PINCHO

I have ordered from Pincho several time via Uber Eats. Today will be the last. It started off positively about two months ago. My family loved the food and there were no issues. The last three orders however have been a disaster, and today I received my food with two bugs crawling around in the bowl. Before today, they’ve gotten my order wrong numerous times. And I don’t mean simply sending the wrong order or giving me the wrong sauce. They just completely forgot to give me two of the five meals I ordered, and the ones I did get, they got two of them wrong- as in wrong order. Complete disaster. But I was willing to live with a few wrong orders. I draw the line at bugs in my food.

Simple, great variety of options, tasty food, fresh made to order, great service and the prices dont break the wallet. Special thanks to, Erick and AL for great customer service made me feel like family verses another customer.

Pincho is great, the food is fresh and well cooked. Very affordable and I love when those rewards hit my account. This is a place I have many times recommended to friends. I will not stop going there. Keep up the good work. Great location too in the Gables

I really enjoy Pinchos burgers. I’ve had almost all of them but never the smash burger. It was delivered still hot and juicy. I appreciate that! It was really yummy!

Al the manager is the guy! He had the biggest smile and was so welcoming as soon as we stepped through the door. He immediately introduced us to their menu. When we came back for a second time, he remembered us and again was so welcoming, he made our night. The burgers were awesome, and very well-priced compared to other burger chains out there. The fries are crispy and seasoned well. Their daily specials are definitely something worth coming for. Worth every penny. We are definitely coming back here, if not for the burgers, we coming to see Al.

I absolutely love their food and ambiance. The prices to portion ratio, not so much. Paid $60 (including tip) for 3 small pinchos, 2 drinks, and a burger. Shrink flatiron takes down another great.

This restaurant is delicious! I went here for a going away party with my coworkers and we were really impressed. The prices are really good for the amount of food you get, especially in this area of town. I got the Perfecto burger and it was perfect! Gotta add the bacon though. And it all came out super fast. Only complaint is that it is really warm in the restaurant. I'll definitely be back for lunch.

Everything was so good! The food was creative and delicious. Definitely coming back. Shout out to the guy at the register that answered our questions and told us about the special. Super friendly and helped make our experience that much better.

The food is always great. Today I let know the manager about the free fries that I couldn't get on my app and he don't make it a problem and gave it to me. That is great customer service

Disappointing Experience with Pincho Factory. I recently ordered from Pincho Factory in Coral Gables via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I bit into my cheeseburger, I discovered parchment paper melted into the cheese, and I nearly swallowed it. This alarming issue not only ruined my meal but also raised serious food safety concerns. The sight and the thought of nearly ingesting parchment paper caused my daughters to lose their appetite for their burgers as well. They were excited for their meal, but this incident completely turned them off. On a positive note, my wife ordered a rice bowl, which she said was fortunately good. While this was a small relief, it did little to salvage our overall experience. Adding to my frustration, I had already reported missing fries before discovering the issue with my burger. Due to Uber Eats' reporting policy, I was unable to report the food safety issue afterward, leaving me out of money and without a satisfactory resolution. In summary, despite my wife's rice bowl being enjoyable, the melted parchment paper in my cheeseburger and the missing fries , and my kids not wanting to eat their burgers left a bad impression. I hope Pincho Factory addresses these serious issues to improve the quality and safety of their food for future customers.

The smash burger monthly special was the bomb !! I've tried it twice this month and it stomps the competition on execution and definitely taste. There's nothing like coming to pincho factory ; definitely a stable of miami - if you nearby a store I recommend it

Pincho Dog ! Best hot dog in Miami! No question about it. Comes with so many toppings that you would like to eat it all in one bite! Topped with applewood-smoked , pinnaple bits, cilantro, pickles, onions, crispy fries, and nested in a fresh brioche bread The wurst stoods up to any German one! To complete the experience, of course you need to get your choice of side: classic french fries , sweet potatoe tarts, or fried plantains. Ambiance is pretty friendly and casual! To superb your experience, the Coral Gables location will make sure your order fulfills your appetite, and that all the items are cooked to perfection. Delicious food. I got a hotdog with Cajun fries for lunch. And (2) Latin Bowls to take home for dinner.

Changing my review from a few years ago. I used to always have problems w this PINCHO location but they must have new management or something because everything is always on point in recent years. I like the keto salad bowl they make with vaca Frita. Very reliable service. (I only do pickup, haven't eaten inside, but it is super clean.)

SOLID BURGER and TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Wife and I decided to stop by Pincho Burger (Coral Gables Location) the other day. Now I've been a patron of Pincho since their initial "Pincho Factory" days when it was just a spot on Bird Road. I recall their genius weekly burger inventions from grilled cheese sandwiches as buns to their pastelito Burgers. But I hadn't been back since it officially became "Pincho Burger" and grown into a massive empire of locations. To start, parking is mostly metered street parking. We were lucky to find a spot right in front and were quickly greeted upon entering. Wife and I were having some difficulty with our phones in trying to use our Pincho app and the manager stepped right in and solved the issue. We both had their Pincho Burger and Sweet Potato Tots. I also had to grab a beer as they were offering an Everyday Happy Hour!! Everyday!! From 4pm-10pm. I thought to myself I gotta come more often lol. The burger and tots came out right away and on presentation alone the burger was picture perfect. The bun was perfectly toasted and buttery. The proportion of bread to meat to veggies was exactly right. The tiny shredded potatoes inside which are homemade added just the most amazing crunch. Just a perfectly constructed burger and it tasted just as good. Their Pincho sauce was addicting. The Sweet Potato Tots were crispy and it comes with Apple Butter dipping sauce which was a nice compliment but I gotta say I kept going back to the Pincho sauce. Through out our meal, Al the Manager, came out to chat with us and all the other guests. He made sure everything was good and answered all my wife's questions. He gave us a run down of all the Kids menu offerings for when we bring our son next time. Overall staff was very attentive and friendly. When they brought out our order to the table, they asked us if we wanted any sauces and proceeded to give us a long list of offerings. The ambiance is laid back. Everything was super clean. I would definitely come back more often. They have weekly specials and that happy hour looks dangerously good. But what really won us over was the service and the amazing burger. We will be back regularly.

Amazing how stupid these people are, unable to get an order right! Ordered online and received chicken instead of beef and fries instead of tostones, how lovely:) if I wanted those things I would have ordered them! Learn how to read. Freaking idiots. Also the food is ALWAYS cold, the rice is usually hard, the meat is meh quality, the little pita they include is always stale, and when I've been in person the employees have always been rude because I don't speak spanish, not to mention the place is small and dirty. BS waste of money I'll never order again.

Good burger spot in the Gables! I love the pincho burger, but the icing on the cake is the queso frito. It may get busy during the lunch rush so come early. And there is only street parking available, but only a short walk away. The staff is always friendly and attentive, I love coming here.

I went to pincho today for the first time in a very long time and let me tell you the coral gables location is always the best with service and food. Must try The SMASH burger!!! Or tostone burger. 10/10

This place has amazing truffle burgers, but they need to add the jalapeño one to the menu permanently. Great service and convenient phone order system.

I love pincho but they don't have any close in my areas but today I made it a task to get there. $5 pincho dog & fries?? Yes maam, I'm there! The food never disappoints. Super affordable, with daily specials, but truly good food. Staff was also very nice which is always a plus

My family and I love the food from Pincho factory restaurants. We would like to give a special shout out though to this particular restaurant location on W. Flagler Rd. in Miami, Florida. Excellent customer service. Staff smiling constantly and showing great love to the customers in the restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Order through Door Dash. Had two problems: 1) they sent fries instead of sweet potato tots 2) there was no burger patty in my burger. WTH?

I love Pincho! My go to order is the Pipo's Choice burger, just bc those plantain bits and guava ketchup is TO DIE FOR! The Coral Gables location also has a really nice staff that's attentive and provides great service.

ABSOLUTELY! Now is amazing! She always greets me with a smile and is EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE! She can be knee deep in orders and she will always stop and make you feel like you are the only one there! This is definitely my go to place to eat!

This place is great for those nights you want restaurant quality but don't wanna get too formal. Was served by a guy named Tony and he was very accommodating. Had a great meal and their sauces are amazing. Highly recommend!

Fast service. Cajun fries are a must try. Friendly service and plenty of indoor seating. No outdoor seating.

Enjoyed the Pincho Chicken Kebab Plate. The salad is always fresh and French fries are crisp. Good eating for the money.

I wanted to grab something quick the other day so I decided to try on Pincho since it was nearby. I got a platter and a hot chicken sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good and it hit my craving, I wish the online ordering option would allow you to add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, etc as well. They were light on the slaw as well. The other item I got was the platter, and this was so disappointing. It did not look like any of the pictures online at all. In fact, much worse and and lower quality than what the website suggests. I got a side of roasted veggies, and literally got steamed broccoli and carrots... on top of that the chicken was so dry.

The service and food were amazing. Came with my family about 3 weeks ago and my mother couldn't stop talking about it. So we came back again and got the Bacon Me Goda with the family and they fell in love with it. The atmosphere was really friendly and amazing. Would 100% come back again for the third time. And friendly works and welcomed us with a nice greeting.

Allfonza was GREAT! Love this place and the staff is always awesome. I was out here wishing I could get a protein rich kebab and then I remembered pincho factory (which should've kept the name) and my brain snapped.

Things have gone from bad to worse at this location. After my last visit, I had my meal comped and $30 were added to my account because of the lousy experience. Today things were even worse. The manager here is unfriendly and incompetent. I used to order here and could reliably expect for my order to be ready on time. Today it was 20 minutes late without even a word of apology from the manager. And to top things off, the tostones in my order were so overcooked that they were inedible. It's really disappointing that such a prime location is being wasted by bad management.

Ordered twice in the last week from the Flagler St/Fountainebleau location and my order was right, hot and fresh and very delicious.
