PINK by Victoria's Secret

The poor ladies working that evening were very nice even though I tested just about every single mist / perfume they had to offer. I absolutely love this store.

Renae at Victoria's Secret was amazing! She helped me get an extra bag and even made it look like a little gift when I told her I needed to give that to my friend! thank you so much for your help!!

Big girl that has a lot of makeup doesn’t know her own store policies. Had me sit there while they rang up a large amount and told me they couldn’t do it. They do this everytime. She was not helpful. You specifically lost 2400 in sales. The cashier was kind. Not her fault. But the girl with caked on makeup needs to work on herself.

Usually in the past few months I've gone here, I've been helped by Melissa, whom I love. We bonded over the fact that I have a sister named Melissa and she has a sister named Sarah (what are the odds, right!?). So extremely helpful even when the store was slammed with other customers. The other day I went in to do an exchange on pants I had purchased that had a hole in them. My journey started with Taylor (I believe that is her name) who was so nice to look in the back for a clearance item that I had purchased probably a month ago. I had very small hopes that they would even have the item still in stock when I went in on the first place so I wasn't holding out too much hope. Thank you so much for going out of your way to double check for me. I then ended up during my time in the store with Brianna. She ran to the back at least three times to look for extra sizes for me even though I still figured they would not have them judging by the amount of product they had in other sizes on the floor already. I have never had such an amazing experience at a Pink as I have had from every visit to this location. The attention to customer service these women pay is amazing. They make me want to join the Pink team because of how fun and friendly they are! Thank you so much for the service and trust me, I will definitely be back to shop in this location all the time.

I went in this store one time and I went into the fitting room to try things on and no one that worked there was in the fitting room. I saw one fitting room door open so I went in and tried the clothes on. When I came out one of the girls asked me if someone let me in and I said no the door was opened so I went in. Then she said, “you need to wait for an employee to let you in a room, people go in the fitting room and take the alarms off clothes and steal them” The employee said, “I need to check your purse, you wouldn’t want to be accused of stealing”. WOW!! Unbelievable, Horrible experience! I’ll never forget how this employee treated me. I should of involved upper management and my attorney as I felt violated but I didn’t and I deeply regret not doing so.

Called to make sure the store is open, the person who answered said "pink." and said nothing else! So I asked "what are your hours", her reply- "yeah, pink." OMG, then she said "gimme a minute." and there was silence! I hung up. TERRIBLE! I'm omw now to return/exchange and will try to review how that goes! UPDATE: No problem with returns.

I just want to say the manager Janice is amazing! She helped me out beyond expectations and even helped me rationalize when I was being impulsive! Great experience great costumer service and she truly made me feel like family!

The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and seem to be working hard. I love the brand. Sales are always good. Join the pink nation app for for more deals. Also online purchase can be returned in stores.

Despite being sent over from Victoria's Secret across the way for a "Sister Size" that was the same 36/D that had caused me agony in a different bra at home once the straps were adjusted away from "fully extended", I'm convinced that was accidental because it was the good person at the register who had that quick thought after I'd give paragraphs of information and numbers and I don't fault her; worth a try for the short walking distance. When I got here, despite PINK not having anything like what I needed (and you wouldn't think, given the definition of what sizes the store typically serves) I still had a great short conversation about various womanly shapes and one lady working there had the same shape and could "follow me" in bra style expectations and reaffirm the sense that a bell shape will never spill out of a bra cup, even when drastically undersized. It was a soul-building experience. I wish PINK had existed when I was...probably incorrectly told I was a nearly-A forever. And they could have really helped that too, for young-me! I'm glad it's here for others.

When checking out I was asked if I wanted to apply for their credit card and I responded with no thanks. The rep then asks me why not. I said no, and that's that. I don't need to tell you why I don't want to apply for it. Made me feel uncomfortable like it bothered her that I wanted to pass on that opportunity. I then called later on to speak with a manager to suggest they don't ask the customer why. The manager basically didn't care. Greatttt customer service. NOT.

Bridget from this store Pink inside the Santa Rosa Mall was the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever met. When I went into the store she greeted me with a big smile. I was visiting my brother over the weekend and come from very far I was shocked normally when I go shopping I just get greeted but Bridget came up to me told me about a sale the store was having. I even signed up for a pink card. Overall happy with the shopping experience. Thank you so much!

Horrible service. RUDE employees. AND I don't appreciate the scammer who "forgot" to put all my product in the bag but ya'all just "can't" do anything about that.

Imagine shopping for underthingies at the club. That's what this place feels like. Ladies weaving through displays and chatting about how much butt cheek to show. There's even an actual DJ on the floor, spinning tunes while folks navigate through bright bras and panties. It was a bit too overwhelming for me. Maybe I'm just too old to appreciate this all for what it is. The sign in lights is cute, though. Take care of your hearing, kids.

Went in to Pink to look at the campus pant selection. The help I received was beyond the average sales help you get in most stores. I'm use to not receiving much help in the mall stores as they are usually either so busy or the girls stand around talking and ignoring you. I wasn't planning on buying much, maybe just a hoodie, but the help I received from Holly Bacon (I asked for her name) was so attentive, caring, honest and indulgent of my preferences and needs, that I left with a bag full! I wish I could find retail help like this young lady when I'm hiring. Her energy and enthusiasm for her job is evident. She also made me aware of all sales and promotions available. While I was in the dressing room I heard her encouraging her co-workers not to hesitate in receiving the wildfire crisis counseling being offered by Victoria's Secret, as one of them mentioned thinking about going to a session or two. She showed so much concern for what I had been through with the recent fires as well. I will revisit soon based in my nice experience. I also was helped a bit by Melissa Alegre who was pleasant and helpful. The store was well stocked, mostly very neat considering the traffic. The selection was colorful and current. Nearly everything on the website was in-store. Line was not as slow as it has been in the past. I will return for sure. Cant wait!

This store is really small,they don't really have good deals/sales.won't let you stack coupons,but depends on what you have.It kinda sucks.they're nice,but not as nice as the store at my mom's place,they're the best!

Blanca was a huge help! I usually never like shopping in malls but she definitely made my experience worth while. Very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to help me find what I was looking! Definitely only coming back when she's working!

I went in here last weekend and bought a bunch of stuff. When I got home I realized I wasn't as fond as a pair of sweats that I purchased and grabbed my receipt to put with the sweats to take back. Upon grabbing my receipt I noticed that I was charged for a perfume that I had asked the sales person to not ring in and I did not have the perfume in my bag. At this point I went to the store ready to battle it out some places make returning stuff awful and now it was my word against theirs on this perfume bottle. When I told the lady what happened she was like oh no big deal went into the back watched the cameras and refunded my money without incident. I must say I was more than pleased. I love Victoria's Secret even more than I did before.
