Pilot Dealer

I see alot of complaints. Its not that bad and I dont think this place is racist but I see comments. I fueled up. The buckets were full to clean my windshield and was able to get a parking spot at 6pm. Was maybe 10 spots open at that time. The lot is black topped. Probably 50 spots to park. Has a dunkin donuts and a deli. 2 restrooms 1 toilet each all gender. It is what it is. Has 3 small showers. Better than not having any. Its an ok place overall, better than some for sure!

This location is blatantly racially discriminating against African Americans. First, yesterday morning at approximately 3am I was threatened by a young white male employee who seemed to be intoxicated. So bad to the point I almost had to defend myself but the Older lady came to his rescue. The older lady seems to be the only civilized person here. Furthermore, the cashier at Dunkin Donuts refused to take me and another black guys order. He claimed he’s not taking inside orders only drive-thru and to go orders. We were the only two customers he had. Then today the order tall white guy working the morning shift kept skipping all the black customers and giving the showers to his white customers first. I sent my girlfriend in to order a shower he told her the system was down and to come back in two hours. I immediately went in after her less than 15 minutes later and observed him giving two white males shower tickets and telling them they were first and second in line. I left my bad outside intentionally so that he would not suspect I needed a shower. When I approached and asked for a shower he reacted hostile and shocked. I took the shower ticket to my girlfriend and she was still skipped in line four more times until all the white shower goers were finished. I can smell a lawsuit coming to this location. We risk our lives to supply this town with goods and necessities. We should be treated fairly.

First things first. The 2 employees were super nice n helpful. The showers on other hand were disgusting. There was black mold on the ceiling dirty hand prints on the walls n dirt as well. The shower floor was dirty. There was a smell that I couldn't pin point. The bathrooms were disgusting. They can do a better job if they wanted to.

Pumps don’t work. DEF only on couple of pumps. No shower. No laundry. Cashier at the same time a wc cleaner. Rest rooms smells bad. No SHOWERS SINCE JUNE 2024. DEFINITELY CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WORST PILOT I HAVE EVER SEEN. Doesn’t surprise me it’s almost empty and dead.

One of the worst truck stops I ever been to. The pumps are always broken. DEF dispensers only at pumps 17, 19, and 21. Sometimes the broken pumps are the ones that have the DEF dispensers, so you there might only be one pump where you can get DEF. The trash barrels are always filled to the brim. Trash all over the parking lot. No squeegees to clean the windshield. The pumps don’t even print receipts. You have to walk all the way inside to the cashier if you need a receipt. Sometimes the cashier isn’t even at the counter because they’re cleaning the restrooms and showers. I use to go to the Irving up the road which is way better, but my company wants me to go here now because they get discounts on the fuel. Avoid this place is you can. I wish I could.

Now I understand that it's a place for truck drivers to get off the road for a bit however I was told I wasn't allowed to park there to go to a park and ride however there are no signs prohibiting me parking a vehicle there and it also didn't say what type of parking was allowed. On top of that the gentleman and lady that spoke to me were unbelievably rude. That says something for a truck stop beware before you pull in

It's true. The showers are disgusting. Soap bits left behind. No floor mat so you're hopping around trying to keep your feet dry. Mirror totally still fogged up from last guy. I miss my Love's.
