I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing birthday cake! When I found out I had to go gluten-free earlier this year, I honestly thought good desserts were a thing of the past. This cake completely exceeded my expectations. It was moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious — even my non-gluten-free friends couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. I’m so grateful to have found a bakery that makes gluten-free treats this good. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and requested it to be gluten and dairy free (due to a number of guests having dietary restrictions). I was nervous about the taste but after visiting the shop and tasting some products I was pleasantly surprised. The cake was delicious and I had so many parents wanting to know where we got it from. Since moving here from Ireland, we have found a lot of the cakes/cupcakes too sweet. This was the perfect combination.

Pumpkin bread devoured. It tasted super great and then you taste the “pinch of salt”. Fantastic. Definitely worth a try. We also ordered the banana bread latte with true to what the staff says, is not very sweet. It has a nice banana bread aroma but overall not very banana forward. Very enjoyable! Would love to order here again

This is a definite go to if you are gluten free! The atmosphere is adorable & cozy. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. And the treats were amazing!! The pumpkin bread was my absolute favorite but everything I got was outstanding! I will absolutely be back!!

If you are gluten-free, or just want an amazing dessert, I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I have celiac, and Pinch of Salt made 2 wedding cakes for me and my husband that were hands down the best cake we’ve ever had. We received countless compliments from our guests about the beautiful and insanely delicious cakes. From our first email conversation to the big day, Abby and the staff were so kind, attentive, prompt, and informative. Whether you’re wanting something for a special event or just need a little treat, Pinch of Salt is the perfect place!!

First time ordering a cake from here for my wife's birthday and it did not disappoint. The flavor and design were excellent and great communication from the business. Would recommend for others and will be a repeating customer.

What a great find! A few friends and I dropped in to try it out and we were not disappointed! We tried the vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting (one of the best buttercream frostings I have ever had), the strawberry cupcake, the pumpkin and chocolate loaf! The only thing we got I didn’t get to try was the cookies but that’s because someone else gobbled them up so nothing but praises from me! Definitely give it a try!

How have I not reviewed this place before? Go! Go there now. This place is the most delicious bakery - gluten free or not. The cafe itself is so aesthetic and cute. They accommodate all kinds of allergies but are dedicated gluten-free. The caramel pecan turtle cookie is the best cookie I’ve ever had. We love them so much and have made several custom orders - including for my celiac daughter’s 18th birthday cake and her graduation party. They also carry take-n-bake cinnamon rolls and kolaches which are so yummy. Every time I’m in the area, I grab a couple pans of those to keep at home for weekends or when we have company. Even all of our gluten eating family and friends gush about how good they are. The cupcakes are always rotating flavors and they’re always decorated so well. It’s such a treat to be able to stop by and grab some goodies. We will forever be customers of this bakery.

I go here at least once a week. This place has the best oatmeal cream pies! They have the perfect cream to pie ratio. Reminds of the store bought ones that I had as a kid, but honestly these are better. Ever since I've been limited in my diet due to an autoimmune disorder, I've been having a hard time finding good quality sweets. I've always had a bad sweet tooth. This place is the place to go if you have to eat gluten free. I also bought my wedding cake here which was cookies and cream which was so bomb! My birthday is in November, and I also orders a pumpkin cake! When you walk in it's a cute little set up with purchasable handmade bracelets and aprons, a coffee bar, and you can't forget the array of pastries. The employees are always welcoming and quick with the service.

Cute bakery in an unsuspecting location! There's ample parking outside and seating when you get inside. They have a good selection of pastries including cakes, scones, cupcakes and even dinner rolls. We got the raspberry loaf and blueberry iced latte which was delicious. Will definitely come back for coffee and pastries!

This bakery has really grown on me over the past year. I first visited Pinch of Salt during a Yelp event and have returned many times since. They have plenty of seating inside and have a wide offering for folks who are gluten free. The service is always top notch and fairly speedy. Their coffee is pretty good and their espresso is strong. My go to order is an iced almond milk latte with a frosted sugar cookie. I really love the cookies! They are crumbly and delicious.

We ordered cupcakes for a baby shower from Pinch of Salt. From the moment I hit 'send' on my email inquiring about design and price, Pinch of Salt, and particularly Abby, were magnificent. I got an immediate response (on a Friday night!) with three photo suggestions for cupcake icing designs, and a price quote. Abby matched our color scheme in the icing color, and also designed tiny little chocolate bears to match our theme. She made us delicious cupcakes that were also adorable. I absolutely highly recommend them.

Delicious sausage & cheese brioche. We bought 2 to try at home, they were both gone in a minute. Tasted just like "real" kokaches, best tasting gf bread. Will go back soon and buy more.

Gluten free heaven. So many good pastries to choose from that it's hard for someone who often only has one or two options. The staff are very helpful pointing out what's gluten free and what's gluten and dairy free. The place is cute and almost feels like you're sitting in someone's living room. Lots of different options for comfortable seating. They have a great coffee shop too. My husband had a drip coffee and I had a peppermint mocha that wasn't sweet. It tasted so good. I can't wait to try other things from the coffee shop too. This was my first time here and I'll be planning another trip out. It's worth the drive. I can't wait to try other things on my next trip.

I tagged along with my friend as she came here to grab some GF & DF items for a cousin coming into town. Now I'm not sure what magic they put in their food but I had a cake pop which was amazing! Don't even get me started on the oatmeal cream pie- it's freaking phenomenal. I will say I wasn't a fan of the cinnamon roll.. but everything else we got was fantastic.

This place is amazing. Every item is labeled as to what allergens they contain and don't contain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The setting is comfortable and conducive to conversations. I have multiple food allergies and had various options. They have many vegan and gluten free foods.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This was my first time out to Pinch of Salt pastries and the only thing I'm sad about is not getting here sooner. The staff was super friendly, helpful and patient and the shop is so cute! I had to grab a bit of everything being a Gluten-Free girlie. I got Sausage Kolaches, a Cinnamon roll, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Cake Pop, Oreo Cupcake, Nutella Cupcake and Lemon Blueberry Cupcake. All of the treats were AMAZING, but the sausage kolaches were my favorite! This will be a new stop for me as a staple. Go check them out!

The pastries at pinch of salt are so delicious! We had the kolache, and the bread was super fluffy and the sausage was really tasty. Service was fast and it's a very cute vibe to sit and have coffee and a breakfast pastry. We will absolutely be returning, and on top of it all everything is gluten-free, which is just super nice. But you wouldn't know it! really good coffee as well

These folks are doing the Lord's work. I wish I could describe what an emotional experience it is to find baked treats that I can enjoy again. I have had to follow the low FODMAP, dairy free, and a few other restrictions for over six months, and in that time, I have not experienced such decadent baked goods that tasted like normal food again! Life has been very bland. Nowhere else I've tried has been able to offer me anything that fits my dietary restrictions that still tastes amazing. The brownies, oh my gosh let me tell you, this brownie tasted like it was a baked from scratch with extra love from your grandma's kitchen. I'm talking about fudgy, thick, amazing texture that is not crumbly, just the right amount of sweetness that sits in your mouth like a piece of ambrosia. It tastes better than most of the "normal" brownies you find at the average bakery/restaurant. It was overwhelmingly delicious. Paired with a cup of their smooth drip coffee, I was in Heaven. Then there's the caramel turtle cookie. Think of what your ideal cookie tastes like, that buttery tender crunch with just the right amount of chips giving a little bit of salted caramel flavor. Tall and sweet. Tollhouse has nothing on these guys! Not all of their food is low FODMAP friendly, but enough of it was that I was nearly overwhelmed. You mean I can just walk into this gorgeous, welcoming, adorable bakery and pick almost anything I want out of the pastry case, like some kind of normie? I don't have to settle for the bland, safe option? Is this too good to be true? They are very transparent about their ingredients and potential cross contamination, if you check their website you'll find everything, even the type of oil they use to grease their pans. What a life saver! My only regret is that I was only passing through town and can't come here every day. Thank you all for helping me remember that food is more than just boring fuel, it can make you feel happy again too.

WHAT AN AMAZING DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE GEM. My daughter is celiac so obviously she has to be strictly gluten free (including no cross contamination) so I brought her today to enjoy some morning treats. The bakery is sooo cute, modern and clean! And the treats were AMAZING. Like seriously if I didn't know this was a gluten free bakery I wouldn't have guessed!! The pound cakes are amazing and we also got a vanilla bean donut which was delicious!! I generally expect gluten free baked goods to be dry but these were the total opposite everything was so perfect and moist. So happy to have found this place, we will be frequent visitors!

This place has really gone down hill since the last time I came here. The chi tea latte tastes like watered down milk. Goodness it's horrible, I can't even drink it. She was talking to customers on the phone which is fine. But learn to multi task. You can put the lid on my coffee and hand it to me... so I waited until she was done. While the cashier just chit chats and doesn't help. Won't be back and will no longer recommend.

Some of the best pastries I've ever had. They just happen to be gluten free! Many GF foods can have a weird texture but you wouldn't even know if it wasn't listed on the menu. I met the owner many many years ago when she had a table at the outdoor farmers market so it's very cool to see her grow her business and open a coffee shop. I've had her pastries at other coffee shops around the metroplex. The shop is pretty large but cozy at the same time. Very cute decorations! I wish I lived close so I could frequent it more often.

A really neat local coffee shop with lots of fancy drinks, cakes, cookies, kolaches, and all kinds of tastiness. Friendly employees. Very clean and organized - well decorated. Comfortable seating. There were quite a few regulars inside who boasted of the menu items. Some people don't care for matcha, but I'm here to tell you the strawberry matcha is GREAT! They also sell keychains and stickers and cups and tshirts. Super nice place on Main Street in Grapevine (not downtown). Easy to get to and lots of parking!

Pinch Of Salt Pastries is located on S Main, in the same building as Stacy's furniture. It's amazing to see what they have done with this section of the building, if I remember before it had been part of some sort of drop off day care/play area way back when I was still working in the area. (I knew a couple kids that went there.) They have coffee options along with an amazing variety of bakery items to pick from. Bonus points to the selection that is Gluten-free, as well I saw other items that were other allergen friendly as well. Staff was amazing during my visit, I loved how they interacted with the family that came in right before me. I got a cherry chocolate chip item that I ended up saving for when my kiddo got out of school for us to split. We both really enjoyed it and have already made plans to swing by again when we find ourselves in this part of Grapevine.

Tucked away in a quiet corner is this amazing bakery - with super chill vibes. Absolutely brilliant spot to meet up with your girlfriends! The choice of offerings is amazing and it was a very hard decision on what to get. I opted for the caramel pecan turtle cookie and it was the right amount of sticky toffee, nutty crunch to cookie ratio - yum!

You know this place is good by the aroma that hits you before you even make it to the door. As a gluten free girlie, it can be tough to find a good bakery. This place is at the top of my list. I appreciate how every food item is labeled so there's no fear in the ingredients. My husband and I got the cinnamon bun and the strawberry shortcake cupcake. Both were heavenly. My husband has no allergies and really enjoyed the pastries. The service was fast and friendly. Cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic bakery for gluten-free treats, but make sure you stop by early!! I arrived at Pinches of Salt at around 3:30 (thirty minutes before closing). Unfortunately, the vast majority of baked goods were already sold out. I understand being out of some items, but only having a handful of options once it was my turn to order was slightly disappointing. I also found their hours of operation difficult to fit around my work schedule and hope they consider expanding them in the future! I tried the Carrot Cake Cupcake and it was absolutely delightful! The cake was super light and moist with a nice hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. I could barely tell it was gluten free! I highly recommend this cupcake for your visit!

I have been a fan of Pinch of Salt for years and would frequently buy from the Farmers Market of Grapevine and ReDefined. The quality and taste is the absolute best in general and out of this world for gluten free items. I have never been to the store front but I was so happy to see that it's easily accessible and very cute inside. The worker who helped me out was very kind and patient and had a really great personality that made you wanna chat away with him. I'm so happy to have finally found the store front for Pinch of Salt! This location is in the same parking lot as Stacey's so there is tons of parking and a few places to browse around nearby.

Got a cake decorated with Boss Baby, the intricate details was amazing and the cake was very delicious. Staff is friendly and the ambiance is very warm and welcoming.

This is a great bakery if you have food sensitivity to gluten and dairy. I do not have any restrictions at this time. However, items are baked with care and are so delicious. The alternate recipes do not even matter to me. They are that good!

Their gluten free pastries are some of the best you can find. Don't pass this place up.

We have been so excited to try this place since they opened their storefront in Grapevine! We decided to go on my birthday for a sweet treat. I have Celiac Disease and my boyfriend has wheat and dairy allergies so we were definitely happy to eat here on my special day. The location is in a sort of strip mall building with parking around it. The inside is beautiful with lots of natural light, windows and greenery. It feels very airy inside. Service was quick. Prices aren't cheap but allergy friendly pastries aren't cheap. My boyfriend had a gluten-free, dairy-free oatmeal pie. It was delicious with a wonderfully spiced aftertaste and was of good size. I had the red velvet cupcake. The cupcake was on the small side and a bit dry. Not much flavor. The buttercream icing was a bit slimy (oily) but a beautiful color and very generously frosted. We were told that the cinnamon rolls are delicious and can be made dairy-free as well as gluten-free. We definitely want to return for cinnamon rolls and coffee soon!

Everyone wasn't friendly that's why I gave 4 stars. When I walked in I saw a female (not sure if she was the owner). She looked me dead in my eyes and didn't utter a Hi, Welcome to Pinch Of Salt Pastries or Hello, Welcome in. It's like folk know that they have to work but don't have the enthusiasm or drive to show customers that they can. Will I ever return? No, I made a purchase and left a tip but it's not worth the drive nor a Yelp review from me to be honest.

My friend and I ordered great chai tea lattes this morning and split a delicious cinnamon roll! Such a clean, bright and cheerful place to visit! Visiting in Dallas, such a sweet find! Thank you for making another memory for our trip!

A little hidden gem at the bottom of Stacy's furniture. My only worry is you wouldn't know about it unless you were told. Off the beaten path. It's adorable inside and the workers are super friendly. They have a great array of choices of coffees and teas. And tons of yummy sweet treats as well. I went with the green tea and a strawberry cupcake. The cupcake was light and airy. Had real pieces of strawberry inside! I would try again!

Soo glad I stumbled upon this super cuteeee coffee shop while visiting the area! The aesthetics are everything, I loved all of the live plants around, and cozy furniture! It felt like enjoying a cup of coffee & sweet treat in your living room! I can't wait to come back on my next TX trip! Thank you for great service.

I was so excited to visit after loving their cake at my baby shower, it was incredible and completely safe for me with celiac. The food didn't disappoint, every bite was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Sadly, the customer service was a letdown. We weren't greeted, and the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. As my first outing after having a baby, I was really looking forward to this treat. I'll definitely be back for the food!

Ordered cupcakes for my cancerversary. I was very disappointed at how dry they were. Spent way too much money to throw the majority of them out.

Not impressed. Lady at the register was completely unfriendly. I asked her if I could have extra frosting on a small heart shaped 6" cookie because it had very little frosting. She was annoyed and said no. Even though very busy kitchen was happening behind her . Spoiled it for me . First time I have been here and I won't be coming back . The service turned me off and the cookie was just meh the frosting I did not like. Tasted like salt . And she charged me more than the posted price

I ordered a layered cake and cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and everything was fantastic!!!! All the moms were asking which bakery I used! HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is one of my favorite spots !!! I live 6 hours away and this is always a must for me when I'm in the area or passing through ! If you have celiac disease or live a gluten free lifestyle, let me you.... you will never be disappointed!!! Sausage and cheddar brioche and oatmeal cream pies is always a must !! They also have options that you can buy frozen and take home.

I don't have to eat gluten free myself, so I generally don't bother with GF businesses, but I took the opportunity to check out Pinch of Salt during a recent Elite week. The lemon poppyseed cake was delicious, I honestly could not tell a difference from a non GF option. They had a lot of options including cakes, cookies, muffins, scones, and other baked goodness. They are a little bit hard to find since they are tucked into the corner of a furniture store, but don't let that deter you.

Delicious gluten-free baked goods and coffee!! They have a large seating area! Very friendly customer service and a large variety of goodies! They do close pretty early so make sure to stop by before the afternoon is over! They are in the same building of the furniture store on the corner! I was kind of lost trying to find it!

I came in for Yelp elite week and fell even more in love with this business! I already have had my fair share of their pastries across coffee shops in DFW so it was awesome to see them at their own shop! The space is interesting as it appears to be within a very large garden business but once inside it is GORGEOUS!!! I couldn't get enough of how beautiful the space was and choosing a sweet treat to take home was almost impossible! I ended up with the vanilla velvet cupcake and it was divine. Sweet and flavorful but still moist and distinct. Great texture too for a "free from" dessert. The girls at the counter were so nice and helpful too!

From the moment I stepped in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The coffee shop has a clean and inviting aesthetic that made me feel comfortable. I was so grateful to find options that fit my needs gluten-free, dairy-free, and grain-free choices can be hard to come by when I'm out. It felt really good to have those accommodations available. The healthy options and the cozy, thoughtfully designed space made the whole visit a positive and enjoyable experience.

Well what an accidental find! My husband loves the honey almonds granola bars but we usually buy at summer moon coffee. I had no idea they had a store next to Stacy Furniture ! Grabbed the bars for my husband and a snickerdoodle for me. Pretty darn good too. Employees was super helpful too!

I love that Pinch of Salt has a store front now! Abby and her team have made several wedding cakes and birthday cakes for us over the years. They are amazing! I was a fan of all things Pinch of Salt before I even knew I had celiac challenges. You'll be hard pressed to believe many of their things are gluten free; they make the best GF sweet treats by a long shot. We are thankful for y'all! Many blessings in your new home. :)

This coffee shop & bakery is GREAT! My husband must eat gluten-free so we decided to check this place out. He LOVED it & so did I. I don't have to eat gluten-free and sometimes I do so reluctantly. Not here! We tried a several items & got lattes. Every thing was delicious. We'll be back and you should check them out!

Pinch of Salt was so easy to work with. I ordered a small round cake for my mom's birthday the week-of and Pinch of Salt was on it! Extremely fair pricing for a bakery cake and the flavor we got, brown sugar vanilla, was one of the best cakes we've ever had! *photo was after we did the candles so don't mind the small holes!

Decided to try this bakery and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to get a few sweets to sample. With GF or DF, sometimes the deserts can be hit or miss. I had a selection of the cinnamon rolls, turtle cookies, sausage rolls, and the coffee cake. I enjoyed all but the sausage roll, it was tough and chewy. The desserts in the other hand were excellent. I warmed the cinnamon roll just a bit before I ate it and every bite was delicious!!! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely the most moist, delicious GF, DF Almond Vanilla cake!! It was beautifully decorated and ready when I went to pick it up. I will order again and again.

We ordered a custom cake for our friends baby shower. My friend only eats gf and df food. We ordered a gf and df round tall cake and it was perfect! Seriously the best cake I have ever tasted! Can't wait to try more of their desserts and pastries.
