Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof

We had an excellent stay at the Pillows hotel in Gent this month. It started at check-in, where the deputy manager made us feel so welcome and gave us a lot of great advice about the hotel and Gent. We loved our room. Bed was comfortable and the heat/AC worked well. Housekeeping team was great - room was always clean and nicely refreshed. We also enjoyed the pool a couple of the evenings during our stay. ||The hotel had some nice little touches like a sweet treat in the room when we first arrived, and umbrellas to use on rainy days. ||Would highly recommend a stay here. Really posh hotel but staff are friendly not snooty. Top quality breakfast, rooms very nice and modern/clean. Location is great for walking in to the centre. Car parking nearby at underground public car park, was only €15 for 24 hrs. Spa is small but pleasant. Pool is tiny so for kids to splash in only really. Saunas were very good. Highly recommend as a spot of luxury to enjoy the beautiful city of Gent

Would highly recommend. Good location and staff and hotel were all amazing. Used the spa once (which was busy at the time we choose) however it is open 6am-10pm ||Rooms and bathrooms really luxurious and comfy bed for sleeping, also really peaceful. ||Few other people commented on the lack of lights in the main bedroom area which we did agree with but it didn’t ruin the stay as we loved the hotel and the bar for a cocktail. ||Felt well looked after and the hotel is very well decorated and modern but with some amazing old features from the building. ||We didn’t have breakfast as prefer little cafes however it looked good with good selections etc

The location is fab, easy walking distance into the centre. The lovely aroma that meets you from the entrance is amazing, would love that in my home! We stayed on 3rd floor, rooms were great size, wish there was a mirror to sit at in the bedroom to get ready, all other facilities were great, loved the soft fluffy robes. Toiletries were really good apart from hair conditioner didn't feel conditioning at all. Water was replinished in the mini bar each day which was appreciated. We had breakfast one day, great choice but really let down by the food that is supposed to be hot, none of it was that hot at all so I feel not worth the price if paying extra. We used the spa one evening and the pool, saunas and relaxation room were very busy. The pool or wellness bath as hotel called it is quite small so basically had to hover in one corner due to others using it at same time, the water & room could have been warmer and better facilities to hang towels and robes. I feel booking a timeslot would be better system to ensure everyone gets fair use of the spa as we didn't get to experience it all due to lots of people wanting to use it as well.

Lovely staff, quaint boutique hotel that has a nice garden area out back and a nice breakfast offering should you choose to add that onto your stay. Quiet hotel. I've stayed here 3 times all on business trips, I'd stay here if it were for my own dollars too!

The Pillows Boutique Hotel is conveniently situated for all things in Ghent. The hotel itself has to be the "nicest smelling " hotel I have ever stayed in! Seriously, it was just so nice and calming.|The bedroom was modern and the bed provided a great night's sleep.|Staff were efficient and friendly, with the reception staff providing a lovely warm welcome.|This was after Brussels Airlines had cancelled our return flight without informing us, so the hotel was a most welcome retreat. |If you're going to Ghent, Pillows is definitely worth your consideration.

Supreme quiet location near the historical city centre, within easy walking distance to all major sights. A wonderful stay at a stylish and atmospheric hotel with spa options. The hotel team was amazing—very welcoming and providing outstanding, anticipatory service. I can’t recommend the bar and restaurant experience enough. The rooms are neutrally decorated, spacious, and feature contemporary design. The bed was heavenly, with superior bed linens. The garden-facing room had the best view, overlooking a lovely old tree. Loved our stay at Pillows. We had a very long day of traveling and arrived early to the property, and they were very accommodating about letting us check in early. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful and showed us where everything was and was also able to call us a taxi to the train station during our stay. The location was good - within walking distance of the city center and a tram stop. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were unsure about how to work the coffee machine and rain shower, but the front desk was helpful. We wish we had prebooked the breakfast, because it was pretty pricey buying it day of. Can’t wait to return to Ghent one day, and we’d love to stay at Pillows again.
