An Essential Guide to Eating Your Way Through Alberta | Eater

"Can’t decide what to eat in Calgary? Pineapple Hall gathers some of the city’s best restaurants into a food hall-style space. Lonely Mouth (a Japanese-inspired sake bar) offers build-your-own bento boxes packed with hand rolls and katsu sandos, Double Zero has thin-crust, oven-kissed pizza, and Surfy Surfy’s menu is loaded with internationally-accented snacks, like kimchi fries and gochugaru chicken tacos. Stick around and dig in, or grab your lunch to go — the downtown location makes it a perfect pit stop while sightseeing." - Kate Dingwall

Uhm im confused with this place, another foodcourt within Core food court, but it’s dark like a night bar. From the 4 menus, I could only pick from Surfy combo. From my photo you can tell it’s really sad taco and kimchi fries not even having real kimchi.

The food. ALL AMAZING. One of the best burgers I’ve had. The hot dog fantastic. Beef tartar beautiful. Shrimp cocktail perfect. Crowning joy. Soft ice cream My first visit was not so great, service would have been a 2 star. I was invited back my the management and I have to say, been a few times now. It is one of my favorite go to spots, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Go and enjoy, you will not be disappointed. Gabe and his crew are fantastic

Couple of us wanted to check out whether the hype is worth it or not. The venue is really nice. I'd go as far as saying I haven't seen this concept in any other place in Calgary. The service was really good and orderly. I ordered a Bento box. Food taste is good. I do feel price is quite expensive, given the other options available around downtown. I enjoyed my experience, and I like the novelty of it.

Located on the second floor of Stephen Avenue, this cozy place boasts a great interior. I ordered a drink, the Londod Fog, and a Dill Pickled Crossiant from Must Need, and they were both delicious. Just a heads up, the rush hour is lunchtime, so it’s best to visit after 1 pm.

Great food! Great Service! Attentive and approachable Staff. Music playlist is a nice mix. Music level needs to be loud enough to enjoy as background music. ( Bar music levels vs Lounge levels ) A.A.A. Management & M.B.W. A. Styles. ( AAA = Available to be there for Staff and Customers, Approachable & Accountable ) ( M.B.W.A = Management By Wandering Around )

Great little niche with 4 restaurant options/menus cafeteria style ordering. Pick up your order when ready and find a spot to sit down and enjoy your meal. Friendly staff came around to offer more water and remove dishes

worst overpriced grab-n-go sandwiches I've ever had. Salty yet flavorless at the same time, gobs of butter on the stale hard bread. Tried egg salad and Italian Hoagie. Skip "the boardroom" and just order fresh pizza or burger or something. Very disappointing.
