"This local company mostly sells its cookies online and at farmers markets, but now they have a small Kirkland shop. - Healthy and good at the same time?! - I tried their cookies for the first time and my gosh, I didn't know it's possible to have cookies that tastes both GOOD and HEALTHY! It's insane, but you know how you always feel guilty about eating Crumbl Cookies? Like you are 100% satisfied but 120% guilty about eating it (mostly because it's over 700 calories and I can never eat a cookie in one go)... But their cookies are like, 70% satisfaction with 20% guilt lol! I might have found my new favorite cookie place since I'd rather feel much less guilty about what I eat with a little lower satisfaction.

In the labyrinth of Kirkland’s strip malls, nestled between a burger joint and a sandwich shop, lies a cookie haven that could make even the most stoic Seattleite crack a smile. The aroma of freshly baked indulgence wafts through the air, luring unsuspecting passersby into its cozy embrace. The menu boasts a lineup of confections that read like a hipster’s dream: brown butter brown sugar bourbon spice, Bing Bling with cherry pieces, and the so-called “Miracle Cookies”—vegan, gluten-free wonders that defy the laws of dessert physics. Each bite is a revelation, a symphony of flavors that dance on the palate, making one ponder why we ever settled for subpar sweets. In a city obsessed with artisanal everything, this spot stands out as a beacon for those seeking sugary salvation.

The cookies are unbelievably good in flavor and texture. Definitely some of the best I've ever had and instantly addicting. The owner is also very pleasant, and the store is small but a nice experience to visit.

We got the miracle apple pie and miracle bing bling cookies. Both were amazing, especially for being vegan and gluten free. They had a few more options for vegans as well. I’ll definitely be coming here to try the rest of them. Appreciate that tip and tax are included in the price of the cookie.

The owner is such an incredibly friendly person and supports other local and small businesses. The cookies are great and there's a nice variety of flavors. I cant eat soy protien or dairy. Im so appreciative that there are vegan (and gluten free) options that I can indulge in there.

I love having Pinckney cookies in the neighborhood! The cookies are so delicious and I love that they also showcase other local businesses’ products in their store as well. If you’re in Totem Lake, stop and get a cookie, you won’t regret it!

Whoa, these cookies are way better than anticipated! Michael's clearly been perfecting his recipe over the years. One thing I LOVE about them is that they're rich, but not too sweet, and the chocolate quality is apparent. The coffee selection is thoughtful, with local, quality roasters. Wish I could give him 6 stars.

These are hands down the best cookies I have ever had. As an allergy sufferer, I never really got to eat cookies because most are made with eggs. I tried making some eggless cookies myself, and they were always flat. But not these. The "Miracle" cookies (and yes it truly is a miracle) has no eggs, yet it is delicious. Even people who have no allergies and have tried other cookies say these are the best they have ever had. Do yourself a favor and try these, especially if you are in the Seattle area. Michael (the owner) sets up at various farmer's markets, but you can also order online and either go pick it up at his "Warehouse" or have it shipped. Now that I'm done writing this, back to eating more cookies.
