Once I locate my receipt, I will share the name of the staff member whom assisted me on 1/17 at 6:30. Her service was amazing not just to me, but to each customer she came into contact. This Pinkberry is merged with Felipe's which makes a good mix of food then dessert. The location was extremely clean with smudge-free glass cover above the toppings as well. The only not so good thing to report is that the Lucky Charms marshmallows were a bit stale from the air exposure. They may need to be covered regularly. I will visit again.

Google
PLEASE keep the DAIRY free tropical mango flavor forever. It was amazing, 10/10. Fruits were so fresh & delicious. I can eat this everyday. My fiancé & I loved it!

Google
Yummy. Clean. Did I mention delicious? Was very happy to discover they had late night hours on Saturday night for our sweet craving. The location was clean. Service was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Google
Pinkberry is a frozen yougurt shop, great yogurt. Its a better alternative to ice cream, maybe. Its connected to Felipes which has great food. I pretty sure that most of the toppings are free with the order so you dont spend to much. The ingredients definitely taste fresh. The staff is always nice.

Google
Good froyo just not enough flavor variety. There were only ~3 options.

Google
Love frozen yogurt and had been looking for a place since we moved here a couple of months ago. Has lots of selections for topics. Friendly people and a nice place to sit outside. Can get to from the trolley. Will enjoy going there in the future!! 👍🏽

Google
Y’all, I love pink berry. But! 8 out of 10 times I order for delivery (and yes, I do it way too often) my order is messed up. Toppings missing or I get nasty Nutella instead of Cookie Butter. Tonight, our waffle cookies weren’t included! Mayyyyne, y’all do better!

Google
Great place to grab a quick dairy or non-dairy treat. Love the ambiance of this location. They are apt to prepare your mouth watering treat. Love that they have a FEW, wish they had more though, NON-DAIRY treats. But hopefully they'll add some in tbr near future. Oooooohhh and you can get free samples...

Yelp
Awesome! Clean store/cafe area, friendly staff, and the toppings are covered so no one is picking over them. The staff made our bowls very presentable and gave us a good amount of topping to enjoy ! Will return. Only thing I wish is that they had more flavors of yogurt... but I think they rotate flavors often.

Yelp
I've never been to Pinkberry so we decided to swing by there when my sweet tooth struck. I've enjoyed the original Greek yogurt flavored plain frozen yogurts at other places, so I decided to give that a try before branching out to their other flavors. The small was just enough for me and I added blackberries, strawberries and mango. Was disappointed that they didn't have kiwi, but it was still really good.

Yelp
I usually like Pinkberry, especially after eating next door at Felipe's. Today I did just that and the service was not great. There was nobody at the counter at first. They didn't have all the fruits or toppings that I usually get. The person making it was also rushing me into deciding. I had to tell her to give me a second because I had to pick different toppings since they were out of a couple things. I didn't even take long. She checked me out and rushed into the back. Looks like they were trying to do other things besides work.

Yelp
Happy Mother's Day . Addictive Sweets Moments added to My Mothers Day . Hubby and Son had the Pleasure of all 5 Tourism Places today . Lol

Yelp
I love so much about this Pinkberry. First of all the location is perfect. It's in the middle of the Mid City shopping hub. I stop her almost every time I stop at Office Depot or Panera. Next is the service. I've always had great customer service here. The employees are consistently kind and efficient. And they always ask if I have my rewards card - I never forget it. I've racked up several freebies over the years. Last but not least, the yogurt is delicious! I'm really hung up on the hazelnut chocolate with slivered almonds on top. The creamy, sweet yogurt paired with the crunchy, nutty almonds just hits the spot.

Yelp
I had not been to a Pinkberry before, but I was reasonably impressed with them on a macro level. They have ample information on their website about nutrition and allergens and such, and there's some protein and some sugar in there. The yogurt (they also have a non-dairy option) is quite customizable, with various sizes. Toppings are one price for an unlimited helping of most of them, with some premium add-ons. You can go for fruit, nuts, or candy, and as such can get a range of nutritional and gustatory experiences. I tried a pomegranate yogurt with some fruit, almonds, and chocolate (selecting it over the more caloric hazelnut yogurt in an uncharacteristic display of restraint for me). It was certainly tasty, with a bit of yogurt-y sourness counteracted by the toppings. The biggest negatives for me were that the flavor selection in store was not large (only up to six flavors I think), and this stuff melts very quickly. It was by no means peak Louisiana summer when I dropped in, and I did not go terribly far. Don't get me wrong, it's still tasty in liquid form, but I wouldn't rely on taking it to-go. Anyway, it's still good. The mid-city location is in a very crowded shopping center where it can be tough to park, but there's a lot going on nearby (including the Mexican place they share the building with) and the streetcar does go by here.

Yelp
Hi Yelpers, As you may know, I love a good late night snack. So, I just had to step in the reviews to let you all know about this PUMPKIN SPICE flavored frozen yogurt at Pinkberry!! If you're anything like me and LOVE pumkin pie you will adore this pumpkin spice frozen yogurt because its sooo good. Its the kind of good that makes you close your eyes when you take a bits. Im a little extra so I also added a Hazelnut flavor. I garnished the pumpkin flavor with cinnamon and cheesecake crumbles and the hazelnut with coconut and a chocolate drizzle. I also threw in a waffle cone as a delicious divider. If you love pumpkin this is a must try flavor! I gave them a four only because there were fruit flies surrounding the fruit that made me a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless. The yogurt was great and the service was as well.

Marigny L.

Yelp
I never really get frozen yogurt anymore, but I'm so glad I decided to stop in for some Pinkberry the other day! I ordered the strawberry & banana smoothie--it was the perfect amount of sweet! I will definitely be trying some of their other flavors & frozen yogurt soon!

Yelp
It's a bit different from other Froyo places, but this is probably for the better with the pandemic going on. Instead of the customers picking and putting the toppings, the workers do it for you. I don't know how it used to be before and if things changed, but that is how things are now. Only four flavours to choose from (vanilla, chocolate, yogurt, pomegranate), and honestly a limited amount of toppings too. I am used to at least 8 flavors, and a lot more toppings such as in 16 Handles. They cover the basics - chocolate, candy, fruits, and oats. I just wish they would have more variety of each. An overall okay place to get Froyo, but certainly not the best or the better ones.

Nicky C.

Yelp
This is the best PINKBERRY LOCATION I loveeee how smooth their frozen yogurt is. It is always consistent in terms of smoothness. I always get the coconut one with no toppings and I love it!!! They let you sample flavors too ;^) Don't forget to tip the workers people!!!

Renee B.

Yelp
I love this sweet little escape. There is something addictive about the original flavor with berries and chocolate. They will pretty much load up your cup with as many toppings that will fit. Also, the rewards are great with the app! If you go a few times, before you know it, you will get a free small cup. They also give you free pinkberry for your birthday. Pinkberry is loved by my whole family, especially my daughter, who delights in the colorful toppings. It's the top of my list for bribery destinations. ;)

John V.

Yelp
Pinkberry is such a good treat!!! I'm usually into the chocolate hazelnut but just tried the pecan pie and all I can say is YES! I usually don't do any milk related products but on occasion I just crave it, the huge variety of toppings doesn't hurt either :) The smoothies are good as is the frozen yogurt and I can't wait to go back and try the new strawberry lemonade!! The location is great with plenty of other food options near by so maybe after a good meal here in mid-city you want to cap it all off?? Summer is real and Pinkberry helps beat the heat.

Yelp
The best thing about this location is that it's around a large array of other businesses and restaurants. Beware however; it loses a star because what is advertised is not always available in house. I am one of the many people that have a digestive problem with lactose. Pink berry has a bad habit of introducing flavors and dairy-free options for a short time and then getting rid of them completely without warning. One day I walked in only to discover that the dairy-free option was no longer available. It was highly frustrating and I couldn't blame the employees. I know how business is run. I would just appreciate some sort of advertisement for ALL locations when flavors are being taken away. In addition, you may run into some traffic from Felipe's customers and the smell might clash with the fresh fruit and yogurt smell at times. Eat outside if you can. Regardless of smell, this pink berry location is always clean and properly run.

Yelp
Me and my best friend decided to go to Pinkberry for dessert on Galentines day, and we were immediately turned off by the service. We arrived to Pinkberry at 9:15pm on 2/13/2019 and we were not greeted in a friendly manner. We both had to repeatedly ask for our server to speak up so that we could hear her but each time she refused to increase the volume of her monotone (Daria) tone. My friend was highly upset that she smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes when she asked for a waffle crisp. I hope that this location offers their servers customer service training to improve the tone of service that was received tonight. Otherwise, I could see this place slowly losing customers and I love Pinkberry but the service could turn me away forever.

Yelp
Ok, I took off one star because Pinkberry is the priciest of froyo joints. Plus I'm a little bummed that they wouldn't accept my old frequent buyer card. They have a new card that you activate online and you can even download an app but I haven't activated it yet. On the positive side, there is a froyo joint in my neighborhood and it's open til 11pm! Yay!! I can get my late night froyo fix close to home. No more hoofing it to Lakeview for my froyo cravings! Pinkberry is in the new strip mall across from Rouse's with the Felipe's, Pei Wei, Five Guys, Panera bread, Pizza Hit etc.! Am so excited for all these new joints in my hood and plan on trying them all out! The only one I've never tried is Pei Wei but I've heard good things from friends! Wesley and Jass were super nice and friendly! I tried the cookies and cream, peanut butter, and chocolate hazelnut froyo. I decided on a small cookies and cream and chocolate hazelnut side by side. Got the cookies and cream topping, brownie bites, blueberries, pineapple and strawberries! It was delicious and hit the spot! There are two tables inside and several tables outside. I have a feeling that I'll be a regular! Happy froyo eating!

Yelp
I like that this location is attached to the Felipe's nextdoor. Have lunch, drinks, and dessert. Watch the streetcars go by. Mid City is hopping! You can ride, run or walk the Lafitte Greenway from Tremè to this location or take the Canal St. City Park Streetcar. Great rest stop to and from City Park.

Lawrence P.

Yelp
WOW! Wow, wow, wow! I had no idea what I've been missing! Hell yeah I'm going to order from them again. Most definitely! I ordered a frozen yogurt with almonds and roasted pecan toppings ( so much they were falling out of the cup) Ubereats delivered it. Delicious! Yes, I highly recommend them.

Yelp
Terrible service. I walked in with my husband with no other custom in the building. We walked up to the counter where the girl was sorting tags and she looked up at us without saying a thing and started sorting again. About two mins went by and I asked if they were open then she said yes. Then I said well can I order and then she finally took my order. Was waste of a job. Her main objective is to greet and serve and she did neither.

Paige H.

Yelp
We received the best customer service at Pinkberry yesterday. The whole staff was so sweet, but the girl who helped us was especially great. We had a lively group with several transactions and a few toddlers. We were offered samples, given good cues on what to order and the whole time the girl who helped us was calm and smiling. I told her "thank you for being so good with our wild group." And she said "of course, this is my job, and I love it." She even gave me a side of sprinklers we forgot to order for our toddler who was asking for sprinkles, post transaction. We took ours to-go and they threw in a bag of ice which I thought was a great extra step. And the yogurt was delicious. Very happy with our experience!

Yelp
SO I'm not a huge ice cream nor froyo person, but sometimes it's nice to go grab a scoop or a swirl with the main squeeze who, dare I say, has a froyo addiction, and the only cure is more froyo. Now to set the scene. It's around 10:30pm and whilst the place we wanted to grab a bite is only serving a late night menu and we're not really hungry hungry, we settle on hitting up Pinkberry next to Felipe's on Carrollton. It's nice and bright with pebble flooring and light colors. The menu has a clean font, and there are calorie counts next to everything if you want to tally up at 10:30pm. I usually order a small but selfishly I wanted more toppings to surround my mountain of original flavor. I love that the fresh fruit is nice and cut up all bite size, and then you go to the toppings...it's really hard to make just a few choices. I went with my staple the coconut, crushed hazelnut wafer rolls, and the luxe topping milk chocolate crunch. So damn good. Of the fruits, I chose strawberry. The staff was very nice, and asked us if we had a Pinkberry Pinkcard, of which after 10 purchases you get a freebie as well as on your birthday. Of course, Robert had this and swiped away! Coming from someone who is NOT a froyo connoisseur, the original Pinkberry flavor is very yogurty, sour-cream esque to me. The sweet strawberries offset the light sour-sweet of the froyo. I like a lot of textures and chocolate, and the flavors I went with met that demand. I think the medium was overreaching my abilities on the froyo serving, but at least I tried. Alas I'm sure my froyo adventures at Pinkberry will not end with this late night. I'll be back for the Chocolate Hazelnut. Till next time!

Gina L.

Yelp
Outstanding service!! I love all the workers there! Always helpful and willing to give you samples! Yum! Quality of the yogurt is always amazing & toppings are always filled to the rim with a variety of choices. My favorite is original with Nutella, strawberries, mangos, cookies & cream, with cinnamon sugar on top. YUM!!!!

Christopher W.

Yelp
Pinkberry is nowhere near as good as Yogurtland. Pinkberry doesn't have the choices nor the quality and they charge a much higher price. I came here because Yogurtland was closed, the biggest negative though is the fact that they don't provide you with complimentary water.

Jonathan S.

Yelp
Great location. With the family, we do Felipe's, then Pinkberry. I'm not a huge froyo fan. But my wife and little boys love it.

Ilea J.

Yelp
Husband and kids wanted smoothies so we decided to try Pinkberry for a change. Order 3 smoothies. Staff was nice and fairly quick. Go back to the car, hand the kids their smoothies and head home. Suddenly I hear, "mommy! this drink is yucky!" from the back seat. Tell the kiddo that it's just different from the smoothie king smoothies that I usually get. Take a sip to calm the kiddo and immediately spit it out. Tastes like rotten milk! yuck yuck YUCK! Tried to call them and let them know but they weren't answering their phone. What a gross waste of my time and money.

Christopher J.

Yelp
So we didn't actually buy anything here. We were in Felipe's next door (they're connected indoors) and one of the employees came around with free samples. We both picked the pumpkin spice sample and it was delicious!! If we weren't full from our dinner, we probably would've partook in some of this deliciousness!

Khari P.

Yelp
I love Pinkberry! We're adding more dairy free flavors now. (I work here) We have a Coconut Milk Swirl made with real Coconut milk! You don't have to be a fan of coconut to like it. It is creamy and delicious! We also have a Just Fruit Flavors, which are made with only fruit and water! For the Holidays, we have added a Pink Bubbly flavors, which kind of taste like a Pink Champagne-YUM! And we have our usual flavors, the Original Tart, and Chocolate Hazelnut! So Stop by Pinkberry Mid City... And I hope to see you there!

AnaLisa C.

Yelp
I literally down loaded yelp just to leave this review. The girl with the nose ring behind the counter had such attitude. Then she had the audacity to act annoyed after we didn't leave a tip bc she was rude. The yogurt was okay but they need better staff.

Roxanne C.

Yelp
It was a hot summer day, and I was trying to find something to cool me off. Because all the snowball stands were way too crowded, I decided to stop at Pinkberry. I figured the downtown location was spectacular in service and froyo that this would be no different. WRONG! I didn't like the selection of flavors they offered that particular day so I opted for the mango smoothie. It was awful! Almost sour-tasting....for almost $5, I expect it to taste good!!!!! What a waste of money! Please take this off your menu if it tastes rotten (someone else wrote a review about the smoothie tasting gross so I know it wasn't just mine)! They should be ashamed for selling such a product!!! I should have complained but the service wasn't all that great (it wasn't bad, but I expected more considering the other location had AMAZING service), so I just swallowed my pride and left. All I'll say is that I haven't been back since. Very disappointing, Pinkberry.....

Amanda C.

Yelp
Dear Pinkberry in Mid City, Thank you so much for being there. After a long flight, after a long day, and even when I'm just in the mood for something sweet, I can always count on you. I don't ask for much- just some plain yogurt with strawberries, kiwis, cookie dough, chocolate chips, and honey, and you always pull through. Thank you for being open when I need you to be (*ahem* except for breakfast) and incredibly consistent. Until next time (tonight)... Love, Amanda

Brian W.

Yelp
I am disappointed with this Pinkberry because the owner changed the inside of the store to look like some Felipe's / Pinkberry hybrid. If I was part of Pinkberry corporate I'd be upset about this one franchisee tarnishing the brand.

Michelle M.

Yelp
This is based on customer service. There is a guy he says he is a manager well my friend and i went in to get some yogurt this so called manager has 0customer service. My friend said she goes here all the time and has seen this so called manager at different Pinkberrys around town she always says hello to him and he always has an attitude. He was working at Felipe's and she asjed him a question about pinkberry and he was down right rude.Seems he's really nice to guys hmmm lol.Loves african Americans too oh well maybe he hates white people.Whatever won't be gone back .Overpriced sugar bomb crap anyway.

Guy S.

Yelp
Haven't had frozen yogurt in quite a while and have never been to a pink berry, had the vanilla bean and it was good, but quite pricy. Store was very clean but was empty of customers. Would go back

Jody P.

Yelp
I had to write a review so that I could give a shout out to the two great workers who helped my son and me today (10/27) at 4:15pm. They were so polite and happy and had fabulous customer service! Thank you!!

Malia R.

Yelp
While gallivanting around NOLA last week, I got hot. It was like 80 degrees out, but thanks to that southern humidity, it felt like a hundred and twelve. After spending some time at the NOMA and enjoying their amazing, yet outdoor sculpture garden, I needed a cool down. Then I saw Pinkberry. It literally had an angelic light shining around it too. I screeched my brakes and pulled right in. I don't go to Pinkberry often because I don't have one that is within a reasonable distance to me, so I am not too familiar with their offerings in comparison to other froyo chains. There was no line, yay! The gal who worked there was super friendly and offered us samplings of whatever we wanted to try. Including the toppings. I decided to go fruity and get the mango yogurt and all the fruits. Best decision ever. It was delicious. Fruits were super fresh and the yogurt had an amazing mango flavor that tastes like it came fresh from my grandmas 70 foot mango tree in Hawaii. I immediately regretted agreeing to split a yogurt with my husband, because I didn't want to share any of that goodness. So in summary, just remember these 2 points. #1. Go there. #2. Don't share your yogurt with anyone.

David K.

Yelp
This is just fine yogurt. Nothing wrong with it. Like the McDonald's of yogurt. There are plenty of local yogurt places that are just as good or better. Better yet forget the yogurt and get a snoball.

Meghan F.

Yelp
Very disappointing- not even ONE flavor that's "no sugar added" and in this day and age, really?! TCBY always has 2 or 3 flavors that's NSA and/or low fat/fat free. And WAY cheaper-
