What a great experience. I used to order Pink Dot years ago, so I have a spot in my heart for them. I'm so glad that they're still well worth the price. I usually do pick up when I order out, but I was under the weather and was craving all sorts of stuff. Luckily, Pink Dot specializes in "all sorts of stuff'. I ordered the hot dog, an Italian sandwich, and a flatbread pizza. Everything was super delicious! My order was correct and they were thoughtful enough to ask if I needed utensils. The food was fresh, it was obviously just made, and nothing was bland. The service was quick and friendly, and it was all just really good. Definitely recommend to anyone who is under the weather in a weekend. Great work!

Hidden gem! I came for the liquor store convenience, but the deli completely blew me away. Best empanadas I’ve ever had—packed full of beef and super flavorful. The Cobb salad is also really good.

I had such a great experience at Pink Dot LA thanks to Lorenzo! He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and he did it with such a friendly and helpful attitude. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about the customer experience, but Lorenzo definitely does. His professionalism and positive energy made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Lorenzo gets the recognition he deserves!

For a perfect late-night snack, Pink Dot is the place. The service is always friendly, and I'm consistently greeted with a smile. A special mention goes to Audrey, who works the late shift—she's exceptionally helpful and always has a great attitude.

Sometimes you walk into a spot and just because of the service provided, you know you’ll be back again. Audrey was professional courteous, and just made a very simple transaction like buying a shot of tequila. Very pleasant will be back for sure specifically because of how she greeted me.🔥🔥🔥

Food is always the best! Customer service needs help. Last week their website was wonky and it placed a double order on my wrap sandwich. I called to have the redundant charge removed. The person in the phone behaved as if I was annoying and hung up on me after he finished speaking. The delivery guy delivered my order in a DRY bag with my beer. The beer caddy had a bottle that looked lighter than the others but the cap and it's wrap were intact. I pulled the bottle out of the caddy and the bottom of the bottle remained in the caddy. It was an empty and broken bottle. I called back to ask for a discount on the beer in addition to confirming a refund on the 2nd sandwich I did not want or received. The employee proceeded to blame the driver for the briken bottle many times after I told him the entire order was DRY and still tightly knotted closed when I received it. I wrote two emails and received no replies. My bank is now handling. Nice place. Bad business. I'll take suggestions for an alternative competitor in my inbox.

Just look for the cute bright blue VW Beetle in front with eyes! Open until 2am. Since 1987, this is one of the OG food and sundries delivery services in the area. Five stars for service, delivery and convenience, but the prices are quite high for regular items if you just want to pop in to buy something in person. They also have amazing cookies. This store has ample free parking in front as it's part of a mini mall. The location is perfect as it's nearby all the hotels on the strip so if you are visiting the neighborhood, you can just walk over here from the Andaz, Sunset Tower, Mondrian, Best Western or any of the surrounding hotels without a hike downhill to get basic items and food. Definitely use this place for the convenience of delivery! The thing is it's really the only convenience-store way up on the top of the hill on Sunset Blvd. in this part of weho east of La Cienega. This Pink Dot has the ideal location. There is a 711 about a block down hill, but if you are walking it's steep and a workout. There are also a few less pricey liquor store stores that offer sundries if you walk three or four blocks west and a couple blocks east. The specialty here at Pink Dot is their superb delivery service. And especially if you're staying in a nearby hotel on Sunset Blvd., this is a great location to pop into by foot without any walking up or downhill.

Pink Dot is the OG delivery service in LA, iykyk. They do have this brick and mortar store though that is pretty dope and an amplified convenience store. It's located pretty close to the Comedy Store, right on Sunset so it's great to pop by. They've been delivery their goods and liquor to the city for 30 years now and still are quite reliable for snacks & drinks. I'll pop in every now and then for something, including cookies. The absolutely best thing about this Pink Dot location is that they have Zooies cookies! Y'all, those are the best cookies in the city...usually in Culver City but you can get them here? ALERT TO TO TOURISTS ON SUNSET, stop here for the best cookies in the city. They keep them cold though so I recommend heating up the brownie, cookie or lemon bar a bit first but the fact that Pink Dot has Zooies cookies gives them an automatic five star. Second best thing about this Pink Dot, the dope Kobe art outside. Iconic LA ish. I must note, there is a very high energy human who works here who frightens my social anxiety self. All positive, but just be prepared for possible screaming. Welcome to Hollywood.

The only reliable liquor store on Sunset Boulevard, always kind employees and it's the best place to hit up after a night of working on the strip.

I stopped by Pink Dot one afternoon to grab a quick snack. After buying a few things, I sat in my car in the back parking lot to eat for a few minutes before heading out. The lot was almost completely empty--plenty of open spaces, no one waiting. Out of nowhere, a man (pretty sure he was the owner) came over and told me I had to leave. I showed him I was just finishing a snack I'd just bought inside, but he kept pushing it, getting closer and more aggressive. It was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I've seen other reviews mention similar experiences, so I'm not surprised. I won't be back. If this is how they treat paying customers, they can keep their empty parking spots.

I serendipitously stumbled across this sanctuary while searching for bottled water in the wee hours of the night. Yeah, I'm one of those high-maintenance hussies who can't sleep without proper hydration. Alack. CVS and other nearby convenience stores were closed, even off the Sunset Strip. Perhaps I was punished to parchment after all. But hark! Could it be? A neon-lit store only blocks from my hotel, its entrance accessorized by a quirky model car...? My eyes did not deceive me. But they did widen in wonder as I discovered vegan delights sprinkled Hansel-and-Gretel breadcrumb style through the aisles leading to the fridge section. Rhythm kale chips (bonus points for having my favorite mango habanero flavor). Seaweed packets. Booze. Synergy kombucha. Dairy-free chocolate and ice cream. Unexpected bliss. I even found shaving cream (for sensitive skin!) that I had forgotten to purchase earlier in the day. Everything you need--and don't need, but now want--in one insomnia-friendly spot. Just circle 'round to the Pink Dot.

They ordered 4 cases of BIATCH tequila, sold ALL of it and have yet to pay for it. BEWARE - They do not pay their bills. The bill has been outstanding for 1 1/2 YEARS

I came into town for a business trip in stumbled upon Pink Dot. I came inside and the worker Audrey was super friendly and attentive, Her knowledge of alcohol was impressive and the tequila she recommended was absolutely amazing even though I never heard of it before. I went in for some snacks and ended up spending over $300, I do not regret whatsoever. Thank you Audrey I will definitely be back!!!!!

Supposedly iconic store and it can be convenient. HOWEVER, the staff doesn't know anything about wine or even anything but the basic liquor. There is always a bad vibe like the employees hate their job. Maria is rude on the phone like you are bothering her and she has 10,000 more important things to do than take your call or offer customer service. I've also had cashiers urge me to tip on basic purchases that no one helped me with. Since when do cashiers expect tips? I've seen the guy who is the owner BERATE staff-- who must hate working for him--about the simplest of things in front of customers. It's horrible to witness. The parking goons will make you pay whatever it seems they are in the mood to charge you (I've been charged 2 different rates) and they run at you like you are about to do something illegal. The only employee who is helpful and I've only seen late at night is Serge (or Sergio?). Even though he looks like HE has a thousand things to do, he is always helpful and goes out of his way to help or find someone who does. I'm not sure how he manages his happy moods in this environment. i haven't seen him recently but whatever his role is they should be paying him more because it also looks like other employees go to him for help or questions. After my experience this week with rude employees and again watching the owner treat his employees like they are idiots and worthless or his indentured servants, I won't be going back.

OK, to be clear, I've been a Pink Dot Customer since their launch some 30 years ago. Last week, in a vain attempt to support local business and avoid the predatory apps like GrubHub, DoorDash & UberEats, I decided to order directly from them. First, they got 3 things wrong. They sent items I didn't order and didn't send things I did. I've now reached out to support three times, all which went unanswered. The aforementioned sites would've credited me instantly for the entire order. and I would've been content with an apology and a small credit for the difference. After 90 minutes without communication, I needed to get to sleep and was forced to cancel the order. I called three times to cancel, then was stuck staying up until 1AM waiting for their driver TWO HOURS LATER. I didn't want to write this review, but since you couldn't be bothered to get back to me, you deserve it and you've now lost at least one customer for life. Bye Pinkie. It's time to see other people.

I haven't been here in several years, yet after visiting the Pink Dot Express down the way, I made a trip over to their original since they didn't have what I was looking for. But this place sure did, and then some. Not only did I find my awful Alka-Seltzer original chalky tablets, they had some random foreign candy as well. I'm sure they had some other awesome stuff but I didn't feel like sticking around. They didn't have any Sudafed type of stuff though, which is another thing I was searching for. No minimum on card purchases either, so this was great. Machine does ask if you want to leave a tip, so you can bypass this if you want. Kid working was competent, and got the job done. Parking lot is shared with a Boot store, but I think they're all closed down so there was plenty of parking when I went. I'd definitely stop in again; you never know what you might need, and for the most part, Pink Dot will have it. Actually went back for the second time within the week, and I swear the guy working was AI or something, he just looked too 'on', and even the way he spoke was strangely robotic. But that's okay, he rung me up properly and did his part.

Favorite sandwich spot on sunset! Secret hack: get a loaded baked potato for a cheap and quick meal.

Audrey is absolutely incredible. She has created a team of winners at pink guy and this is the most incredible experience of my entire life. I can't wait to come back here and if I don't win, I'm gonna feel like a major dork.

Have to believe in redemption and these guys read the review and made right and happy to say I will be using them again and that they are still a local company that cares about their reputation so it's important that we understand that one cashier shouldn't be able to talk for the whole business and destroy what they have built, either way happy it was addressed and moving on..

Talk about a harsh cashier, when my husband explained that he had seen them on social media, the cashier merely glared at him like a moron. We simply left because it didn't feel right to spend my money there. I'd rather take my money somewhere else. Unfortunately, I must give Pink Dot one star even though your employee was nasty; you should get none.

Food, Service and Ambiance are terrific. Edward the GM and David assistant manger are amazing to deal with...go see them if you need a huge amount of food, alcohol, accessories etc for an event or party you are having. They will work with you on getting you a better savings on items than going somewhere else. .and deliver it for you. The food is amazing and the service is epic. Keep up the fantastic service you provide the Sunset Blvd and more areas in WEHO. Thanks for all you guys do!!!

I was contacted by Pink Dot's owner - Sol. It appears that Sol is taking a bigger role in the business and is working on improving reviews. I do appreciate that effort for sure. I ordered from Pink Dot earlier this week and this time the order was seamless. Their website is easier to use than the platform I had switched too - Yummy. The delivery charge is a bit steep - I had forgotten about that. But my order was correct and came quickly. No problems. I had told Sol it was OK for him to call me, but now I'm getting calls from a woman that works for Pink Dot. And honestly, I'm getting a little perturbed. I appreciate one phone call/outreach and even a follow-up, but I don't need or want to speak with the entire company about my previous Yelp review. I'm not ever vague about my feelings or experience. So Pink Dot DID reach out. They were very gracious and apologetic. And I've tried them again. There is a very good chance that I'll order from them at some other time in the future.

Poor quality food and even worse customer service. Use gopuff, instacart or any other delivery service.
