Beautiful flowers at a truly great price! Pike Place Flowers is a gem. They have an awesome selection with so many colors to choose from. I was thrilled to find the dry flowers which made a perfect souvenir. Everything is very pretty and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a must-visit stall!

This is a replacement arrangement that I adore! I am anticipating for the lily buds to open (first timer). The owner and workers are truly passionate and skilled. I’ll be a regular for sure. Thank you all so much!!

Beautiful selection of bouquets and I love that we can make our own! Great prices too. I had to fly out the next day but there was even an option for me, I tiny baby bouquet of 3 different flowers wrapped up nicely for only $2 & lasted me an entire week and a half - thru a 7hr plane ride & being shoved in a back pack it survived it all. I’m so impressed by all the hard workers creating these beautiful bouquets as well.

Jim, the owner, exemplified exceptional customer service, eager to ensure my friend received something truly special for her birthday—a day that also marked her first day of healing at home post emergency surgery. I had initially ordered a large lively bouquet from another shop days before the birthday. However, when delivery day arrived, I was dismayed to find a lackluster small assortment resembling something one may pickup from Walmart. I expressed my disappointment to the shop requesting a resolution. As I waiting for their response - the shop called my friend, bedridden from her hospital stay, to inform her they are coming to take the flowers back. I was in disbelief! I had not heard back from the shop - yet they called her to repo her flowers. They must be replacing them right? Nope. She had to coordinate with that shop to have her flowers be taken back from her so they could refund us. That was not the resolution or way to handle this. Frantic, I turned to Pike Place Flowers. Jim listened intently to my situation and assured me he would help, even on a busy Sunday. Within the hour, he delivered a beautiful bouquet of white lilies and roses, accented with colorful blooms, bringing joy back to the day. Had a problem with the price agreed on not being the price charged but called and the owner got it handled immediately. They have good flowers and a great owner and have been in business for 35 years. So just make sure to get a receipt but if you have any problems the owner will take care of you. I recommend !

My husband bought me Valentines bouquet from Pike Place Flowers. We live across the street in a high rise Helios so we know regular prices here. Regularly single rose cost 3.99 but on Valentines it was 9.99 per rose. Since it was last minute my husband decided to buy from them because its convenient. But we didn't expect this quality. Half roses died next day. They looked like they been old. I went there and told this to one of girls working there. I showed her photos of what happened to flowers next day. She gave me few freshias and orchid said that she gave me worth of $25. I do appreciate that but my husband spent $110 for the bouquet. I think bouquet should be fully replaced. I really hope that next time they would replace the whole bouquet if this incident will occur because I definitely got disappointed to see flowers died next morning. Its good that I live close by but many people come from far and I cant imagine drive back to get $25 worth of flowers when I spent $110 and didn't got the quality I paid for. If you decide to buy from them just be careful and ask them if flowers are fresh because it will be very disappointing if this flowers will let you down.

I had an amazing experience with this local florist boutique. The bouquet they created was absolutely stunning—beautifully arranged and full of fresh blooms. Jim, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He personally helped arrange the delivery so my wife would receive the flowers while she was at the office, making the surprise extra special. Exceptional service and quality—highly recommend!

$10 BOUQUETS!!! Of the two flower shops, I think this one is the winner! Almost everyone walking around was carrying a bouquet of flowers around the market. It felt "trendy". What was the occasion? No occasion. After seeing the price, okay, why not... after all they were only $10. Picked out the bouquet of choice and it was so full and voluminous. Can't beat the trend, be with the trend. Also, the lady that helped us was Filipino - she was "salamat". Filipino recognize Filipino. Backstory. I actually hate flowers. I think they are pretty but I don't like receiving them - it makes me cringe. But you cannot knock on $10 gorgeous looking bouquets of flowers fresh from the market. So, there are exceptions.

I typically order flowers from local farms, but I wanted something special for an anniversary. I trusted pike place flowers with this order as they are a known name and are typically pricier and so you have high expectations because of it. I ordered blue roses (which I know aren't natural and are painted). The photo online looked great. What I received...not so much. Flowers weren't spaced properly, not enough filler (baby's breath, ferns, etc) so the bouquet looked empty. Bouquet was missing the silver additions from the photo. I was also very disappointed in how they handled the spraying of the color. It's obvious they had the flowers in a bunch and just sprayed over everything, including leaves, and stem. I've ordered colored flowers before and seen much better care taken so that only the flower bud was painted. I'm just disappointed in the quality, especially for $100. What's worse, they were dead the next day (I know painted flowers don't last as long but not even a full 24 hours?) Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again.

Of all the flower shops I've been dealing with Pike place flowers has been my go to.i wanted to get some black roses for my love this Valentines and the owner Jim was very helpful and made everything work out .even shipped the flowers with out payment so she would receive them on the 14th.the price was great .I live in Olympia and I will continue to recommend and go to pike place flowers for all my needs .thank yall so much!!!

Last time I was in Seattle I wished I could've gotten a big bouquet of fresh flowers. I saw all the flower stands at Pike Place Market and all the flowers lining the roofs and knew- if I ever came to visit again- I would have to get myself a bouquet- well, I'm here! I wish flowers were this abundant and quite frankly- cheap- back home! I got a huge bouquet of flowers for $20! Sunflowers, Chrysanthemums, Daisys, Peonies and more! All warm colors- so it was like fall in a flower bouquet! I took them to my hotel and clean up the leaves off the lower part of the stems and arranged them and just keep wishing we had fresh flowers at our markets back home! There are a bunch of flower vendors at Pike Place Market and just in the area! No reason not to enjoy fresh flowers.

My sister was admitted to Virginia Mason Hospital and I wanted to send her flowers. I had no idea where to begin because I live in Puyallup and I'm not familiar with the Seattle area. It was last min and on a Saturday. I called a few other florists and no one answered or they weren't to eager to do a last min arrangement. I called Pike Place Flowers and the owner Jim made sure they'd do a nice job and I got same day delivery with only having to pay $10 (the cheapest around). He took a picture of the flower arrangement and sent it to me so I could see what they delivered. I was so impressed with the job they did. It made my sisters day!!!!

I have used this florist in the past and they didn't disappoint. However, I ordered flowers today and all I can say is WOW! The flowers delivered are stunning! The owner, Jim, is awesome. I explained why I was ordering the flowers, he asked my price range, and said he would make sure they were delivered today ... even though it was a busy day for him. Shannon was so helpful. She tuned into exactly what I wanted to create for my daughter's bridal bouquet and a boutonnière for the groom. The flowers were beautiful! I visited the store 2 times, they always have beautiful and fresh flowers. The store is located right in front of the giant Pike place market sign and is very easy to spot. If you don't know what to get, just simply tell the florist the color/flower you like/what's on your mind, and she put together a nice and unique bouquet for you. I really like the florist's taste and aesthetic in flowers.

At first it might seem pricey and that they are rude as other reviews state but they are always busy. With all this Covid situation we were trying to send some bouquets and I found that they are the best option around :) Pike Place Market is always crowdy and their flowers are beautiful. All year around they carry the best. Tulips are huge! They have bouquets always ready -at different prices- or you can ask for special one. I love the Christmas bouquets. They go fast and find that they are not that expensive at the end. They will last a lot.

Answered my call despite "being closed", knew they were closed and was expecting to leave a voicemail, even told them as much, and they were rude and didn't even offer to take my info or request down. Thought businesses like this prefer a heads up? Will never do business here.

Such beautiful flowers at such a great price. I loved that Pike Place Flowers sit right on a corner street with the flowers displayed for everyone to see and admire. Once you choose your flowers the clerk will wrap your flowers up in paper to keep them safe from bruising.

Years ago, when I was a bellhop at a downtown hotel, my favorite errand was fetching flowers from this wonderful little shop. And while it's been over two decades since I was sent there in a professional capacity, Pike Place Flowers has remained my favorite place to pick up arrangements. For my two-year anniversary with my super-goth girlfriend, I asked them if it was possible to get black Gerber daisies -- and they delivered in a big way. Thanks to some floral paint, it looks like they've been Photoshopped in real life! Thanks to Jim and everyone and Pike Place Flowers for handling this strange request beautifully!

I cannot believe the service at this place. i've never seen anything like it. I ordered a plant for my brother's birthday and he wasn't sure how to water it and overdid it. He felt badly about it and when I called the florist to ask what I might do, they brought him another plant with careful watering instructions. I'm in NY, my brother is in Seattle and it knocks me out that businesses like this still exist. kudos to them! Kendall Taylor

Pike place market is the best place to get your flowers, though you probably already knew that from seeing everyone walk around with their bouquets. I ordered several large bouquets a few days in advance of when I needed them and these wonderful people completely exceeded what I expected in their quality and service. The picture of the arrangements speaks for itself, it was lovely and I plan in getting all of my future flowers there.

Quick and efficient service, beautifully picked peonies for delivery! Even on the busiest weekend of the year. Will definitely be ordering again.

We got the boutonnieres for our wedding made here. My husband sent a photo of a design he liked and they were able to replicate it. We also got greens that we used for our DIY table arrangements (note: follow the florist's recommendation for quantity; we ended up with wayyyy too much cuz we were worried about running out) .

Pike Place Flowers put together a beautiful bouquet for my daughter. There was a snag with the delivery ( my fault) and Jim went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered. Great customer service!

Thank you so much to Jim for answering the phone so early on a busy Saturday/holiday weekend! I put the wrong address for my sister in law to have flowers delivered for Mother's Day. While it was outside of their normal delivery route, he was able to make sure that the flowers would be delivered regardless because "every mother deserves to be celebrated" during this very special weekend. A dedicated worker was able to run my order down to the delivery truck and they made it out a day early. I appreciate you so much, the flowers were absolutely beautiful!!!

Have been there a few times now...helpful staff with a great selection. I received and assorted bunch from there in Valentine's Day...the carnations in the mix lasted 5 weeks! Highly recommend!!

I recently went on a mission to the market, in a desperate search for some flowers for my girlfriend. Frustrated by the insane crowds of tourists, and the lack of credit card accepting booths, I stumbled by this gem. I had no idea of which flowers to choose, only the color. But with the help and guidance of the wonderful women who was working there at the time, we came up with an incredible mix and match of beautiful flowers! I felt very great full for her help and professionalism, I would highly recommend to others!!

AMAZING flower shop!! I ordered a bouqet for my friend's 18th birthday at around 1 am the day of the intended delivery in a frantic attempt to find a flower shop open for delivery on Labor Day. I called around noon to make sure that my order had been received, then had the loveliest chat with the owner on what was supposed to be his day off!! The call ended with him generously offering to make the delivery for my friend, a student at his alma mater :) she cried like a baby at how pretty the arrangement was and i was just so thankful for his kindness. although i'm not from the area, i will certainly find a way to come back again for the exemplary customer service + wonderful flower arrangements!!

Gorgeous and unique bouquets that are unlike anything else you would find in the area. They did have online options but I just called and talked to them about what I wanted. I called pretty late in the day and needed flowers delivered the next day. They assured me they would be there then, took my info and payment and discussed what the flowers would include. Very friendly staff and very quick process. The only thing that held me back from giving 5 stars was that I specified on the phone NOT to deliver during lunch 11am-1pm (my moms deli so it's their busy time) and the staff I spoke with told me they'd be there at 2pm. They ended up delivering right in the middle of lunch rush at 12:30. No big deal, just not what they promised. The flower arrangement was stunning, my mother loved it and has been getting compliments all day.

Can't say enough how much I appreciated Jim's help earlier this year. Due to COVID my good friends decided to get married in their backyard. I was looking for flowers to send to them same day and Jim came to the rescue. He helped me pick the best flowers for the occasion, with great information on what was in season. He was able to get them to West Seattle by early afternoon. My friends said they were beautiful. Incredible customer service and a joy to speak to. Thank you, thank you!

Amazing beautiful flower bouquets. So fresh they survive the airplane ride home. So many vendors to choose from-wrapped with bag of water to keep hydrated.

My experience w/Jim the owner of PPF was THE best example of customer service I have experienced in online purchasing ever! PPF's owner, Jim DOES care about his customers! He understands and knows service. He doesn't need to call it "customer service". It's simply service as in the old fashioned understanding of the word! He followed through! A real live voice, dedicated to serving his customers called me! Because phone lines were down across country the day the delivery was supposed to have been made I had no way of finding out, short of awaiting word from my daughter if she'd received the flowers. Since she hadn't said anything when we spoke that night, I thought they hadn't been delivered! The next morning (after I had sent off my disgruntled email to Jim) I saw a text from my daughter that she had sent after we spoke and I had gone to bed, thanking me for the flowers. Jim followed through in response to my "dissatisfied customer" email. He called first thing the next day, assured me the flowers had been delivered, updated me on the status of phone lines through Seattle the previous day and listened to my feedback. A hero in Flower delivery service in my book!

Pretty rude people. Wouldn't recommend calling their "customer service". It will end in an abrupt hang up and leaving you more confused than when you first called.

I ordered my wedding flowers from here. I wasn't completely satisfied. My bridal bouquet wasn't full. The centerpieces were very simple. For $750.00 I don't feel like I got my money's worth. She gave me vases, but I didn't need them. I thought they were all just coming in buckets, and we were to put them in ourself. They were okay for what they were, but they just didn't wow me.

The Pike Place Market is known for the vendors inside who sell large, unique bouquets for a great inexpensive price. I went there one day for that, but as I strolled through the whole market, I didn't see one bouquet that fit what I was looking for. At the end of the market, we decided to loop back and came across Pike Place Flowers shop. Really cute shop right on the corner at the entrance of the market (infamous Pike Place Market sign side). They had a large assortment of of flowers and the young gal there was extremely friendly and helped prepare a perfect bouquet for me. Exactly what I wanted! Prices are more than the vendors inside the market, but you get what you want, plus a vase! I really liked how she put a leaf inside the vase (aesthetics) and she dipped each stem with product that will keep the flowers lasting longer. She also had a box that held the vase nicely for easy transportation, very helpful!!! Overall great service!!!

I've never had to write a negative review but man was I incredibly disappointed and upset. My fiancé decided to be sweet and buy me some flowers. The lady helping us must have not liked the fact that we only wanted to purchase a few roses because she picked out the ugliest, wilting ones and haphazardly wrapped them in paper. After my fiancé paid for it, she then threw it towards my fiancé on the counter rudely and walked off. Had we known this was the service we were going to get, we would not have paid or taken their goods. We will not be returning to this business. Perhaps others will have better luck at this location then we did, or maybe there is a buying minimum to get adequate customer service.

so far so good. I was bad and needed to send flowers to gf. Just called these guys and had STELLAR service. The proof will be in the delivery. UPDATE: The flowers arrived in gorgeous splendor, or so I am told. I think I now have a paw out of the dog house with the gf.

This shop put together a beautiful bouquet after a flower shop down the street forgot about my order I placed 4 days in advance. They helped me in a very stressful situation as I was supposed to pick up flowers for my anniversary that day. Great customer service and pricing. I will go back to this shop for any flower needs in the future and if everything works out for my future wedding. Thank you. The flowers were amazing.

My boyfriend was 1 of probably 7 men in the U.S. who really enjoys recieving flowers. I stopped here to piece together a bouquet before I went to the airport. I caught the only employee on her lunch break but she was more than happy to stop and help me. I explained that I needed a masculine bouquet with star gazers, not bulky, with simple presentation, filled with bear grass. Luckily they still had star gazers, they were going out of season and all the other florists in Pike Market no longer had any. Together we built a beautiful (masculine) bouquet with a single stem of star gazers, a couple stems of blue flowers, and she filled it with a few branches of leaves and berries since they were out of bear grass. I liked that she was confident putting it together. Some florists give me a blank stare when I say "masculine bouquet" to them. Not this woman, and she made sure I loved the bouquet. She wrapped it in brown paper and tied it off with twine. Bouquet and presentation was perfect. Total came to about $13.00. A good price for a customized bouquet from the market. The shop is small, and there isn't a huge selection but I deffinitely think they could have carried a few more varieties. I liked that they do accept credit cards. And my boyfriend? He loved it!

This review is a tad overdue. My best friend's dog died back in November, and both she and her mother took it exceptionally hard. (Since it was nearing the anniversary of their father/husband's passing) I thought I'd buy them something to show them that I'd been thinking of them and recognized that it wasn't "Just a dog". What a better way, but to send them something lovely to look at and think happy thoughts over! FLOWERS!!! I had walked by this particular florist thousands of times on my way to the bus or just puttering around downtown (since it's right at the mouth of Pike Place Market) and they always seemed to have lovely flowers and they ALWAYS looked good. The trouble was clear... They live in Spokane. I do not live in Spokane. I decided, after perusing the FTD websites that I definitely do not want to ship flowers to Spokane. I went into the shop on a particularly blustery Friday morning and asked the shopgirl what she could do for me with the flower varieties I needed. She was a little bit short-tempered with me, which I resented, but she's the florist... I am not, so I let it slide. She asked how many stems of each I wanted for the boquets and I didn't know (Still not a florist) and I said "However many will look nice, and not-too-retarded". She said "So, about seven, then?" to which I replied, "Okay, fine". So, seven stems of sunflowers with greens wrapped in simple brown paper and tied with twine, seven stems of birds of paradise fixed up oh-so-nice and tied up... She sent me on my way - all for less that It would have cost me to order ONE arrangement of birds of paradise with three stems and no greens. I really appreciated her assistance and her putting up with my frequent ineptitude. I can seem quite useless when shopping and I am grateful for the folks who take the time and patience to get me where I was hoping to be. (btw, I drove the flowers across the state and hand-delivered them with a dozen NY bagels. Because that's how Lanny Rolls when there's trouble a-brewin')

This place is so cute, and my favorite person to see when I go is Celeste!! She is so nice and always has the best music playing. I get such gorgeous flowers from her, my house is so bright and beautiful now because of her recommendations

Beautiful flowers at a great price. My only complaint would be that the flowers that my husband bought for me for my birthday only lived for about two days, which was actually tragically sad. I had even specifically asked for care instructions and followed them to a T. I love the variety and how nice all of the vendors are, but just beware about the longevity of those beautiful blooms.

Great help went there on Saturday the 26th went to buy date flowers had some problems deciding. Was short lived with the help of lady working there. Amazing flower arrangements and cool daisy's and orchids with huge selection. If your a guy trying to get a lady flowers with a vauge understanding of what to choose. They can help:)

I am a concierge at the Arctic Club Hotel, and we received a last minute request from a guest checking into our hotel: "Is there any way you could have a small bouquet of flowers left in our room for when we arrive? I would love a bouquet of local or wild flowers. Nothing conventional. Just something simple and as close to earthy/natural as you can find." I only had two hours to pin something down, and most of the florists near the hotel were closed or didn't seem to have what I was looking for. I remembered coming to Pike Place Flowers once before and had a great experience, so I ran over here and came across the same girl, Shannon, who once again was awesome! I told her what was requested and she put together the perfect arrangement. The guests who requested this bouquet were **extremely** happy with the arrangement, and the price was right, too. I later found out that they were just engaged yesterday! Thank you so much! I will be back for future floral arrangements, especially if Shannon is manning the helm! Thank you Shannon!

I had a pretty good experience with Pike Place Flowers. The young lady working there that night was quick to assist me and was very nice. It was Valentine's Day, and I picked out some nice carnations for my girlfriend. She made a cute little bouquet, and my girlfriend loved it! :)Since spring is near, this would be my go-to for flowers, there are variety of different flowers. And who wouldn't want to stop by and smell the flowers?

SO MANY PRETTY FLOWERS. The reason why this is only a 4 star and not a 5 star review is because I didn't interact with anyone who was working, because they never approached me. But, the flowers are all gorgeous and they always walk around to clean the dying and wilted flowers. You will definitely notice this spot because they are the majority of the left side of Pike Place Market.

I have made a habit of buying my girlfriend flowers about once a week for quite some time, even if I don't get her a bouquet I still try to at least bring her a single rose. Given that she works close by, I've been through the market enough times to know that the best quality flowers you're going to get in the market are from here (as in, longest life-span, most fragrant, best cared for, etc.). Moreover, unlike other vendors around the market, if you don't want to just outright buy a pre-made bouquet, they're happy to help you put together a wonderful arrangement. They're always polite & friendly, smiling, even in the midst of the worst parts of winter & summer. When things are busy they work quickly but don't rush, the quality is never compromised, I've never had to strip off a thorn they missed here & I can't say the same about elsewhere. I still enjoy walking through the market & looking at all the lovely arrangements from different vendors, yet, I always end up back at the corner to buy flowers here.

I guess a $200 order isn't big enough to be worth Jim's time? I was ready to place an order. I was clear about the goal and my budget, but since I'm not a flower expert I attempted to ask a few questions. It all probably took 4-5 minutes. Friendly enough exchange until he told me I was taking too much of his time and that he wouldn't be able to service me?? If you're a fan of customer service then I wouldn't go to Pike Place Flowers.

You get what you pay for! If you spend $5, $10 etc around the corner be thankful for the deal. Spend more like $15 $20 here and the flowers last! The staff is helpful and great assortment

Jim is helping me deliver their flowers to a nearby hotel, writing a beautiful note, and creating a magnificent arrangement! My friends planned this last minute, and I called Jim very last minute myself! He was so kind and gentle over the phone, offering to help me in any way he could to create a special surprise for my dear friends! I live out of state and took a chance calling a flower shop that I have not been able to visit personally. Jim went above and beyond to assist me in sending my love to my very best friend!
