Google
Food is amazing. The best Burritos I ever had. I tried pulled pork yesterday and Grilled chicken today and hard to say which is better. They are both delicious. Staff super friendly. Churros and sauces were also amazing. You must try ☝️

Google
Friendly service and decent food. They have a nice outdoor seating area but it’s also right under the Metromover elevated tracks so it can be a bit noisy

Google
Good street food place in the heart of Brickell. We ordered carnitas quesadilla (very generous with the cheese and delicious cream and guacamole to go with it), a couple birria tacos and a burrito. We also ordered micheladas. First time I went, I thought everything was top notch in terms of flavor. Second time, flavor was okay but nothing super special. Ambiance is relaxing and chill but a bit empty.

Google
Great service, the server was very attentive and the food was good. The drinks were strong and flavorful too. I recommend it !

Google
$17 for two cold tacos deliver by a robot I would never ever ever pay for two small tacos almost $20. It is not worth it. Please take your money somewhere else. Do not order from here at All ever it’s not worth it. Thank you.

Google
Great taco place, well served dishes and service was amazing. Good to try different taco mix.

Google
I thought food was delicious!! Unfortunately, the service was not the best. Server did not check on us, and never gave us waters at all when I asked numerous times (also did auto-grat and never told us). Sadly, margaritas were not fresh and from a mix which is totally fine, but for the price I don’t know if it was worth it. Nevertheless, atmosphere was nice and it’s a cute spot, just some things might want to get looked into for the future.

Google
Went for a late lunch, our server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, even offered us the use of his own phone when ours wouldn't load the menu by scanning bar code. The service was wonderfully attentive, but the quality of food was only OK. My taco burria was soggy and lukewarm, didn't taste freshly made. The grill meat on hotplate was huge in portion but drenched in gready oil and lacked flavor, underwhelming. I guve kudos for our servers but the cooks in the back need to do better.

Yelp
Thank you Yelp for the free chips and salsa with check-in! Salsa was good. Pico was fresh but didn't have any heat. Corn appetizer was really good. Like elote in a bowl. All of the tacos were good. Meat wasn't overcooked, tortillas were fresh and didn't break apart. Overall, good meal for the price. Service was good and we received our food quickly and accurately. Inside was clean and included a dispenser to get more water, which I appreciated.

Yelp
Yesterday, I tried the birria tacos here. They were tasty and fresh. Orders came out rather quick. The staff was friendly and accommodating! It is important to note that the tacos aren't packing in flavor. I had a very simple and straight to the point experience. As you can see, the portion sizes are really small. Great if your watching your weight/calories lol. Eating here can get pretty pricey as well , it's about $7.00 per taco. I honestly can't say it was worth the almost $30 spent. You'll need about 6 tacos to feel full. If you don't have a tight budget and you like birria tacos, you should def give this place a try! Otherwise, pass.

Tom L.

Yelp
Great service. Order anything it's all fresh and great! The few times we have been there it's just one waiter. Not much English but very friendly

Bethany S.

Yelp
I have heard about Pilo's many times while I've lived in Miami but had yet to try it. I came for a light meal and tried the queso dip with a horchata. The queso was tasty and a huge portion. Unfortunately the horchata was quite watery, which was disappointing. A member of my party tried the birria tacos and felt they were lacking in flavor. Waitstaff was kind and attentive, and the food was delivered fast. It's a quaint spot with some outdoor seating though located near the metromover tracks so can be loud at times.

Cole D.

Yelp
Good portions I was very full but not that great of a seasoned flavorful burrito. A lot of rice inside my Al pastor burrito. Also $15 for a burrito is a little steep. Also quite annoying that a tip is included in the price (for what service?) and then they ask for a tip at checkout again. That rubs me the wrong way. The free chips and salsa check in perk is nice and I appreciate them involving Yelp in their restaurant.

Yelp
I was exploring Brickell, and found this great taco place that really took me by surprise since it was off of one of the main streets, but not in the actual hustle and bustle of it all. The place is really low key, with a good menu of options and comfortable seating outside and inside, all very casual. I thought the staff was really friendly, the food came out fast, the drinks were pretty good as well. I would have liked to have been given some of the spicy sauces available in advance, without asking for them. For the price that you're paying, I think it's quite okay that you can expect that. We ordered a steak taco, birria, Al pastor, and mushroom pastor, as well as the esquites, and a couple of margaritas (lime and strawberry). All was really enjoyable, well flavored for the most part, although a little conservative with the chili powder and hot sauces. The mushroom al pastor did not quite meet my expectations. I know it's a vegetarian dish, but it could have been flavored better, it felt quite underwhelming, specially compared to the well seasoned tacos we ordered. All in all, I would be open to coming back and trying other menu options.

Jessica C.

Yelp
Vibe was decent for a quick bite, service was outstanding! But the food.... Hard pass. Shrimp was so tough like it had been frozen and defrosted a couple of times or way over cooked. Burrito was not as tasty as any fast food place. Would recommend walking around the area to explore other options.

Adriana D.

Yelp
I'm visiting from California. I was just there and the server automatically took a $10 tip, and I only consumed $24 with the food. I did not have the energy to argue but it's a ripoff, and the food is lame. Eat somewhere else..I regret I didn't choose the restaurant right across from this one

Nancy M.

Yelp
Stumbled on this taco place as I left a club nearby it was late and one of the places on the way home. Why not? Everybody needs a taco fix after a night. This place didn't really fulfill it for me, It's cool they have margaritas late night and chips and salsa but the tacos didn't do it for me. The quesa taco was overly greasy and not enough of any birria flavor. The chips came with a sweet green sauce that I've never in my years of eating tacos had I tried before. Margarita was good but that is all.

Lena L.

Yelp
These were ok. The corn tasted like canned corn but ok. The tacos you have to get two of each which makes it hard to try things unless you way over order. Service good. I probably wouldn't go back.

Ravi K.

Yelp
There is a parking lot right across the store. So that's sorted. This is a quick bite place for late night cravings. After spending few hours in Miami downtown, we were hungry hence decided to give this place a try: it was good to find a place serving food at 1:00 am. We decided to have burrito and enchilada. The food was okay. Service was quick.

Rachel G.

Yelp
Cheers to an eventful Taco Tuesday! The tacos were a steal for 4 for $10 (2 for $5), plus a tasteful passion fruit marg is a must. While the seating was somewhat limited, the staff made sure to arrange tables for our 7-person party. The ambiance was fun with great music and we had a great time. The service was exceptional and will definitely come back next time we're in Miami!

G Q.

Yelp
GREAT SERVICE/AMAZING ATMOSPHERE My husband and I live here in Brickell and this place is a GEM! The attention to detail and the customer service that we get every time always make us come back for more great food. Thank you to our favorite servers Jose, Daniel and Sebastian. These 3 gentlemen always go above and beyond with the customer service. We are now regulars! We are so glad that Pilos is here in Brickell. By the way the chips with queso are to die for !! We love Pilos!

Craig A.

Yelp
The menu shows two tacos, you actually get only one taco. So, this is false advertising. These are tiny , two bite tacos. Then they add a 20% service charge to the check, and allow you to add additional individual tips for everyone that works there. The business is sleazy.

Tommy A.

Yelp
Three street tacos is $16.50 plus 20% non optional gratuity even if it's bad service... you get three small tacos for around $21 .. wouldn't go back tried once. Basic.

Ally C.

Yelp
Overall, the food was good. There's a lot of sauce on the entrees and therefore lots of flavors. Portion size is pretty good. The tacos are stuffed with plenty of meat, they aren't stingy about it. Knocking a star due to the sweetness of the salsa verde (why?) and the greasiness of the bierra tacos (which were recommended). The margaritas are strong and good though. The best was the lime-flavored.

Kadin H.

Yelp
Fantastic birria tacos! I also really liked their salsas. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in Miami.

Ken P.

Yelp
So, three street tacos and two small draft beers was just under forty bucks. Wowza! Tacos were ok. Arrive also ok. The two biggest issues here are the insane prices and the fact they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill. They do not let you know about the 20% tip surcharge in advance which may or may not have made a difference. But the point is the consumer SHOULD be deciding that amount as TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY but discretionary. Honestly, when did society decide that nothing needs to be earned. This put me off even though I normally would tip in that range... by CHOICE. It has been a long time since I've made a review less than 5 stars. But, this one was required as the tacos and beer are definitely not worth the prices. And, beware of the mandatory "TIP" which is more of a surcharge. Too many other choices to recommend this place. Sorry.

Tyler C.

Yelp
Good spot for tacos in brickell. They have a decent sized menu and pretty quick service. Gets busy at night but there is a good amount of outdoor seating.

Christopher L.

Yelp
The service at this establishment is absolutely unacceptable. At 12 noon on a Friday afternoon with two other tables in the entire restaurant sat it took 50 minutes for two tacos to be made. I was forced to pay 20% tip. I will never return.. This is your typical brickell rip off !

Hailey H.

Yelp
Great food! Love the birria tacos here. And the chips and guac was HUGE! Such a low key hidden gem.

Sergio F.

Yelp
When I was younger, food after a fun night out consisted of a certain Taco chain. Now as an adult with a more sophisticated (even for late night) palate, I'm glad that the late 90's movie was wrong and the chain restaurant didn't win the franchise wars #geekout I'd been to Pilo's Miami Beach location awhile back for a Yelp Elite event, and was glad to find their Brickell location after a Saturday night out in Brickell / Downtown. I managed to snag a seat on their outside terrace and take in some peoplewatching along with yummy texmex. The chips were adequately crispy, and both the pico and green salsa tasty. The green one actually had a nice blend of heat with a hint of sweet. My chicken burrito had plenty of meat and black beans. It was certainly late night gourmet!

Jennifer B.

Yelp
If you're really hungry then yea go but do not expect the food to be super delicious lol. These are not authentic tacos either. Service was ehh, we felt rushed. We got there at 1 because Yelp says the place closes at 3am. However, we were there for 10 mins and the guy tells us their closing in 5 mins.. Drinks weren't all that either- it's premade and has a lot of sugar (margaritas)

Jessica K.

Yelp
Our waiter was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu and won't just suggest the priciest one. The SHRIMP TACO!!! 10/10 usually fried shrimp tacos are heavily battered but this was perfectly lightly coated giving the best textured bite. The sauce and toppings were so harmonious with the shrimp. OMG. the La Pilo was amazing as well but didn't have me dreaming ab it like the shrimp. The margaritas are must get here. Passion fruit is the best bc it's not too sweet like the strawberry one. The corn app was alright but too liquid-y... The Quesadilla (the birria one??) was 11/10.

Lauren D.

Yelp
I tried the el Miguelito taco and it was a super savory carne asada. The verde salsa was perfect, and not too salty (something I struggle to find in tacos!) I got the white sangria (my go-to margarita wasn't sold today ). The sangria was overall good! It tasted more like a moscato versus a Spanish sangria tho. Would recommend this place for a quick and delicious taco!

Krista C.

Yelp
Food was great. We had the chips, queso and guac, and a chicken quesadilla. I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was really good. We stopped in for a late night bite and no wait. Good spot to check out in Brickell.

Viviana M.

Yelp
Great food authentic taste and excellent service! I didn't get a picture of the El Costeñito Beer Battered taco, but it was amazing!!! Cute place with great ambiance

Jeff R.

Yelp
Awesome food. Great service. I had steak and chicken Tacos. They were amazing. Our waiter did an outstanding job.

Roger M.

Yelp
Half price tacos? Dinner with a show? what more could you ask for!! Tasty tacos taste terrific!!

Jada J.

Yelp
Didn't get a picture because I ate it so fast! Great flavor with a good portion size. I wish the chips came with the salsa and the burrito sauce had a little more flavor but I would eat here again.

Audrey S.

Yelp
Super shadey happy hour deals! The cashier tried to charge me 2x the happy hour deal, pretended it was a mistake, then went and got ice he didn't need so my friend behind me would be 1 minute late for the happy hour deal. It was literally 7:00 pm and he refused him. And he gave my other friend a bottled beer that was 2x the draft price after my friend asked for the happy hour beer . What a scam.

Melanie N.

Yelp
While in Miami, all I wanted was some delicious street tacos. I easily found Pilo's online and, with the additional recommendation of a local, I enjoyed lunch here. There is no indoor seating but there is a front porch as well as a large area, near the sidewalk, underneath the train. We ate on the front porch because it was raining. I had queso as a starter. It was probably the best I have ever eaten! It was smooth and cheesy! Additionally, I had the birria tacos as my main course. They were delicious! My only complaint about the restaurant is that the music was very loud, making it difficult to converse. I truly enjoyed my meal and would like to go to Pilo's again, to try another one of their dishes!

Bushra H.

Yelp
Great taco spot in Brickell. They have outdoor seating which is nice especially in the Miami heat. They have good fish tacos for a reasonable price. Not great for groups, good for a small date.

Lena S.

Yelp
Randomly decided to eat at this place while exploring the Brickell area. Seating is outdoor which kinda sucked since it was so hot the night we were there. Their water cups are so small you finish your water in like 3 gulps. We ordered the guacamole and corn for appetizer and loved both! The corn was amazing and I wish I had more. For our tacos we got the pastor, birria and the brisket one. The pastor tacos were not the best. The birria desperately needed some salt. The brisket tacos were delicious! The tacos were kinda overpriced in my opinion.

Lina S.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp and we are glad we went there. It was 5 of us (2 adults , 1 teenager and 2 kids) . We sat outside not sure if they have seating inside. Our server was very nice. She brought us water right away . Food was very good. This is what we ordered : Guacamole $10.99 Pescadito grilled taco (fish taco) $10.99 Guero taco (chicken taco) $8.99 Chicken Quesadilla $14.99 Carnal taco $ 9.99 Passion fruit margarita (made with wine). $10.99 Kids ordered coke in a bottle. We always had water at our table.

Sharon S.

Yelp
Friendly service! Had the shrimp tacos which were tasty but a bit salty. We lucked out that it was happy hour and had a huge sangria.

Allison F.

Yelp
This place has great food, nice portions, a badass patio and friendly staff. I ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas while the husband got shrimp tacos along with the esquites appetizer. They didn't have liquor for some reason, so we ordered a couple beers. Everything came up quick, but we did visit on a Wednesday afternoon. My pork was so flavorful. Beans were awesome, guac was my fave, because it didn't have tomatoes or onions in it. Everything was fresh and filling. If I wasn't traveling, I'd have loved to keep my leftovers. My husband said his shrimp tacos were great, with six small shrimps in each one. Prices were reasonable. I'd definitely visit again next time I'm in Brickell.

Garo K.

Yelp
Good vibes, good food. Always like coming here. Service is also good and the food comes out pretty quick. No complaints...this place has consistently been good. The music can be a little loud at times, but that's the only drawback.... And that's not even all the time.

Hossein L.

Yelp
One of the most awful foods I've ever had! We ordered quesadilla and burritos. They were too oily, specifically the quesadilla which was full of cheese and oil, a little bit of guacamole and a little bit of tomatoes on the side. They served in plastic dishes with plastic fork and knife. At the end, although we were two people, they added 20% tip by themselves, which I took it off and reduced it because we liked neither the food nor their service! We paid about $36 for these two low-quality foods.

Melanie L.

Yelp
Great tacos and environment! I ordered the tacos called "El Guero" which comes with grilled chicken topped with lettuce, avo-crema & cotija cheese on corn tortillas. It comes with two tacos, although they may look small, they are definitely filling and delicious! I would want to come back again to try something else. Since it was my first time there, the waiter suggested I try "El Guero" tacos because I wanted something with chicken. I'm glad I went with his recommendation! The waiters were very friendly and fast.

Kenny L.

Yelp
Ordered via grubhub. Said the ordered was accepted but never arrived and then the restaurant closed. Terrible service. Buyer beware Update: it ultimately was delivered outside our door without them contacting us. So it sat out there all night. but at least it was delivered.

Germita D.

Yelp
Parking There are on street parking and fortunately we were able to park there. There is also a parking lot couple feet away for $10. Server Super preppy and attentive. Great attitude and helpful. Other employees look like they enjoy the job with high engagement and great attitude. Food We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 alcoholic drinks, and 4 types of tacos. The food was okay, a lot of the food needed more seasoning and taste to it, especially the pork and battered shrimp. Appetizer The corn off the cob was not creamy and was super watery on the bottom, had better. The cheese that sat and stuck on top was good. Guacamole was delicious and taste fresh Drinks Were strong!! Just how I like it haha. Very delicious Restrooms Super clean Decor/music Great music and colorful decor, has a great background for food photos I would not go back again, but was still decent!

Barbara M.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! And in case you are wondering, it's 100 times better than the one in wynwood. They really put a lot of effort in the food and it's just so good. I also really like how they hve expanded the terrace after covid, there's lots more space and it's perfect for when the weather allows it. This time I tried their birria tacos, which were amazing! I think it's my new favorite taco and also ordered the esquites and got chips & salsa for free just for checking in with yelp. Can't wait to be back!

Lori S.

Yelp
Best mushroom taco I've ever had. Ever. 10/10. It's a sweet, salty, spicy mixture with amazing texture, and a great vegetarian option. Service was friendly. Vibe was lively with music and a good crowd. Queso was okay, small for $5. We did take out, so perhaps dine in is different. Don't skip this place!!

Andrew C.

Yelp
I do like the fact that they have the outdoor grass patio and they are very dog friendly. They even bring a dog bowl out if you bring the furry one out with you. However, I'm not entirely on the pilo's train. Most of the food is a bit bland, including their flagship tacos. The salsa-verde was runny, kind of sweet, but otherwise not very flavorful. The regular salsa was pretty fresh with fresh tomatoes and onions, but i would appreciate some spicy sauce to add some zest to it. You can ask for some on the side, but even that was a bit on the boring side. Service was pretty attentive and noticed when my beer was low to walk over and ask for another one. Food did come out separately, however. Overall, I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth, except of course for the location. For the price, I think they could do a lot better tacos. For a fraction of the cost, I can get much better authentic tacos in several places in Little Havana. My biggest recommendation would be to add alot more unique sauces to the menu. Because that can really make or break a taco place. And maybe add some different proteins for the tacos.

Juliette D.

Yelp
WOW! Wow, wow, wow!!! This was our first time at Pilo's and I'm so happy for it to be the first Miami restaurant that I give five stars to!! Firstly, it's a beautiful spot with bright colors, cool Mexican decor and fairy twinkle lights. The food and drinks are served in plastic cups and tins, but they are PACKED with flavor. When I say this is some the best Mexican food I've ever had, this is coming from someone who travels to Mexico regularly. We got the piñata, aka burrito bowls. Normally when I get shrimp at other places a serving is like six pieces. Here, I don't know how many they gave but it was a generous amount! I can't get over how great everything was seasoned. I'm gonna be here once a week haha! Miami loves dogs so this probably won't surprise anyone, but they gave our pup her own water bowl with ice too, free of charge. TIP for my fellow Yelpers: if you check in while at Pilos they offer free chips and salsa.

Nate R.

Yelp
The cashier coerces you to include a tip upfront, before you've even paid, and simply for standing in line to order food to-go at the register. After you pay on the machine he tells you to skip the "extra tip screen". What a joke. This takes ridiculous tipping to a whole new extreme. Lots of taco options in the area. Best to avoid this one unless you want to deal with shady and disrespectful staff.

Liz G.

Yelp
Usually my go to late night (after a night out) guilty pleasure. Tacos always hit the spot but my favorite is the mushroom burrito (it's pretty big also and goes nicely with the diabla sauce) I also love the esquites (elote off the cob) it's the perfect side to round off every meal and your waistline (butter, cheese AND Mayo). My only complaint is last time I ordered the esquites it was extremely salty. Overall solid takeout spot and delivery spot, always arrives on time and hot.

Ana D.

Yelp
Food was terrible. Had to get up twice to find waiter to refill my water glass. Music was way too loud; could not hear ourselves talk. Tip included in a fast food restaurant? Waiter extremely pushy and rude when paying for the bill. Literally stood over us and made us leave him a 5 star review which we deleted. Definitely would not recommend for the food alone.

Alex F.

Yelp
Heard a lot of good things of this restaurant was disappointed at the quality of the food then days later, found out the people working here. We're constantly harassing Hispanic restaurants around the area and online will not be returning.
