Delicious new Thai spot that opened about six months ago. FYI they use Thai spice. We ordered medium and it still had a strong kick, and that’s coming from someone who can handle spice. Will prob get mild next time I’m back! Steamed Thai Dumplings (4.75/5): So good. Packed with meat, and the vinegar sauce paired perfectly. Loved the crispy topping, it added an extra layer of texture that really elevated the dish. Garlic Chicken Wings (4.25/5): A little salty at first, but pairing them with the vinegar sauce from the dumplings made each bite better. The wings were noticeably juicier than the drumsticks. Pad See Ew (4.75/5): Loved the thick, flat noodles and the charred wok hay. The chicken was tender and not overcooked, which is always a win. Pad Kee Mao (4.5/5): Same great noodles, though it could’ve used more veggies. The pork was still tender, but as you keep eating the pork it does feel tougher.

10/30/25 New Thai restaurant in my town. Jib and Saji are friendly and helpful Thai Iced Tea was ok Grilled Pork was so good! So tender and flavorful. The Lemon hot sauce and the Tamarind hot sauce were both good. Duck in Lychee Curry was so good. The Duck was tender. Went back a few days later with a family member. Duck Pad Kra Pow (Basil Sauce) was crispy yet tender and flavorful. Tamarind Duck was very good. Green Curry Chicken was good but not as flavorful as the ducks.

The food was delicious and the service was warm and attentive. My kids and I came in and were promptly seated. We enjoyed the drunken noodles and the pad Thai. The Thai ice teas were also so good. I strongly recommend this cute little restaurant.

It was me and my best friends first time coming here. We wanted Thai food and most places closed early. We were automatically greeted by Pisha (not sure how to spell her name I apologize) she was very welcoming and sat us at a table quickly and took care of us right away. She also helped us choose what to order and accommodated our dish based off our preference. The food came out pretty quickly, very fresh, delicious and great portion. Everything was seasoned so well. We will definitely come back again. We ordered the spring rolls, pad Thai noodles and Thai fried rice with chicken. We highly recommend trying this restaurant! Especially if it is your first time having Thai food 🙂

🌟 A hidden gem worth discovering! This cozy little Thai restaurant just opened recently, and it’s run by a lovely young couple who seem to be starting both a family and a business together. I parked at the lot across the street (about $1.50) and honestly, it was well worth it for the experience and food I received. As soon as I walked in, the woman who runs the front greeted me warmly with a smile and kindly let me know that food might take a little longer today since her husband was the only one cooking. There were only a couple of other tables at the time, so it felt calm and welcoming. The menu isn’t overly extensive or fancy, but it covers all the Thai essentials you’d expect. I ordered a few recommended and classic dishes: • Chef’s special: Crispy Chicken Cashew Sauce • Thai Dumplings • Eggplant Basil with Tofu • 2 Thai Iced Teas Surprisingly, the service was perfectly timed. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly, followed by the main dishes at just the right moment. I could tell the chef wasn’t just cooking to get food out—he really cared about the quality and presentation. The dishes looked vibrant and fresh, clearly made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. The dumplings weren’t greasy or made from fatty leftovers like I’ve seen elsewhere. Everything—from the cashew sauce to the basil eggplant—was full of flavor and so satisfying. The portions were generous; I had to pack some to take home. What stood out the most was the genuine care. The owner was moving gracefully between the kitchen and tables, always smiling, checking in on guests, and making sure everyone was happy. ✨ Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back. This place is about to have me as a regular!

PingYang Thai NJ is an absolute gem in Hackensack! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend the Pad Thai and Green Curry; both were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was to our liking. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. Located conveniently on State St, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Thai cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried a new Thai place in Hackensack today. 🇹🇭 The restaurant has such a cute and cozy vibe. The food was good, but everything came out very slowly because they just opened and are really understaffed. Our server, she was super sweet and polite. Please be patient and give them a chance…hope business picks up for them. Good luck! 👍🏻

I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The balance of spices and freshness in the ingredients really stood out, making each bite a delight. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was excellent—our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Her warm and thoughtful attention truly enhanced our dining experience. The only thing I would love to see is a wider variety of appetizers on the menu, as the main dishes are so good that it would be fantastic to have more options to start the meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and flavorful Thai cuisine. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their dishes!

Little Thai place off the beaten path. Municipal lot and street parking available a block away. Server was so nice and friendly. From what we ordered, the crispy basil duck was good and fried tofu had a nice spicy sauce accompanying it. Pad thai was too sweet for our liking and curry a bit watered down.

Our first visit here and we had a wonderful experience. The food and service was excellent. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The crispy boneless duck was tasty with the fried basil leaves. The 2 dipping sauces for the grilled pork over fried rice was surprisingly good, and I used it on everything. Looking forward to our next visit to try more delicious dishes.

This is the place for lunch. Generous portion of Pad Thai but what an incredible take on a delicious favorite. This is the best I have ever had, perfectly done rice noodles, tamarind sauce with flavor like no other. And spring rolls that were light, crisp and delicious. I will be returning often. And all for a very reasonable price.

Awesome experience today at Ping Yang Thai. We had the steamed dumplings, the duck salad and the special chicken dish. Everything was delicious! The chef is the owner and he is very personable. Service was great too! Definitely recommend PSA: Park in the municipal lot down the block and across from Pizza Hut.

Awesome experience! Our server was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the Thai iced tea and anything spicy!

I ordered through Uber and was not expecting a locker to pick up food from. But the process is super easy with their kiosks. But immediately my mind went to being skeptical about how the actual food would taste. I ordered the chicken red curry. The portion size is large and it comes with a nice sized order of rice. It was made medium spicy just like we ordered. The chicken and vegetables were fresh. I also got the tofu pad thai. It was not too fishy which was a huge plus but it was too sweet. Again it comes with a large portion size. I was not too fond of it but it was a win with the kids who do not like spicy food. I would probably order again as it's hard to find good Thai in that area.

Ordered delivery from this place last night on a Friday night, near to closing time, (sorry!). Was pleasantly surprised, food quality was excellent, delivery was fast, and portions sizes were very generous, especially for the soup, which came in a large container, much better than other Thai places. Excellent service especially close to closing time. Got the Pad Thai Chickens x2 , Drunken Noodles, Tom Yum Soup x2. Not too oily like other places. Pad Thai had a hint of sweetness, which made it so addictive. Overall would definitely recommend this place, it is a hidden gem among other Thai places in the area. Would order again. 5/5 stars.

Great addition to the neighborhood Asian food scene. Warm hospitality paired with good food and generous portion size- what more can one ask for. Happy to support local small business.

I order Pad Ka prow and this ... is the actual crap they gave me. They didn't even make it spicy when I asked for spicy. It was literally boiled shrimp and vegetables in chicken broth. No flavor except for the couple bits of basil boiled in there. So disrespectful to pay $22 for this

This place is a gem! The foods great & the service is superb. I added this place to my fav restaurants list & will definitely be coming back!

The food very good portion and authentic , I recommend pad seew and shrimp roll very fantastic!
