This was my first visit to Pinefish and I greatly enjoyed it. The decor was warm & welcoming. I started with happy hour duck fat fries and oysters which were both absolutely delicious. The restaurant week menu had a great variety of menu items. I enjoyed the ceasar salad. The short rib was absolutely amazing. It was delicious and incredibly tender and the mashed potatoes served with it had a perfect velvety texture and creamy taste. I didn’t care for the desert but overall had a wonderful experience. The whisky cocktail on the RW menu was delicious as well. I definitely enjoyed my visit and will be back in the future

My sister and I enjoyed an evening here during restaurant week but I was super disappointed. For starters, they checked our vaccines cards, but the seating arrangement literally had everyone sitting on top of each other. Literally to the point where you could hear conversation word for word. The service was horrible. Not in a sense that they were rude or nasty, but they were totally unprepared. For example, it took our waitress awhile to take our order. Also, she blamed the new kitchen staff on why our food took so long to arrive. I believe we waited 30 mins to receive a half dozen of oysters. I probably won’t visit again just from the expedience and I had really high expectations from reading the reviews. Sorry if my pictures are a little blurry. I had to take screenshots of videos that I captured

Highly recommend this fabulous dining experience! Great Bang Bang Shrimp followed by Scallops and Polenta . Delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Good food, loads of choices, Happy Hour until six o’clock! Lots of activity with guests enjoying foods and sharing the high notes of their selections. Signing off for dessert.. I heard the carrot cake was fabulishious!

I absolutely adore this place! Great hospitality, good location! And GREAT FOOD! My friends and I come here all the time. I think I might have just ordered just about everything off the menu! From the scallops to the mussels, or Pan seared salmon. to the Brussel sprouts! Everything has been delish! Oh and let’s not forget the blueberry pie! YUM🤤

Unique little brunch spot! The inside was a little dark for brunch time though. The service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered the BLT Lobster, but asked for no bacon. The lobster was very fresh and the sandwich overall was great. The only reason I reduced a star is because my friend tried to order the Lobster Benedict, but was told she couldn’t because they were out of the lobster they use for the Benedicts. It was confusing considering I ordered a lobster sandwich and they were able to make it. Not sure why they couldn’t just use the same type of lobster for both items.

The Pinefish in Philly is a quaint little restaurant dimly lit with great food & service. We had Lobster Benedict w/potatoes. It was seasoned perfectly, the chef allowed the Lobster to stand on its own. I highly recommend.

What a lovely restaurant experience from before I arrived til we left. We had a reservation at 7:00, and last minute I needed to change it to 8:00. There were no reservations left online so I called and spoke with Leslie. She was so understanding and kind and told me to not rush (had to pick up my son from airport and bring him to dinner with us). The arugula salad was fresh and delicious; clam chowder was chock full of clams; the surf and turf came with twin lobster tails and filet mignon that was cooked perfect to temperature; the crab cake had scallops and shrimp and lump crabmeat in it so it was a bit different than a traditional crab cake, but very tasty nonetheless and I loved how the edges were crispy; even all the desserts were delish: we got key lime pie, chocolate cake and the standout dessert was the blueberry pie (get it, you won’t regret it!). The staff was attentive and all so nice. It was our first time there and Can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu, especially the whole grilled branzino!

this place is overall just okay. the atmosphere is nice and decor is fun to appreciate - if you’re lucky enough to get the right table, which we were not. the cocktails are normal center city price and are good. the food is just okay. we actually came here for restaurant week and got the crab cakes and the stuffed flounder. the best part of our meal was the cauliflower served alongside the flounder. think i’d only come back for happy hour.
