"Joining the recently opened 8 Kitchen at the St. Rose Coronado retail hub, West Hollywood-born Pinches Tacos has debuted its third Las Vegas expansion inside the shuttered former home of healthy fast-casual concept Lacuna. Now serving its popular counter service menu close to the intersection of St. Rose and Paseo Verde parkways, Pinches launched at downtown's Container Park in late 2103, upgrading to a larger 3,600-square-foot space at The Gramercy two years later. Sitting next door to Steak ’n Shake, the “family owned and operated” Henderson location upholds the brand’s motto of serving “real Mexican food by real Mexicans.” Among the now familiar favorites, street corn, burritos, sopes, taquitos, flautas, tortas, enchiladas, and the namesake tacos prepared with ingredients including lengua, cactus, “citrus scented pork,” fish, and “grilled Angus beef.” Pinches Tacos, 2560 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 110, Henderson, 702-476-4888. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., closing at 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday." - Bradley Martin

Food was great. Service was a little slow. Only had two people working. They were great though and busted out the orders as fast as they could. Great place for quick food.

Google
An almost 30 dollar bill for a couple of people eating a very very small lunch. Not authentic despite the sign - was like a much sadder version of Chipotle taste wise. Don't let the thick look of the soup in the photos fool you, it's had very little content inside, with miniature shreddings of chicken not even fit to fill an infant sized stomach, and was missing a few ingredients said to be included on the menu like guacamole. It was barely over a cup worth for almost 8 dollars, a pretty high end price for a very low end product. The tacos were mostly bland amerimex style salsa that tasted as if it was from a large vat from Costco. BLAND meat had no flavor. Don't even bother getting the 15 dollar combo with the sad rice and beans, gross and depressing. Service was bad overall, people that work there seem to hate everyone. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews on Yelp beforehand because this would have been a hard pass from me. We wont return and wont try the "better" ones in other parts of Vegas either.

Google
Actually, was pretty impressed by the food. That's not just an understatement we're comparing to taco trucks and other Mexican restaurants. However this is more of a modern version with the taste of authentic Mexican food I actually do like it I would suggest it, very underestimated. Staff was so nice too. Special thanks to Tiffany for finding my cellphone and gave it back before I filed my insurance claim ☺️

Google
Esos PINCHES TACOS son bien sabrosos! These Damn Tacos are very tasty! If you love tacos - then get down here quickly. Between happy hour and a choice menu - you will get full. Come in and see for yourself - tell them Chef Uber sent you! Follow me for more reviews in Las Vegas.

Google
This was the grosses and most expensive elotes I have paid for. Fro starter this isn’t even the right cheese that’s being used. As you can in the picture the cheese is all chucky and it was the Consistency of cottage cheese popcorn taste old and watery and whatever butter that they used it was almost like pure oil at the bottom of the container. Definitely will not be coming back to this place to order a elotes or anything else. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Google
This place has become a Regular haunt of ours. The food is amazing! And so is the service. One of my favorite places in Vegas.

Google
I ordered a delivery from door dash and received a dessert flan that was made on 5/26, it is currently June 3rd. The flan was curdled and sour. Will never order or eat here ever again, made me question my whole meal.

Google
Mexican rice was a little bit hard. They used canned beans. The best food was the Asada tacos

Yelp
Showed up last night at 8:49pm, all the lights were off but I could see a few workers in the back cleaning up. Their actual website says they close at 10pm as does this Yelp account. There were no hours of operation posted on their door. So instead I went to Taco Man Grill which is close by.

Eric T.

Yelp
Went to go get tacos today and this joint is out of business. I have nothing other to report.

Jason M.

Yelp
Omg incredible food and great service. More people need to frequent this place as we ordered 10 different dishes and they were all magnificent!

Nicole S.

Yelp
Um ew. We have been to the Grammercy location several times. So fun, sit outside, good vibes good food. I work in the center with the Henderson location and decided to stop in after work. It's so weird. The walls were really dirty. Like really dirty. There is a part of the cashier counter that is just missing and when I asked she said there may have been some kind of cooler there at one point (?!). But now it's just this open weird area. The food was so bland and presentation totally lacking. It's one of those places that you kind of wonder how they're still open and in business. Almost seemed like a front for some other kind of business. Just a few tables w weird table cloths. Idk not sure why anyone would go there and we definitely wouldn't go back, unfortunately.

Maggie P.

Yelp
The gringo taco is my absolute favorite, we come here often just for those tacos. Food quality is consistent and will continue to come back.

Christopher W.

Yelp
Here for Taco Tuesday. 2 carnitas very fresh and not greasy at all and nice Salsa Fresca on top. 2 Al Pastor wow these were great! Nice large tacos with homemade tortilla's

Gill P.

Yelp
First time here I liked there tacos here on Taco Tuesday. Great friendly service tacos were fresh to order.

Marci K.

Yelp
Happy hour tacos and margaritas! I tried the Gringo and the pollo tacos, they are street size - small enough to have a few, and less than $3 each! The original lime margarita with a tajin rim was perfect- deliciously sweet/sour/salty. The counter service is friendly and quick. Plenty of seating, both counter top and tables. Definitely worth the stop.

Debbie G.

Yelp
Just visited again today with a friend, and the service is friendly. The restaurant and restroom are clean, but the food is only average. The Al Pastor and pork tacos were just ok - the meat was dry. And the Carne Asada tasted good. Rice and beans were good. My drink (purple fountain in the back) was yummy. Overall, this is a great location with average food.

Jalon J J.

Yelp
Dry and bland is the best way to describe tacos , you will need to add salsa and lime for any type of flavor. Came in on a Tuesday during happy our .. staf not very engaging . You must order before you sir . Entire place smelled like dirty mop water . Watery margaritas We will not be back

Todd M.

Yelp
Checked out this spot for a late evening quick dinner. Ordered a couple of carne asada tacos and a carne asada burrito. Honestly the food was ok the portions were average and the price was kind of high for what you got. Not the best I've definitely had better more reasonably priced Mexican food.

Louie S.

Yelp
10SEP2022 Visit around 10 P.M. May thanks to Nancy Edith for her grace in handling my friend and I as we were a little inebriated. She took care of our orders flawlessly and gave us advice on our behavior. Much love and respect to the crew at PT for getting us our sustenance after a long nite out.

Justin G.

Yelp
Overall Pinches is a pretty basic Mexican restaurant, nothing really special, but does the job if you're craving tacos. The Gringo taco is my favorite, deep fried shell with a mix of cheese and well-seasoned ground beef topped off with lettuce. Pinches is surprisingly expensive, $4-5 for a single street taco, add on a side of rice and beans and you are looking at around $17 for a plate w/o a drink. The foods not bad but not sure if its worth these prices. Taco Tuesday promo usually drops the prices by around a buck. There is a full bar and a decent afternoon happy hour on weekdays. The vibe at this much smaller location is definitely toned down in comparison to their Grammercy restaurant. Worth checking out if you really want tacos but there is better Mexican food in the area.

Sad L.

Yelp
Like any other frustrated client- I wish I could leave no stars at all. This place is claimed to be a "real" Mexican restaurant with "real" Mexican food. I didn't even make it to the food. This place smells like nothing. No food in the air. No business probably because the staff lacks enthusiasm. This place in no way reminds me of my heart warming and beautiful country. I walked out the moment I saw the cashier grab her customers cup then drop it on the dirty floor. Then wait for him to leave and she checked too that he wasn't looking and she put the cup back for her next client to drink out of. This has to be some kind of violation.

Yelp
Finally today was the day to try Pinches Tacos. Needless to say it left me saying Pinches Taco. me saying it in a tone of disappointment and somewhat angry. Only angry at the price not the staff or the food. Food was OK to good. For you that don't know it translates to F'ing Tacos. Anyway check out the menu and you can do the math on what you would order x the people in your party. It'll come out to be expensive. I know inflation is off the charts , everything is costly, hard to find help so you have to pay employees more. I can keep going on. So with that being said nothing against the staff. But Tacos can and should still be inexpensive. I'll still rate them a 3. Thanks

Abby C.

Yelp
the al pastor taco was so good!! it was perfectly crunchy and juicy. the ladies were super nice and I got my taco very fast.

Natalie T.

Yelp
These were the worst tacos I've had in my life, so bad I had to come review them asap. The service is terrible. I was the only one in there and the woman took my order, then started chitchatting with her co-workers, until 10 minutes later I hear one of them ask what my order was. I thought this whole time they were making it! Then, I get my order and it's the blandest tasting meat and most flavorless sauce ever. Also, I should have known not to get them- each tacos was close to $6. Please, don't make the mistake I made and come here looking for lunch when you're craving tacos. This place will just leave you hangrier. *I got the asada & al pastor

Yelp
It was 6:40 p.m. on a Friday night and we wanted Mexican food. We had seen Pinches a few months ago when we went to the Steak n Shake that was located next door to it, so we thought we'd finally try it. Well, since then, the Steak n Shake has permanently closed, and the writing is already on the wall that Pinches will be next. Who closes at 7:00 p.m. on a FRIDAY night? While we were eating, several customers were turned away and as cars pulled into the lot when we were leaving, we were telling them the place was already closed!! But besides closing so early, the food left a lot to be desired. Very pricey for what you get. One of us ordered the chicken enchilada dinner for $17.95. It said there were 3 enchiladas, but it looked like one blob about the size of a junior burrito, covered in a red sauce, plus the rice, beans and chips as sides. I ordered a combo plate of 3 street-sized "grilled angus beef" tacos, with beans, rice and 5 chips, priced at $15.75. PLUS there was a $2.25 up charge shown as "Asada Taco" on the receipt--So $18.00 for three tacos that had some grilled chunks of meat on soft corn tortillas. I was asked if I wanted onion, cilantro and salsa on it and I said no, but could the salsa be put on the side? Apparently, "No" means something else because when the plate (paper) was brought to the table, the meat was covered with chopped onions and cilantro. I have food allergies, so when I saw this mess, I told the server I had requested no onions or cilantro. She asked if I wanted her to remove them, and I said yes, but when she brought the plate back, the onions were mostly gone, but it looked like she had added more cilantro--I could barely see the meat it was so green!! As for the "salsa"--well, that turned out to be a nasty-tasting green sauce and when I dipped a piece of non-cilantro'd meat into it to try, I thought I would gag. The meat tasted like it was old leftovers and definitely not "angus beef". The tacos had no cheese, no tomatoes--nothing. The rice? Blah and then yuck when the flavor was "enhanced" by the residual onions and cilantro mix I had scraped off the meat. The only half-way decent part of the entire meal were the FIVE tortilla chips which I used to scoop some of the beans with. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was inedible--even my husband said he didn't want the leftover tacos!!! So, do the math: $15.75+$2.25+$17.95+3.01tax and $5.39 tip (done when ordering--won't make that mistake again) = $44.35 and we threw out HALF of it. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Yelp
The service and food DESERVE a FIVE STAR!!!! the service is so kind and welcoming and it's a amazing mexican food restaurant. The darkness burrito I highly recommend!!! but this place is just so amazing I can't say it all. We love pinches tacos!

Scottlyn M.

Yelp
First time I ate there food was okay. Second time eating there I immediately had explosive diarrhea after finishing my food. My stomach hurts. And the food isn't all the great.

Michael M.

Yelp
That price is way off for the size. $25 for an asada burrito and a coke. It was pretty good tho for nevada mexican food. 2.8

Rachel E.

Yelp
Full disclosure - we only go to this place during Happy Hour when the tacos are $2.50 each... which I personally think is a great deal. They have a wide selection of tacos and I've pretty much tried every single one. My favorite is any of the pork ones, but the chicken ones are decent too. The meat portions are extremely generous which is great for me because I usually just take the meat out and put it over a salad. We usually have to wait a little bit for the tacos, but we know they are cooked fresh. Any time I have a special request they are able to accommodate it. My husband is also a fan of the margaritas here which are only $6 (during Happy Hour). And even for me - as a non-drinker - I'd agree the margarita is really good. More on the tart side and not very sweet. I can tell they use decent tequila too. Just a couple of things to mention that I won't dock a star for: There is no iced tea, which is a bummer since they do have a fountain drink machine. They also have lots of other fun drinks but nothing unsweetened besides mineral water. Also, it annoys me the logo is in Comic Sans MS. But that's just a ME issue, lol.

Araceli M.

Yelp
The food is good, no gourmet but good. The prices though ate outrageous! $15 for just two street tacos and a small fountain drink. That's freaking insane!!! There are more affordable places guys, I don't recommend it. The price needs to be reasonable. $5.50 for a taco, come on now! No manchen!

Liz N.

Yelp
Their nopal taco... Bomb! Perfect spice. Good seating. May not have the best parking situation but worth it. Service is always great. I call for pick up and they also do happy hour for food. Do not drink alcohol but looks like they have a few to choose from. Their sauces are pretty good. Their tortilla soup is only broth so add the chicken.

Traci C.

Yelp
I love everything about Pinches! They have the best blood orange margaritas in town! Nachos and tacos are delicious! Service is fast and friendly! We bring all our out of town guests here and everyone loves it! The decor is really cute too!

David V.

Yelp
A friend told me about Pinches. Decided to give it a try. I thought the price was alittle high for a burrito. And the tacos also were also priced higher too compared to other competing restaurants. I won't name drop in this review. The burrito overall was pretty good. It came with chips and salsa and beans. It was a very filling meal. Burrito was pretty big and had lots of chicken. It came out smoking hot too. I wish I could have tasted more of the sour cream and the guacamole. Glad I chose not to order anything else. I was stuffed. It seems like this restaurant doesn't really pay particular attention to service, but the staff was friendly and very nice. Would come back again if I'm super hungry and looking for something heavy.

Teynae R.

Yelp
We decided to stay close to home and finally try Pjnches on Cinco De Mayo. I was so looking forward to trying this place and it fell way short. I had two Al pastor tacos. No flavor, super dry tacos, meat wasn't tender at all! My husband had the fish tacos and those too were just ok. Nothing to brag about. The elote off the cob was flavorful but watery. The seating is kinda funky. They could have more seating if they figured out a better way to configure the open space.

Maria I.

Yelp
Me encantan los tacos! Especialmente las Gringas! Pero los precios están muy elevados. Al menos podrían hacerlos un poco más grandes para que los valgan.

m b.

Yelp
Loved this casual place. Had the carne asada tacos (they're awesome but a little spicy but I think you can ask for the spicy sauce on the side) and the sope with carne asada (the sope dough cooked perfectly). The staff were super nice. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Jenny J.

Yelp
We tried this restaurant on a whim and were not disappointed in the slightest. Clean establishment, the food is excellent and prepared fresh to order, and the ladies who work here are lovely. Guava flan is super yummy. We'll be coming back!

Cortney A.

Yelp
My friend girl and I opted for delivery to avoid pausing an extended studio session. Following a quick round of "eeny meeny miny moe"... I settled on flautas vs taquitos and delivery was very quick! Lightly fried vegetarian friendly potato and cheese rolled tacos accompanied by individual containers of fresh guacamole (guac was delicious and fresh), salsa, Oaxacan cheese, and Mexican creama. Flautas were pretty bland to be honest without all the extra toppings. Within an hour of eating these flautas my belly and my friend girls tummy were in knots.

Daisy M.

Yelp
Great customer service! The food was really good. Meat had great flavor! The ambiance felt welcoming, calm felt like I was in Mexico. The restaurant was very clean! Highly recommend! Visited from California.

Jessie S.

Yelp
Received a spoiled Flan in my doordash delivery. It is now June 3rd and was made on May 26th.

Jaime P.

Yelp
It's just average, nothing I was overly excited about. But wasn't bad either. I got the flautas and they were good. Also a Al pastor taco and the meat was thicker chunks than I'm used to and a little tough.

Sarit H.

Yelp
Service was brutally slow when the restaurant was empty which gives me no confidence to return at a busy time. The tacos were good but not outstanding, wish the tortillas were not soggy. The rice is absolutely awful which is a shame as it's a staple in Mexican food. Not sure if I'd return but if I do I'll certainly order a meal with no rice, and have the tacos sitting in a separate container than the rest of the food.

Ekaette U.

Yelp
Pinches Tacos I wish I had discovered you prior to my last day in Vegas. This place is everything you want a taco place to be. The people that work here have all the attitude of a great taco shop and they deserve to have it because it was exceptional. We did have a few funny moments though. I ordered a platter and paid a million dollars (at least $5) for spoonful of guacamole (no kidding), it was worth it though. So very good, but I needed at least 2 more to fully satisfy my guacamole desires. The bathrooms were clean so that really was a plus. The building is nice and new and kept up okay. I would definitely go back, especially considering that it's so close to our office there in Henderson.

Tamera G.

Yelp
Our first time here. Pinches was recommended by someone who works with Christopher. They have several locations throughout the valley. Was not disappointed! Burritos carnitas chicken and beef "street style" tacos fabulous and let's not forget the margaritas delicious, leaving you wanting another.

Gabriela G.

Yelp
The gringo and gringa tacos are the absolute best. Their carne asada fries are also really good!! We've ventured off into some other items but we always come back for these. They're always quick and super friendly!

Manuel S.

Yelp
A frie d and I came here for lunch and had some good Mexican food! The menu was extremely extensive as the had specials, vegan/vegitarian friendly, and wholesome quantity. The quality of tacos was good. The fish tacos were my favorite. Also, the Al Pastor burrito was on the specials board but I forgot what it was called. Service was amazing; the girl who served and cleaned our area was beautiful, kind, and friendly. I appreciate her being so nice to us while we were there. This place has a great atmosphere and vibe. I hope to come through here again when I have lunch for work. Thanks!

Yelp
The carne asada tacos are great. The al pastor not really. The food is not very authentic. The al pastor should be cut from the trompo, and I also didn't like how they already add salsa to your tacos without asking. The salsas weren't spicy either. The tacos weren't even cheap to justify being picky about the salsas.

Richard Z.

Yelp
Location on the west side of town has much better drink selection and qualify, food is about the same (I didn't like the tacos at the other place either) Brittany was attentive and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. If you don't eat tacos frequently, this is a great spot. If you eat tacos frequently like I do, you might be wishing for a bit more.

archel o.

Yelp
Great service. Not very busy compared to other locations. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. If you dont know what to get, the staff are always ready to give suggestions depending on your preferences.

Shelley V.

Yelp
I have heard about Pinches Tacos and have wanted to try it for a long time. Once one opened up in Henderson, I knew I had to try it. We dined in for the first time and we were greeted immediately. We were told to grab a table and menus were brought to the table. We were also told to check out the chalkboard menu on the wall, which was their gringo menu that was not on the printed menu. I knew I should probably order some tacos, but I was craving flautas so I went with those. When I went to the register, I ordered chicken enchiladas, chicken flautas, a kids meal with the chicken taco, and a blood orange margarita. I was given a picture card to take the table. The blood orange margarita was so tasty, and surprisingly strong. It turned out I ordered it during happy hour so it was $5. The chicken enchiladas were served in an order of 3 and included rice and beans. I didn't get to try them because my boyfriend inhaled them, but I guess that means they're good, right? The kids meal was the perfect size for my little one. One street taco with rice and beans and a drink. The chicken looked juicy and flavorful. The flautas are served as an order of 2, but cut into thirds for an order of 6. I thought it wasn't going to be enough food but they were quite filling. I went with chicken, but they offer beef and potato ones as well. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding and welcoming. I enjoyed the food and hospitality so much I went back a second time. For my second visit, my aunt and I ordered beef and chicken flautas. We asked for them to be plain with all of the toppings on the side so that we could dip to our heart's content. We also ordered the kids cheese quesadilla meal. I'm definitely a fan of Pinches Tacos and plan on returning to try other items on the menu. Maybe if I'm not satisfying a flauta craving, I'll actually get to try the tacos. If you're looking for great tasting food and service, give them a try.

Emily L.

Yelp
Super disappointing. I ordered off the vegan menu in the restaurant, literally pointing on the A-frame sign to what I wanted. Got back to my office and there was chicken in one taco and some kind of dairy in my soup. They didn't seem to care much when I called and told me they couldn't refund my card unless I went back in. I was also told that some of their cooks don't really understand what vegan means. This feels like a situation where a restaurant is trying to hop on the vegan bandwagon without having any understanding of what it means. There are way too many places in the area that actually care to waste your time and money here.

Yarelii W.

Yelp
As Mexican that just moved to Henderson I ordered from "Pinches tacos" for the very first time and to be honest I'll not gonna order again anytime soon. Paid about 12 dollars for this (5-6 dollars ONE of taco dorado???? Not even good, chicken was burned, Guacamole wasn't even good, not salt, no tomato, no jalapeños (so Glad that I had homemade guacamole that actually deserves to be called guacamole. Wasn't even good and it was all brown on top :/ Not coming back in a while.

Leslie M.

Yelp
If you love Mexican food, this is a cool spot to try out. I normally get their pinches combo plate which comes with 3 tacos and sides. Love their gringo/gringa tacos and chicken quesadillas! They have a great happy hour... the blood orange margarita is one of my faves!! Worth a visit!

Frank B.

Yelp
I'm ashamed I didn't ask for my money back. The chicken taco was the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life. The steak was "edible", it felt like I left a 5 year old alone in a kitchen and they came out saying "I made tacos!" and you had to fake enjoy eating it so they wouldn't cry. Gross.

Noel P.

Yelp
Great food and fantastic service! My wife and I love coming here for the chicken burritos and aguas.

Tara N.

Yelp
The food is great looks like a nice family business. The same girls are there when I come in and are always sweet. Mamma is always happy and making the food with love. Margaritas and Beer are always cold and they have tequila bottles to add in your drinks if you want
