From the moment I contacted Pike Place Flowers, I knew I was in good hands. Jim, the owner, exemplified exceptional customer service, eager to ensure my friend received something truly special for her birthday—a day that also marked her first day of healing at home post emergency surgery.
I had initially ordered a large lively bouquet from another shop days before the birthday. However, when delivery day arrived, I was dismayed to find a lackluster small assortment resembling something one may pickup from Walmart. I expressed my disappointment to the shop requesting a resolution. As I waiting for their response - the shop called my friend, bedridden from her hospital stay, to inform her they are coming to take the flowers back. I was in disbelief! I had not heard back from the shop - yet they called her to repo her flowers. They must be replacing them right? Nope. She had to coordinate with that shop to have her flowers be taken back from her so they could refund us. That was not the resolution or way to handle this.
Frantic, I turned to Pike Place Flowers. Jim listened intently to my situation and assured me he would help, even on a busy Sunday. Within the hour, he delivered a beautiful bouquet of white lilies and roses, accented with colorful blooms, bringing joy back to the day.
