Shower was hot and clean. Food is legit and tasty. Free parking for trucks. Good place to take a break. Truckers or not.

Small Pilot dealer, 3 showers, small laundry room 2+2, overall everything is quite good.

I see alot of complaints. Its not that bad and I dont think this place is racist but I see comments. I fueled up. The buckets were full to clean my windshield and was able to get a parking spot at 6pm. Was maybe 10 spots open at that time. The lot is black topped. Probably 50 spots to park. Has a dunkin donuts and a deli. 2 restrooms 1 toilet each all gender. It is what it is. Has 3 small showers. Better than not having any. Its an ok place overall, better than some for sure!

Long wait times for showers, and they don't clean them thoroughly in between customers. They also time you and you can't spend longer than an hour there until they start knocking and pushing you out. The water also was slightly white in color, kinda foggy looking. Also no hot foods over the weekend. Be careful out there.

worst place i have ever been to. employees are rude, they threaten to call the cops if you’re not parked in an actual parking spot but have a bunch of dropped trailers in parking spots that aren’t being towed or removed, bathrooms are “all gender” and disgusting, they can enforce parking but can't refill the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, the dunkin’ donuts took my order and charged me for it THEN told me they were out of what i wanted and told me they cant give pup cups anymore ? which is just a cup of whip cream. i asked if i could buy a cup of whipped cream and they said no. showers have a long wait because there’s only 3. i went in today to take a much needed shower and theres a sign on the door that says they’re closed due to the power being out. one thing after another. terrible experience and terrible place to take a break. after working 8 consecutive, long days over the road it would be nice to have access to a shower and simple necessities, and without having to face rude employees.

They need to clean the showers faster. I reserved my shower, 40mins after I got the “you’re next” notification and I’m still waiting for someone to clean the empty shower. This is at 4pm on a Friday.

Pilot truck stop is for TRUCKS ONLY there is not a way to know that online which is stupid cuz i wasted my gas money coming here THEY DO NOT WELCOME ANYONE BUT 18 WHEELERS ONLY YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU ARE NOT ONE. Only upset cuz most places dont have an issue with other people parking wherever so post this crap online so people dont waste their time. Thanks

1/4 of parking spots are chained off. If you’re not parked by 3 pm. Forget about it. Don’t waste your drive time.
