This was a great restaurant to stop by during my layover in Baltimore! I was quite starving, but I didn’t want a big meal or junk food because of my upcoming flight. This place offered an excellent strawberry banana smoothie that helped quench my hunger. A small was 7 dollars. It was nice getting to watch them peel the banana, which helped ensure its freshness. The smoothie itself was delicious and sweet with the two flavors popping out every couple sips. Overall, great place, and if I’m ever stuck in Baltimore with a growling stomach again, I will be sure to return. *I took a picture halfway through drinking it because I realized it was so good. They did not give it to me half empty.

Google
Pinkberry is a great frozen yogurt and smoothie store in the airport. The service was so great that the girl served me some samples patiently. Their frozen yogurt is a great dessert after lunch.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life!!!!! They are rude and disrespectful!!!! I’m always traveling and stop here for a treat but the new employee is sooooooo rude that I may never come back and I will spread the word that they are sooooo rude she is completely ignoring me !!!!!!!! Not worth my hard earned money. I hope the owners do better they are loosing money!!!!!

Google
Terrific frozen yogurt with toppings in the airport! Best surprise to actually find food that is delicious while awaiting my flight.

Google
It was better than expected! I got a smooth that was very good. I also ended up getting some frozen yogurt too. Nice change from most airport junk!

Google
$1.05 for a banana. This is a criminal price. Never again. I will bring my own in the future.

Google
Hadn't had it in a while. Had the coconut and it was way too sweet. I know they add sugar but I don't remember the yogurt being so overwhelmed with sugar. They should do what some stores do now, have a sugar menu where you can choose full sugar, 50% sugar etc

Google
This is hands down the best thing (well maybe besides the rocking chairs in front of the big windows) at the Baltimore Airport! Slightly pricey, it is worth every cent and then some. Good service help lesson the pain of the cost as well.

Yelp
Ordered a small vanilla frozen yogurt in a bowl and three toppings: peanut-butter cups, sprinkles, and caramel sauce. Price was on par for an airport (I think after tax it was $8-ish). They had a variety of frozen yogurts and toppings so I'm sure anyone could find something they would enjoy. They also make smoothies. There's seating adjacent to the shop which was convenient. Service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm here!

Yelp
Customer service is bad. I came up with my order and the staff barely talking to me........

Yelp
I was craving pinkberry so much and serendipitously came across this (only) location in front of the Southwest gate B entrance at BWI airport. Pinkberry frozen yogurt taste different than others and I'd say it's much better! A perfect balance of sweet and sour, very refreshing. If you get it with toppings, make sure to get mochi - they are super soft and chewy, not the dried up ones. You get four scoops of whatever you want!

Yelp
If I'm in BWI and there is a global pandemic, you'll find me slurping down a Pinkberry smoothie through my N95. Plain tart yogurt. Real fruit. No pretense of any health benefits. I gotta say, that last part is pretty clutch. The "healthy" smoothie place isn't fooling anyone. Might as well go for a little gusto and go to the shop with the better frozen yogurt as its base. My 3M Aura masks have a little flap under the chin that can quickly fold up, so I can suck down a meals worth of calories with very little exposure to whatever viral particles are swirling through the air. And even the small smoothie is enough to tide me over a couple of hours until I reach my ultimate destination. Why no 5th star? Well, I kinda wish they used more fruit in the thing. I'm also not so keen on the little baggy of pre-portioned defrosted frozen fruit used to make the smoothie. For all the polish and panache that is Pinkberry, this process for making the drink feels a little off. Still, I am very very glad Pinkberry has an outpost at the airport, and will continue to put up with how the smoothie is made so that I can find a little joy in the soul sucking torment of modern air travel.

Yelp
Best place at BWI to grab a quick healthy snack if you're running short on time. Their original flavor is tart / not too sweet. Then they always have 5 other delicious rotating flavors like chocolate hazelnut, piña colada, cookie butter, etc. Their yogurts have probiotics, and the nutritional info is listed. A small original tart yogurt is 150 calories. You get a few free toppings. Healthy ones like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, raspberries, bananas, almonds. Then there are the indulgent ones like cookie butter, chocolate crispy spread, marshmallow cream, etc. They also serve sundays and smoothies, but I always get the yogurt.

Yelp
The only thing I like in the entire Baltimore airport haha. Really tasty and would highly recommend

Yelp
I travel frequently for work and Pinkberry is one of my favorite spots! I used to frequent the one in Birmingham when I was in college there and Nashville doesn't have one. Their coconut dairy free is fresh tasting and authentically coconut. You can almost taste chunks of it, although there are no chunks (we're not talking pulp orange juice - it's pulp free). I do a hazelnut/coconut mix with cookie dough and strawberries and it's an outstanding sweet treat, without carrying the calories of an ice cream parlor. Small is beyond sufficient, too. If you go bigger, I won't judge...and I hear if you eat standing up the calories don't count anyway

Yelp
My favorite pre-flight treat! They've got a great staff who are very accommodating of my special requests. They offer lots of fresh toppings...a variety of seasonal fruit. The stand is clean and appealing. The prices are a little high but that's to be expected of airport food.

Yelp
Love that bwi finally has a place that serves a variety of yogurts again. At the moment you can get mango, chocolate hazelnut, plain, pomegranate, etc which are all awesome flavors. The service here is exceptional. An employee was kind enough to tell me that one of the flavors wasn't quiet done yet but I could have a taste and if I still wanted it they would make it for me. I was in heaven because chocolate hazelnut is the perfect combination of flavors I give me that sweet boost I needed before my am flight. Btw it's only 8 am so they are open early score!

Yelp
After wandering the food court looking for a healthy option, I was so happy to find a Pinkberry! I got a Greek yogurt bowl with fruit. It was exactly what I was looking for. The yogurt is plain which is perfect for me, and you can add honey if you need it a little sweeter. Overall, just what I was looking for, can't go wrong with Pinkberry!

Yelp
Terrible service at this location. I stood in line and no one spoke to me or the woman in front of me. They just stood there cutting up fruit without acknowledging either one of us. The lady in front of me walked away. I finally asked are you open and the guy behind the counter said yes. I find it very strange to ignore people while they are standing in line.
google avatar

Maggie C.

Yelp
Located conveniently inside the food court in terminal A, service was speedy and I was allowed to have two flavors of fro yo in my small cup. Unfortunately, no mochi as a topping so I opted for chocolate shavings and coconut flakes instead. Chocolate hazelnut was slightly nutty, and quite chocolatey; original was fresh and tart. Only one person working behind the counter but she was so nice and polite. No qualms here.

Yelp
I guess it's been a long time since I've had Pink Berry but I was disappointed on this caloric splurge at the end of my trip. Service was fine, line moved quickly. Staying true to the season I chose pumpkin (the only other available flavor was blood orange so maybe it chose me). It had the consistency of a slightly thicker slurpee and you couldn't really tell it was pumpkin. You could have named it almost any other flavor and I would have naively believed you. Is this they way it is supposed to be? Usually with pumpkin you have to prepare yourself for what is often a flavor assault of cinnamon and nutmeg. But there was no flavor assault to be had here.....just disappointment. And with 2 toppings a small came to just over $9. Now that felt like an assault....

Yelp
Let me start by saying that of all the fro-yo places on earth, I heart Pinkberry the most. They have the best tasting, highest quality product and the toppings are generally fresh and delicious. This location? I do not heart it. In fact, I may actively dislike it a little. Service is slooooooowwwwwww. Like, there was one guy in front of me getting a simple cup of yogurt and it took like 10 minutes to get him through the process and for the worker to move to the next person. As another person correctly points out, the listing of available flavors is not obviously posted and is hard to see. I had the salted caramel which actually was not good - it was grainy and already melting away by the time I handed the cashier my money. When I'm paying $6 for a tiny cup, I also expect more than 4 raspberries, ok? Pinkberry may be the best fro-yo out there, but this is probably one of their suckiest locations. Avoid.

Yelp
Was traveling through and stopped to get some frozen yogurt and water. Manager ignored me for about five minutes until I tried to ask about the flavors. She gave abrupt answers and was very rude. I asked if they had military discounts and gave her my id. She snatched it and looked at the id then me then back at my id like she didn't believe me. I paid and said thank you and she ignored me and went to the next customer. Yogurt was okay but customer service could use some work....
google avatar

Yelp
One perk of Pinkberry is that you pay a flat premium for toppings. But when I came here and got a small with 4 toppings, they REALLY skimped on the toppings. The yogurt to topping ratio (by volume) was like 20:1.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Located at the airport, there was only one person working. Kind of on the slow side of service, but the froyo is always the best! My husband got the cookies and cream and loved it! You can get up to 4 toppings on a small, which is fantastic! I had the original tart with hazelnut mix , perfect combo! My husband got chocolate clusters on his and they tasted stale.. Stay away from those.

Yelp
I've had frozen yogurt before. I'm from Florida, so it's almost a normal dietary staple. So when I was 5 hours early for my flight and saw a Pinkberry, I knew it was going to be awesome. I mean, hadn't I heard all about Pinkberry on Jimmy Fallon? Doesn't Ellen go on and on about this place?? I knew I had to try it. The girl behind the counter, while not friendly, was very knowledgable and helped me pick a flavor. I got the vanilla bean and chocolate chip cookie size medium with strawberries and chelate shavings. I was dynamited of the toppings, and the vanilla was good, but I wouldn't get the other flavor again. I'm used to a wider selection of toppings, but I assume selection was reduced due to the airport location. All in all, it was a nice treat, but I don't feel this lived up to the hype.

Yelp
Chocolate Hazelnut is the BEST Other flavors not so good....I love Mango in general and their Mango flavor is very fake...not good.....

Yelp
While I love Pinkberry, there are definitely better Pinkberry locations in terms of customer service and quick service. The employees here are incredibly slow, which is surprising considering it is located in the airport. I'm just happy that the last time I went to this particular location that I had a decent amount of time before my flight given how long it took the slow moving employee to wait on the one person in front of me who got a smoothie and then get my yogurt. I've been to other Pinkberry locations where there is a line out the door and I actually am in and out faster than at BWI when there was just one person in front of me! While it's nice to have a Pinkberry in the airport, just make sure you have plenty of time before your flight if you're going to get a cup from this location because even if there's hardly any line, it's deceiving given how long it actually will take! And don't try and redeem a free yogurt off your Pinkberry iPhone app here because that will result in the already long Pinkberry experience taking even longer. I finally started eating my yogurt while the employee figured it out because I was worried it'd melt by the time she finally finished ringing me out!

Yelp
I had never had Pinkberry before and on our first trip through the airport the girls working here were SO fun, enthusiastic and nice - even though we didn't get any on that trip that on our way home, we stopped and the same girls were working there and we got some!! The frozen yogurt is good, but their staff is what sold me!! They were really awesome!!

Yelp
This is the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to in the United States. I had first tried it while in Cambridge, MA attending a wedding. I had a little time to explore the area and encountered it right there in Harvard Square. It looked interesting--and was different from the yogurt places I was used to in Ohio in that the yogurt baristas were the ones who doled out your yogurt, as opposed to letting customers run roughshod over the machines. I liked that aspect of this place because for me it seems to ensure that a higher level of public health standards are in existence. Anyhow, the yogurt flavors at Pinkberry are diverse--two flavors I recently had were the coconut (excellent) and the salted carmel (to die for). There was also a vanilla lime flavor at the Boston location that was delicious. The toppings are awesome--to cite two of my faves--organic/natural gummy bears that are larger than the regular ones I'm used to, in several sweet/sour flavors; and those globules that are in bubble tea--coshi or something like that--I do not recall their name at this time--whatever they're called they're delicious on frozen yogurt. When i ordered my yogurt at BWI a few days ago and asked for toppings that included raspberries, gummy bears and the bubble tea toppings, I noticed that the barista was kind of scrimping on the red gummy bears, giving me yellow ones instead. I asked that she provide more of the red ones (that I prefer) and she obliged. I also noticed a seeming shortage of the raspberries, resulting in a similar raspberry scrimp. But it's okay and I could handle it like a woman, and I did. The yogurt here is so delicious and I wish we had one in Cleveland. I will either have to drive the three-hour commute to Bowling Green OH, or visit Boston more so I can get my Pinkberry fix.

Yelp
Always such a treat. No complaints about the products whatsoever, only the staff at this location. They're NOT friendly. Stood in front of the counter without them even acknowledging me. I guess whatever they were doing or talking about was more important than my business. Could give the guy ahead of me a free cup of water but no attention to a paying customer. No smiles, no acknowledgement, peace out. Lost a sale!

Yelp
Upon arriving from MHT to BWI, I was informed that my flight was now suffering from a 4 hour delay. I was going to need dinner, coffee and dessert in order to survive the layover. I took my hunter gatherer self and hauled my luggage around the BWI airport to hunt for my prey. Dinner was a disaster so I had to make dessert count. Pinkberry grabbed my attention. I noticed there were several flavors and it was tough for me to decide. Thankfully, they offer samples. I LOVE tart flavors so I was sold on the Pomegranate. The employees were patient and happy which made the experience pleasant all the way around. The Pomegranate was so delicious and my layover was extra long so I hit the stand TWICE in 4 hours!!!!!

Yelp
I love pinkberry! Sad that there's none in Buffalo, but I'll get this whenever I get a chance. I recommend original with strawberries and almonds. I'm not one to get a bunch of super rich/sweet toppings. I like keeping things simple and delicious!

Susan L.

Yelp
People have always told me, a nor cal native, that I don't know what real froyo is because we don't have Pinkberry up north. Well if this is what real froyo is, i'm glad we have what we have already. Had the mango, pretty.. underwhelming? Also expensive, could get way more with more toppings (3 raspberries, WOW) for less at almost any self serve, AND the froyo would have tasted better. That being said obviously if you were stuck in BWI already this is your only choice, but if you are flying to some where with self serve don't bother right, haha.
google avatar

Amy W.

Yelp
Not the best Pinkberry. The employees lack of understanding of the concept is why I have given them only three stars. The product is always FIVE stars. Pinkberry is by far my favorite fro-yo. The original is nice and tart. The fresh fruit is perfect with it. But these folks are a bit skimpy with the toppings. And they can be very slow.
google avatar

Yelp
Terrible! The yogurt itself is fine, but the service is terrible. First, the yogurt flavors are posted in small writing on a board way behind the counter, so unless you're 25, you have to squint to see them. Second, they didn't have all of the flavors available when I went. Then when I asked if they had the Greek frozen yogurt flavors that are advertised, the girl started to explain that those aren't frozen and yadda yadda yadda. I had no idea what she was trying to say. They also did not have something as simple as peanuts for a topping. That's like the most basic of all toppings. Lastly, I don't know how a small yogurt with just a few mini M&M's turns out to cost $6, but somehow it did. Completely overpriced and terrible service...I won't be stopping at this location anymore!
