Had a really good experience with Pink Flamingo Plumbing. Kayla on the phone was super friendly and actually made the whole thing way less stressful. She kept me updated so I wasn’t just waiting around wondering what was happening. The crew showed up pretty quick and got everything fixed faster than I expected. Really happy with how easy they made it. I’d definitely call them again.

Absolutely insanely high pricing. $1,800 for about three hours of work and very minimal parts. For reference, I can get a vasectomy for $1,200. I guess they do need to pay for those fancy pink vans. They get their two stars for responsiveness and the fact that people rarely take one star reviews seriously.

Quote was $1,200 to replace toilet guts and replace valve. The toilet was also prepped for service and all parts purchased. I think you are paying for the elaborate pink fancy van. They also wanted to charge $49 for the ridiculous quote. We found a reputable licensed plumber for $250 who did the work on a Saturday in an hour and guaranteed his work.

From the moment she answered the phone, she made everything easy and stress-free. Shout out for TJ. He stopped by as he headed home from work to look at the upstairs neighbors' leaking plumbing to give them a bid to fix the problem exposed over my tub below. He made extra efforts to call the property manager to leave details, plus he emailed the bid. TJ also told me some helpful information as to why the plumbing failed. I found him very personable and professional.

The company requested half up front and the remainder at the time of service. Fine, but then they demanded the remainder before they would start working and threatened to send the worker home and keep the deposit. We let them do the work, but they significantly overcharged. They charged about 500 an hour to dig a ditch and replace a line. I thought there would be a crew. Turned out it was one guy. 500 an hour for 1 person, who was new and not that skilled. It goes downhill from there, poor work, etc. We ended up not even using the product. The sales person is very skilled, the rest we met were not.

Leo arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garbage disposal, drained it and cleared the clog. The entire repair was completed within two hours of my call, and Leo was efficient and pleasant throughout. Highly recommend!

TJ did a great job in assessing issue in crawl Space and fixing hole In the copper water pipe. Splicing on and removing the bad section of copper with PEX got to get us up And running. Thanks Justin and TJ.

I Needed a new Hose Bib in my backyard as the one that came with my house needed a water key. Pink Flamingo was fast to respond, did great work for a fair price and they were on time and polite. Great Plumbing Company all all-round, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to Family or friends.

In advance, I asked for a video of the work done. I was not onsite. The plumber, Yovany promised to provide the video and never did. Customer service requests to resolve this issue were non-responsive making me question the quality of work and what was done. Disappointed with this company.

Quick response to schedule. Plumber arrived on time. Plumber only had to remove a small portion of pipe. He worked a total of 30 minutes. He first said he could try a tool to remove the pipe and it would cost $260. My husband said okay. The plumber gave up after 5 minutes and said he could remove the pipe at a different location, but it would cost another $260. It would have been cheaper to charge us his hourly rate but he told my husband his boss wouldn't let him do that. We will never use this business again and we will tell our neighbors about our experience. This was highway robbery.

This company charges $475 per hr. I had their service technician come to fix a leak. He turned two bolts. It took 15 minutes!!!! But because they charge by the hour only, I was billed the full amount. If the service would have gone over an hour a few minutes, there would have been another $475 added to the bill!!!! WON'T USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! The technician was fine. On time, efficient and very pleasant. UPDATE: The owner responded to my review. His comments were FALSE!!!! I believe he did this to make it look like they were justified in charging me what they did. The technician tightened two bolts. Was done in 15 minutes. And because he had to charge me $475 he asked if there was anything else he could do. I had him screw on a split faucet to an existing faucet. Took five minutes!!! So, what the owner is saying is completely INCORRECT!!!!

Did not show for appointment for repiping job quote. No answer to texts asking about ETA. I'd heard plumbers were notoriously undependable. Pink Flamingo confirmed it.

They came same day and gave me a quote to replace and repair. I choose to buy my own faucet and they came the very next morning and replaced the kitchen faucet. The nut was frozen on and it took a bit as he had to cut it off. Replaced and it works perfect. Very pleasant employees. I still think the price was a little high, but the work was done right.

Needed a bathroom remodel called this company received excellent quote so went with them. Job work was simply great, also service and communication was super. I've recommended pink flamingo to several friends. What a great up and coming company, top down all were extremely nice and professional.

6 25 25 We had a leak just after the meter at the connection for the sprinkler system. T.J. from Pink Flamingo to the rescue. He showed up 20 minutes later and a couple of hours later had us back in working order. He was fast efficient and very professional. 5+Stars for this guy.

Very fast service. Replaced a shut off valve for a new dishwasher I'm having delivered in a couple of days. Very reasonable price. And excellent service

This company has a fee to give an estimate (they waived mine) and cannot give pricing over the phone. I needed a simple replacement of my kitchen faucet with like kind and style. Nothing was in need of repair, it was just old. When the tech arrived, he spent a minute or two looking at it (the new one still in its unopened box) and quoted an unbelievable $735! (Lowes charges $300) I kindly declined after he confirmed I heard him right. An excellent handyman just completed this task for $150 (I gave more) in 70 min. I can't imagine someone trying to overcharge by so much and worry that others will.

Our Tech TJ called and said he was running early can he swing by early. I said yes. He arrived appraised the job and once I accepted the job offer he went to work. He was finished in less than 30min. Great job Great Price. TJ was very friendly and professional.
