Excellent food. The pita bread is phenomenal -- pretty sure we could've survived off that alone. I don't know what they do to the shrimp but it's so good. Highly recommend the restaurant week prix fixe menu.

Let’s start off by saying this is the best Mediterranean restaurant in all of Las Vegas! It is 21 + to provide a fine dining and late night hookah experience. An excellent spot for a dinner with family, friends, or especially for those that want a date night. First and foremost, the food quality and taste is very excellent. The dishes are prepared correctly with detail given in every bite. The Baba Ghanoush is absolutely amazing . Accompanied by the fresh pita puff makes it a great appetizer. Also don’t forget the hummus! The Mixed Grill had a little bit of everything your heart desires . The quality of the meats was very fresh. The environment when you were first coming into Pine Bistro is great, from the valet parking, the hostess greeting you, to the individual menus for each person folded up on the table. The service was excellent. The waitress paid special attention to all the little details (thank you Victoria). The manager Carolina also came and checked on us during and at the end of the meal to make sure everything was great. We will remember the warm welcome, great memories made and the fond farewell that was given to us. Looking forward to coming back and trying all the other great dishes on the menu. I definitely recommend that every foodie has to give this place a try at least once. You will be hooked!

Hidden Gem. From the outside it looks like a a small cafe but when you enter it a complete different place: big , elegant, sophisticated, adults only. Very clean from tables to bathrooms. Front staff greeted me right away and seated me. Our Server was flat and not very knowledgeable about the wine list. It was very uncomfortable. Food was outstanding: flavorful, nicely decorated but expensive and small portions. Would not recommend the grape leave dish. More a place to come and have great long conversations or a date night. Valet parking only.

Beautiful restaurant, everything is delicious. Home made orange Blossom ice cream is to die for. Service was awesome! First time trying Lebanese wine and it was perfect for my wine taste.

We stopped at Pine Bistro for cocktails last night, and the ambiance and craft drinks were delighful. The Forest Fire Old Fashioned's banana notes were exceptional, and the New York Sour with Hibiscus flower was very refreshing. We ordered the Lebanese Cheese Roll, and a medley of herbs and spices played on our taste buds. The cocktails are half-priced beginning at 9 p.m. and we took full advantage of that. Alexxus was very pleasant and checked on us throughout our visit. I look forward to the full dining experience the next time I visit Vegas, and I highly recommend Pine Bistro to anyone looking for an elevated neighborhood restaurant off the strip.

Google
The food was not to par with the hummus it was like a paste and flavor not that great like if it was leftover. The shish kabob was cooked well but had no flavor and the rice was bland and one roasted tomato was good. As you can see in the picture. I also had a couple of drinks and one the bistro margarita did not have what it said in the menu as you can see on the menu and the picture . Not worth going over the quality of food and beverage . And the restaurant smelled a lot like dead fish . Service was good .

Discovering this restaurant is like finding a hidden gem, offering an incredible ambiance, impeccable service, and top-notch food quality. This marks my second visit, and the consistency in the use of quality ingredients is evident in every dish. Every item we tried this time was thoroughly enjoyable. The experience was further enhanced by indulging in a hookah bowl on the patio, adding the perfect finishing touch to the evening. Do your self a favor and go check it out and try something very different and amazing.

Google
Attended the Grand Opening of this beautiful restaurant. Loved the vibe & decor very modern chic. The drinks menu was beautifully illustrated and were just as tasty when they arrived. There are plenty of options on the food menu. We decided to try the grill plate to get a little of everything, some lamb chops and a few of their appetizers. Highly recommend to check out if you enjoy Mediterranean dishes. Also great if looking for a nice date spot.

Yelp
I noticed this restaurant about 6 months ago and wanted to try it for an early Father's Day dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable. Our drink order was taken soon after being seated, and water glasses were kept full. We ordered grilled vegetables, the Bistro salad, beef shawarma, filet mignonette kabob, grilled shrimp kabob, the Orange Blossom Mocktail, the creme brulee and the baklava. All of this was superb. The vegetables were grilled perfectly, not too much char, tender but not overcooked. The mignonette was cooked as requested and the beef shawarma was tender. The grilled shrimp was prepared perfectly, tender, not overcooked or dry. The creme brulee was delicious--it was not as rich/heavy as I have had at other restaurants. Their version of baklava was the best for me because it was not super sweet or syrupy. The ice cream that was served with the baklava was delightful- orange blossom with crushed pistachio. Everything we ordered was fresh. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the tables were arranged so that it was easy to pass other diners without squeezing between chairs. The staff were friendly and attentive, including the manager who came to our table to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. I am looking forward to our next dining experience where we will try their other small plate and entree selections.

Yelp
Visiting from the Bay Area, we had our final dinner here with our local friends before flying back home. 1. The service was impeccable. Multiple people waited on us, but the primary hostess was Carolina, who was so patient with us as our table tended to our little toddler. They were all extremely friendly and attentive, and were quick to act on all of our requests. 2. The ambience is beautiful and the music was appropriate. The place is quite tucked in a neighborhood of apartments, and you would not expect a clean, chic and swanky place amidst it all. I would highly recommend this place for a date night or family dinner. The place is casual enough that it doesn't demand a whole fancy wardrobe, but classy enough that you want to dress up and look special and presentable. 3. Cocktails. The smoked fig old fashioned was my ultimate favorite, which they smoke by the table right before serving. It had the best balance of smokiness and sweetness. I can drink this the whole night, but was so tempted by the other cocktails they offered . I must note how extensive the drinks menu is, and how there were illustrations for the cocktails that helped us visualize and definitely influenced our orders. 4. We ordered several appetizers and each got our own main entrees, and we all tried each other's food. Husband ordered the Mediterranean sea bream - EASILY THE BEST FISH WE'VE EVER EATEN EVER (in bold), served as two fillets from a whole fish, along with the remnants which included the head. My husband even had to completely eat as much flesh left on the bones and head as it was so extremely well-seasoned and flavored. The fish just melts in your mouth, with no fishiness whatsoever. I ordered the beef shawarma plate, which came with a thin sort of flatbread. I wish it came with rice and grilled vegetables as an option, which I had to order as sides. The flatbread is too thin and not substantial enough for the amount of meat along with the sauce, that basically softened it too much and ends up falling apart. Flavor-wise - is it the best beef shawarma I've ever had - YES (and I've been exploring the offerings in the Bay so I have a pretty good baseline of what I consider delicious) - is it the most tender beef shawarma I've ever had - ALSO YES (most beef shawarmas I've tried are hard and chewy, this bistro serves it almost like medium rare, extremely soft and tender) - could it be plated better - yes. As I said, I have no issues with the flavor and how it was cooked, just didn't enjoy how it was served. Our friend got the combo kabob platter, he said the shrimp was the best shrimp he's ever had. So to eat at a place where we had at least three knock out meals is pretty epic as a dinner option! Special mentions: ask for the Lebanese hot sauce and this garlicky paste sauce. I ended the meal with an amazing Arabic tea, to enjoy with our desserts. This is a must visit for us every time we are in Vegas because the price is fair for the quality you get, along with the great service, away from the strip and far from being a tourist trap, it's hard to beat! Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Food and ambiance was nice. The service was slow. The waitress told us the food was sharing portions but when we got our food, it was more like appetizers. The octopus was delicious, one of the best well cooked octopus dishes I've had. Would come back again and recommend.

Yelp
Thanks for the response to my comment. Tabbbouleh usually has content in it to be enjoyable and traditionally served with bulgar. That's fine, that's not how you serve it. At the end of the day .. is it good? My answer is no. Appreciate the mixed grill explanation. That's not how your staff sold it. She said, "you're welcome to share it". She was pretty goofy in general. She said she was from Lebanon and doesnt like chicken so couldn't recommend that Schwarma. Her reason was because she knows egg farming chickens and it makes her sad. Oh boy. Your schwarma does not come with Lavash. It's more of a markouk. The bread is too thin to serve it under a sauce. Try it, let it sit for 10 minutes. Not a great experience. All else was fine.

Yelp
*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2024 menu *** I had never heard of this restaurant until I saw it on the Restaurant Week list. After looking at the menu, I knew I had to try it. It's very near where I go to the Lebanese Food Festival every year. In looking at the RW menu, I was picking the things I wanted to try. After being seated and brought my iced tea, the server asked if I was ready to order. I started to pick out an item from each of the courses. She stopped me and said you get all of it. You don't have to choose! Win! I was soon brought hummus and pita bread. I started to enjoy the hummus and the pita lost its risen shape and was more flat but good. The hummus had a great texture and wonderful flavor. One of the best servings of hummus I have had. In a short time, the next course arrived. It consisted of three items--Lebanese cheese rolls, spinach pie, and kibbeh on a swirl of molasses and with pomegranate seeds. The cheese rolls were excellent. The spinach pie was a bit of a disappointment. It was dry except for the spinach. The kibbeh was good. The spiced ground beef was very tasty. Next came a sample of their kabobs that is called A'Alia. Their regular menu describes it like this: chicken taouk, kafta, filet mignonette, grilled prawn, grilled seasonal vegetables. served with rice and sauces. They were all grilled perfectly and the taste was good. It was nice to sample the different kabobs. Finally, dessert came. It was a mixed nut baklava along with some orange blossom ice cream that is made in house. Service was excellent. My server was very pleasant, explained each of the dishes she brought and gave me some information about when this bistro opened. This was a splendid way to start Restaurant Week. I'll come back for more of the Lebanese cheese rolls. They are food crack!

Yelp
Absolute beautiful place with very nice environment . We were greeted kindly and friendly, also our table was ready even though we arrived early. They have very nice alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage menu. But unfortunately whenever I chose a drink an ingredient was missed... The food is delicious and as Middle Eastern I can tell I have eaten the best grape leaf wraps at this place. The only thing that we were kind of feeling uncomfortable and worried were the wait times between each order. We really waited for pretty long time to receive each plate. Also, couple times our orders got mistaken with other tables, as well as other orders were mistakenly brought to our table... And the most important that we had 2 orders that the server was keep forgetting to put in. In one word the service really needs to be worked on, unless there was an occasion and they were tired or something, but we also noticed the servers do not communicate with each other... Otherwise it is a gorgeous place and I would definitely recommend

Matt O.

Yelp
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. My wife and I had dinner and drinks on a Friday night, and stayed to enjoy the hookah! Highly recommend the Ashta Cream Baklava for dessert. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Came here for dinner. Valet only parking. Sat right down with our reservation. Service very good and excellent ambiance. Diverse menu. Price on the high side. Ordered a few IPA's. Mediterranean salad had fresh veggies, feta cheese and a good dressing but $17. Warm pita bread was $7 served plain. Chicken kabob with rice was very good but $27? Grilled Octopus was also very good and more reasonable at $23. Overall food was good, service was good and the ambience was good but prepare to spend some $$.

Yelp
We wanted to dine here with our kiddo. Found out that it's a 21 and over place. So we decided to do take out instead. The place was refreshingly nice being off the strip. The ambiance was chill. The staff were friendly. The food was great, we ordered filet mignon kabobs, great portion, the rice was fantastic. We ordered another type of kabob, the serving was really small. The Baklava was good, it was not sickeningly sweet. No one has to twist my arm to come back again to dine the next time around...

Yelp
I want to gate keep this place, bc I sort of love it. I've been twice and have a few favs on the menu. It's upscale Mediterranean, but in your neighborhood. You can do hookah, order craft cocktails and enjoy a live DJ. YoU feel like you're on the strip, but avoid all of the traffic involved with dinner down there. I DO wish this place would catch on..... so that they don't eventually shut down because food, ambience and aesthetics are all working here.

Felicity C.

Yelp
A local gem nearby the neighborhood, and it opens to 2am with the hookah area. The server here is very patient, professional and attentive. Loved the interior design and ambiance. The spinach pie is good, too

Viri L.

Yelp
Very beautiful restaurant. It was a girls dinner, so you know we started off with some of their signature cocktails. Tried The Orange blossom carajillo and The Sumac smack. Both drinks were really yummy. The menu is folded and placed on top your plate which I thought was really cute. For food we did family style and shared everything. -grilled octopus -hummus -baba ghanoush -mixed grilled plate with no kafta Dessert -creme brule (was very runny and not creamy enough) They're open late but be aware they are 21+ as they are a lounge establishment. Service could have been a little faster on the drinks, but overall we had a good experience.

Megan V.

Yelp
I had such an amazing experience!! I sat at the bar and had the best service from Christine. Genuinely, she made the entire experience. But the food and cocktails are also phenomenal. I love the aesthetic of the restaurant as well.

Niki N.

Yelp
So happy we stumble across this place! Driving home from Sohi and saw this so decided to check it out. So cute! 1 thing - they have mandatory valet (?) Not a huge fan of this but honestly everything else was amazing. I hope in the future they open up the parking for self parking as well. This place really reminds me of Milos down on the strip which is this beautifully authentic Mediterranean restaurant. This one is way closer so that's a bonus! Same vibes inside Staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations, we took his suggestion for the kabobs sampler and they were fabulous! The zucchini appetizer was really nice too. They had a great cocktail menu with some fun drinks which weren't that pricey. Our rice dish was amazing - the flavors were spot on! The baklava was good, not great (I'm Greek so very picky about my baklavas) . Their dish could have definitely used more liquids between the layers because it was very dry. But hard dish to perfect! We will definitely stick to the savory dishes here, but looking forward to coming back again!

Vince L.

Yelp
It's a great place for a date or celebration. Very nice venue, great service and the food is not bad. Value is rough here, they have 4 small basic falafels for 4 bucks and the apps are pretty tiny for portions. The grill plate was nice, everything tasted good but realistically if you're just looking for some grill mediterranean meraki and some of the other faster/casual places would hit the spot without hurting your pocket. TLDR: don't come if you're poor

Shelley V.

Yelp
After hearing such good feedback about Pine Bistro, I finally had a night to stop in and try it. My friend and I did not have reservations but we were able to be accommodated when we arrived. We were greeted immediately and taken to a nice table by the bar. We had a good view of the whole venue, the open kitchen, bar, lounge area where they offer hookah, and the elevated dining room. The ambiance is classy, chic, and inviting. We were presented with a cocktail menu and asked what type of water we wanted for the table. We both ordered the bistro margarita, which was a watermelon margarita with jalapeño, so it was both spicy and refreshing. For an appetizer to share, we went with the grilled octopus. It was fresh and light and a really good sized portion. For dinner, we decided to share the mix grill. It's a large entree for sharing that includes basmati rice, grilled vegetables, and one of each skewer of filet, chicken, shrimp, and beef/lamb. Neither of us eat lamb, so we asked if we could substitute extra shrimp which they happily accommodated. All of the skewers were tasty and fresh. The filet was cooked to the perfect requested medium, the chicken was well seasoned, and the shrimp was fresh and lightly grilled. The basmati rice and grilled vegetables that came with the skewers were the perfect side dishes. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée and my friend ordered an espresso. The crème brûlée was creamy with a nice caramelized sugar crust and fresh berries. The espresso was served with a cute rock candy sugar stick and requested milk on the side that the manager frothed at my friend's request. The ambiance, the service, and the food were all perfect. Pine Bistro is a welcomed addition to the area. I will definitely return to try more items off their menu.

Shannon G.

Yelp
This is a delightful Mediterranean restaurant at a handy location one minute from the I-15. You will hear plenty of descriptions of the food in other reviews so I will not duplicate except to mention that the salads are so clean tasting. Refreshing! We also had the "Mixed Grill" done to perfection and the whole fish along with delicious appetizers and their delicious baklava and kunefe for dessert. What made such an impression on me was the warmth of the staff. Always interested if you're enjoying everything but never interrupting. Also the atmosphere here is totally COZY. On a chilly winter's night we were cocooned with dim lights and a soothing decor vibe. My only disappointment which lost a five star rating is that the owner says no indoor hookah before 9pm on the Yelp answer section. This was not the case as three tables directly behind us were all puffing away so beware if you're smoke-sensitive.

Kathryne A.

Yelp
My friends and I dined here for brunch on a sleepy Saturday morning (our reservation was for 11 a.m.). The restaurant was not officially open when we arrived, but they seated us anyway. When they did officially open, our server came over & tried to take our order even though we never got menus to look over while we waited. When we started getting our food, it arrived one by one in 10 minute increments. Needless to say, the first dish to arrive was cold, by the time we could all start eating at the same time. I ordered the salmon Benedict & the flavor was nice. One of my friends ordered the sliders & the meat was so overcooked & did not taste fresh. There were about 2-3 other tables in there, but the service was extremely slow. It's a beautiful restaurant & very "instagrammable," but we will not be returning.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant 100 stars i absolutely would. We were driving in from Los Angeles to Utah and stopped in for dinner. The food is sooooo amazing but, what really makes the difference is the Amazing staff. Manager Carolina and chef Min give you amazing service. Carolina has so much knowledge on the wonderful variety of wines they offer and has not yet steered us wrong. You must take some time to stop her and try the food, a great drink or wine and the wonderful ambience as well as all of the awesome, wonderful, attentive staff. We loved it so much we came again back for dinner on the at back ti Los Angeles. We will Be back. MUST TRY!!!

Kari U.

Yelp
First impression: love the design and interior. Food was good, but they have a few bumps to sort out. Prices are on the higher side so not somewhere we would frequent often. We made a reservation and got sat right away. The place setting was very cute, but the hostess didn't tell us the paper holding the napkin was the menu so we sat there for a while waiting for our menus. We tried to order the eggplant and zucchini tower as we saw the photo on IG and was looking forward to trying it, but they were out. Womp womp. We ended up ordering the Fry Trio and Grilled Octopus to start. Both were delicious! We shared the whole fish entree (that night it was snapper) which was also good, but once you dig in, not a large portion. On the menu, it said the entree came with rice but when the fish was brought out, there was no rice. We asked the server, who went back to the kitchen then told us the chef insisted rice was not included. I had taken a photo of the menu for Yelp, so I showed him the photo. He then went back to the kitchen and brought out the rice. The chef of all people should know the menu so this was a little annoying. They're located in a retail space connected to an apartment complex so self parking is minimal (spaces were all full) but they offer free valet.

Luciane C.

Yelp
Great ambiance, lights and decor on point! Food is great! The top choice was the beef tartare and the bread that comes warm straight out of the oven! The tea is a great option to finish the meal!

Sheila E.

Yelp
This place was ok for me. Had the lamb and kofte. Kofte was very dense and more like a sausage texture. I appreciated that the server offered extra yogurt for the kofte. The drinks were also just ok, not too memorable. I ordered roasted vegetables for the lamb since the server mentioned it's an a la cart dish and was pretty disappointed with the portion. Ambiance was simple and sophisticated. Could be a great place for larger groups. Probably would skip this place in the future unless my party really wanted to go.

Paola C.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise. Made a reservation to celebrate a friend's bday and oh my this place did not disappoint. We ordered various items so we could all try and everything was delicious. The beef shawarma was outstanding, the pita bread was light warm and fluffy; the branzino was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Branzino was so good I even ate the skin, which I never do, and the octopus was marvelous with the artichoke puree. Finally omg that ice cream! First bite and it tastes like flowers. Simply amazing. Great dinner!! Service was a bit slow, and they were not busy. The waitress seemed to be new. Lastly, nice job with the music, and ambiance! - may be you should consider a curtain of some sort to cover that white light in the kitchen. It kept hitting my husband's face and he was bothered by it. But other than that! What a great restaurant! Can't wait to go back!

Connie B.

Yelp
Visited this place for the first time while visiting our friends in Vegas. It was an amazing and experience and the food is high-quality and delicious! Will be back soon!

Billy L.

Yelp
I enjoyed my dinner and hookah experience with this establishment. The place accepts reservation but we didn't have trouble to walk in on a Thursday night. They also offer valet service until a certain time since parking can be limited. After a certain time, the valet staff will hand you over your keys and you can continue enjoying hookah. I love Mediterranean food. This is a fancy and classy place to go. The attendant was so helpful as to offering us either a table or lounge. You get to seat in a sofa for the lounge. Both offer hookah service. I believe when I searched the website regarding their hookah service, it says that it starts at 10pm but a staff was going around and start offering hookah at 9pm which I loved. For starters, I ordered the eggplant and zucchini tower that came with breaded fried cheese. I absolutely love this appetizer and was told the cheese can be bought at Costco. The breaded was light and it wasn't greasy. For the main course, I chose the beef and shawarma mixed plate. This dish didn't disappoint. The meat was juicy, tender and flavorful. For the hookah, we chose the double apple. This flavor was quite lovely. I would be bringing my out of town friends to this place as I am quite sure they will also enjoy the experience as I did.

Jamie Y.

Yelp
This place is great. Loved everything I had. Sad I waited so long to come try it out. Drinks and food all amazing

Jason C.

Yelp
Pine Bistro is awesome! We tried a variety of dishes, and my favorites were the various cold and hot mezza. Steak tartare was especially good. The food is so fresh and bright - it lends itself to exploring and sharing with a large group. Great wines and super friendly service.

Alia G.

Yelp
What a Great Place! Ambiance, Service, Food, Vibe... it hits all the marks. First let me get this out of the way... it's 21+. So, definitely Adult Date Night. Easy access off of the 15... sits super close to Cactus and Dean Martin. You can actually see the restaurant (for now anyways).... on the south side of Cactus/Dean Martin. We were early for dinner... got there about 5:15pm. We made a meal out of the Hot and Cold Mezes plus some drinks and dessert. Perfect amount of food! I want to go back to try more of the menu and more of the different cocktails. Cocktails... they all looked unique and tasty. Their menu not only has descriptions but it has pictures too. I love that. I'm a visual person so if I can see what it looks like and then read the ingredients, I can start to imagine what it might taste like. I had the Sumac Smash... rum based drink... while it was a tad on the sweet side, I'd order it again. It was very tasty. I really liked the pomegranate flavor and I couldn't really taste the rum. (Which probably makes it a dangerous drink because it's too easy to drink too quickly.) Husband had a glass of wine and he said the wine list looked really good. Plus there were some wines on their list (from Lebanon) so that's fun to try wines from different countries. Food: * Arugula salad - fresh, crunchy, lightly dressed * Babaganoush - so good... creamy, savory, lightly smoky... and I loved the pomegranate seeds on top (I don't love that they get stuck in my teeth... ha!) * Fresh Hot Pita - they poof! so light and airy and served warm right out of the oven... LOVE * Grilled Octopus - they serve it sliced/chopped up for you in bite size pieces so if you're not a fan of the huge tentacle being served... you're in luck. I ended up adding this to the arugula to make a seafood salad. So Good! * Meat Pies (I don't remember the name...sorry)... they were like Empanadas... savory and meaty. They are small and the appetizer comes 3 per serving. It was the perfect size for us. * Baklava - shareable size and is served with ice cream. At least, I think it's shareable. I just like a little something-something and this hit the spot. The phyllo dough is very buttery but light and crispy which I love. The nuts were finely chopped and the spice was just right... oh.... the honey drizzle ... oh my. I think it was Orange Blossom Honey which was just lovely. We will definitely be back. :) Note: When we left about 6:15pm, the parking lot was Valet only. So... ya know... plan accordingly. I thought it was strange since it's not on the strip or even near the strip really.

Yelp
Pine Bistro is a fabulous upscale restaurant offering delicious Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisines. You'll find them on Dean Martin and Cactus, they're in a serene neighborhood near the apartments of Keller Cactus Hills. Parking is limited. Interior dining space is gorgeous with plenty of seating for tables, a banquette, by the bar, and they have a lovely outdoor patio. Atmosphere and music vibe is peaceful and relaxing, the place is embellished with natural decor that's appealing and is captivated with alluring artwork by Koa Paden. Every table has a foldable menu that's cleverly designed over cloth napkins. Offerings include a nice selection of cold and hot appetizers, refreshing salads, savoury grilled kabobs and shawarma plates of chicken and beef, and there's option for seafood and vegetarian dish. Fry Trio ($11) is a great starter for a shareable, it's crispy french fries topped in a trio of seasonings of original, spiced, and za'atar, served with mild spicy shatta, garlic whip, and ketchup. I love Hummus ($13) and Baba Ghanoush ($13), both appetizers are fantastic! Hummus is smooth and delicious with toppings of chickpeas, and the roasted eggplant dip is chunky, very flavorful, and complements wonderfully with sweet pomegranates. Fattoush Salad ($15) is glorious and full of beautiful flavors of pomegranates, sumac, toasted pita, and lemon vinaigrette. Batata Harra ($11) is also very delicious, it's well-seasoned potatoes cooked to perfection, and I really enjoyed Fatayer ($13) which is a crispy pastry stuffed with tasty spinach, pine nuts, and pomegranates, and it's delightful with hummus. They offer an array of cocktail drinks. I opted for Temple of Niha ($15) which is similar to a mojito, it has lime with orange blossom syrup and is very refreshing with Baklava & Ice Cream ($11), the yummy pairing of sweet and crunchy dessert with house made pistachio ice cream makes it excellent! Overall service is exceedingly remarkable, friendly, attentive and welcoming. Trevor, Low, Drew, Chef Dany, and Daniel made my dining experience memorable and so amazing! The restaurant is a beautiful venue for date night, special gathering and for hosting parties, and the food and outstanding service is phenomenal!

Yelp
It's the best Mediterranean restaurant I've ever been to! I'm excited to return back to the restaurant because the staff made us feel so special. We've definitely had an amazing experience. Although, I didn't get a chance to take pictures of everything we've ordered, I ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED EVERY DISH THAT WE ORDERED! We basically ordered almost every thing off from the mezza's section! It was so delicious! I was enjoying every bite! All of my besties were able to enjoy everything on the menu because it did not compromise our clean eating. THIS IS A PLUS! There were so many healthy options to choose from I've also, noticed that they offer a patio for hookah! I'm definitely recommending this restaurant to all of my friends. Make sure to make room for dessert. The banana pudding was delicious

Yelp
If we could give 10 stars, we would! What a delicious meal. Everything was fantastic with great flavors and presentations. Everyone was so friendly, too. Our server, Brendan, was incredible. We live across the Valley from Pine Bistro, but it was worth the drive and we will be back. I can't recommend Pine Bistro enough!

Yelp
We came with a big group and ordered every appetizer... all of them were so good that I couldn't pick a favorite. The pita bread is super fresh and fluffy (not thick). Margarita drink was well balanced and comes with a huge ice-cube that's carved with the restaurant's logo. The ambience was beautiful and the service was totally 5-star!

Yelp
Had dinner here recently for a friend's birthday. Service was definitely lacking. It's as though the atmosphere and prices want to be comparable to the strip, but that's it. Food was just ok. We didn't love any of our dishes. But service needs an overhaul. Don't think we will come back.

Yelp
This place is incredible. I was almost weary with all 5 stars..but they deliver every bit of it. We started with eggplant/zucchini tower with cheese on the side, the Jekneh, the babaganoush and Tabouleh was to die for! For dinner we did the filet kebabs and beef shawarma - all of it was amazing. Our server was awesome. I didn't get her name but she was great! I would go back now if I could ha ha. Fun spot for a small group. Music was a touch loud. Bar is nice with lounge vibe. We'll be back.

Yelp
Tried out a relatively new place. Brunch was awesome! Great food, service and the pitcher of POG punch...oh boy...so good

Yelp
Wow! Wow! As a Greek woman, I always go into Mediterranean food situation dubiously optimistic. Well, let me tell you, this is the real deal. Chef and Manager are Lebanese and they did their culinary best with this traditional, upscaled food. Our server Melissa was great and Caroline the Manager was equally lovely. The decor is fresh, bright and classy. Just love everything about this place. We will be back often and can't wait to try hookah from 10pm-2am, which includes a more upscale bar bites menu.

Yelp
Hi have eaten at pine bistro in the past and it was pretty good. Ate there last night and had cocktails. However, when I needed an extra iced tea refill they charge you for the full drink. total of $21 for 3 iced tea. Secondly, my wife ordered a Martini and there was a surcharge of two dollars calling it a bump. Dinner was $200 with tip for two people. I will never go to Pine bistro again as they seem more interested in the money then pleasing people. 1 star

Yelp
I arrived at Pine Bistro not really knowing what to expect, let's just saying I am so glad my good friend invited me to check this place out or I would have missed out on a great experience. The night I went it was very busy and parking was pretty tight but I luckily snagged a front row spot and someone was just pulling out from, it's rare but perfect timing! Looking from the outside it doesn't look that big but once you go in and check out the inside and outside seating areas it makes up for a pretty spacious establishment. I haven't done fine dining in quite some time but this place ranks up to top of my list. The inside is laid out quite well where you can see the action going on, from food serving, to drinking making, to good conversations going on with people. Most all of the Pine Bistro staff were very quick, attentive and made sure our orders accurate. Like I said this night was very busy and with it being that busy we still weren't waiting long at all between orders. I'm a fan of Mediterranean food. Pine Bistro's Pine Burger was my favorite! It was very juicy, not dry, very tasteful and cooked to perfection! I've had some pretty good burgers in the past but this one is definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The cocktails were also on-point! Brian the bartender is very professional and made our cocktails with perfection as well! The Sumac Smack was a very tasty, it was almost like drinking a high quality fruit drink with freshly picked, too deelish! I will definitely be back again to try out some of the other menu items. This place gets 2 thumbs up from me, I recommend dropping by!

Yelp
I was in Las Vegas for a conference, and I wanted a restaurant that wasn't on the strip or touristy. Wow, did we get lucky with this beautiful restaurant ! Pine Bistro was located in a stand alone building and the interior was lovely. It was open and airy with greenery everywhere. The tables were nicely spread out and the noise level was perfect. It was very easy to have a conversation. The wait staff was incredibly professional, attentive and courteous. The waitress noticed that most of us were wearing black and she switched us from white cloth napkins to black and she said the white would have stuck to our pants. The menu was cleverly wrapped around the napkin and it opened up into a large menu. The manager of the restaurant came by out table twice to check on us and to see what we thought of the food. They took our drink order right away and I started with an Aperol spritz. There were five of us for dinner, and we decided to share appetizers, a fattoush salad and the Al' Aila mixed grill. We started with the hummus, baba ghanoush, labne, rakaket jebneh, and falafel. Everything was delicious and easy to share. It came with thin puffy pitas, that were easy to tear, and there was a little side dish with pickles and a pickled vegetable. The labne was super creamy and definitely my favorite and we loved the rakaket jebneh. It had a crunchy outside with feta, halloumi, and mozzarella cheese with onion and mint in the inside. The mixed grill had prawns, chicken, kafta, filet mignonette and roasted tomato, pepper and eggplant. There was a garlic dip and a yogurt dip that you could dip all of the mixed grill pieces in. We also got an Uber. an order of rice There was a ton of food and plenty for everyone. We also loved the fattoush salad and the dressing which had some sweetness to it. We ended with a baklava dessert with a pistachio ice cream that was creamy and delicious. They brought an extra dessert for my birthday which was super thoughtful. If you were looking for delicious Mediterranean food at a restaurant off the beaten path, with great atmosphere, and incredibly attentive staff, this is the place for you! If I lived locally, I'd be here quite a bit.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had in Vegas in a long time. We ordered several small plates (Lebanese tartare, fried kibbeh, taboleh, potatoes etc.) and tried a few cocktails, everything that came out was pretty perfect. Meals were cooked with care. Cocktails were crafted with a lot of thought as well, I particularly enjoyed all cocktails with arak. Ambiance was clean and modern, perfect level of music and lighting. Nothing too loud or dark like a lot of Vegas restaurants. Our sever was very pleasant too, attentive and kind. Can't wait to be back. So happy to find this gem.

Yelp
When you walk in you feel like you're in a sanctuary, spa like ambiance with greens and Grey's lots of foliage. (You forget it's 100+ outside) Service is top notch, you don't have to be on the strip to receive attentive service along with food and drink knowledge. It is a scratch kitchen! From the hummus, marinade of the chicken , the pita!! Must try: fattoush salad, cheese rolls, fried kibbeh, babaganoush, any of the carpaccios, calamari, any fish!!

Yelp
Let's start off by saying this is the best Mediterranean restaurant in all of Las Vegas! Also don't forget the hummus!

Yelp
Food is amazing tried the hummus and fattoush salad, beef shwarma, rice, and pistachio ice cream with baklava Drinks had bistro margarita, old fashioned, and ginger margarita.. Bistro margarita was the best. The other two were too smokey flavored. Great atmosphere and service. Will be back to try other food and hookah

Yelp
Service was excellent and so was the food. I'm ready to go back again, and again! I had several items and all was very good but I dove in and forgot to take pics. The ice tea was excellent but they do charge you for each glass.

Yelp
Loved Pine! The lamb kebabs were excellent. We also had the fried kibbeh appetizer (that was my favorite), octopus and the salmon carpaccio. Food quality was high and service was good. A bit pricy but this isn't your average casual Mediterranean joint. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Hands down the best Lebanese/ Mediterranean restaurant in Las Vegas. The ambiance and service are always outstanding. Special thank you to Carolina the manager for always making us feel at home!

Yelp
Like the Shisha and the food. Also the outside seating is relaxed and quite. Nice if you ask me...

Yelp
Wow! A completely different experience than the first time I went! Left really dissatisfied and disappointed! I guess they changed the menu a few times since, what a horrible decision! The first time we came here the food was so phenomenally delicious! This time I took my mom because I couldn't stop raving about this restaurant. We ordered the bread which was $7 for 4 pieces and they served it with nothing. Last time it came with hummus, but I guess now they serve it plain? We had to ask for oil and vinegar which was weird. My mom ordered the Caesar salad and I got the salad with pomegranates and it was gross and incredibly small for a $17 salad. We ended up switching salads because the Caesar salad dressing tasted too much of anchovies and my mom couldn't eat it. For main courses she ordered the Calamari and I got the Chicken kabobs which came with this disgusting garlic whip. I ended up sending my entree back because it was so flavorless and not even edible. I didn't even want to order anything else because I couldn't handle anymore disappointment and ended up getting takeout from Sultans Grill instead. I'll never go back and when the manager came over to tell us they changed their menu, I bluntly told them they shouldn't have. So for bread, 2 salads and calamari it was $62!!!!! What a bummer and a rip off!

Yelp
If you're looking for the ideal combination of ambiance, exceptional Lebanese cuisine, high service level, and fair pricing, go to Pine Bistro! You'll walk into an airy, high-ceilinged space that feels like an elegant oasis. A smiling hostess will show you to your table with very comfortable seating (IMHO this is essential to a pleasant dining experience). Prepare to be impressed for the entirety of your meal! We went here on a Tuesday night and it was fairly full - a promising sign. We ordered grilled octopus, kibbeh, ground meat pies, the mahsul salad, lamb chops, and baklava. I wish I could identify a standout but they were all absolutely, perfectly delicious! The lamb chops were tender and flavorful, which is very difficult to accomplish. When we dine out, 9 out of 10 lamb chops are tough and chewy (which makes us gluttons for punishment, I guess?) but this was the 1 out of 10 that we live for!! Most baklava I've had is heavy and sickeningly sweet, leaving you feeling gross afterwards. Not so at Pine Bistro!! Theirs was lightly sweet, airy, and flaky, and accompanied by a scoop of pistachio ice cream scented with rosewater. Pure heaven! As for the service, Melissa was very sweet and helpful, and her assistant (I don't recall his name) was hilarious and welcoming. Great vibes from the whole staff. Thank you, Pine Bistro, for a perfect evening! We can't wait to come back!
