I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I waited patiently for my name to get called, but it wasn't. After five minutes I asked if I could get my food, but the employee refused to give it to me and pointed at the kitchen even though my food was in clear view. Ten minutes later I got my food and it was obviously cold because it was sitting out. My burger had ingredients that I made sure to not include and the French fry box was nearly empty because they put nothing in it. The burger was also very unevenly cooked, but the only silver lining is the middle was good. Terrible service, mediocre food, long wait, and overpriced. Stick to anything else in the food court.

This is a local burger chain in Miami. It's one big step above national fast food chains. Personally, I enjoy everything on the menu ; however, it's best to go to one of their actual restaurant locations and try for yourself. This one is definitely one of the best options at the FIU food court.

Burger’s are extremely greasy and messy and the fries are hard. Also the pricing on the kebabs is way overprice.

GREAT place for food! The food also comes out fast and smells delicious, and even tastes delicious.
