Best place for a hamburger. The fries are so perfect, you don't even need ketchup. Fun place for lunch. Love the food here.

Had the most delicious burger and fries in recent memory here. It was a bit smokey inside but that didn't deeply impact my enjoyment of the food. Staff were friendly and food came out quickly! Will definitely be stopping here again when I am in town. Prices were very reasonable.

Super chill place tbh. I expected it to be crazy but it was really clean and calm. I was able to pick up my food and decided to stay to eat it instead. Nice people. Great food

The service here it’s wow, I felt so welcomed. I went in at 9:52 a few minutes before closing, instead of not letting me or being rude/complaining ever single person there were so welcoming and told me not to worry if I took long. I asked them if they wanted I could take it out but I wanted to eat in, they told me not to rush that they would clean the back first and then finish there to not hurry. Honestly, such a small gesture made me feel very good, me and my nephew ate there and the food was out so quick and it was good. What I loved the most was the people there. They deserve a raise, for being so sweet and hard working!

PINCHO is my new must-stop whenever I'm down in Miami. This location specifically was even nicer than the last one I went to, and had a great atmosphere. Food was very tasty as always and the staff go above and beyond for you compared to other chains of this size. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely Amazing Service! I had an incredible experience at Pincho Factory in Hialeah, all thanks to one of their employees, Argentina. She went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I was outside with my kids waiting for the food, and she not only made sure everything was perfect, but also personally brought the food out to my car with a smile. Argentina was super friendly, kind, and attentive, making the whole experience so pleasant that I felt compelled to show my appreciation with a $100 tip—yes, she was that good! It's rare to find service like this, and I truly hope the management recognizes what a gem they have in her. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the delicious food, but because people like Argentina make it worth it.

I've never eaten at a "PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs" before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I will say that the overall concept of this place is quite interesting as it blends a mix of Latin street food with Mediterranean and American flavors. I am focusing on their Hialeah, FL location; however they do have 5 other locations in Florida as well as 3 in Texas. Located directly off of busy W. 49th St. in the heart of Hialeah, this place has been opened for business dating back to 2016. After spending much of the day in Miami, my lady and I decided to try this place out during the evening of Sunday 3/17/2024 at around 8:45pm. Parking was fairly easy to find as the front signage was quite noticeable even from a distance. They also have very reasonable hours of operation being open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm. Inside seating is also quite generous with several tables to seat many guests comfortably. You will also see some cool murals, restrooms at the rear of the building, and a self-serve fountain drink area. Since I was quite hungry, I ended up going with their "Pincho Burger". This burger offers American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potato sticks and their secret Pincho sauce. The sauce itself tastes like a mix of brown sugar, adobo, garlic, and onion powder as it had a tangy Latin flavor to it. I also opted for a side of fries and a small drink. My lady went with a "Kids Chicken Bowl" which consisted of grilled chicken (Pollo Asado), 1/2 cup of white rice and 1/2 cup of black beans. Our food was ready in less than 5 minutes, which I was pleased about since I was starving. My Pincho Burger was made to perfection as the crispy potato sticks held up well as it provided that crunch factor to my burger. And the sweetness of the sauce really made every bite absolutely mouth watering. It was definitely one of the better burgers I've eaten as this place has a great concept combining Latin with Eastern European. The fries were also piping hot and crispy. All in all, "PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs" absolutely exceeded my expectations. The above average service from the staff at the Hialeah location, reasonable prices, relaxing ambiance, and most importantly the delicious food makes this place worth a visit. With that said and done, I am giving them a unanimous five-star rating.

I normally order the Pincho burger at another of their locations but decided to try something different. So I ordered the chicken kebab plate. The chicken was OK. It had a grilled flavor but wasn't too flavorful otherwise. The black beans were tasty. The cilantro sauce is not bad but I don't like using dips usually. I also ordered a side salad and this was very good. The vegetables were fresh and their ranch dressing was out of this world. I would love to buy a bottle of it. The cashier was really kind. This is a good place to go when you want something different.

To start off this has to be the best food place in Miami! Amazing service and the spot gave off an unique vibe, would definitely recommend. 20/10

Food in these pictures look all greasy and disgusting. The portion size looks small an unappetizing . Looks like a place that launderers's money. Been there once long time ago. I see they have gotten worse. Definitely starting away

definitely not the best picture but honestly, this was such an amazing burger. My girlfriends and I had a day of drinking and we wanted a good quick burger. Pincho did not disappoint, we ordered through uber eats, so we didn't expect much from the burger. Luckily the burgers tasted like they had been recently done and the fries were still crispy ! I'll be ordering more frequently from now on!

Excellent place at. The menu has many choices to pick from and the quality of the food is very good for the price you pay. I love that I can swap the bread out for tostones on my burgers. Pincho is my go to on the weekends.

Customer service is always on point here. Very friendly staff and patient. They have such creative burgers and have new burgers that they add to the menu which always turn out to be delicious. The best part is that you can always add a fried egg or fried cheese to your burger, no matter what burger you order. That definitely elevates the burger. I've had their salads more times than I can count and honestly I crave those salads constantly. They are that good and you can add chunks of fried cheese to the salad which makes it keto. They always have music playing in the background and everything is just so chill there. I love this pincho factory and my family and I come here often. When we're at an impasse with lunch or dinner, we can always agree on pincho factory.

if i could rate 0 stars i would. just left this place spent 40$ between me and my girlfriend expecting a nice meal and boy was i wrong.... their cuban frita was HORRIBLE like why am i tasting tomato sauce in a frita??? the patty was way overcooked i usually finish my meal and don't complain because i come from poverty and value food alot but please don't spend your money here it's not worth it. the service was good but at what cost?? i go to a restaurant to have a nice meal not a chat with the takeout lady.

One of my favorite lunch spots during work due to the consistency in flavor no matter the franchise and the quickness! The parking varies depending on the establishment you're at but for the most part they are located in plazas so you have the advantage of having a good amount of parking. The ambiance is very casual and the servers are always pretty welcoming and very accommodating. The food.... They have a couple options as far as burgers (that are always delicious and fresh) salads, protein bowl that usually comes with two sides and of course, PINCHOS! I've tried s little bit of everything and have never been disappointed. My favorite is their pincho burger because who doesn't love a classic burger? They mix things up by adding their pincho sauce along with papitas. Gives it a great crunch. I prefer their chicken over steak but that is a personal preference as i've came here with co workers and it'll usually be the other way around.

This pincho is one of the best. The best menu items are the plantain burger and the loaded fries. I love all the items on the menu, especially the huge Hawaiian plantains. The staff is always friendly and patient. The staff is great at recommending new menu items. I would like to see more new items for the holidays. Other than that, it's a great casual restaurant to hang out with friends. The menu is great. The ambiance is also cool looking. It gives me Wynwood wall vibes.

Pincho is one of my favorite restaurants in Hialeah. The perfecto burger and Cajun fries are my go-tos and always meets my expectations. Taste great every time! I also love their vaca frita bowl. It's delicious and it's a good amount of food for the price. I've always had a good experience both eating at Pincho and ordering to go. The service has consistently been good. The place is clean, there's plenty of seating, and it has cool a modern industrial look. I recommend visiting Pincho if you're looking for a tasty burger and their other menu items are great options too.

We had to go to Hialeah for work. If I could review Hialeah alone, I would totally love to, but alas we're here for pincho!! The food here was good. The decor was cute, but it felt cramped even though they're using spacing through Covid times. You walk in here and you place the order at the counter, and they give you a pager and you go back to get the food. I don't know why, but the ordering process took forever and there was only 2 people in front of us. Not the restaurant's fault, but already we are getting impatient. Once we finally placed the order, it was rather difficult to find seating because it's reduced due to the pandemic. Luckily we found one. Our pager went off after a while, and before we could make it up to get they brought us the food, which was super kind of the girl who did. My husband went up to get salt, because the tostones didn't have any and he comes back and tells me, do you have cash? I'm like why? He's like that lady in the corner is selling donuts. I'm like inside the restaurant? He's like yeah! So remember when I said I would love to write a review on Hialeah? This is one of the many reasons. You can't make stuff up like this. So, what did we do?? We bought donut and ended up following the guy up on Instagram. Lol. I digress. Overall the food was good, but the ratio of food for what you pay isn't really worth it. The restaurant wasn't very organized, but it was an experience.

Horrible, horrible! Received a dry veggie burger with no sauce on the side like I requested. I had to go find Chik Fil-A sauce to be able to eat it!! The size of the tater tots was ridiculously small. Tried calling them twice to notify them, I got put on an eternal hold, then they hung up.

Not bad. The pinchos are really good. The best ones are the chicken ones and steak. The shrimp ones are very salty and not well cooked. The sweet potato tator tots are amazing, must try them. So this place says it has the best burgers but I would pass, I've had better. And I will say it's very expensive for what it is. 6 kebobs and 2 burgers equaled to $80. I don't think it's was that good to pay what I paid but it's good to go for a one time experience. The decor is nice and the service was good.

We traveled from Naples on our way to Miami International Airport and looked for a good place to have an early dinner. We tried Pincho after reading some great reviews and the place is great for a burger with a Latin style to it. I had the Perfecto and my wife had the burger with fried plantains instead of a bun. Both burgers were excellent. The next time we are on our way to the airport we will certainly stop in for a burger but this time I'll see if I pay a little bit more, I would like the Perfecto burger with plantains instead of a bun. Also, very friendly service. I loved it and hope you open one in Naples.

Pincho is our go-to for quick quality lunch and dinner options. We have never had a bad experience with any of these places throughout South Florida. I recently placed an order at the Hialeah location and our order from that restaurant was on par with every other Pincho locale. Great food and friendly people. Hard to beat it for the price point.

Came here spontaneously, the atmosphere is good, the food is good, had the pipo burger with tostones as the buns, and an ipa beer , both were really good, definiitely would recommend to anyone.

I'm a huge Pincho fan and eat here a few times a month. The employees here are always very friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working here! Lately, all I eat is the Pipo's Choice which has potato sticks, sweet plantain, guava ketchup, bacon (are you drooling yet?), cheese and onions. Can't go wrong with that and some sweet potato tots! There's some local craft beer you can add to your order or just some regular fountain soda. Location is always clean and haven't had any issues with my orders! To-Go orders are always packed nicely and the app is very easy to use. I do wish the plaza they were in was designed a little nicer, but this particular location is closest to my house. Would definitely recommend a visit to any of their locations!
