I'm an Uber driver and had a passenger recommend this place. Stopped in and purchased one of each summer flavor because they were switching up their seasonal products soon for Fall. Not only are these cookies beautifully creative, they're soooo delicious and packed with flavor! Soft and easy to eat. Great packaging for gift giving - a uniquely wonderful little shop. I'll be back!!! Only thing I recommend is more beverage options.

This place was an absolute delight! The staff made us feel instantly welcome, and the customer service was exceptional. And the cookies? Pure perfection, each bite was heavenly! Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend!

If you don’t enjoy flavorful, moist cookies…don’t come here! :-) The cookies here are freak-of-nature amazing! And there’s so many variations to try! We had the Blueberry Pancake and the vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip…amazing. The atmosphere is colorful, bright and cheerful, just like the staff! Looking forward to returning soon and trying other varieties!

Found this spot when visiting Nashville. Me and my husband LOVE a good cookie shop and they absolutely nailed it!! Cookies are top tier. Delicious, soft, & chewy!! The store is soo cutee & unique, great vibes and even better customer service! So many great cookie options & so happy they offer shipping so we can enjoy them back home too.

I ordered these cookies to celebrate my 7 years of sobriety with a group of friends. Someone had brought some around a couple years ago and they were so mind blowing that I remembered them and HAD to get more to celebrate this occasion. I got the party pack and lemme tell you these are by far the best cookies I have EVER had. The flavors are insane and the texture is immaculate. I cannot reccomend these enough. They make we wanna stay sober for another year just so I can order more to celebrate again <3

These are simply the best cookies in Nashville, possibly the country. Beyond superior to Crumbl, better than all the other gourmet cookie places we’ve tried. Their s’mores cookie is the yummiest cookie I think I’ve ever had in my mouth. The other flavors are all so interesting too. What I like is that they’re not Overly sweet like so many. Chewy and dense. Great job! Also love that they’re open in the evening. Wish we lived on the west side so we could have them all the time.

Product was incredible and so was the customer service. Highly recommend the cosmic brownie and blueberry pancake cookie. We will definitely be stopping by here again before we leave town!

The colors, the branding, and ohhh, the cookies -- it's a sensory experience from start to finish. I'm a sucker for a soft cookie, and these? They did not disappoint. Forget trying to compare them to other cookie spots because, honestly, they're in a league of their own. Each bite tastes like it was crafted with care and top-tier ingredients -- you can taste the difference. Soft, flavorful, and downright addictive. But let me tell you about my standouts: the Funfetti and the Unicorn/Cotton Candy cookies. Pure joy in every bite. It's like a sweet little celebration happening on your taste buds. Knowing there's a place out here putting their whole heart (and maybe a little magic) into every batch is so refreshing. If I'm ever in town, just know I'll be back -- every. single. time.

A couple of things. People say that Crumbl is too much, which I agree, so I was trying to give pink door a try, but it is equally too much. It is dense, it is heavy, it has too many sprinkles. Which I've never said in my life as someone who wants sprinkles on everything! Brownie 2/10 The brownie itself was OK, but it was so rich and putting chocolate frosting on it with chocolate sprinkles was like so overpowering. I would say a thinner frosting and maybe vanilla could've helped it along. Sugar cookie sprinkle 3/10 Had a good flavor of the cookie, you could taste the almond extract which was good. But again too many sprinkles and too much frosting, and the sprinkles kind of tasted funny. S'mores 5/10 This was the best one and the most redeeming, however again just really rich. The teddy grahams were a nice touch though and if I was going to eat any cookies from here, it would be this one. Overall though overpriced and I don't like the packaging because it makes me feel like they're not made fresh.

Don't let these cookies fool you. This guy is an accomplished chef with a fine dining background. I had this on my to-do list during a recent weekend in Nashville and I'm so glad I got the chance to stop by. The building is painted bright pink and very kitschy with Unicorns all over. I ordered the rainbow brownie (chocolate frosting. bits of rainbow. mini chocolate chips. optimistic vibes.) and the wedding cake (almond and vanilla. raspberry glaze. lemon frosting). I ate these over two days and they were both excellent. The wedding cake was my favorite. I wasn't expecting the raspberry but it was perfect in between the frosting and the cookie. The rainbow brownie cookie was really just a perfect brownie with chocolate icing and I don't usually order chocolate or brownies but I was swayed by the rainbow sprinkles and the eatable sugar rainbow decoration. I would eat these cookies here, there, or anywhere. They are that good! Get them!

Seriously the best cookies ever! My roommate who went to school in Nashville introduced me to this place. The owner is so friendly and the rest of the employees are very helpful. They have such unique flavors that you can't find anywhere else but it's so much better than any other cookie I've ever had. If you're in the Nashville area you have to get them (I go every time I drive through Nashville)! The cookies freeze well too so they're good for keeping long term!

Hot off the cookie press! Evan and Matthew were so welcoming and explained all the flavors. Super cute atmosphere and the cookies were really good too!

Had these in the office, tried a fourth of the lemonade and brownie cookie. Both have good flavors but were too sweet, very soft, fresh, and chewy. I'm glad I only got a fourth of two, because I wouldn't have been able to eat an entire cookie!

Great cookies I hade the Ginger snap with Pink grapefruit frosting very good, and the wedding cake cookies great as well!!!

They had a pop-up at the Oktoberfest in Germantown. From the huge pink tent, I knew I had to try them. My favorite of the four I got was the blueberry pancake. They have an actual store which I will be checking out because you can request to have your cookie heated up. Who doesn't LOVE a warm cookie!? Stop and get your sugar rush, it's worth it!

We visited a pop-up they had at Germantown Oktoberfest. We were drawn in by big pink tent, obvi. Since this wasn't their brick and mortar, the cookies were pre-packaged to-go. They told us, if you visit their physical store, the cookies be heated up on demand (or come freshly baked). But that did not deter from how yummy these cookies were. I love that they have so many different flavors, plus seasonal options. You have to try the Apple Pie Cookie, it was so frickin good! It tasted just like an apple pie and was a fan fav of all the ones we tried. If I ever see this pop up again, I will stop and get some cookies, and I can't wait to check out their physical shop.

Cookies were amazing. We got Frosted funfetti, sugar sprinkle, blueberry pancake, oatmeal butterscotch, and s'mores. The frosted funfetti is the best. I love that the nutrition facts are on the back. They were so nice when we called to place an order and had our order ready to go

Just had the 7-layer cookie today and boy was it delicious! We were in town visiting from Chicago and stopped by the farmers market in front of the Tennessee State Museum. After we had lunch, we stopped by Pink Door Cookies. They set up a cute little nook with their cookies and merch. The guy that was there was friendly and down to earth. We ate the cookie when we got back to the hotel and we regret not getting more! They ship their cookies, so I'm definitely going to order it soon.

Pink Door Cookies at the location at the farmers market, I got the Fried Apple Pie and PBJ flavors and both are perfect! They are very pretty as well :) Service was great at this location.

Just tried this place for the first time. It's super small inside (can fit 2, maybe 3 people standing) and there is a small amount of street parking. The person taking our order was friendly and gave us recommendations. Our group got a 4 pack - it was expensive for what you get ($15) which is my reason for 4 stars. But I did think the cookies were really good and it's worth stopping by to try something new.

First time trying and they did not disappoint. We tried s'mores and cinnamon toast snickerdoodle cookies. Very good! Can't wait to try other cookies.

I love, love, loveee Pink Door Cookies! I discovered this cute little cookie shop on Instagram. I've tried cookies from other places over the years and most times the cookies were just OK. I was blown away at how amazing these cookies are. The s'mores is def my favorite! I also love how Pink Door changes up their menu. I've seen a few complaints about the price of the cookies but these are not your regular grandma cookies. These are specialty cookies. It's a difference and they're worth every penny. Treat yourself to these cookies and you won't be disappointed.

I did not come here however I had a wonderful phone interaction with an employee here. I work at another restaurant and I helped her fix her order. She offered me a cookie and to be honest it made my day and turned my night around from already having a bad day at work. I hope to run into her again one day but absolutely wonderful service in and out of the cookie store! Also tasted great and is GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY!!! Will never forget her kindness!

Y'all, these cookies are LEGIT. They are half baked, super soft and borderline doughy which quite honestly I love. My fave was the classic chocolate chip, followed by the brownie. My husband devoured the S'mores one as well. I loved the cookie of the PB&J but not the icing - I though the jelly would be mixed in the cookie not be the icing if that makes sense. All and all some of the best cookies in Nashville. I can't wait to try more!

Cute place but super tiny, no seating inside. The cookies were okay, nothing to really write home about. I ordered the s'mores, cotton candy, snickerdoodle and blueberry pancake. I expected them to come out warm, but I was let down there. Service was mediocre. I expressed it was my first time visiting, and asked for recommendations (I didn't get any). Having casual conversation with the employee and she was super short and seemed she could care less if I were there. Edit: After receiving a message from the owner. Just for clarification, I took the picture when the store was closed but returned hours after they opened.

We LOVE Pink Door Cookies. This queer-owned + locally owned bakery has nostalgic cookies and funky flavors. It is a small location; however, the inside is decorated similar to Candyland meets Taylor Swift's Lover vibes. We waited outside for a minute since there is only room for about 2 customers inside. They post their daily menu on instagram; however, they are popular, so sometimes flavors run out. Online the cookie flavors are broken down by ingredients and descriptions, which was helpful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, as it was our first time. There is not interior seating; however, they have nice outdoor seating on the covered patio, which was perfect on a pretty summer day. We got the rainbow brownie and pink lemonade-- both were fresh, nicely decorated, and delicious. Each cookie was complete with the most colorful sprinkles, which made the cookies feel homemade. The packaging and branding was bright and colorful-- the boxes, bottles, and even napkins were so joyful. We love supporting a local, queer business. We love the bright decor and branding. We love the wide variety of unique flavors and cookies. We love Pink Door Cookies.

I absolutely loved this adorable shop! We put in a huge order last minute as a thank you to nurses at Vanderbilt hospital and Pink Door Cookies had everything ready to go and looking so cute in no time! I really appreciated their help and overall vibe. Literally so precious! Will be going back for sure!

Delicious and creative cookies! I got the s'mores, rainbow brownie, pineapple upside down cake, and pink grapefruit gingersnap. I was impressed by how each cookie was distinct from one other in both flavor and appearance without any of them being overly sweet. Not only would these cookies make for great gifts given how aesthetically pleasing they are, but they all taste as good as they look!

Tried this for the first time at their Oktoberfest booth and was super impressed! I went with the $4 watermelon flavored cookie and it might be the most uniquely delicious cookie I've ever tasted. Perfectly soft with decadent details of sugary topping and watermelon "seeds". It was individually packaged and a decent size. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into crafting their flavor combinations. Can't wait to try more in the future!

I've grown up with homemade baked goods, so my standards are insanely high and Pink Door has never disappointed. My obsession started with the Valentine's Day cookie cake. It looked really pretty online and I couldn't stop thinking about it so I finally sent a message over asking about allergens and then placed and order. Pick up was so easy and the cookie cake was even prettier in person! I was shocked at how thick it was but remained chewy and super flavorful! It's the best cookie cake I've ever had! I was planning a trip back when I stumbled across a booth at the farmers market! Now I joke with my friends every-time we go to the Nashvilles Farmers Market that I can't leave without my locally grown cookies! I've tried 2 flavors and have one more to try later this week. I've had the Rainbow Brownie Cookie which has a fudge texture and the perfect amount of sprinkles/crunchy pieces! The Icing is also rich and fudgy without our being overly sweet. I also tried the special edition Cherry Blossom which was sweet and such a unique flavor. I don't think they have a flavor that's not a 10/10! They just make a great cookie!

This store front surprised me due to how tiny and tucked away it is. The store itself is so small, only one person is allowed in to order. This could be due to COVID, but I think two people would get really tight. The inside is very cute, pink EVERYWHERE. There is a lot to look at and I found myself slightly overwhelmed. There were cute polaroid pictures of the cookies, a letter board with all the cookies, and iPad with all of the cookies, and I believe the owner who was also there to tell me about the cookies... I had no idea where to start! I love seeing things before I commit to ordering them, so I scrolled on the iPad while I spoke with him. I decided on a s'mores cookie for myself, and got a cereal cookie for my friend waiting outside and a classic chocolate chip for my boyfriend. The s'mores had a great taste and creative look, but I wish it had been a little softer and chewier but that's just my opinion. I had a bit of the chocolate chip cookie and that was really excellent. All in all, worth stopping by.

If this place is a hidden gem still then everyone who hasn't been here is missing out. Far and away the most delicious and creative cookie place in Nashville. Get here soon before the lines start being wrapped around the building.

The cookies at Pink Door are delicious and the service is impeccable. I asked Matt if they could do a custom order of trans-themed cookies for a celebration of a colleague. It was short notice but he made it work nonetheless. The custom-made cookies turned out incredible (see attached picture) and my colleague loved them. He felt seen and loved. Thank you to Matt and the rest of the Pink Door team!

Picked up one of their s'mores cookies at the farmers market and got hooked! I definitely want to go back and try some of their other flavors! The bottom of the cookie had a whole graham cracker baked into it and was topped with a perfectly toasty marshmallow!

Do yourself a favor and try Pink Door Cookies. I surprised my husband for his birthday with one of their DELICIOUS cookie cakes, and he was in heaven!! The letters on the cake are made from white chocolate... say what?! The shop is adorable and all things pink, haha! Bringing home that pink box was such a treat for my family. Thank you Matthew for making my Ted Lasso reference come to life for my hubby. After many years of receiving cookie cakes, my husband said, "This is the best cookie cake I've ever had. It's perfect."

The cookies are amazing! We tried the blueberry pancake, pink lemonade, rainbow brownie and lavender haze. All of them were delicious! And such kind and friendly people. Will def go back each time we're in Nashville. Way better than Crumbl!!

You can have your Crumbl cookies -- if you're in the Nashville area, Pink Door is where it's at. Started by the pastry chef at local eatery Pastaria, Pink Door offers up specialty cookies with a unique flair. It's too difficult to choose just one, so I recommend a box of 6 or even 12. My absolute favorite is the s'mores cookie, which is chocolate with a gooey marshmallow center. Pink lemonade, chocolate brownie, and funfetti are also perennial favorites for me. Pink Door offers a number of seasonal cookies and the menu changes frequently. Most of the cookies freeze very well if you can't eat them all in a few days. Parking here is a challenge, but you can usually find a spot on the street without too much trouble.

Visited this quaint little shop March 25, 2023. My daughter found it from tiktok. These cookies looked like pieces of art and tasted delectable! I'm so glad we put their address into our GPS and found it. If we lived closer, we would definitely be back more often! It's definitely worth finding and trying!

All other cookie bakeries need to move aside- pink door cookies has you beat! Soft, chewy cookies with unbelievable flavors. The Blueberry Pancake cookie legitimately tastes like a blueberry pancake with maple syrup and the Pink Lemonade cookie tastes like pink lemonade. The Strawberry Corn is hands down my favorite!

Ordered online the day before for a box of a dozen of my selection of the current menu to take to my friend's kid, who is obsessed with cookies. I had ordered from Pink Door before it was brick & mortar, so knew I loved the original Neapolitan cookies and also got the pink lemonade, rainbow brownie, snickerdoodle, & strawberry corn cookies to round out the box. I took them to my friend's kid the day after I initially picked them up and they were still as perfectly soft and fresh as if I had just gotten them. All of the flavors were unique, fun (their 3 year old went wild over the rainbow on the rainbow brownie), and tasted like the perfect cookie should - lightly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth-soft once you take a bite. Love this addition to the cookie scene in Nashville and will certainly be ordering from here here again! Such a cute shop, such amazing cookies, & super adorable merch (I impulse-bought a dad hat when I was here as well!)

Honestly some of the best cookies I've ever had. This place is the absolute cutest!!!! Their attention to detail is literally perfect from the flavors & toppings to the adorable packaging. Plus on top of that both people working were super sweet! This is a must visit for anyone looking for a fun & yummy little treat! Highly recommend the s'mores & funfetti cookies. Incredibly tasty cookies, so much better than crumbl and the customer service is so kind. I inquired about the gummies on the cookies and the owner told us the supplier and let us try different flavors!!! I've never had such great customer service, if i was local I would be visiting weekly. The flavors aren't artificial or overly sweet(for a cookie) and the time it took to purchase cookies was minuscule . I highly recommend Pink Door Cookies!!!
