For our son’s birthday we chose this bakery to order the cake, deserts and snacks like mini chicken croissants 🥐. Jany took our order months prior the event and she personally made sure that everything was done correctly. She was very responsive and helpful. I was impressed by her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The flavor of the cake was delicious! Everything we ordered was beautiful! We can’t thank you enough…for all the cutler bay staff. It’s always a pleasure to go to this bakery.

I am not sure what happened here! It was our favorite bakery, everything fresh , the atmosphere was wonderful, but not anymore. I just ordered Key Lime Pie, and believe me , I am waiting for the lady to tell her that, unfortunately, this key lime pie is horrible. There is no way I can eat it. And for my luck , a lady with a dog inside of the bakery! Some people don't have common sense! Unless it is a service dog , but it is not. So, unfortunately, I am never ever coming back here !

Pincrest is getting worse every day, I always order a media noche and it always comes dry with no mayo nor mustard, today i resquested a media noche and asked to add mayo and mustard, looks like they did not liked my comment so they went ahead and added a huge amount of mustard and mayonnaise which make it impossible to eat the sandwich, very disrespectful.

⭐️⭐️ 2-Star Review I really wanted to like this bakery, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The specialty pastries were not fresh at all, they were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while. For the high prices they charge, I expected much better quality. Disappointing experience overall.

For service, if I could give it a 0, I would. The women that work there have an unprofessional way of treating the customers. The expression on their faces is very unpleasant, as if they're ready to argue with you (which they do). I placed my order and when I went to sit down to eat it(dinning area was dirty, tables & floors, pretty bad, unsanitary) the order was wrong (I repeated my order twice to her). I went back to the woman who took my order and I told her the order was wrong she started arguing with me she said that she took the order right. I reminded her about the order and after she went quiet. I told her piece of advice, when your done taking an order repeat it back to the customer to make sure that the order was taken correctly and there was no misunderstandings. Final results;my bacon was more like pork rides and not bacon. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I wasted my money. I hope that the baked goods I bought are at least descent, I guess I will find out when I get home.... Update on the baked goods, I bought a Crème Brûlèe, the top is supposed to be hard like candy and the Crème texture was not appealing (this is one of my favorite deserts). Dulce De Leche Cortada tasted the same as the Crème Brûlèe. What a disappointment, Waste of money and time.

Love this bakery and the hard working staff. I read the reviews and see so many reviews on staff that is not nice. Why because they do not speak english, So what your walking in a Cuban Bakery. Sad how people these days are so quick to judge. Pinecrest Bakery you are great both day shift and night shift. Best pastelitos ever

I placed $100 order worth of food. I called back to change ONE item because one of my kids changed their mind and let’s just start off by saying how rude this lady was who answered the phone. As soon as she answered of course doesn’t speak English and giving me attitude. I asked nicely to change that one item and she tells me I have to cancel the order and starts yelling to a coworker to cancel my order. I tell her I don’t want to cancel to leave it as is and ask for a manager and she had the nerve to hang up on me while I was still talking. This kind of service is unacceptable. And to top things off the food was cold and the coffee was bitter. 0/5 do not recommend!

What happened to bakeries? When did they start fleecing people?? A couple of egg sandwiches, up charges for tomatoes and potato sticks, of which neither had. Soggy pastries. Bland empanada. No drinks or anything special, and it was almost $70! Absolutely ridiculous! To say we won’t be going back, is an understatement. Service was acceptable. Location was clean. Food quality simply wasn’t what it should’ve been. I tipped well because of the holidays, despite having to correct for items that were poorly handled. Pastries were being crushed with the tongs, because of the attendant rushing to complete the order. Had to ask her several times to exchange the items grabbed. Disappointed.
