"This airy, brick-walled nail salon was one of the first in Dallas to go clean, nontoxic, and sustainable. Local fashion designer and nail artist Lucy Dang is dedicated to making every treatment a safer, more luxurious experience for both customer and technician. All the products used—there are effervescent bath bombs, custom-blended aromatherapy oils, and rich shea butters—are made in-house. Get the VIP, which combines a shoulder massage, collagen-boosting treatment, multiple scrubs, and a mud mask, all made specifically for feet: It’s beyond relaxing. "

Took my 5 year old for a Kids Pedicure and it was a lovely experience!! Lucy and Cece were very sweet! The customer service is truly amazing. The atmosphere is calming. The salon is nice and clean. Everything is made in house. Definitely recommend getting your next mani/pedi here. We found our new nail salon 🤍.

Google
Impeccable customer service and calming experience from the moment that you walk in. Clean equipment , friendly staff and very efficient at what they do. I love supporting clean beauty and as a wellness professional what I put in my body matters to me as well as the environmental impact. I would definitely recommend and so excited I found my new go to nail salon❤️

Google
My favorite nail salon in Dallas. Service never feels rushed and everything is clean and tidy. They make their own scrubs, bath bombs, and body butters that smell lovely and change seasonally.

Google
Absolutely obsessed with this place. They use all natural EVERYTHING — including 7-free Zoya polish. I love the concept since I try to stay far away from extra chemicals with my body. I love how they make everything specifically for the salon too (bath bombs, sugar scrub and body butter) it’s ahhh-mazing. Don’t miss this gem. And Miss Star Williams is fantastic, she lets you know what’s happening at each step and takes care as she caters to you. This place is my go-to from now on. I can’t wait to come back!

Wanted to add an update and give Jessica a shout out! She was so attentive and helpful. She built her own colors. She paid attention to details. I definitely hope to book with her again. ———————— Absolutely amazing experience! The shop is impeccably clean inside, but a heads up – the restrooms are a bit daunting, so plan ahead. The talented team, using all-natural products, left me feeling like I had brand new feet. Worth every penny! I even brought my mom along for a return visit, and she loved it too. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this nail salon. First off, the nail technician seemed totally disinterested in doing the job. She barely acknowledged me, no conversation, no care, just rushed through the whole process. The appointment time block was 45 minutes. She began 15 minutes late and I was out the door in 34 minutes. I expected a relaxing experience, but instead it felt more like a chore for her. On top of that, and this is the part that matters the most to me -is that the gel polish started chipping after only 4 days! She only put on 2 super thin coats. I've had gel manicures last much longer at other places, so I was really frustrated. I definitely won't be returning--such a waste of money at $55 for a basic gel manicure.. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Yelp
I went with a small group and we had a great experience! The staff was very personable and the pedicures were fabulous. The polish dries SO quickly and I love the concept of customizing your treatment! Definitely plan on going back with other parties!

Yelp
Place is cute, but that doesn't make up for being overcharged for a horrible service. Jennifer did a really bad pedicure. Like really, really bad. I still tipped her because I believe in supporting local businesses, but for $80, I expected a nice pedicure. The polish was very messy (see pic), the massage was wimpy, she left oil dripping down my legs, and she really didn't even trim my cuticles. When I looked down, I saw she was actually snipping the air- going through the motions without actually accomplishing anything! Just in case it sounds like I'm just a complainer, my daughter had an excellent pedicure with Chrissy during the same visit. She did a good massage and a very nice neat polish on her. Not sure if Jennifer was just having a bad day, but I'll never go back there and be overcharged for crummy service again.

Yelp
Products are top notch; pleasant, relaxing, and great options of lotions, scrubs & scents. Fabulous pedicure! Their staff is very good and do great work.

Yelp
I love pink pedi's ambiance- however, the polish or products that they are using caused my nails to break and weaken. I read other reviews that mentioned their gel mani breaking their nails and chipping quickly and I still took a chance. My nail tech was AMAZING. She shaped my nails so beautifully and the work was excellent, but for the price of the nails, I'd expect a GEL MANI to last more than a week. I've gotten several gel manis that last 2-3 weeks min. again, I don't think it's the nail tech because she truly was sweet and amazing- I think it's the gel polish they are using with the lamps. :(

Yelp
Customer service is horrible at this business. Their cancellation policy is horrible and does not leave room for a client to get any money back even the client missed for an accident or sickness. The management are rude and disrespectful and I will never go to the place again.

Yelp
I decided to try Pink Pedi Salon mainly because of the awesome Yelp reviews as well as the fantastic information from their website about how clean, neat, hip, and fun the salon is. I made my appointment online and found the online process very easy and user friendly. The online reservation system is great! I don't know any of the techs here so did not ask for anyone by name. My only request was a female nail tech and "dip" or NexGen nails. I was a few minutes early and was greeted as soon as I arrived. Wonderful greeting and an impressive, nearly overwhelming, amount of colors to chose from. I was quite happy with the color selection. My nail tech was Jordan and she helped me pick a nice pink color that matched well with the color on my toes. I was served flavored seltzer water from a can and it was cold and refreshing. Unfortunately the interaction with my tech did not go well. We had a friendly conversation and as part of it she asked what I did and where I work. After I told her she proceeded to do a bit of complaining about the place I work and the fees we charge and the issues she and her friend have had with my employer. Ugh. I really wasn't there to take a customer service complaint and just wanted a relaxing evening at the salon. Having said that I do understand that perhaps it was just a conversation so I told her how sorry I was about her experience with my employer. Jordan used the typical tools of the trade but nicked me good on one of my fingers with the drill so much that I had to pull my hand back because it actually hurt quite a bit. The drill got pretty hot on my nail beds as well. I've been getting my nails done for years and it's been quite some time since I've experienced actual discomfort in the salon. That was disappointing. I will say she did apologize to me for the discomfort and ultimately my nails looked very nice. She used brand new buffer and nail file and threw them away when she finished. There is no re-use if any items. The checkout process was very smooth (ApplePay) and I did leave a tip despite the drill and discussion due mainly to the other pluses. As of today I've lost two of dip nails she applied. It's been 8 days. This is a record for me as I can usually go 2-3 weeks between appointments. This fact coupled with the use of the drill and the conversation drive the two star rating. I would have loved a better experience and longer lasting nails but unfortunately this salon is just not for me.

Yelp
Once I find my salon "home" I stick to it. I tried Pink Pedi on a whim and after some recommendations from friends. It was hard to leave a more typical nail salon, with rows of massage chairs, packed with people getting serviced and a packed waiting room, but it is worth it for the quality and peaceful atmosphere at Pink Pedi. I have only seen Nicky who does a wonderful job on my pedicures. I'm an avid runner so I have to take care of my feet on the regular. I leave feeling clean and refreshed, a fun quick drying color, and making another appointment. I love that there's no obnoxious TV's, they don't pack the place to the brim so you feel crowded and uncomfortable, and there's no chemical smell burning my eyes. Everyone seems to enjoy their services and employees are super nice and patient.

Yelp
great natural salon for non-chemical mani pedis. they don't do gel or extensions but provide options for strengthening your natural nails. also their polish options are very wide and fast drying

Yelp
I just happened upon this spot while searching for pedicure spots near my friend's house. First of all when you walk in it's the absolute cutest ever, pink everywhere you turn. You pick your sugar scrub, bath bomb & body butter, which smelled awesome. When the ail tech used my selected products during my experience, the arom therapy was exactly what I needed on top of the massage itself. Great place for a girls-days-out.

Megan H.

Yelp
The service there was so great, warm and welcoming, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. The nail tech I had is such a wonderful person, and I cannot commend her more as a human! However, my rating is based on the fact that less than a week after spending over $200 on a mani pedi, one of my nails fell off just a day after. I called the next day and they got me in for a fix, at no cost, which was wonderful! But, that following weekend (which was just 1 week after I got that nail fixed), 7 of my nails came back off while I was doing household tasks, ie laundry, dishes, etc. nothing too intense. I'm just disappointed that the service was amazing, but the quality of nail service was incredibly overpaid for.

Yelp
I've been twice. First time I loved it! It's a truly beautiful place. I love that you get to pick out an in-house made sugar scrub, body butter, and bath bomb. One day I may buy their products for home use or as gifts. They are great. It's important to note that you can't schedule a mani and pedi at the same time. Hence my pedicure and gel manicure took from 5:35 pm to 8:00 pm. I'm not willing to invest that amount of time. Also there is a huge range of skill levels. I'm sure certain nail techs are great, but as a newcomer that person will likely be booked. The nail tech I saw was not comfortable shaping and trimming my cuticle. I had to really articulate how I wanted everything shaped and trimmed. (I just have short natural length nails.) **My biggest let down:** I know there probably isn't a guarantee of how long a dip polish should last, but typically it lasts until it grows out. However, at 14 days two nails came off completely, and two partially chipped. They actually looked great to start, but they clearly were not done correctly. One came off at brunch with friends and one came off just washing my hands. I've never had dip come off entirely especially before it's grown out. *See photo.* My Zoya polish on my toes still looks good surprisingly. Pros: beautiful place, nice staff, music, wine, great products Cons: inefficient, quality extremely variable and inconsistent especially for the price, all staff doesn't seem calibrated You might be more satisfied in your strip mall salon.

Yelp
WARNING I was charged $189 for a service I never received. Careful with this salon: 1. DO NOT PUT A CARD ON FILE. 2. Make sure the receptionist is doing her job correctly. I have been here 2 times and each time, my experience would had an issue with miscommunication. The last appointment I made would have been my 3rd time, which they eventually screwed me over. I made an appointment a month in advance on the day that I thought it was. When I came for my appointment, the receptionist who made it said I no-showed and charged me the full amount of the service of $189. The charge itself was supposedly a "no-show fee," which I wasn't told about. Two other ladies then proceeded to throw an attitude, which was unnecessary, and all I wanted to do is speak to a manager who apparently wasn't there. I later received a call from the the manager named Nani (something like that) who said they couldn't refund me the charge and wasn't helpful at all or even offer a solution. Lastly, there was no authorization for this charge so I made a claim to my bank and told them about the situation. They lied to my bank about how I did receive the services, which is absurd with proof of surveillance footage, or lack there of.

Yelp
I went to Pink Pedi Salon for a basic polish pedicure today and I thought it was great! Parking was easy, the salon is in a complex with coffee shops and restaurants if you're in a "treat yourself" kind of mood. Brandon greeted me when I walked in and gave me a tour of the salon and their products, which they make in house (how cool is that?!). Dee was my pedicurist and she did a fantastic job. First, she is so friendly and very easy to talk to. I'm very pregnant and apologized for my chipping toenail polish - no judgement here. The pedicure itself was fantastic and my toes look great. For other reviewers who have not been pleased with their service, Pink Pedi does offer a 72-hour guarantee (according to their website). Services are somewhat pricier compared to your run-of-the-mill salon, but this isn't that, so it's money well spent in my book. I will 100% be back.

Yelp
Just an update to exclaim my love for this salon. I really look forward to my biweekly visits. I request Stephanie each time, and she ensures my experience is stellar every single time. Here's a pic of her as she hand mixes my detoxifying leg mask. She also did an excellent polish job on my nails and toes. I went with an all-time favorite OPI color of mine - Funny Bunny.

Yelp
Pink Pedi Salon is officially one of my favorite nail places in Dallas. The experience here is truly spa like. It's located in a cute retail center in West Dallas, with plenty of parking. It's a very small and intimate salon, which is perfect because you don't get that overcrowded feeling like most places. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a staff member who will then walk you through the process of getting prepared for your appointment. You will get a basket where you are instructed to pick one scented bath bomb, a sugar scrub, and a body butter. The cool thing about Pink Pedi Salon, is that all of their products are chemical free and made in house. The highlight of my visit here was my nail tech Rose. She was OUTSTANDING! Rose is the reason that I'll keep coming back. She's so sweet and passionate about her craft. I was memorized by her technique when she applied that nail polish stroke by stroke all the way to the cuticle then back up to the tip of my nails. Rose is a perfectionist and I appreciate that because it shows in her work. Whether you're in the area or not, you must make an appointment with Pink Pedi Salon if you are looking for a five star mani and pedi treatment.

Yelp
Total bummer. I went to their new Ross Ave. location after reading the awesome online reviews, and was very disappointed. It's absolutely adorable inside, but this was my first pedi ever where the chairs didn't recline at all. I sat on a long wall bench that was fully upright. There was no way to lean back or to accommodate for different lengths of legs or anything, so my back was sore and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Not the pampering I was hoping for after a spendy pedicure. I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk, and he said, "yeah, you're not the first one to mention that." There's a reason every other pedi place I've ever been to has adjustable, reclining chairs.

Yelp
IN LOVE!! I have found my new favorite pedicure spot. Let's start off by saying that everything is free of toxins - WIN WIN WIN! When you walk into Pink Pedi you don't get berated with that awful chemical smell from most salons. You have just entered a magical place with incredible smelling bath bombs and lotions that are all toxin free and make your skin feel and smell amazing. The customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I had Stephanie and I thought she was so friendly, welcoming, and that she really cared that I had a wonderful experience. My water ended up being a little cold and she went out of her way to refill it so I had the best experience possible. You get to pick your own bath bomb, polish, and sugar scrub and then you get to sick back, relax, enjoy some wine, and have a marvelous time. The atmosphere alone is so amazing and has all the good vibes and feelings. You can seriously not be stressed in this place. Make sure you call beforehand, because it is by appointment only. I cannot wait to go back and book another appointment with Stephanie.

Yelp
I have been to this place for 3 years, probably 1 time every 2 -3 months, starting July 2017. I always booked the appointment online in advance and arrived on time. Each time, I booked 90 mins service and was flexible about technicians. On Dec 11th 2019, I was there for the 6:30 pm appointment and forced to wait 40 minutes for the technician. This time, on Feb 22nd, I arrived for the 3 pm appointment and the assigned technician was 20 minutes late again. People who were coming in late (literally later than their appointment time) even got seated earlier than me, immediately served without any issue. I don't think the reception has tried to solve this issue except offering a discount, which I don't care/need. She told me that I had this experience only because my appointment was too long and the staff was fixed. If the technician's last customer was ruining late, I had to wait but no other choice. That sounds very lame to me. Why I have to wait when other people is running late? Especially when I am buying the most expensive service and also being flexible on technician? And it happened twice in a row?? I feel that she was disavantaging of first generation immigrants when it comes to equal service quality. I never had this waiting experience with the other host before. It stared last year Dec.

Mary P.

Yelp
One of my favorite places!! I love the set up of picking my own lotions, scrubs, and bath bombs. They consistently do a great job, no matter the tech, in my experience. Can't wait to visit the new location closer to my home!!

Yelp
I just moved to Dallas and tried this place and I am in looove. It's different from pretty much every other nail salon I've tried in that they use clean ingredients and put such a focus on your experience. They let you choose a bath bomb, a body butter and polish of course... all of them homemade and smell sooo good!! I highly highly recommend. This place is perfect for a girls day or just to treat yourself!
google avatar

Yelp
This was my 1st time ever getting a pedicure. I booked online for a L1 pedi which costs $38. The website is super cute and easy to navigate. The shop itself smells so good! All the scents from the bathbombs, scrubs, and creams (made in-house) add to the soothing environment. If you are sensitive to smells, it might be overwhelming though. The shop is cute, but TINY! I was squeezing past people and felt a general sense of 'being in the way'. They have a HUGE selection of colors to choose from! My nail tech was Chrissy. She didn't talk much, but I didn't mind. The only things that rubbed me the wrong way getting my pedi from Chrissy were: 1. She didn't let the 1st coat(s) dry completely before applying another, which caused an ugly ripple effect. In low light you won't notice it. It was pretty darn sunny when I went, so the rippling was immediately evident. 2. She left me under the nail dryer and forgot about me. Another nail tech came by and asked me how long I had been sitting there and then told me that if her clients were already done (they were there before me), that I should be done. This other nail tech was the one to check my nails, turn my dryer off, and give me some sandals. As I was walking out, Chrissy was busy giving someone else a manicure. :/ I understand you have other appointments, but please don't neglect clients you've yet to finish servicing :(. I'm going to redo my toes myself, even though they do have a 72 hr policy for redoing work. Other than that, the place seems nice. If I had a different nail tech, perhaps the review would be better.

Yelp
I feel so fortunate to have Pink Pedi in Dallas let alone my neighborhood. But even if it was a trek, I wouldn't get my nails done anywhere else. It is the best nail salon experience; I've yet to find another place here or in another city that rivals it- but their natural approach and concept is hard to match when it comes to nail salons. The atmosphere here is so laid back, but it still feels like visiting an oasis to get my pedicures here. They specialize in non-toxic pedicures and their bath bombs, sugar scrubs and body butters are all made in house with essential oils and other natural goodies/ they change with the seasons and always smell amazing. It's such a treat for the nose making selections before my appointments and they also offer Dazzle Dry polish which I love, although Zoya is a great option as well. Staff is always very friendly, attentive to detail and never seem in a rush/ which is funny since I've rarely had to wait for my appointments either. I hope this place lasts forever - don't know what I would do without them!!

Jo Ann M.

Yelp
I have been going to Pink Pedi since they opened. The salon is always clean and doesn't smell of chemicals. Every staff member is very nice and always pride in their work. They make their own body butter and sugar scrub that are amazing. They work by appointment so no one feels rushed. Lucy and Brandon have done a remarkable job with this boutique salon!
google avatar

Sandra ..

Yelp
Cute place, friendly staff, close by. I chose the "essential w/ gel" and "pretty w/ pink" (gel mani-$48/pedi-$48). They offer natural products which looked nice but unfortunately chipped and only lasted a week. My cuticles also weren't trimmed nor feet scrubbed very well. Overall ok experience but I would not recommend to a friend.

Yelp
Just had the most relaxing pedicure experience with everything smelling so amazing! From my lavender foot bath bomb to the pink peppermint scrub and secret garden lotion finale (all made in house!!!), my experience was pure luxury to my feet and my nose! First, you choose your three products and polish color (Zoya or a hybrid OPI). Then you are all set for your aromatherapeutic nail session! Lucy and her husband Brandon own it and are awesome! Lucy did my nails and knows her stuff. The location is behind (or in front of) Whisk Crepes Cafe. The setup has every detail well thought out from decor to cleanliness. I am a clean freak and felt so at ease here. I plan on being back in a month to do a mani/pedi combo since I only did a pedi this go around. Prices are in my range as well. These peeps will go far! Excuse me while I go smell my feet for the next hour...

Dariel J.

Yelp
I enjoyed my experience here, 1st thing that got my attention was the smell! I loved how I didn't have to get use to harsh chemical smells that usually I have to endure at other nail salons. I loved that I was able to choose my own body lotion, bath balm and sugar scrub scent. My service was great and done by a kind lady named Rose! She recommended a better color than what I choose and helped me pick a different bath balm. I felt very relaxed and the smell of the body lotion lasted all day I kept wondering what's that good smell

Yelp
Amazing concept. Fresh. Hip. Friendly. Star took care of our Pedis and she was nothing less than a super Star! Would go back.

Yelp
Ladies day out and first time here. Game of Thrones themed pedi. Stephanie and Star are wonderfully charming ladies. Great foot and leg massage. Will be back.

Yelp
Had a great experience! Nicky did an awesome job. Very nice and personable. First thing I noticed was how clean the place was, made me feel much better from the start. The vibe of the place is very laid back and relaxing as well. This was my first ever pedicure and it was very fun! Felt comfortable and welcome. The bath bombs were awesome and leg massage with their products very relaxing! Will absolutely come back.

Yelp
THE only eco-friendly nail salon I truly trust in Dallas! I've been going here since they opened and they never let me down! Love the atmosphere and vibe, one-on-one care, and friendly staff. Every experience feels like a natural spa day!

Yelp
Love everything about this place and am so sad I don't live in Dallas anymore to have my usual mani pedi with all the delicious home made products and non toxic nail polishes they use. Sooooo, visiting Dallas this week and have booked in to see my faves! Twinkle toes are on again!! Will post a pic of my fabulous feet soon ;)

Yelp
Y'all!! I had the BEST service here one Friday. My friend, her dog and I soaked it up. (Yep, pet friendly.) We were kindly greeted at the door by enchanting fragrances and the co-owner. Then given a wooden shopping basket and told to choose our bath bomb, bath scrub, and body butter and ohhhh the body butter! These house-made, hand-made fragrant products are cleverly named and had the whole place smelling DIVINE. Like, this concept is so smart. I highly recommend bypassing your regularly scheduled fumey place to try Pink at least once. It's a great escape from the norm. When you go, tell the owner to add the 30 minute Butter Me Up service to the menu. I'm trying to get this service added for runner's feet *Tip--Schedule early. I mean like weeks in advance if you can. They will ask for your credit card to hold the spot--so you won't go all ghost on em' without it costing ya.

Yelp
Easily my favorite place to get my nails done. Awesome services and products and they are even kid-friendly! Perfect for a mommy-daughter date. They will do a complimentary polish for the littles and make them feel so special. It smells WONDERFUL, no harsh chemicals, so I feel good about me and my daughter both getting our nails done here. We've had both Nicky and Jennifer, and they were fantastic.
google avatar

Alexis O.

Yelp
I love the concept and aesthetic of the Pink Pedi Salon. There is something oddly satisfying about having a new scrub and butter option when you book services. Also, I'm a sucker for a free bath bomb! My ONLY complaint is that, like other reviews, my Dazzle Dry manicure did not last very long. I had services done on a Sunday and by the following Thursday, I had chips on most of my nails. I know it's not the polish system because I've had this service at other natural salons and it lasts at least 2 weeks. If you can find a consistent tech and don't mind paying a premium, I highly recommend this salon. As much as I wanted to absolutely love this place, I think I'll stick with my tried and true all natural spot.

Hazel M.

Yelp
OMG!!! I have found my new fave. Great experience. Arrived to pick out smell goods of bath bombs, sugar scrubs, and lotions. Such a great concept. Best part it is all natural with no smelling toxics! Jennifer gave an amazing massage and was able to resolve all issues with my nails! In love!

Yelp
Well my goodness! I was highly impressed with this nail salon and really loved the ambience and the products used for my mani/pedi. I came here after I of course was referred by a friend and was very pleased with my service. First off, this is definitely a naturalist/organic nail salon as all the products are organic with none of the unknown additives sometimes found in nail products. Second, make an appt. They only take appts and it be best to schedule in advance to ensure you can get the time and date you need. The salon is small, but functions great and is very calming and functional in regards to the services they provide. I came here and received a dip manicure and a gel pedicure which ran me about $48/65 for the services. Overall, this salon is a little pricey, however, what you get is what you pay for so in my opinion it is worth it. My pedicure was by far amazing which is why I was willing to pay a little more for it. When you get your pedicure, you choose 3 items, a bath bomb, a scrub and a lotion all used during your pedicure. There are really nice flavors and scents so you'll definitely find something suitable for you. It's honestly a real spa treatment during that pedicure and I swear it's worth it. The staff is super friendly, very attentive and the services are great. Try it out at least once. You won't regret it!

Yelp

Yelp
Never will I go back! Nail polish peeled off within 2 days. Just not worth the amount of money they charge. Went back to give them another chance also close to home. Third time nail polish peeling off. They are all nice and the atmosphere is great the only thing is the nail polish they use is not good to be peeling off within days.

Yelp
I enjoyed my visit here. My pedicure was great! I like that I can pick out my own handmade foot soak bomb, scrub and lotion. I'd definitely go back!. You should know they don't have Jacuzzi foot tubs but I didn't miss it. The foot massage that came with my service was better.

Yelp
This salon has been on my radar for some time. Checked out the reviews and made an appointment with Stephanie. The place is clean and welcoming. Stephanie was kind and gentle and took great care to be careful with my heel spur. I opted for the level 2 heel my sole pedi. The black tea infused mask was sublime. Thanks Pink Pedi and Stephanie!! I will be back.

Yelp
Great pedi experience and an awesome treat for a girls weekend! The boys were out of town so we decided to book Pretty with Pink Pedicures on Saturday afternoon. We did book a week in advance to get our preferred time and the online booking system was easy! When we arrived they walked us through the process: pick a bath bomb, polish, sugar scrub and a body butter. We picked Glinda and strawberry shortcake and loved the smell. The sofa is comfy, the basin's are well maintained and the staff is super friendly! The experience was great and we will be back!

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. The environment is incredible and everyone is so nice. This is truly the only way to do a pedicure. Super affordable and it comes with a bath bomb, scrub and body butter. And I love that I can be in here and not worry about smelling toxic fumes the whole time because of their non toxic products. Stephanie and Jennifer are the best! So easy to talk to and do great work! Definitely worth a visit if you're thinking about it!

Yelp
OBSESSED. It is so tough to find great nail salons and ones that are actually consistent in their customer service, execution and pricing and I am SO thankful that Pink Pedi offers all of the above. Located in Sylvan Thirty, Pink Pedi offers manicure and pedicure services to customers which doesn't necessarily stand out from other, well, nail salons. What stands out about Pink Pedi is that you get to choose a bath bomb, scrub and lotion (all made in house) to accompany you during your services. The focus here is organic, non-chemical based items so you can feel good about not killing our planet while getting your nails done. I can't say enough about how adorable, affordable and awesome this spot is. You MUST make a reservation ahead of time though, I've never been able to call and just grab an appointment because they're so popular and in demand already!

Yelp
I really wanted to like Pink Pedi-I was excited to try it. Buttttt my experuience was just barely under okay.. 1. You have to literally by the most expensive package to get a memorable pedi experience. The bathbomb and in house items were really nice but you don't really enjoy them when it's moving so fast and your in and out. 2. My massage was super weak I was like okay is that it???? 3. I noticed that other ladies were asked to complete a folder-I was not?? wonder why? 4. The older lady next to me was catered to completely different--I noticed her massage was better, I notice that they kept asking her did she want refills on her wine--I did not get ask that- they came and picked up her empty cup but I had to find a trash can.. I just assumed that maybe they thought I was younger than my actual age--so I didn't get the same pampering--either way I won't be coming back. Last but not least my polish wore off within a week and some days--I usually can keep it on for almost a month depending on my work out routines I gave Pink Pedi 2 stars because I haven't actually met the owners so this could just be the staff being super lazy--- if the owners would have been there I would have gave them 1 star..I really try to support local homegrown businesses but I can't be messin around when it comes to my feet..

Yelp
The worst and most overpriced mani pedi ever. They did not have matching dip and regular colors. They tell you OPI is toxic and they still use OPI dip powder. They didn't have the color I asked for. Almost no massage. They didnt remove cuticles of my nails. My dip looked very ugly and bulky. On top of everything, it took 3 hours for a dip mani and regular pedi!!!
