"Sandwiched between a laser tag emporium and a yoga studio, Pink Salt might seem inconspicuous to the naked eye. But it’s a haven for Filipino food lovers with a spacious outdoor patio for warm summer days. You can’t lose here, though the oxtail-filled kare-kare stew and the chocolate meat dinuguan are particularly special." - Sean L. Malin

10/10 no notes! You have to get the sinigang. It's tangy, sour and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I was surprised by how fast and how freshly prepared the food was. It definitely wasn't sitting around or reheated. Also, the service... the BEST. The servers kept asking us how each dish was and to not "forget to put lemon on the pancit." Valencia is so lucky to have authentic Filipino food like this. Omg, THE SINIGANG!

Delicious food, kind service. I hesitate to post a review because I want to keep this place a secret but I also want to wish them success! The food is comforting, authentic, minimally processed and the cuisine, for this area, very unique! Plus you cannot beat the hospitality the staff there will provide. The dishes are somewhat humble, earthy and incredibly fresh! Maximizing each ingredient. They serve most dishes family style ~ So be ready to share. We are exploring new menu items every time, what has stood out so far: - The Ginger chicken soup “tinola” - Chicken was subtly flavorful & fall off the bone tender, with accompanying floral and delicate spices/veggies. - BBQ chicken - was nice and saucy! - The juices are a must. The fresh calamansi was recommended by our server and did not disappoint! Unusual yet familiar, flavor like 3 citruses combined. Will be returning!

This was a spot I chose since it was on our scenic drive to ojai! There weren't many people in the restaurant since it was after 2pm. We were seated right away and ordered in a few minutes. The service was very responsive and the lady checked in on us just a few times during the course of the meal. Oh boy the food was good, we only ordered three dishes for four people but it was enough food since we had breakfast already. The fried tofu was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bagoong fried rice was mm good, loved the mango paired tomato based fried rice. And that fatty flavor bursting pork adobo with hard boiled eggs. This also paired well with the acidic fried rice since the fattiness balances it out well! Oh yeah I found this place through googling places to eat around the area before I planned the day trip so give it a try! Don't be deterred if there are only a few seated tables, they serve really good food!

Gotta say that Pink Salt Grill’s Crispy Pata is one of the best we’ve tasted so far. A definite must have when you come to visit. Their Longganisa Fried Rice is also a winner!!!

I've eaten at plenty of phillipino restaurants but by far this is the best home cooking I've had. The service is great and friendly treating you like family 😊. I can honestly say that everything in this place reminds me of home with all the warm attention I received. If you're in Santa Clarita it's a must try 😁 . Love it 😍.

2020.10-10/1730: We happened to visit this restaurant because we were visiting the sauna next door. The sauna said they had amazing food. We decided to give it a whirl. Holy moly. I'm so happy we did eat dinner here! It was just like I was eating at home at my Mom's house. Truly authentic. No fusion here just like every other place in the valley. Just straight up Filipino food. I DEFINITELY know where to go when I feel like eating at home. We started out with the Lumpia (egg rolls) - perfect, delicately fried, pork-filled egg rolls served with sweet and sour sauce. Can I get sixteen more of these delicous rolls?!! We ordered the Chicken Pancit Bihon and also the Lechon (Deep Fried Crispy Pork Belly). I can't get over how authentic the food is all the way down to the Garlic Rice! I was waiting for my Mom to come out with the egg and Spam. Good stuff. Like I said, it's just like eating at home. The Pancit was flavorful and juicy. The Lechon with the brown sauce is my favorite! Cooked to perfection! Delicious! For dessert, we had the Leche Flan and the Ginataan Bilo-Bilo! Completely sold. The flan was bouncy and light yet creamy. The Ginataan...holy moly...words cannot describe my first bite. It was like I was home with my family! I seriously know that if I want to feel like I'm home and eat some authentic Filipino food, I'm coming here! Now that I will be frequenting the sauna, I will always stop in for some excellent home cooked food! Approved on my end and can't wait to visit again! The owners are so sweet! They were always smiling and took their time to speak with other guests. They stopped by the table to ask how everything was and made sure all was good. What wonderful people! Definitely looking forward to our next trip here! ❤️

A tiny place serving great food. The service can be slow at times, but the food is worth the wait. Also, the staff are super friendly. A must order is the Taro Smoothie!

Google
Just like my grandma’s chicken adobe. It was soo good. I got the lunch plate with lumpia and garlic rice. My son ordered the grilled pork belly, and it was delicious, crisp & porky. Pink Salt is tucked away in the corner of a little strip mall area. It’s worth the effort to drive over.

Yelp
Put this in the "how did I not know about this place" category: We went to Pink Salt Grill for dinner with our dear friend Rayshun Parkman to celebrate the forthcoming opening of his new restaurant in March and it was amazing. We've never tried Filipino food - aside from a few dishes made for us by a Filipino friend - and we were really looking forward to the experience. And it did not disappoint! We started with an order each of chicken and pork lumpia. They were perfectly crispy and stuffed with hot, savory meat. The sweet, sour spicy dipping sauce was an epic complement to the rolls. So good! We also had the bbq pork skewers. My goodness the sauce was smoky, sweet and savory, the perfect pairing with the pork. Chewy and sweet is a great combination. After that, the three of us went in completely differedifferent directions. LeeAnn had the chicken pancit with rice noodles. And she ate every single bite. Not a morsel to take home. I had the shrimp palabok and OHMYGOD!! it was so good. An amazing combo of rice noodles (that were so thin, they felt like glass noodles), shrimp, ground beef, chicharron, fried garlic, spring onions and hard boiled egg. The sauce was a rich pork and shrimp sauce. I wish I could describe how this tasted beyond savory and meaty. Suffice to say, it was an eating experience. Ray, who'd been here before, tried something new...the sweet spaghetti and fried chicken combination. Let's just say he wasn't letting me anywhere near it to try. It's definitely not like anything I've had before...sweet sauce, sliced hot dogs...Ray crushed it. And the chicken, with their signature banana ketchup, was nibbled down to the bone. Best part of this meal? The turon...unbelievably good banana egg rolls, drizzled with honey. I couldn't stop. And the ube ice cream on the side was the perfect cap. We also grabbed up some delicious desserts from Blossoms Sweet Kitchen (owned by the daughter of the owner, Marina). On our plate was matcha brownie and a salted chocolate chip cookie...can't wait to go back for more. Marina was the absolute sweetest thing, talking to us about the restaurant and the history of the recipes. She is a primary reason we will come back...a lot! You should definitely check it out if you haven't.

Yelp
Our Anniversary Dinner at Pink Salt Grill: Some Ups, Some Downs My husband and I chose Pink Salt Grill for our anniversary dinner, and we are excited to dive into our first official taste of Filipino cuisine. Here's how our evening went down. The place has a nice feel--roomy and simply decorated, which I liked. Plus, they had a great playlist of '80s hits, which scored points with us! Service: Honestly, the service could have been much better. From the start, it felt like we were more of a nuisance than guests, which was a bit off-putting. Even though our server asked if it was our first time trying Filipino food, she didn't offer to go over the menu with us, leaving us a bit lost. Our server didn't seem thrilled about our questions, and by the end of our meal, we were the ones looking around for help to get some to-go boxes. Food: We kicked things off with shumai and chicken empanadas, which were tasty and got us excited for what was to come. The Thai iced tea with coconut milk was a clever twist and a real treat for me, especially since I'm allergic to dairy. But then came the main courses--my salmon with egg noodles and my husband's grilled BBQ skewers with sides. My salmon? Overcooked. The rest? Honestly, everything seemed to lack the punch of flavor we were hoping for. It all felt a bit tame for what you'd expect from such a vibrant cuisine. Pink Salt Grill was a bit of a rollercoaster. While the setting was right up our alley, and the appetizers set a promising stage, the main dishes didn't quite live up to our expectations. And the service? It definitely left room for improvement. Recommendation: If you're considering trying out Pink Salt Grill, maybe consider going a bit earlier in the evening. Hopefully, you'll catch them at a better time, both for fresher food and more attentive service. Here's hoping they can iron out these inconsistencies because the place has potential.

Yelp
We like Filipino food but don't have it enough. So when this popped up on my Yelp, my husband said let's check it out. The restaurant is small and intimate with maybe 10 or so tables. We are immediately seated at lunch time and given a regular and lunch menu. We chose to get a couple things to split between each other. I got the fried chicken dinner with mini lumpia and a garlic rice upgrade. It was a decent amount of food for the price. The chicken was TINY which made me feel good because hopefully that means it's not filled with hormones. The chicken could've used a little more seasoning and was a little on the dry side. But it was still enjoyable. The rice is plain white rice with a little garlic flavoring. It tasted fresh, and was perfectly made. The lumpia was nice and crispy and filled with chicken. I didn't see any carrots or cabbage in it. So it didn't have the lumpia flavors that I'm used to. But it was a nice egg roll. My husband got the bok choy which had crispy chunks of tofu in it. It was well seasoned and tender but not mushy. My husband really enjoyed it and I thought it tasted good as well. The only issue was the texture of the sauce for me. (It's not then, it's me as a texture averse person with certain foods.) The texture of the sauce didn't bother my husband at all. When I talked to him after lunch, we both agreed that the food was good, hot, and made fresh. We liked it, but didn't LOVE it if that makes sense. He said he'd go back, I wouldn't be opposed to going back. But I'm not necessarily jumping to do so. I definitely would try out more options though if I did.

Yelp
After reading so many good things on Yelp about this restaurant over the years. One dear Yelp friend even regularly driving for miles to get here, causing my saliva glands to drooling reading her reviews. Plans to visit soon were now on my priority list. Apparently, all my discussions relating to her about wanting to try Pink Salt Grill, had my wife salivating too. Because while out running errands today she phoned me from the restaurant taking my request for takeout! My choice was the Fried Chicken Combo, with a side of egg rolls and the steamed rice which is included. $15.00 She ordered the Beef Brisket Combo, with a side of veggies as well as the rice. $17.00 2 Thai iced teas added another $10.00, for a total of $42.00. Kind of steep. My fried chicken was flavorful, though the pieces were a mix of savory and dry. The chicken egg rolls were just right with the dipping sauce, and the rice was perfectly prepared. But on sampling a bit of my wife's brisket; tender and succulent! The real taste test winner. We weren't sure of the sauce covering it but nothing that distracted from its protein succulence. She seemed satisfied with her veggies as well. And our Thai teas were a great balance of not too sweet or bitter. I totally forgot to sample my meal with the requested banana ketchup, I had made a point to have included with my meal. But I finally put it to good use later while eating some of wifey's rice and beans. Adding a unique and flavorful taste. Our only real complaint with this Filipino eatery, is not having the option of choosing pancit with their combo orders. An order of Pancit alone would have cost another $15.00. But overall, we've found another Santa Clarita food stop, although I've probably had them Yelp bookmarked since they first opened several years back.

Yelp
Ordered at this place and chicken looks and taste old. You can tell that they just re heat the chicken from yesterday. Called them about it but of course they said it's new ... oh well! That will be the last.

Isabelle R.

Yelp
The place is decorated beautifully. Great service, delicious food and a little gem in SCV.

Diane L.

Yelp
Authentic and delicious Filipino cuisine! Friendly service. Clean establishment overall would definitely come back to eat again

Andy P.

Yelp
Being filipino and having filipino aunts and a Mom who can really cook amazing dishes, I'm very picky and have a high standard of what filipino dishes should taste especially when I eat at filipino restaurants. Pink Salt definitely did not disappoint, especially the Kare Kare and the Crispy Pata! They were soooooo good!

Food E.

Yelp
Love their breakfast food. It's definitely authentic filipino food at its best!!! Love their beef tapasilog!!!!

Jason T.

Yelp
After taking 3 sets of my team and colleagues, I am ready to write this review. From the many times I have been here the lady has been very welcoming and kind. Every time, we have ordered the usual Lumpia to start out as you just can't go wrong with Lumpia. Not once have any of my team destroyed the large order before we could blink. I always like to give them a diverse order of the Kare Kare, BBQ, Sinigang, and Fried Chicken (With Banana Ketchup)! The Kare Kare is like a peanut satay looking tasting dish that is served with a small side of Bagaoong. Bagaoong, is shrimp paste which is a bit salty/sweet to compliment the dish. The Filipino BBQ is always another safe option for newcomers of Filipino cuisine. Sinigang (Tamarind Soup) is a fan favorite which is quite yummy. Fried chicken is also yummy and for those wondering about Banana Ketchup - it is sweet Ketchup. Always good with anything salty. Whatever you do - never forget the Filipino fried rice no matter what filipino food place you go to! The food is a bit pricey for the portions (compared to what I get at my typical Seafood City and Nanay Gloria) but you will get the non drowsy feeling from how you normally feel when eating Filipino food as it is normally greasy.

Terah R.

Yelp
pink salt grill is one of my favorites in scv. the food is very high quality and fresh. they keep it simple with whole ingredients. the food is presented beautifully and the staff is kind. the restaurant & bathroom are very clean! some pics from 2 separate occasions. the daing & ginataang are amazing

Robert C.

Yelp
Ok guys, this is authentic filipino food. Everything is fresh and made to order, unlike those other places where the food has been sitting in heating trays for hours. This is family dining style. Each dish can easily feed 4 people, and portions are large and are a good value.

Carz L.

Yelp
Overpriced for such little serving. Food taste was subpar, I've had far better Filipino food. Definitely not worth it!

Anna J.

Yelp
YIKES! not sure what happened yesterday. We celebrated my dad's birthday early & met up here. We usually order the same dishes. Shanghai Lumpia (bite size), Pinakbet, Dinuguan, Eggplant Omelette (Torta) Crispy Pata, Pancit Palabok. Then we threw in Spaghetti & Beef Steak. The Pinakbet was way too salty for my taste. It was so salty it gave me a headache & left me chugging water! The Dinuguan is my hubby's fave. He was very disappointed. It was too "soupy'. Usually the texture is a little thicker. They usually make it just right. The Spaghetti was good but way too sweet and I only had a bite just to taste. Glad I didn't get a plate full. Everything was good. We ordered so many dishes & were too busy eating & chit chatting and we forgot about the Eggplant Omelette until it got to our table and we were almost done. Luckily my hubby still had an appetite & he finished most of it. I think they could have worked on the timing a little better so that everything is brought out all at once or close to it. Glad It's a family style serving. Can't imagine if if it was individual servings, someone would have been waiting WAY too long for their order & very upset. I am being generous at giving 3 stars (eek). Staff are always friendly.

Yho F.

Yelp
I am happy that we have a Filipino restaurant here in Valencia. The food is authentic and very homey tasting and the service is good. It's a family owned place and the location is also good. The place might not be that big but the ambiance is nice and I like it not too crowded. In case you have a large party to eat out they have an outdoor patio that they can use and enjoy their food.

Jackie-the-Critic D.

Yelp
The food here is overpriced and a big disappointment. Their food does not taste like authentic Filipino fare. Service is lousy. They are obviously understaffed. Ambiance? What ambiance?

Lulus P.

Yelp
Food was super tasty! Service was great & ambiance was cozy & quaint. The egg rolls are the perfect starter. Highly recommend & will go back definitely!

Pau A.

Yelp
Delicious Pilipinx foods. Loved the adobo chicken with hardboiled egg and bokchoy. Favorite was Pilipinx BBQ chicken. Veggie pancit rice noodles with green onion, cabbage, carrot and veggie eggroll lumpia was delicious too. Amazing how our order was quick to come out with very friendly, warm, and welcoming staff who put together Halo Halo mix mix shaved ice dessert with ube purple cassava icecream, flan, mixed sweets of coconut shavings, jello, beans, etc together on the spot so it is cold and fresh. Appreciated the fancy ambiance seating inside and local freshly baked sweets offerings. Great selection of teas. Will visit again!

Omena A.

Yelp
When I'm in the mood to drift down memory lane with some food Filipino food this spot is never crowded and good! When I was a kid there were certain neighborhoods within the city that were heavily concentrated with Filipino's and my family couldn't help but love and embrace the people and culture! And in return like most ethnic families, they take you in. So occasions, holidays any reason really we were on the invite list for our MaiMai to wanna feed us until we POPPED! Walking into this cute establishment it gives cozy, and I always get that feeling of them wanting to feed you. Very warm and attentive waitressing. The woman one evening even asked if the temperature in the restaurant was ok for us. So sweet. I'm a lumpia and pancit fanatic. It's my go-to. And here you can get a lot for cheap! So good, my guilty pleasure is eating them all I've had some stranger danger pancits where the meat looked like secret surprise and it stunk like hell! Not here, the food pleasing to all senses (important for those who eat based on what things look and/or smell like). Note although these are glass noodles I believe the dish isn't for dieters. So eat for happy yumminess because that's what you'll get here.

Maia K.

Yelp
Would definitely recommend them! Their Thai tea & garlic rice is so delicious! My daughter loves it & the garlic shrimp too! 12 out of 10

Dave G.

Yelp
Yummy food, especially the chicken and pork adobo dish. Service is okay, and ambiance also okay. The big draw is the food. Genuine Filipino fare.

Mark V.

Yelp
Was out with friends in the SCV and had a craving for Filipino food. We happened to come across this hidden gem and were not disappointed. The menu is full of traditional Filipino cuisine, with none of the "fusion" dishes that some other restaurants push out. We ordered the Shanghai Lumpia, Sisig, Palabok, Fried Chicken, Chicken Adobo and Garlic Fried rice. Each dish was served family style (definitely a large serving!). Every dish was prepared to perfection. All of dishes were very flavorful and definitely reminded me of my mom's cooking. We finished our meal with the Halo-Halo. This also did not disappoint. It was served in a bowl, not a cup and contained the perfect amount of ingredients. I enjoyed this meal so much, I brought my family back a few weeks later and the Pink Salt Grill did not disappoint! My family enjoyed the food as much as I did the first time. We ordered the Lumpia Shanghai, Nllaga, Shrimp Sinigang, Beef Steak, Pork Skewers and steamed rice and of course finished with the Halo-halo! Last but not least, the service was EXCELLENT! I had the same server for both meals and she was super friendly and helpful. If you've ever eaten at a Filipino restaurant, service can be hit and miss...mostly miss lol. But not at the Pink Salt Grill. Definitely felt like I was eating at an aunties house The restaurant is tucked away in a small food mall. The inside is small, and welcoming with some Filipino decor and chalk sign menus. There are thousands of Filipino restaurants in LA. But in my opinion, Pink Salt Grille stands out as of the best. If you're looking for an authentic Filipino meal (none of this Filipino fusion cuisine crap) , stop by... you will not be disappointed.

Muriel T.

Yelp
My favorite food is sinigang and Pink Salt Grill did it justice - it was one of the best sinigang I've tasted! The staff was very nice and friendly. The place is clean and inviting, good for groups too.

Carmen S.

Yelp
Delicious. Simple food done well. Yet another hidden gem. Non-descript lil spot in a strip mall. Nice foot track with the to-go orders. I love Filipino food. Can't find it in South FL. Out here in Cali, it's an easier ask. The fried tofu on the menu caught my eye first. Anything with fried tofu and I am in. It's right up there with avocado. The crispy tofu and pork appetizer with the sweet-savory brown sauce made the night. I really enjoyed the tofu as it soaked up the sauce and the way the salty fried pork chunks balanced the slightly sweet sauce. Lord! I really savored this appetizer. The main event....The Crispy Pork Leg! I wanted a small but the waitress was like...you gotta order a Large. I debated for like 3 seconds. Yes. Large. Of course, I ended up taking a doggy bag home, but it was all worth it. The way the pork is fried just sells it. It was tender and juicy with a texture-driven crust. I rarely eat pork and to save my lil tastebuds for this meal was the delight I knew it would be. I am very happy post meal. I mean, I have dinner for tomorrow too. If I had more time, I'd eat here again before I left the area.

Jimmy R.

Yelp
I had high expectations for this place. Pleasantly impressed. Vegetable dish is always mediocre at other establishments but wife who is non-Filipino felt it was so fresh and amazing. I agree with her. Didn't feel like a dish under a heat lamp for hours on hand. Felt prepared same day and cooked right away. Crispy pata small is rest if not terribly hungry for two people. I'd probably go bigger if you are starving. Sauce served with crispy pata seemed house prepared as well and not purchased. It was fresh tasting. I really need to go back. This restaurant is nowhere near cheapest in cost but I did think about it and I would pay a premium for Filipino food that is fresh and delicious so I think reasonable.

Erika C.

Yelp
I had ordered dinuguan for a lunch delivery and it was delicious. I would definitely try the other menu items. Im giving them a solid 3 stars with room to improve, for two main reasons and I feel like they're important for a Filipino food spot. These would easily bring my rating up for next time. 1. Rice to entree ratio : we need MORE rice, I had so much left over dinuguan and I just wanted more rice. 2. Add some basic condiments with the order: vinegar and/or patis (fish sauce). I've never been there and they probably have a better serving ration in person and I could ask for condiments there. But since I ordered for delivery....those things would have been awesome to have.

Caroline J.

Yelp
Phenomenal. 100% phenomenal. If I lived in this area I would be here every moment possible. We had the Palabok, Crispy Pork Belly and Lumpia + Garlic Fried Rice. I have a gluten allergy, so I could only eat the Palabok, but YES PLEASE! Light, delicious, full of flavor and such a perfect pre-race meal. I did not feel weighed down by the food, not too salty at all and just DELICIOUS. My husband and son devoured the pork belly and lumpia in 2 seconds and raved about every bite. I LOVED the Halo Halo and their baked goods which were also great post-race snacks, and you can tell the ingredients are simple and that they care about their food. And the service? I felt like I was at home with my family in the best of ways. Everyone was wonderful to talk to, and my son loved talking their ears off 100% recommend! Wonderful experience and such delicious, quality food.

Yelp
Conveniently located in one of Santa Clarita's town centers, this restaurant offers ample parking space and moderately spacious dining area. The vibe and food is basic so is the service - which I find pricey of its stature. Nothing really that will make me go back for a second time.

Yelp
Family friendly local restaurant. You don't see alot of Filipino restaurants in Santa Clarita. Delicious comfort food with amazing service. Would come back again!

Yelp
Food: Very good Filipino food. Not greasy but still extremely delicious. Well done! For my fellow Filipinos, order the Bagoong Fried Rice and Kare-Kare. Plate portions are family style sized so order accordingly! Unless you eat a lot like I do ;) Service: Super attentive and friendly! Always nice having a chat with them. They really care about their regulars and new customers. Ambiance: Small seating, rustic and cute interior. Very pleasant for dine in.

Yelp
Ordered the Lechon Kawali Garlic Shrimp Grilled Eggplant with two orders of Garlic Fried Rice. Drive all the way from Fresno in 100+ degree temperatures for event at Honda Center. Atmosphere is very friendly & staff is always courteous & smiling. I highly recommend Pink Salt Grill for any appetizers or desserts & any homemade authentic Filipino cuisine. Masarap!!

Yelp
Pink Salt is a great place for breakfast. We go there for breakfast every Sunday or Saturday. The food is extremely good and fresh. The service is great, they constantly check to see if you need anything or if you want anything. The people here are so nice and friendly. The inside got renewed a few years back and is very nice. Would recommend coming here for breakfast.

Yelp
My wife was craving lumpia ever since we had some at a friend's house so we had dinner at Pink Salt. So we had the lumpia, the noodles with chicken, crispy fried chicken and beef steak. I have to say, it was way better than expected. Can't rave about the food enough! It was delicious and well prepared. My favorite was the fried chicken. Not greasy or salty but crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The steak was covered I gravy and onions with a hearty portion. My wife loved the pork lumpia. I think we will be coming back often!

Yelp
We went to this Philippine restaurant for halo halo and weren't disappointed. The owner spent a long time chatting with us about my wife's recent trip to Cebu. Menu is big. Lots to choose from. We will be back. As for ambience, it's about what you expect from strip mall spots. We will be going back. Soon.

Yelp
The food was amazing! I thought it was gonna be heavy but it honestly tasted fresh and light for what it was. The eggplant was so delicious especially with the shrimp sauce. Don't sleep on the longanisa fried rice!!! Pork belly was perfectly crispy on the outside and was not dry at all. The chicken adobo was flavorful and juicy. Everything was a 10/10. The service was great as well. Ill definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Pink Salt is an upscale Filipino dining experience in a casual setting. The flavors of the food really brought me back to family parties I used to go to as a kid where everything was potluck style. It's that comfort of getting a home cooked meal and knowing that the food will always be delicious. The staff is friendly and the prices are comparable from other Filipino restaurants and it's definitely cleaner in here. Definitely a must try! Yelp
I've been here several times since it opened and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and very flavorful. The service and employees are so friendly and makes you feel at home. Pink Salt Grill is my go to place for Filipino food close to where I live. Not my Daddy's cooking, but close enough to satisfy my Filipino cravings.

Yelp
Delicious Filipino food tucked away in Santa Clarita! We always order food for my Lola's birthday, and they never fail. Service is amazing. We dined in once. About 5 years ago. And come to think of it, not sure why I never wrote a Yelp review. Didn't really dawn on me till now. The owner is very friendly. And the food is delicious. We typically order food to go. Either thru you Yelp or over the phone. Makes pickup that much smoother. Big parking lot with tons of open parking. The restaurant is tucked in the inside left corner of the complex. The restaurant itself looks small from the outside. But it's actually quite spacious inside. Worth dining in for sure. And justifies having the yummy desserts while they're fresh Pink Salt Grill is a guarantee stop on our list when we come to visit my Lola and family.

Yelp
I might have done a review before many chapters ago in my life that I can't recall where I placed that review. Paid a visit to this place recently because this location can easily be dismissed since it is in a hidden corner of the building like a good book stuck on the bottom shelf of the library. However I noticed they have utilize an outdoor patio area for themselves (most likely from the lockdown) and hope that this gives them better visibility. First off, this is a small place but very comfy. Ordered the Crispy Pork Belly because I cannot help myself that word Pork Belly comes into play. Only thing better is put the word "crispy" in front of it and I'm gone. Chose the regular white steam rice because well, it is the top pick for me and my default choice because of my Chinese upbringing. The Lumpia Egg Rolls were fine with the accompanied sauce (which I used with my rice). Now the Crispy Pork Belly is the star of this script, each crunchy bite is a page turner and the plot thickens dramatically with whatever sauce that is that goes with it. Now I can tell you that I absolutely hated this dish but then if I had taken a photo of the cleaned off plate that I practically polished off every morsel bit, you would have a hard time believing that statement. I don't seem to get over here enough to really know the menu or the key players of this place. I hope to be back soon and start a new chapter of some good eats! Yelp
+5 stars in addition to the already stated stars. So, a total of 10 to 15 stars. Period. No, not yet period. Still more stars. We reserve the right to return and add more. Fr tho, food was bomb and very satisfying. Much recommended. I'll probably just set up camp here 4ever.

Yelp
My husband (who's Filipino) and I love Filipino food. Our first time here was on a Tuesday afternoon. The service was mediocre and mainly because they need more front of house help. The restaurant dining room is fairly small but all the tables were full and only one server taking care of everyone. She seemed nice but could tell she was very busy and sort of stressed. We ordered sisig, chicken adobo & palabok. My husband was disappointed with the sisig because it was mostly fatty and lacked the crunchy texture that sisig is supposed to have. The adobo had more soy sauce than vinegar. Surprisingly, I make better adobo. The palabok was too saucy and mushy for my taste. The one nice thing I will say, is that this is a family owned restaurant and the owner, we assumed, was a nice older Filipino lady who came by our table to greet and check on us, which was very kind of her. For the amount we spent, we wished we would have walked away satisfied but sadly wasn't the case. We are all for supporting our fellow AAPI especially in our local community but we may or may not return because the food was subpar & menu prices were expensive.

Yelp
The prices went high from my previous visit which was last year. The staffs are amazing but wish they can lower their prices a little because we love the food here and would always want to get almost everything. Anyways, food is always amazing here especially their dinuguan, kare kare, and crispy pata. Freshly cooked!

Yelp
Decided to go to SCV just to check the area out, and came across this little Filipino restaurant, and thought maybe I should check it out since I haven't been to one in a very long time. I'd say the staff were great, service is prompt, place is clean, but the ambiance of the area is ok; minimal furnitures that does not resemble much of the culture and the food was decent. I'd recommend it for those who are craving Filipino food, but it's not an everyday thing for me, personally--I understand inflation is affecting all prices, so be sure and expect to spend $20-30 for your favorite Filipino dishes like nilaga, crispy pata, sinigang etc,.

Yelp
Crispy pork pata is the star of the show here, crispy skin with very little fat, and velvety soft meat inside. BBQ chicken is awesome too. This is a lovely family owned business and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, we look forward to coming back again!

Yelp
We had a party of 7 and had a late dinner (last seating at 8:30) as a result of a church event. I called and informed Olivia of my quandary who suggested that I pre-order 30 minutes before my arrival. It worked like a charm. My son said, "Wow that restaurant had perfect timing for our food was ready within 5 minutes of arrival". We ordered the following - we placed two orders per dish: Garlic rice - 5/5 Kare kare - 5/5 Crispy pata - 4/5 (some of the meaty parts were over cooked for my taste but everyone else loved it) Sisig - 5/5 (Crowd favorite) Bistek - 5/5 (Yum!) Turon - 5/5 (Crowd fave) - they use plantains I was pleasantly surprised that we barely had anything to go. This is credit to the chefs and the warm hospitality and service of Olivia. Thanks for this wonderful experience! I loved it so much that I came here three times in a month! This is a Santa Clarita gem!

Yelp
Been living in Santa Clarita for awhile now but never tried this place until now. Food was so delish and customer service is very good. We feel like we're just visiting one of our Tita's house or something. Love the 2 Titas here that was taking our orders. Thank you po.
