it's like a sushi pocket. Our other choice was a volcano "specialty sushi roll". My experience with most specialty sushi rolls is that they are normally 8 pieces, while standard rolls are 6, such as a California roll. And the specialty rolls are normally bigger (the individual pieces). The menu didn't specify how many pieces in the rolls, but I figured for the price, it would be 8. I got a Volcano roll, which is a California roll with spicy tuna on top. It came as 6 pieces and the spicy tuna was cooked, which I did not expect and which wasn't stated on the description on the menu. The roll was $13.95, which I thought was WAY too much for those 6 pieces. So this time, wasn't a great experience food wise, but I'd go back to try other things. The atmosphere is loud but fun.

Yelp
First order was great so I ordered another set of entrees to go- seafood udon soup and chicken and shrimp fried rice. They made it for dine in and tried to hand me a box to package it up. I declined and the one who took the first order gave the entrees to another woman who was pissed, and who snatched the food. I had to watch to make sure she didn't do anything to my food. Hey that's your fault not mine. I'll spread the word.

Kat V.

Yelp
I have not been here since before Covid and I was pleasantly surprised. Last time I was here, I had a go-to Vietnamese stand that is unfortunately gone now so instead I went to the Japanese one instead. I ordered the chicken katsu (around $18) and really enjoyed it. It was crispy and there wasn't too much teriyaki sauce on the katsu, it was a perfect amount. It came with a side of rice and cabbage I believe. The only thing I did not enjoy was miso soup because it tasted way too salty. However, it was only $1.75 so I'm not too pressed on it. The sushi tempura roll was good, you get 8 pieces. My boyfriend ordered the sesame chicken and the fries, both of which were very crispy. And, you get a large portioning for a decent price (about $13) for chicken. Overall, the food is still pretty good and (in my opinion) underrated compared to The Block.

Yelp
I was looking through places on Yelp I haven't reviewed yet and to my surprise, Pike Kitchen was one of them... This is my go to Asian food/hang out spot. I come here once almost every week and if not every other. If you want Asian food but can't just settle on one speciality, come here to Pike Kitchen. The idea of "food halls" is so exciting having various restaurants in one convenient spot. This spot has 5 different food restaurants from Vietnamese to Japanese to Korean and one desert spot with bubble tea/soft serve. I personally get almost the same things here every time as pictured. The Vietnamese is very good and very fairly priced with a large bowl being only $12. The chicken katsu is so good here as well, this time for some reason I think I got more chicken somehow haha. They also offer French fries here that are either regular or flavored with one of them being a salt and vinegar flavor that is to die for, also they do the Five Guys fry thing here where they dump fries into the bag too which is very appreciated. They also sell beer here (not many options) but it is good enough if you want to drink a Corona or a Sapporo with your food. One of the main reasons I also come here besides the great food, they offer military discount! If you have a military ID, show it at the register and get 15-20% off! They also always play Star Wars on the tv for some reason here so for me that's just extra points.

Kelli A.

Yelp
I remembered coming to this place before the pandemic and I loved it. Since going back to office I get a chance to stop by again. I haven't been in 3 years. Location is nice with parking. Inside features several different menu from restaurants. You can order ahead or come in and place your order at the kiosk. It's a short wait for them to prepare your food then they text you once it is ready. I got the chicken wings (buffalo) with beer battered fries and boba fruit tea. Everything was delicious. Wings-hot and crispy and saucy Fries-hot and crispy Fruit tea-I did 50% syrup with strawberry boba I will definitely be coming back for a treat.

Yelp
I live in Virginia, so wouldn't have known about or tried this place had it not been for meeting a friend who grew up in that area. Pike Kitchen is a casual dining spot with benches and tables for seating and walk up windows for ordering. For the entree food, you place your order and get a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready. Then you pick it up at the window on a tray. I had a dupbop bowl with chicken teriyaki. It was a massive serving and it was delicious. I didn't even need sauce because the flavor was so good. I added an order of fried chicken dumplings...perfection, again, even without the sauce. For dessert I had an oreo mochi donut. Had never had a mochi donut before, and I don't even eat oreos, but this was a deliciously chewy treat. It just tasted like chocolatey sweet goodness to me (rather than true oreo). I recommend this place!!

Faydeana H.

Yelp
I sent my daughter here to pick up 2 rice bowls at the Korean stand. The website said the dosirak bowls were $12 each. When she arrived, the menu board also said they were $12. Of course when paying, she didn't pay attention to the math and just paid for the order. While waiting, she decided to look at her receipt and saw that she was actually charged $15 and $16 for the bowls. She raised the discrepancy with the clerk but he dismissed her and told her that the prices had gone up. She asked me what to do and since I wasn't there, I told her to just bring home the food and we will write a review since it seems that Pike Kitchen had no intention to correct their error. I'm not against raising prices, but I think it is unacceptable to publicly post one price and charge another. At Harris Teeter, if you catch a price discrepancy, then you will get the item for free. I have even seen restaurants that tape up price changes since I understand that changing an entire menu board could be very expensive. I think the management at the Korean Stand in Pike Kitchen is irresponsible and dishonest and they have lost our trust and business.

Kendoll C.

Yelp
Back in the day, we wandered throughout Pike Kitchen, with excited hungry bellies, after seeing drool-worthy dishes on Instagram-I reviewed our specific choice eats on the individual business pages for the stalls we chose, but realized I also checked-in to Pike Kitchen-as a venue- and wanted to go-back to give positive vibes for our experience. The place is set up like a food court, offering many different kitchen options-ranging from snacks, to drinks, to full on entrée- well organized it was easy to wander around checking everything out- lots of ample seating- and an ease in the ability to order from many different places in one visit- creating our own picnic style meal Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, wish we lived a bit closer to frequent over & over, especially since following them on Instagram I see they often do a lot of fun events, specials, and pop-up menu items at varying stalls- a great community addition!

Melody A.

Yelp
My Sister In Law is putting me on to all of the good places. Bingsoo is so good. It is so light but a delicious treat. Shaved ice with condensed milk, the fruit toppings of your choice and boba topped with a flavorful sorbet. Perfect!

Randy L.

Yelp
A spacious place with a plentiful amount of options to choose from. Came to Pike Kitchen during lunch hours so it wasn't crowded and we got our food relatively quick! You can either order it in front of a worker or not, and you will be notified when your order is ready. The food itself was good. For the chicken karaage don, I only wish the chicken was crispier (my personal preference but I love a super crispy karaage). The katsu curry bowl was tasty too, except the bbq sauce on the katsu was off putting. Out of the onigiri's, the spicy tuna and crispy eel were good and I could live without the spam and kimchi. MonsterTea sells drinks and baked goods and I got the Matcha Rose latte. However it was not good at all, it tasted extremely watery and the matcha taste was poor. If you're interested in takoyaki's, it seems like they don't make it fresh. We were told that we had to get them from where it was stored but thể appearance looked really dry.

Shafiq A.

Yelp
I think this might be a hidden gem. While The Block is noisy and very busy, Pike Kitchen is great because you can be there with friends and talk to each other. The ambiance is chill and grew to hang out at! The food captures the best of Korean and Japanese cuisine! The shrimp boa buns were amazing! The tuna mayo and crab yubu was really good! The sushi and bubble tea are great as well! I highly recommend this place to hang out and get food.

Veronica G.

Yelp
Pike kitchen is quick, mid food. There are different things to choose from like Thai, sushi, Vietnamese, Korean, pastries, or boba. It's a food hall, so it's like eating at a smaller scaled mall. If you're a sushi lover, you probably do not want to get the sushi here. It's not the best. The rice isn't standard sushi rice. The French fries are super good! Very crunchy and flavorful. The ranch fries just have too much seasoning, so I recommend the standard fries. The boa buns are very good. The bun is super soft. The sauce and veggies are fresh and go well. It's just kind of a hit or miss with the food. Some foods are really good, some are not the best. Overall, the food is 6.5/10 CONSIDERING the price. Everything in the picture, minus the drinks, was 61$. I just think if you decide to spend that much money, there are different places you can 100% enjoy.

Paul J.

Yelp
Another post-pandemic trip to Pike Kitchen, and they're still kickin'. The place is less crowded now as people seem to prefer takeout, but it's still got variety to keep everyone happy. I tried the new OnTop stand, and got the masago (flying fish egg) and spicy tuna on-tops. Delicious! We also got a shrimp tempura don and an order of udon. I'm glad Pike Kitchen is still around, they're a go-to for fast Asian food of all sorts. And I'm definitely going back to OnTop for another round.

Gloria N.

Yelp
Cute little food hall that sells a variety of dishes from Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. In addition, they have a drink shop called monster tea where they sell a variety of drinks ranging from milk tea to coffee. We got the espresso black milk tea w boba which came out fast. It was decent milk tea and the pearls were nice and chewy. I would definitely come back to try the food next time. :)

Jason R.

Yelp
Love this spot. Every time we go it's a little adventure. Try something new, mix and match from different menus. Grab a Thai tea when you leave.

Yelp
I visited Pike Kitchen last Wednesday, and once again, it did not disappoint. This has become one of our go-to places to eat, and each time we visit, we're impressed by the cool tech updates and the overall experience. Not to mention, the little robo trash picker upper dude adds an extra touch of fun to the atmosphere. Let's start with the selection of food. Pike Kitchen truly excels in offering a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. From Asian cuisine to international flavors, there's something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for sushi, noodles, stir-fry, or even some tasty street food, you'll find it here. The menu is extensive, and the quality of the dishes is consistently excellent. Now, let's talk about those cool tech updates. Pike Kitchen has done a fantastic job integrating technology into the dining experience. From digital ordering systems to self-serve kiosks, everything is streamlined and efficient. The convenience of being able to place your order electronically and have it delivered right to your table is a game-changer. It not only saves time but also allows for a more personalized dining experience. And let's not forget about the little robo trash picker upper dude. This little automated cleaner adds a touch of whimsy to the place. Watching it zip around, picking up trash and keeping the dining area clean, is both entertaining and impressive. It's these little details that make Pike Kitchen stand out from other restaurants and create a memorable experience. One highlight of our visit was trying the lavender ice cream. Trust me when I say it's a must-try! The unique flavor of lavender adds a delightful twist to the classic ice cream. It's creamy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. Don't miss out on this delightful treat when you visit Pike Kitchen. The ambiance of the restaurant is vibrant and inviting. The modern decor and comfortable seating make it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any special requests or recommendations. Lastly, I would like to mention that Pike Kitchen consistently offers great value for your money. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable, considering the quality and variety of food they offer. In conclusion, Pike Kitchen is a fun and fantastic dining destination. With its cool tech updates, friendly staff, and impressive selection of dishes, it never fails to deliver a memorable experience. So, if you're looking for a place that combines great food with a touch of innovation, make sure to pay Pike Kitchen a visit.

Yelp
They have some good pho. Especially the ramen look good and big amount of food. The place is clean and they even have place to get some water. Definitely recommend

Tony Q.

Yelp
Ordering here is a little bit confusing, as there seems to be multiple stalls... But only some shares the same ordering kiosk. I was craving curry so I got the pork katsu curry rice. The sauce was on the sweet side, but the crunch on the katsu and flavor of the pork was good. Main complaint, however, was that there were very little curry to go with my rice. I have not found a go to dish yet at Pike Kitchen, but I'm willing to hunt for one here.

Yelp
Review from 2019. This alongside The Spot are two great food courts for Asian street food. Pike kitchen has a greater variety of Asian cuisine (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc). The full meal type vendors like Japomen are not particularly authentic though. I've tried the tempura udon from Japomen. I didn't think it was very good for the price. They only provide a single shrimp tempura, which I think is pretty skimpy. I've also tried the fried chicken and that was decent. They make it fresh and hot. Hard to messup fried chicken. The bingsoo was good though. I've tried mango and you get a good portion for the money. There is limited surface parking. But there is a mini garage parking if you go around back. The spaces are pretty tight though. Overall: come here for the appetizer/dessert type foods. Go somewhere else if you want a good meal.

Rachel P.

Yelp
Need to improve the readability of the menus here because I couldn't tell which menu was for which cashier in this food court. They have a lot of variety tho and food came out relatively fast, at least on the day I was there. Nice to come in for a quick bite or with friends to try some different Asian foods.

Phoebe D.

Yelp
Great place for a wide variety of Asian dishes, but I imagine your experience differs wildly depending on what you get. I tried the inari sushi from On Top and frankly was a bit disappointed by the taste. I do think it's pretty good value, as they were having a 3+1 deal and the inari sushi is decently large, with a lot of toppings. However, the toppings did not taste fresh at all - not that I would expect straight from the ocean from a casual food hall but even the spicy pork had a bit of a stale taste. Also, while it's good that they put a lot of mentaiko, it's incredibly salty and would be a lot better with more mayo to balance out the taste in my opinion. It doesn't seem like they use proper sushi rice either - the best thing about the sushi was the tofu skin itself. I also got a horchata with boba from Monster Tea and, while the drink itself tasted good, it was incredibly sweet even though I got 50% sugar and the boba tasted both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. However, I did go with some friends and they seemed pretty satisfied with what they got so I might have just made a bad order.

Yelp
Love the variety of food here, easy casual and comfortable over the counter dining but food is excellent . It might seem pricey for over the counter food but it is definitely dine in restaurant quality! The House Special at the Vietnamese restaurant there is one of the top 5 best meals I've ever eaten and I travel quite a bit. I hope they keep this on the menu for a long time. My daughters and I love it! Having said that that I fail every time to get a pic of the special because I dive in too fast, but I will add pics of other foods

Yelp
I love stopping by Pike Kitchen on the way home from work. It's an Asian Food dining hall that features Japomen (Ramen and sushi), Vietnamese (pho, banh mi), Bowl Play (Korean: Bibimbop, dupbop, dosinak), Monster Snow & Tea (bubble tea and ice cream) Pike Bakery (pastries, macarons, mochi donuts), PK Chicken and Beer (think chicken sandwiches, chicken bites tossed in Asian sauces), Let's Taco, and Pop Up Poutine. I've had something from each place minus the taco spot. (Note: I've had the poutine when at a farmers market and it was really good). Tonight, we ordered delivery thru Uber Eats. Our fare came from Japomen, Viet, and PK. Chicken and Beer. Japomen: We ordered a Shrimp Tempura roll, which had cucumber, avocado, masago, and a sweet eel sauce, and a Katsu Bento Box. The sushi roll was $7.95, which is somewhat high for 5 pieces. Nonetheless, the taste wasn't too shabby. The bento box was for my daughter. Coming in at $15.95, you get Katsu chicken, 2 pieces of California roll, rice, seaweed salad, Japanese pickles and some slaw. The Katsu chicken and seaweed salad were quite yum. We ordered yakisoba with shrimp ($11.95) for the 5 y/o. She enjoyed it but the shrimp were small and not plentiful. However, it was an acceptable amount. It would've benefited from some type of sauce. PK Chicken and Beer: We ordered the spicy Basil chicken, which is like popcorn chicken tossed in a spicy Thai Basil glaze for $9.95. It had a good flavor but I was hoping that the chicken would be crispier/crunchier. That might be the fault of the UberEats' driver tho... My husband got the soy garlic cupbap, which is the soy garlic chicken bites over white rice with a side of pickled radish for $9.50. He enjoyed that as well. Viet: We ordered (2) Grilled Pork Banh Mi sandwiches. Ringing in at $9.50 each, it comes with complimentary beef broth, which is quite salty. The banh mi sandwiches were okay, but I would've welcomed more patè. The pork was seasoned, albeit I would've also welcomed more spices/marination. I will say that I liked the grilled pork better than the lemongrass grilled chicken banh mi that I've ordered in the past. Bonus: I also posted a photo of the two cake slices we bought from Pike Bakery. My husband LOVED the limoncello cake. He said it was the perfect balance of tart (lemon) and sweet cream. I liked the tiramisu mousse cake, which wasn't overpowering.

Yelp
Pike Kitchen is a Pan Asian food court. We love the drinks and desserts at the Monster Snow and Tea. We got a big sesame smoothie, delicious and packed with authentic sesame paste. It was really worth it.

Yelp
I've been there many times. The idea of having a food court with Asian food from many different countries is great ! The onegiris are great!

Yelp
Incredible food hall with plenty of options. We decided to meet our friend here for lunch prior to going to our family's house. With so many options, we ordered some food from the Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese menu. To finish it off, we got some drinks from Monster Tea. I ordered the spicy chicken dupbop, unfortunately the chicken was way overcooked. From the Japanese menu, we ordered some appetizers, takoyaki and okonomiyaki. Both of these items were delicious. Overall we really liked this place and would definitely give it another try when in the area.

Yelp
The biggest problem with this place is that there's too much good stuff to try! My first time here and overwhelmed with choice so I'll have to come back and try everything else. Bento Box with pork katsu was fantastic. Excellent mix of pickled veggies and seaweed, sushi was good, pork katsu was good. Takoyaki was phenomenal. Super hot when it came out. We had barely just sat down outside when our orders were ready. Open inside with lots of seating. Outside seating is basically just front row to the parking lot but there's nothing they can do about that in our car-centric suburbs.

Yelp
Viet - Loved the House Special Grilled Pork and Meatballs. The meatballs were delicious, well seasoned and flavorful. I thought the dish came with fish sauce, but I later discovered it was sweet and sour sauce. It was bland to me. I wish the sauce had more flavor as I wanted to add it to my noodles. I asked for fish sauce and added it to my sweet and sour sauce. For $14.50, the portion seemed small to me. My friend got the grilled shrimp with noodles and said it was good. Monster Tea - I bought the pistachio cake and an Oreo mochi donut. The pistachio cake was light, airy, and moist. I highly recommend it. The Oreo mochi donut was very chewy. I didn't care for it. My friend got the almond, matcha, and fruity pebble. I tried the almond and matcha. Of all the donuts I tried, I liked the almond the best. It was the least chewy. My friend thought the donuts tasted old. She brought them home to share with her husband and he asked, "what is this? So chewy and not good." She said the donuts at The Spot, another Asian food hall, are way better. Service could have been better at Monster Tea. The lady who worked there wasn't available to assist when we were ready to order. I also asked for her recommendation and she was a bit snotty. She said I told your friend. She told my friend what the flavors were, not what she liked. When I came back later to buy the cake, she was not visible and I had to flag down the male employee to get her. The two were sitting in the corner off to the side behind the counter. It's not a good practice when you are in sales. Japomen - My friend got the seafood udon and said that it only had three clams and two small shrimps. It was mostly just udon noodles. For $15.95, she was expecting more. The presentation of the soup looked good though. I bumped my rating to a four from my previous visit two years ago, but I'd probably give it a 3.5. The pistachio cake and my meatball entree were very appetizing, but the mochi donuts and service at Monster Grill could have been better. I was also surprised to see how empty the food hall was. Two years ago when I last visited, I recall it being fairly packed. I'm not sure if it's due to Covid, the prices, small portions, or the food quality which has caused less patronage. Just an observation I had.

Yelp
Always love coming here. Great menu, everything i get is always top notch. It's definitely worth the price. Ambience is casual and family friendly.

Yelp
I'm a bit conflicted on the rating of this place because some dishes were absolutely delicious and others were severely lacking. The concept is great though, much like any of the other food court dining options. The variety of food was perfect for me and my group. I initially passed on the mochi donuts due to their exterior but went back recently with the recommendation of a friend. I will say the dough is absolutely spot on. Chewy and crunchy. The two flavors were ok but really the highlight was the batter/dough itself. I got an Oreo which was yummy and the matcha which was somewhat sugary and didn't taste much like matcha. I also got the pork banh mi which was delicious. The meat was well flavored and the bread was crunchy. The perfect combination for a great sandwich! I also shared some tteok bokki with a friend and this was watered down and really not good. It tasted like they poured ramen powder base into water and cooked it with rice cakes. I had been craving this treat but was definitely let down by this one.

Yelp
I wish they had more noodle dishes with tofu. I ordered a vegan bulgogi bowl to go and found a beef bulgogi bowl when I got home. I ordered at a kiosk and gave it my phone number to let me know when my order was ready and never got a text. My order was just sitting there getting cold while I waited. The veggies were mostly cabbage and RAW onion. They gave me a container of sauce that was barely enough to wet the top of the bowl. I've had great experiences here before but today really soured me.

Yelp
Decided to try out Pikes Kitchen, it was on a friday around 4 in the afternoon. The kitchen wasn't pack you have about two/three kios you can order from, and a variety of selections to choose. I got some onigiri which was ok.... the rice was loose once I bit in to it, the rice ball crumble and fell every where, Same with sushi, picked it up with my chop sticks and the rice completely fell apart. The service was fast and the cashier are friendly.

Yelp
Regular bibimbap and dolsot (stone pot) bibimbop= 4/5. Portion is great, taste is great, and the ingredients are fresh. My complaint is that they don't give you enough gochujang sauce to make it a proper bibimbop. They need to give more sauce. It is a joke how little they give you. As for the fried chicken, it was incredibly dry and overcooked as if it was fried over and overal again. I would give 0/ 5. For stir-fried spicy squid rice dish, this was great. I have no complaint 5/5 Takeout or delivery= 0/5 Portion size is significantly less when you order a takeout or delivery. I recommend dining in here. Bubble tea= 3/5 It tastes delicious but way too pricey. Gelato= 0/5 I don't know what this is. It has a texture of cold taffy. It is stretchy and chewy and just unpleasant taste and texture. Gross. Facility: Friendly staff, kiosk makes it easy to order, clean space. Parking: Little chaos sometimes because of Iron Age next door. But there are more parking in the back. Hours: They close right on the dot at 9pm. They will turn off AC and lights so you get the message. So if you are thinking about eating here around 8:30pm, you won't have enough time to sit and eat.
