Ping Tom Memorial Park is a peaceful, scenic spot right along the Chicago River, and it has a cool blend of urban and cultural charm. I loved the Chinese-style pagoda area — it’s a perfect place to sit, take photos, or just enjoy the view. The playground is well-designed and busy with families, which gives the park a friendly, community feel. There’s enough open space for picnics or casual walks, and everything feels clean and well cared for. Overall, it’s a relaxing escape in the middle of the city that’s definitely worth visiting.
