They have truly delicious doughnuts at this place. Any flavor is good. Lemon, cherry, caramel, chocolate, apple, banana pudding... there are plenty to choose from. I recommend it 100%. If I had one suggestion, please provide boxes that are appropriate for the order size. Last time, I got a box for 4 when I was ordering 6 donuts! The doughnuts arrived home stuck together. Please, you guys could improve that.

Love the Vibe!! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made some great suggestions. Billboards work! Visiting from out of town and would have NEVER known. We are FANS now! Keep up the Awesome Job! 🫶🏾

What a fun place! Their selection is amazing with options for everyone. They have endless choices plus they taste really good. My favorite was the maple frosted cake donut and the s’mores donut. They also do a great job with the atmosphere and the employees were patient and helpful with us first timers.

Andy is the best! Until today I’ve never even heard of nor been to Pinkbox. He was so polite & patient. He catered my drink to my liking made the perfect coffee & genuinely & actively listened, actually caring. He walked us through the highlights of the menu & was funny saying “wait for it” introducing the new menu item, went over all specials I was so informed & he allowed me a generous amount of time to make selections, answered questions made sure I understood & gave his recommendation to help me when I struggled to chose & the reasoning behind his recommendation so it made sense & improved my selection speed despite it taking a while for me to place an order. I didn’t feel like just a number but a person with value. As a woman who struggles with choices, adhd, rush culture & life in general, I deeply appreciated this that at least for a moment the struggle was less at Pinkbox.He made the process amazing, simple, informed & practical. Like a breath of fresh air. His kindness was out of this world. You can tell when someone doesn’t like people, their job, their life or takes personal baggage to work & Andy is as far opposite of that as you can get! Truly he’s so positive & I can see it shows that he cares about his job & us as people & patrons & is a down to earth just kind person is just how he is & that is so rare these days, maybe I’m just used to the opposite type of people so it’s such a culture shock to see this in a person. Pinkbox is very blessed to have him! Returning home, I’m saddened we do not have an Andy nor a pinkbox. I have never encountered a more polite, patient, & kind individual behind a drive through in my 32 years of life! The next time I come to Vegas I am going to this location. Don’t let go of him, he deserves a promotion or something that service is rare.

Wow does this place have a huge selection of donuts! Customer service was so helpful and knew everything in the case! Absolutely a must visit ! Selections change regularly!

This Pinkbox has some great customer service! Open 24/7. Clean and full stocked of doughnuts! They have merch available. Great location! Drive thru and lots of parking.

I have never had such a bad experience before than at this Pinkbox. It was around 10:30pm when I pulled up to the drive thru. Immediately the worker mentions that the board hasn't been updated recently. Not a huge problem. It then turned into probably a 10 minute interaction where everything I wanted or asked for was "oh no we don't have that one, or that one is out of stock". Annoying but fine. By the time we got home and opened the box, another mistake was made. We had specifically asked for one of the iced Maple cinnamon rolls that are available. And was told that they did have it. But instead in my box was a maple bar. Not what I wanted or ordered. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

The donuts don't only look great, they taste even better too. My favoeites are the Dubai chocolate and white chocolate mocha. And once in a while, a theatrical donut makes its way into our box. We love all the pink exterior and interior. Every inch of the shop is drenched in pink and is so over the top that you cant help but take photos on every visit. Service is always friendly. Guess you can't really be sad working here.

We visited Boca Park Pinkbox Donuts drive thru for the first time and it was great! We got a half dozen donuts including chocolate old fashioned, john lemon, ube, nutella cronut, elvis, and a regular cronut. Everything was delicious and perfectly made! The Pinkbox drive thru window is magical. There are twinkly lights that look like sprinkles and a donut around the window. I love all the details!!! There's also a large stand alone donut - so cool!!

My favorite place to grab some donuts when visiting in Vegas! They have opened so many amazing locations near our second home and they have great customer service and amazing deals! They are super clean inside and have such a cute atmosphere to get some amazing donuts! They have so many themes and your traditional donuts! We enjoy seeing all the great donuts.

Pink box is definitely the way to go for a fresh and decently priced donut. There are so many boutique style donut shops around town that add gold flake and all the unnecessary stuff on them and tack on an $8 price tag but they taste awful or they're stale by the afternoon! With pink box you always get fresh and amazing tasting donuts since they're making them through out the day. It's my absolute favorite donut place in town.

I love Pinkbox First of all I wanna give kudos to Ardezire, for her big "service with a smile" - also so patient & helpful! My first time coming to this location & wanted to get 1 doz "poop emoji" donuts for a 2 yrs old birthday. She kindly said they needed to be ordered o line & happily said she'd help order but didn't want to take her time & ordered as soon as I got home. When I went to pick up next day Jon was also great! Since then, we've been back & always leave happy & can't wait to go back. I love this location - so decorative & festive from the moment you see it & then when you walk in - that's when the magic happens! I love the creativity from decor to the name s of the donors & swag - well done!! Thanks for keeping it fun!

Came in Saturday morning to get a dozen donuts for my nephews birthday and sadly it was underwhelming. They all look very pretty on the outside when you see them in the box but tasting them is a whole other story. I ordered a large variety of donuts so my family could try as many flavors as possible and most of them did not taste good. I was actually shocked that my niece and nephew mentioned how extremely over the top sweet these donuts were. And after trying almost every flavor in the box we all ended up agreeing that we like Dunkin' way better. Here is the list of donuts I bought and there was only one that I liked but that's not enough to make me come here again. I ordered the strawberry sprinkles and that's the only one that I liked even though it was extremely sweet . Then I ordered a boston donuts, a glazed chocolate doughnut, coconut doughnut, crème brûlée doughnut, red velvet with frosting doughnut, lemon donut, cookies & cream doughnut. My niece and nephew split the cookies & cream doughnut which they liked, but again mentioned that it was extremely sweet and couldn't eat anymore-- which is rare for them to say. I tried the chocolate glazed donut and I could barely taste the chocolate in it. Then I tried the red velvet donut with icing and it was okay, nothing spectacular. I also tried the coconut doughnut and the texture was definitely lacking and the flavor was blah. After tasting four different donuts, I didn't feel like tasting anymore. This was definitely one of the most underwhelming experiences I've ever had at a donut shop. I'd say after this experience, don't believe the hype! Just because you have a super fancy looking building with highly decorated donuts, does not mean the donuts are great. And in this case, the donuts are not great. I will continue to stick with Dunkin' Donuts.

After hiking at Red Rock Canyon we decided to stop here for a carb refuel. Pinkbox did not disappoint! They have a huge variety to choose from including, cake, yeast and croissant style donuts. The décor and atmosphere was very bright and inviting. The employees were nice and happy to make any suggestions to a first timer. I ordered Da Apple Fritter and a plain face Doughcro which was a glazed croissant donut. Both donuts were absolutely yummy with the apple fritter being the best I ever had. The apple fritter was a perfect balance of butter and crunch just yum yum. They did not have any indoor seating but they do have some picnic style tables and seating right outside where you can sit and enjoy your treats. My only regret was not buying more donuts during my visit. I 100% recommend PinkBox if you are in Vegas they are a must try.

I wanted to try this Dubai donut and I am glad I only ordered one because it was dry and I didn't like it. But maybe other people will like it. I went in the drive thru and this was my first time visiting this location since they've open.

I went to use up a $5 gift card. I was able to get 5 og donuts for $5.10. I'm not a fan of donuts but my husband is. I was surprised to see how small the inside was. I'm used to dunkin which has seating inside. Guess that would be a waste since there was no one inside on a Sunday morning.

Pinkbox Donuts is a solid spot for donuts, especially if you're into specialty options--they even have Golden Knights and Raiders-themed ones. I usually stick with the classics like glazed and sugar; they're super light and fluffy. The freshness can vary depending on when you go, though. Some of their specialty donuts are a bit too sweet for me, but a few of their old-fashioned cake donuts hit the spot too.

This is a great Pinkbox Doughnut location. They have a great selection of doughnuts. All the doughnuts I ordered had an amazing flavor. The staff were very patient, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment, if you enjoy doughnuts.

Huge pink box with giant lobby. It was nice and the employees were great given the busyness and the screaming and loudness of all the kids. Super long wait. My family and I decided we're going to stick to the one on lake mead and rampart, you get in and out and you just can't beat that.

Huge variety to choose from ; from your well-know common named donuts to specialty donuts! We all love them! Service was great, the front person dude was patient and accommodating enough to answer our questions, and the ambiance and design of the place is super CUTE!!! Can't wait to visit again, definitely the highlight of Vegas for my little kid.

Great donuts. It was recommended by our friend that regularly visit Las Vegas. Since we only visit the area once in a blue moon, we thought we'll try to see what the hype is all about.

I stopped in through the drive thru since it was raining. The location is open 24 hours and didn't have a single donut I wanted. They should have all donuts available since it's open 24 hours. Everything is also overpriced

Congrats on your grand opening! Two weeks new. What a beautiful location. See pictures. If you are following, you know that this trip is all about spoiling my daughter with donuts. Quality/Quantity - Today we got the following, a 6pk (10% off when you buy 1/2 dozen): Purple Rain - Wow, so moist! The ube was not too pronounced, but I was still able to taste a faint flavor. Either way, this was my first donut and it did not disappoint. Unicorn - My daughter chose this. It was just okay. I am not a chocolate person, so I guess the pink velvet was a good compromise. Raiders Football - Obviously my choice. Go Raiders! This was so good. As good as the Purple Rain but in a different way. Moist and the Bavarian creme filling was amazing! Perfect amount of sweetness, not too sweet. Blue Face Dough Cro - Sorry, we did not enjoy this at all. Maybe because we ate it last and it stuck to the box... Good news, very generous glaze, lol. Again, maybe because I ate this last, it was NOT fluffy. The cro layers might have settled. It was messy and not easy to eat and it just did not wow us. Mr Blueberry - This was good, but way too sweet for me. I need an extra cup of coffee to eat this, lol. She's Hot Honey - I really like Mike's Hot Honey. Next time it is available at Costco, I am buying a gallon! This was not as good as I expected it; maybe my expectations were too high...? This donut even got bagged separately. It was not hot/spicy at all. And the chewy bacon sprinkled on top threw me off. Going for the VooDoo Bacon vibe? Atmosphere - Beautiful new location. To-go only. Love the organized display case. And that you were NOT busy, so we could take our time selecting. Drive thru is almost fully built out, so will be opening soon. And the drive thru will be 24 hours. This location is open 24 hours, well I guess after the drive thru is finished. Service - Excessive team members, as they are still training. Two people greeted us and helped us, plus the cashier. The cashier seemed experienced. I could not tell who was the trainer as most of the other team members (4) were just standing around talking. Price - $17.44, reasonably priced for what we got. Actually inexpensive compared to all the other "donut" places my daughter is making me take her. See other reviews. Our first trip to Pinkbox and we weren't disappointed. Quick trip through the drive thru with no wait. The donuts all looked great! My favorite was the chocolate one filled with vanilla custard. Yummy!!

I was craving a donut holes this particular day. The donut holes are actually very dry. Became a super fast they were prepackaged, but yeah, they're very very dry. You have to have something to water them down. Definitely not a fan of cake donuts that's for sure but that's all they had. Otherwise, the service is good. This whole store is adorable. I love the drive-through. I love the window the big pink donut with sprinkles.

I'm so happy to have a Pinkbox here. The service was amazing. The manager was polite, the employees were gracious, and working hard to memorize every donut by name. This seems like a monumental task. Great employees working, really smiley. Quick to help. Location was spotless. I ate two donuts . This is the best food for a mood shift. Totally suggest the call to action. Probably the cutest Pinkbox store. Has a 24 hour drive through. Service was excellent. Large display window with all the donuts they offer. So colorful inside. The store also sells Pinkbox merchandise such as hats and t shirts. The donuts always taste good. Went in at 6pm to order and the donuts were fresh.

Plenty of selection...about 100 of them! Friendly staff and clean place. Small store and outdoor seats & tables when it's summertime over 100 degrees were useless.

It has been a while I been to this location, I took my family here and they were so pleased. Donuts where so fresh and delicious, inside was so clean and organized and staff is so friendly too, I will suggest this location to my colleagues and other family members

What an extremely clean and beautiful pink box ! It was so inviting to enter,it is a feeling of happy inside . The service was quick and efficient ,who ever is managing is doing a wonderful job ! When a place is clean inside and outside like this location , it is appreciated and people will return . Hopefully it remains like this ! The donut selection was plentiful and tasty ! Everything was available ,another plus !

The donuts here are very creative and tastier than they look. Many of these donuts are loaded with lots of icing and sugar. I tried a buy a few that weren't too sweet and this was no easy task. I really enjoyed the peanut butter and jelly and the cinnamon sugar raised. Also had the Bavarian crème filled. The donuts had a lot of creativity to them. Overall, I enjoyed them.

Since I am unable to respond to the company's response I will be writing a review for the dishonest response I received. I spoke to two employees who both refused to take my cash because they said it was shift change. They told me there was nothing they could do and that it was company policy. At no point did my passenger offer card payment since we did not have that option to pay. We only had cash. I did not "storm off" I was told I needed to come back in 30 minutes if I wanted to pay in cash. I absolutely do not appreciate this dishonest and disrespectful response!

We all know about the doughnuts already. Unbelievably good. They really live up to their slogan. So good you'll lick the box. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Yaslin. She was so great and pleasant taking my order. Such a friendly person with an amazing personality and smile. She is a complete and total asset to this location. :)

I was thrilled to see this Pinkbox was finally open! The exterior is so fun and inviting. You just know you are going to be in a donut wonderland inside! I was not disappointed! The store is very clean and has a nice lobby space. There is room for people to line up, which I am sure is the case. Luckily, I had the store to myself on a Wednesday at 1:30pm. Odd time for donuts, but I was enjoying my day off. Andy greeted me when I walked in. He was so personable and pleasant. It's nice when you sense the staff are happy to be there! I ordered 4 donuts and one was the Snickers Bar which is loaded with peanuts. Andy asked if it was ok to put that donut in with the others in case there was an allergy issue. I have never been asked that at any donut shop! In addition, he actually changed his gloves after handling the Snickers Bar. I don't have peanut allergies, but Andy said he didn't want any chance of contaminating the other donuts in the case. WOW!! I complemented him on being so conscientious and he was happy to hear that and that I even noticed. That made me definitely want to write a review and give Andy a shout out!! Keep doing what you are doing Andy and I hope to see you next time I pop into Pinkbox in Boca Park.

Such a fun place.... We always order the same thing and it's fun how they have gotten to know who we are. Their service is ALWAYS spot on! It's fun to watch as customers take picking front and inside of their cute giant donut , but the best part is the consistency at the donuts always being perfect! Angie is always there to great us with the biggest smile ... she is a big asset to customer service

This place is so cute and so welcoming. The staff immediately made us feel like family, my little girls were so impressed and amazed by it all. Isaiah and Angie made the kids feel like little princesses in a pink heaven. Plus the donuts and coffee are delicious. This place is a must if in town. Bonus it isn't too hard on your wallet either!

Super disappointed in this location. Every time we go here our donuts taste and look like they are the oldest ones. I was very excited about this particular location because of the drive thru option and not having to take out the kiddos but we might have to stick to the Lakemead and buffalo location down the street.

The moment they saw the box, they knew something special was inside--and they absolutely loved it! Now, I'm thrilled to have a location closer to me. Amazing service and awesome donuts! My son is in love with the cherry lemonade here so he wanted that served as a beverage at his birthday party. So I came in today and asked if I could get two gallons and she said they don't do that, but she will find a way to do it for us. So nice! She made it happen and kept the birthday luck streak we were having we had the best time getting all the birthday donuts and lemonade thanks to the fun and great service we got, thanks for making my son's 13th birthday everything he deserves!

Delicious donuts and a very convenient drive-thru window at the Rampart in Boca Park location. Service was very friendly and fast during the morning rush hour and it wasn't too busy in the drive thru lane. Randy provided excellent customer service.

I recently received a text from the Pinkbox rewards program. The text told me that I could come in and pick up a free doughnut for my birthday! So today as I was passing by I decided to stop in and take advantage of the nice gift. We have been customers of Pinkbox locally for years and love their doughnuts. Now that this location is open, this is where we get our Pinkbox. I have been a member of their rewards program for awhile and it's nice to get a cash reward towards your purchase, just for buying what you already like! Yaslin was working tonight and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and helped me decide what to get. She gave me my birthday doughnut and checked me out with a smile. It was just nice to be treated so well and all for coming in to get a free doughnut.... You rarely even run in to people who seem to care about your experience as a customer anymore. But I am not surprised, because we have always had good experiences at any Pinkbox location we go to!

Being disabled, I Placed my order online for pickup. They gave me a time it would be ready. But since I was parked in front, all I did was walk in and they got it ready. It wasn't for me, so I can't review the taste. But overall, service was great!

We come here 2/3 times a week for a quick after school treat. The staff is always very nice and the wait it short. Angie is very friendly every time I see her

We love Pinkbox, and this was our first time at this location! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The greeting was immediate, and the service was incredibly friendly. Angie, who helped me and my son, was so patient and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions with a smile. The donuts were, of course, delicious as always! We'll definitely be back!

My very first time trying this place. Donuts were not bad however, the girl taking the order gave me an incorrect order (three wrong), highly recommend you check your order before leaving. Very disappointing because when I called to bring this to their attention so they could make it right I got an automated message saying they don't take phone calls because they're "too busy helping customers" (lol) which was odd cause literally nobody was there when I drove through. Very disappointing to drive all the way home and realize that my order was botched. Donuts weren't that great to offset the botchery and lack of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
