The donuts are delicious and displayed perfectly. Absolutely loved the different decorations on the donuts. Customer service was outstanding, we were greeted and served immediately. Oh and must I say it again the donuts are delicious.

It smells soooo good when you walk in. The employees were happy and helpful, and they know their donuts. We had six donuts: apple fritter, ube (purple rain), unicorn, maple bacon, etc. My favorites were ube, apple fritter, and Maple bacon. The beautiful purple color and the richness of this donut were smacking my taste buds all around. Better than Krispy creme any day.

Long Story Short! There was a little minor challenge with the in store app, I voiced my concerns and immediately I received a call from the “Customer Service Professional- Joseph “ from Pink Box and issue resolved. Even better he followed up the next week and over delivered. This is how to make a customer return, feel special and continue to happily spend money buying donuts. Kudos to Pink Box Service! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

I got a big sweet tooth so prior to getting on the road home from Vegas. I swung by to get a dozen (maybe more for just me in the car). So many different types of donuts so I had to defer and ask "What's popular" and then figure what was to our liking. Got home, and they were quickly enjoyed by the family. On a recent trip back to Vegas, I made sure to pick up 2 Dozen to share with our Volleyball Team competing and once again I was the star of the weekend. It was the sugar high they probably DIDN'T need, but it came after a great day of play and I knew they deserved it. Pink Box came through not only for the taste, but all the creative-styled donuts were a hit. Officially part of my Vegas Rotation!!

Oh my God why did I go here? I'm supposed to be on a diet. These donuts were amazing. The service was great. Just walking in. Oh my God it was the best. All these donuts to choose from. I can't just pick one. I can't pick two, but I tell you what all of them that I did have were good even though only took like a one or two bites out of them and everybody else in my house ate them paid them Again, I'm supposed to be on diet

So many options!!! The clerk was nice and helpful ... great for party or office to share. Very cute and pink girly design in and out the store.

Yooooooo!!!!! This place is spot on a treasure! Lets make it quick. For a donut spot, it is not cheap. For a dozen specialty donuts (You know you'll be ordering specialty) and more, you'll easily spend over $20. The donuts are super yummy. Especially the artistic cream filled type. I had the "Poop donuts", cookies n Cream, and More. Most donuts lose their flavor and texture the next day, but by the next afternoon my donuts were still just as good as the day before. Do yourself a favor and try Pinkbox the next time you're driving in or out of Vegas. TIP: You get a better deal when you order increments of dozen and half dozen add ons

I drove up to the drive through speaker. The individual was most kind. I should also mention every area was as clean as it could get. I was even more suprised by the individual at the window. She was great when I spoke to her the first time, but when I picked up the donuts, she was perfect. In such a good mood, perfect. Oh, and the donuts were perfect.

Drive thru was quick again. Great service and most importantly? The donuts were fresh and delicious. The Vegas cream tastes like a Boston's cream pie.. so good. The jelly filled is a classic and always my fav. This time it was cooked to perfection, and not dry. Try this place out!

My first time here and it was so good! So much to choose from! The staff were very friendly and nice. Can't wait to bring my grandkids here when they come to visit!

I believe that this doughnut store has everything you need to impress your friends, coworkers, and family when it comes to fancy doughnuts! They taste moist and are super sweet, so sometimes I split one with my friends and then we share the different flavors. There is a wide variety of doughnuts to choose from (including the cake doughnuts) and some special flavored and shaped doughnuts through out the year. The doughnuts are like little works of art made with care by the bakers and decorators here! Consider them for the next sports game for your kid's team and parents! This is a special treat for you! You deserve a doughnut today! I especially liked the doughnuts served for the Super Bowl! They also have Dad and Mom ones for Mother's and Father's Day! I hope they have them again this year, my husband and uncle really appreciated the surprise!

Still a 5 star in my book! Recently stopped by to pick up a couple of donuts for my friend & I after dinner dessert (01/21/2024 @ 1421). Sir Lamar was very friendly & did great with getting my donuts for me. I got lucky & came right when a fresh batch was delivered. There donuts are so fun, moist & tasty. If you like a lot of options, you'll definitely get them here! These aren't your ordinary donuts. These donuts are dressed up to the tee. I love the different themes they have for the various seasons, holiday's, and sports season. On this visit, I wanted to treat my son to a speciality donut for getting good grades at school, he couldn't decide which one he wanted so he kept going back and forth. The staff was so patient and understanding; they even offered suggestions to him. Ultimately, he decided on the Tutti Frutti doughnut. When we got in my truck he took a bite and instantly didn't like the taste. He was upset with himself that after all that deciding he chose the wrong donut. So I took him back inside and told the staff he didn't like it. They were really cool about it and offered him another choice of donut at no charge. He selected the Pot of Gold donut and loved it. I was so grateful that they were so gracious about the ordeal. Fantastic customer service like this will keep me coming back! Overall, the store is clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the donuts rock! Highly Recommended!

This is donut heaven where everything is over-the-top and delicious! Bringing a box of this home or to work will make everyone happy. They have a drive-thru for those looking to do a quick hit-and-run. I recommend getting: - Purple Rain - Glazed Ube Cake - Doughcro (whichever one you like) Don't come here if you're looking for health food.

What a fun place. This place lives up to the hype. Kept hearing about these doughnuts and drove by this location while shopping and decided to stop in. The bright pink exterior is an eye grabber. Love the pink sprinkle doughnut door handles. The staff was helpful and patient as I took my time deciding on my selections. So decadent, one is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth for a week! We will be back next time we come to Vegas.

I came in around noon to this location and it was such a great experience! In case you didn't know, the food here is a yummy assortment of various doughnuts. They also have some beverages varying from iced coffees to bottled beverages like juice or soda. The service and ambiance was definitely wonderful and I was greeted with a friendly "Welcome in" as soon as I walked into the line. It wasn't too busy and ALDANA was super sweet and helpful as I looked at all their options. I chose the "Love my PB&J" since it's my absolute favorite! Pro Tip: Definitely recommend coming in around this time since it wasn't too busy. Be respectful of the employees as they are also processing to-go orders and drive-thru orders

Stopped by Pinkbox Doughnuts during our trip to Las Vegas a few weeks ago, and we were amazed at the great selection of donuts they had. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The donuts were very fresh and the establishment is very clean. Our favorite was the fritter. Highly recommend Pinkbox Doughnuts!

This is definitely the best donut shop ever! As soon as I came in the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Order: OG 12 dozen of mix classic donuts. 1 regular coffee, 2 unicorn donuts for a total of $22 plus tip. Customer service was fantastic!

Wow, amazing and super fancy place. I haven't seen a display case for donuts that's so well done. The staff is super patient to explain each of the flavors and options and there are a TON of them. Kinda like too many. I tried a couple of halves and I'd say the donuts were good, but certainly not the best. Like the toppings and fillings are outstanding, but the donuts themselves were kind of like... Upgraded Dunkin. But yeah, the chocolates are super-rich. The peanut butter filling was like actual peanut butter and not some flavored sugar crap. Loved it and was really impressed. After you taste a few different variations of chocolate, they all kinda taste the same. For 3 donuts I paid $12 plus tax. So keep the pricey side of this all in mind. This is definitely a tourist trap, but hey, I willing fell for it. Yum!!

I placed an order today and scheduled to pick it up at 0715 hours. By the time I got there, the order was not yet. I saw most of the workers hanging around and talking. When I asked one of the workers, her name was Chias, then she started putting the donuts in the boxes. She was very rude and looked like she was not willing to help. and slowly put the donuts and talked at the same time. I waited for 30 min for my order and was greeted with attitude. This is my last time going to that place.

Stale! Dang it! I really loved this place. Since they opened, they've been doing a great job. Normally I would give them 4 to 5 stars. But the last three times I have been there in the last few weeks, less than a month, every doughnut we've purchased has been stale. I mean these are yesterday's donuts or older. I think you can do better.

Here's an update. Pinkbox removed their 24/7 sign and I went through the drive thru to grab some donuts. All of the donuts are mighty tasty, especially the poop emoji one :) I also liked the blueberry kind of like a cronut donut, I forgot what it was called. This is a good location because it is a bit isolated among the other establishments, and the ambiance is rather inviting.

Pinkbox has some very tasty treats! Whether you're wanting donuts or a drink they have some great selections. The stores have always been clean and staff is always pleasant. The Eastern location has both a drive thru and counter service.

Finally got to see what the buzz is about with this place and it was so fun and colorful!!!! There were so many photo opps at this place and it was so fun and lively. Unfortunately I don't really eat donuts but I took my bf here for his birthday and he got a whole box for himself. I actually do want to try a few donuts in the future but I was saving my appetite for when we were going to lunch so I'll definitely come back. They even had a birthday donut which was perfect for him and he loved all of his donuts. I'll be back to try the Cocoa Puffs and the poop donut and maybe one of their drinks.

We placed an online order for 3 dozen donuts for a funeral 2 days in advance. Upon arriving at 10:30 pm we were told that all the donuts were already sold. How can you sell donuts that we pre ordered days ago?? And the manager explained to me like I'm an idiot that all the online orders were canceled an hour ago. Yet I have zero emails from them saying that our order was canceled and my last email from them an hour ago says "reminder to pickup your order!" I am at a complete loss of words for how rudely we were spoken to, treated like dirt, and not to mention the huge waste of time driving all the way here from Boulder City.

Be aware that if you use Uber Eats or Grub Hub, you might follow your driver on the map for over 15 minutes only to have the driver go away just as the car icon gets to the store. This happened twice on Uber Eats and then the order was cancelled. I then tried Grub Hub, ordered and paid for a Pink Box delivery, followed the car icon all the way to the store with a driver's name and photo on the bottom of the screen only to have the order cancel 20 minutes later claiming that the store was closed. It was not. What a complete waste of time and what very poor business practices.

The hype is real. We came in around 6:30pm on. Saturday night and almost every single donut was still available and at least one of every flavor. We tried a ton from the glazed cronut to the snickers to the purple ube donut. Everything was super good and surprisingly fresh. Even as we were ordering, a staff member was bringing out fresh donuts to stock the front. The service was great too, we were traveling from CA and no dumb questions went unanswered. The man working this past Saturday, Nov 25 at 6:30pm super patient and helpful, which was appreciated greatly. Will be returning next time we're in Henderson!

When we moved here all we heard was about was how great pinkbox was. Well we are a doughnut family so we had to try them. We picked up a dozen just to see what all the hubbub was about and I gotta tell you we were not impressed at all. They were overpriced and had a funny aftertaste. Would I try again nah I don't think so, too many other doughnut shops in Las Vegas.

So ever since my prior review where my hubby and I had poor customer service, I have been here a handful of times again and every time thus far, I have had great customer service. I definitely want to give a huge shoutout to Paula and a Yelda or someone with a name starting with "Y" who was VERYYY kind, helpful, and patient with my order!! Got some super cute Thanksgiving donuts today and, as always, the special holiday box was SO CUTE! I will definitely be returning to this location, especially when my work has potluck functions or when I want to treat my colleagues or myself to some delish donuts! :D I didn't go inside, however, I have in the past and the ambiance just makes you happy and immediately in the mood for donuts/treats if you weren't already!

Initial appearance is fun! A lot of selection of fun looking donuts. But not a fan of the taste. There's other shops with better tasting donuts. These are cute though for little kids that like the funny designs and will eat anything sweet. We go somewhere else now even if it's a bit out of the way.

We like the donuts but don't bother with ordering pick up. You have to wait in line with the other customers to get your order. Makes no sense.

I forgive but I don't forget. After an extended wait to order, I paid for my sizable order, in cash, yet received no "Thank You" for the generous cash gratuity. As my followers know this is an intolerable and egregious customer service faux pas. I just gave you money despite a protracted wait, and in return all I received was a zombie gaze. I'm the kind of guy who moves on and never looks back. Farewell Pinkbox. Find someone else to deal your sugary poison to. Thank You.

Pinkbox Doughnuts is a MUST TRY when in Vegas!! The ambiance of this place is so COOL and VERY VERY PINK! The doughnuts all have characters and there is tons of choices to choose from. There are good delicious doughnuts and some that just little too rich. But overall great place to get your doughnut fix!!

I never get tired of coming to this place, their donuts drive me crazy, the service is excellent, they are always very kind and super friendly.

Haven't had Pinkbox in a while since they stopped making the chocolate covered old fashioned cake donuts with peanuts. Something about peanut allergies, but they sell donuts with peanut butter, uh duh. Anyhew, hubs surprised with a box today, so I write this as I try to choke down a couple of them. Well... I can't even bc these donuts are stale, flavorless and gross. And the chocolate is leaving a weird film in my mouth and after-taste. IDK... maybe since they're 24 hrs, they think they can sell day old donuts or someone there doesn't know how to make them. Today at least. The donuts were better at the other location by Five Guys. Possibly getting overly ambitious with all these huge store openings that the quality of the donuts are being overlooked. ‍ Who can't make a simple cake donut or chocolate bar? Sorry not sorry, but the donuts from Smith's are better than these.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I love, love, LOVE Pinkbox. The dirty twist and doughcro's are everythinggggg. I love their donuts. But their customer service is s h i t. Absolute garbage. Every single time I have visited since they moved to the new location, SOMETHING has happened. I've been shorted doughnuts, not given my points, and dealt with callous, uncaring employees. My interaction today went like this: *Pulls up to drive thru* Employee: 6 or 12? Me: hi, I'd just like a few-- Employee: go ahead Me: *orders* Employee: pull up Not even a hello or any type of greeting. Once I pulled up to the window, the employee simply said "receipt?" I said no and was given my total. As I went to grab my credit card, I asked, "can I give you my rewards info?" Employee: *rolls eyes*glares*soullessly tells me to go ahead* Me: *Gives number* While I am giving my number, the guy is staring right at me, not looking at his keyboard/register while he's "keying in" my number. WHAT!? And of course I did not get my rewards. Yet again. I looooove their donuts. I've given Pinkbox a trillion chances, as you can see from my previous reviews. But honestly I think it's time to find a new spot. You should too!!

Pinkbox shop is super cute , love the colors and donuts. I was there on March 4 and it was not busy when I first came in. A few minutes later more people came in, I was still in line working my way to register and had questions. The guy helping was rude , he couldn't be bothered to answer. So instead of buying an extra box for a friend I left with my single box and super annoyed. Reading some other reviews seems customer service is bad. Fix it!!

Most of the employees are not as nice as they could be, but the asian guy is friendly and super helpful. His suggestion on refrigerating my Sup Shorty donut (chef's kiss). We have given up on the drive thru. The idea is amazing bc who wants to get out of their car, but when donuts are sold out their is no way of knowing. We spend most of our time asking, "which donuts do you have left?" Need an interactive menu like McD's. Also, an employee forgot to ask for my rewards phone number in the drive thru so i never received my points. I emailed customer service and they actually told me they went back and looked at the drive thru cameras and saw my purchase but bc i didnt give my phone number at the time of purchase I wouldn't be able to get my points. Really disappointing that you can take the time to go back and look at the cameras and VERIFIED I made the purchase but still wouldn't give me the points. We now prefer to go inside and physically see what is in stock. Also nice to see that we can input our number into the touchscreen when we pay.

Cute little shop! So many options to choose from. Definitely more of a hype than a good donut option. I got the creme Brule, not great. Taste was charred, filling was lacking flavor. I asked the girl helping us what her favorite was and her response was "whatever I feel like usually". No smile. I was looking for a recommendation since there are so many options. Such a let down. It's more of an experience than a good treat.

Finally able to visit the new location! Thank goodness for the drive-thru, it was really hot around 3pm so I chose to remain in the car lol I ordered "Any 12" 20% OFF for my friend's birthday :) Of course, everybody loved these doughs! Should've ordered more cruller lol apparently it was the favorite at our mini party! The dough was light and fluffy as per usual same with the fillings, glaze, and toppings. They're always consistent regardless of the time of day :)
