Pinkbox Doughnuts

This is my first time trying pinkbox doughnuts.  Upon walking in, it is very inviting.   So much varieties of doughnuts to choose from. The lady who helped me was super nice and provided great recommendations.  I did pretty good and limited myself to four. I tried: 1.  Love my PB&J - It was alright nothing special.  PB&J ratio was off.   Jelly was only on one side.  Peanut butter was on top. 2.  Plain face douchcro  -  Honestly this one was pretty dry. 3.  Chocolate Ol Fashioned - overly sweet 4.  Crème brûlée - a pass for me. Nothing popped or made it stand out.   It was just a custard donut. The donuts were mediocre at best. Over priced and nothing special.  I came in the morning so the donuts should have tasted fresher.   I feel like this place has been over hyped by social media.  The place and people are cool.   I think I just expected more.

I will admit the aroma is captivating! The colors catch all of your attention! But the vibe is so fun and unique, uplifting and carefree! Th e different flavors of doughnuts are somewhat unique, but you have some that are very similar, I would even say nostalgic… On this visit I tried the limited edition Dubai chocolate doughnut, crème brûlée doughnut. You can also sign up for the rewards program (free doughnut on your birthday) along with other perks. If you have never been to Pinkbox Doughnuts, you should definitely give them a try!!!

Ordered Father’s Day donuts through Uber Eats to gift for the special occasion but it was a waste of $27. No idea why Pinkbox would pack the #1 DAD donuts upside down, clearly ruining the frosting decoration. Other donuts ruined as well. I specifically asked for packing to be separated but they did not follow my request. Uber Eats did not care since I received the order. Very disappointing.

Pinkbox Doughnuts is an awesome spot with delicious treats and a fun, eye-catching vibe! The bright colors and twinkling sprinkles make it stand out, especially at night. We got a half dozen, including the classic Pink Poop, and loved the creative and hilarious names of their doughnuts. Highly recommend if you're craving a sweet treat!

Pinkbox Donuts is a fantastic spot! The staff is super friendly, and the donuts are not only delicious but also look amazing. Their merchandise is pretty cool too. Definitely worth a visit!

We visited Pinkbox a yr ago! It was the opening day! It was nice , fun , can’t wait to go back ! Donuts were big ! And very good

Fresh! Fast and delicious too. The girl that helped us was as sweet as the donuts, so helpful and patient for my 1st time! They have a selection I've never seen before. The Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Roll was still soft and delicious 3 days later! The Vanilla Cold Nitro with a pinky was delicious with a real burst of energy right in the middle of the day. I even took a picture with the pink swirly thing lmao. I'll be back again and next time I'm getting one of those shirts that say "I licked the box!", because I almost did it was too good. Worth it!

We really enjoyed Pinkbox Doughnuts. We loved the lively and bright atmosphere. The service was also great. The lady who helped us was so friendly and we didn’t feel rushed choosing through their huge selection. The doughnuts were so cute and they’re huge. They were not too sweet and definitely fresh. I was hoping they would be softer. They were a bit chewier than I thought they would be, but honestly not a deal breaker. Definitely worth a try.

Beautiful bright pink building. Staff were nice and donuts were amazing. Have not tried any drinks but that's next on my list.

It's sucks that they close till 1am but if you go at 8 pm they only have couple of donuts to choose from! Why will they close late if they are jot going to keep making to have a variety to choose from.... Reading the manager answer to my review make me even more mad.! According to him I am lying? I mean why will I make up a story? I love those doughnuts But is frustrating to go to a place that you think because they close late they will have a variety of what they sell...

Friendly service, however, they were out of Porky's when we went. If it's a popular item, you should stock up!

We order these donuts for delivery so I am not sure about the inside or service. I will say every time we order the donuts are perfection! We get mixed box and it always has new flavors that the whole family ends up loving

Every time I go in to the W Craig Rd location I'm excited to see Amara. Her customer service is something that all employees should have and she makes me feel valued. You can tell that she loves her job and is treated well. Thank you for having employees like Amara! That girl deserves everything good!

Had to grab donuts for the office. Birthday celebration for a colleague. Usually management goes so I've never had to get a dozen (just single donuts) so I was a kid in the candy store! So many options and great combos! The ladies were cheery and friendly and I liked that! Very clean location and easy to get in and out of there which was great. Donuts are always a crowd pleaser!

First and last time going to this place. The donuts are just flavorless rounds with excess toppings to make up for the lack of flavor. The Ube donut tastes like a purple donut with no ube flavoring. It's trying to be Voo Doo donuts and they are also overhyped. The kicker was the girl that helped me that was working both the counter and the drive through. She was talking to the drive through and when I waited to order, she smugly said "you can tell me what you want I can hear you." Well I told her what I wanted and she gave two donuts I didn't ask for because she's just so great at multitasking anyway, if you want mounds of sugar on plain fried dough and also not get what you ask for, then hit up Pinkbox on Craig

Once again I got great overall service. Kayla was the manager on duty and provided excellent customer service and explained to me how the perks program works. I feel the service is better at this location than to the others I have been to. A lot of attitudes from employees I've noticed at others, but always happy people at this location. The donuts are always amazing and it's always clean when I come to visit. I will be back next month to visit again. Thank you

Quick and service was ok. I was greeted and gave my order. Paid and entered my phone number for the rewards program. I've been to a few Pinkbox Doughnuts and I love the decor in here. It was clean. Definitely will return when I need dozen orders for when I visit my Teams.

Yes, these doughnuts are huge. Yes, they are super sweet. Yes, you should go get some...maybe share, but maybe don't. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered on Postmates last night, and my doughcro pee weez were disgusting. They were so hard, and dry. So disappointing. Definitely showing there's a lack of quality control.

Pink Box Doughnuts has around a dozen locations and food trucks in Las Vegas. They offer many interesting highly decorated doughnuts that children of all ages love to order. They also offer all kinds of coffees, cold brews and other things and merchandise. The doughnuts were all impressive looking. This location doesn't have any seating inside. One bench overlooks the parking lot. This location is very slow and not efficient on our visit. Only two or three orders were before us and it took twenty minutes to leave. They also accidentally gave our order to the people before us. Those people had our doughnuts sitting on top of their box and they took them anyway. We eventually got replacement doughnuts. I tried the John Lemon Doughnut. It looked pretty but I didn't like the lemon marshmallow cream on the top. But I thought the artificial lemon curd inside was even worst. The doughnut seemed stale too. I couldn't finish it. My husband tried a Snickers Doughnut. It also seemed old and stale. The Pink Box Doughnuts sure look a lot better than you know who (D.D.) but really are about the same in quality. I'd recommend these doughnuts for children and children's parties. They offer a lot that children get a big kick out of like the poop shaped doughnuts.

I wanted to love this place. It was new to North LV and had pretty, glowing, colorful sparkles outside. Couldn't be that bad right?! Well the donut selection is beyond subpar. The donuts looked nibbled on. The customer service was pretty much obsolete. It was my birthday and I wanted to love it, I really did. But it wasn't worth the trip. I went for my birthday donut but they were all sold out sad when I asked if they'd get more in the employee just shrugged. The only take away was the free donut that I really didn't want but settled for Don't waste your time

FOOD MOOD: Donuts!! This Pinkbox on Craig and el Camino is my daughter's favorite it's very nice and clean and love the doors!! Always a great experience when we come friendly staff and loveeeee their donuts!

I came in at 4 pm and purchased a half dozen donuts. I enjoy the classic types of donuts so I ordered a maple bar, a glazed, glazed twist, 2 porkys, and one plain donut. I started with the plain donut because I figured if that one is good the rest should be incredible. At the first bite I was hugely disappointed, the donut pretty much crumbled in my mouth. The donut itself was hard to the touch and just had no real moisture. It was not a good plain donut. The remaining donuts were good, I really enjoyed the Porky.

Good service & DELICIOUS DONUTS & pastries. Liked the way they displayed the treats, however I was at the new store on Oso Blanco.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had recently. I had the opportunity to visit the PinkBox location on Craig the other day, even though I'm not usually in that area. I typically go out of my way to visit this specific PinkBox because I appreciate the excellent service and cleanliness of the store. The management and employees are always friendly and welcoming.

I just flew in from Seattle and this was the first stop we went to...now i regret it. We drove right up to the front and parked, the guy standing behind the cash register stared at my kids and I while we were getting out of the car only to come up to me while we entered and said the lobby was closed and we had to go through the drive thru (it was a little after 10PM, a Thursday night).that threw me off since there were maybe about less than 10 people in there - some together- and there was absolutely no sign that said they closed the lobby at any time. so then, we stood at the door since my kids wanted to see what donuts they had... then two other workers came out like we were doing something bad! WTF?! i felt discriminated against as hell! Work on your customer service skills jerks. i loved pinkbox when i used to live here but forget it, this rude behavior is what loses customers.

My kiddos & I decided to go first thing in the morning, drive thru seemed to be super busy but looked like the cars were coming in & out w their donuts super quickly!! When you first walk in, it's seriously SO CUTE & SO CLEAN!! The donuts are also super yummy!! We bought 6 any donuts & got 10% off! Super fun experience, & actual yummy donuts! We'll be back for sure!

Awesome selection and Quality taste. The selection taste very fresh and staff is by far the best. I frequent this establishment often and ALWAYS greeted with a smile and acknowledgement of my presence. My last visit I was greeted by Crystile and I was very impressed with her positive attitude and knowledge of the selection. She was GREAT. Overall, this is by far one of the many establishments I visit with such friendly staff.

Love this location. Always friendly and fast service. The manager is an absolute sweetheart. I pick up doughnuts for my work every week and even when they are super busy I always receive great service. Keep up the great job. Doughnuts are fresh and great variety

We absolutely LOVE pink box! My favorite color is pink so even more so we love pink box! Service is always on point! Everyone we came across so far has been friendly, and nice. Sometimes though the music can be playing too loud so i feel like im yelling at them when im placing my order LOL! We love all the bright colors inside. The kids absolutely loves the sprinkles on the walls, and especially the sprinkles in the big tubes that forms the line! Cant forget Pinky! The kids always asks to take a pix with pinky everytime we come here! We've tried just about every donut so far, but my favorite is the Nutella doughcro. If you haven't tried Pinkbox, you definitely should give it try! And don't forget to sign up for their rewards program!

The location I've never been to this location and I was up the road eating and saw that they were open late night so I thought I would come in and check it out VANESSA. The cashier was so courteous and helpful. We were confused on all the choices she spent time to explain what each of the donuts were in a little history on the company whoever owns this place you better take care of VANESSA. She's good people and you're lucky to have her and the donuts were amazing.

What great service I had when visiting pink box. Amara was such a great help. Very knowledgeable with what they had to offer and she had a smile on her face the whole time. She really made my visit pleasant and I would for sure be back.

Came here twice during the Christmas holiday in December 2023 - one was in the drive-thru, and another visit was inside. Both visits were late-ish evenings around 8-9 PM. My experience at the drive-thru was great - it was a Saturday and they surprisingly still had a lot of variety of donuts left. As a chocolate lover, I really liked the Java Mama. The second visit was very underwhelming - they ran out of 95% of the donuts and literally only had a handful left. We ended settling with what they had left, which were the 2024 / New Year-themed donuts. Honestly, most of them were eh and we didn't finish them. Definitely disappointed from this visit. I'd definitely come back and willing to try again, just maybe earlier in the day. Parking: Very easy - lot right in front.

Stocked with all donuts mid day when most of the other locations are sold out of MOST varieties! Super cute decor at this location, spacious inside when ordering and waiting. The display case of their donuts showcases' them all perfectly! Very clean and well kept location. I love the exterior design of huge sprinkles that light up. Just an eye catching location and friendly staff! Service was quick and efficient without compromising courtesy!

This location is our favorite coffee/donuts shop to visit. If you go almost everyday, you're still considered regulars right?? LOL. Amara & Angie are hands down the best duo. Mix their speed and sweetness and they're just like the donuts... awesome! (And they never forget about our pup too.) Always greeted with a smile and service is consistently great. Manager, Kayla, really holds the store to high standard and it shows through the upkeep, service, and employee morale. She demonstrates excellent customer service to lead her team. Pinkbox has great people, great food, and a cute aesthetic all around. Go to Pinkbox! You know you're there when you see the sprinkles on the building.

Doughnuts are great, there's a few overhyped. Try and preorder for weekends because they run out quick of the favorite. Customers Lines are not that long except for peak hours, and on weekends. The ambiance inside is comfortable. All pink and clean for y'all. They have drive thru available. Service was a little weird. David didn't the difference between key lime and Creamsicle. Not sure if he was playing funny with me because he swore it was the same one and argued me when I was on drive thru. To his credit this was the 2nd or third day they came out as the special treat of the month or some promotion. It was maybe about3 weeks to a month ago. I ended up ordering both to prove a point to him. And then he couldn't even admit he was wrong lol. I was Not even mad, I was just frustrated. Was hoping it was some kind of funny joke. Maybe impractical jokers in Las Vegas episode. My kids loved the donuts.

Service is horrible and I guess they are allowed to threaten you and get away with it as long as they are related to the owner. I asked for someone's name for a complaint and was then confronted and threatened by lead Marissa. Slapping her hands as she talked moving her head like a chicken. The caucasity is next level here. Give your money to people who actually value you and your well being. I had a review on here and the owner called and he was super sarcastic and just played the whole thing aloof. With his over the top voice and taunting me by saying he's "writing this all down" when I told him his employees should wear gloves and hair nets. Like come on. I would never ever ever come here. Employees do not wear gloves while handling the donuts, just a piece of parchment to pick up and they look unkempt and dirty.

It's international donut day and pink box celebrated it like it should be celebrated! The theme at this location is so great! The donuts on display looked amazing! Customer service was good. I definitely recommend the doughcros!

The donuts were amazing! They were fresh and had a huge variety. The Unicorn was my favorite (pink velvet). They have cake and yeast donuts. Several locations but a must if you like donuts!

The shop was large and beautiful. They had every donut I wanted to order on hand, which made me so excited! Some of the fancier ones were too sweet. My favorite was the churro one! It was perfect!

We were very much looking forward to this PinkBox opening up near us! Heavily advertised on social media, we finally decided to go & give it a try. The building itself is nice, new is alway so wonderful. The inside was clean with lots of pink & an entire lengthy display of stunning, well decorated DONUTS! For as lovely as the building was, the service there was not the best. We went on a Friday afternoon, it was fairly busy. I ordered 2 dozen donuts, predominantly for a birthday party we were going to later that evening. Ordering was a bit difficult because I had to yell over the donut display (I'm only 5' tall .) Additionally, the young lady boxing my donuts could barely hear me with all the excited banter from other patrons. When she had successfully completed my order, my donut boxes were pushed down to another young lady to ring them up. I checked the boxes before paying, as I wanted to make sure my order was correct. It was, but I was disappointed because they stacked these GORGEOUS donuts on top of each other, essentially ruining the decor! Words were no longer legible, 'Vegas' became 'gas', cookie topped donuts lost their cookies, smooth glazed frosting was smashed, etc. It was supremely upsetting as clearly the brand PinkBox, the bakery staff and the customers all seem to appreciate the fun & exciting donuts that PinkBox sells, but the 'donut boxers' don't care! We asked for an extra box on the way out, so we could hopefully fix what we could salvage when we got home. We also asked for a bag to carry all the donuts & were told they don't have any. Ribbon, so we could make the donut-present prettier & we were also told they don't have any. We asked for a PinkBox sticker so we could seal the box and guess what? None of those either. We settled for the only thing on the counter, a piece of scotch tape! (Small note: Donuts aren't put on parchment paper or anything. Straight into the PinkBox box, doesn't seem particularly sanitary to me. Also doesn't prevent the box from soaking through, as we all know most donuts are fried.) For as detailed as everything is for the brand, they fall short in a few areas. However the donuts were DELICIOUS, so 4 stars it is! They also have a drive thru, so that's pretty cool too.

Yelp Review 2023 #126: The very first Pinkbox Doughnuts location is on Lake Mead & Buffalo. I've been a customer since the day they opened because my office was nearby back in the day. I was quite excited for this location because it's closer to home. They're right across the street from Krispy Kreme! The audacity! This location is much bigger, has a drive-thru, carries more variety of doughnuts, Instagram-worthy (cringe) from the exterior (neon light sprinkles) and interior, and is open 24/7! Sounds great, right? Well, technically, yes. Their grand opening was on March 11th so they've been open a little under 2 weeks. I understand there are some kinks which are to be expected for any newly-opened business. I know drive-thrus are typically problematic for a lot of establishments and since there was a long line at the drive-thru and only a few cars parked outside the store, we opted to go inside. Bright pink interior, lots of lights, pink poomoji, and a plethora of doughnuts. BUT the floor was FILTHY! Sure, it rained in the afternoon but I went here over 5 hours after it had stopped raining - nobody bothered to mop the floor?! I question how clean the kitchen is and if employees even practice hand hygiene. Gross! This is not a grand opening issue. I think I'll just take my business across the street.

Walked in wasn't greeted the guy behind the counter just stared at us. I asked for 13 donuts told him which ones and he basically just put what he wanted. Didn't listen at all to what I asked for. Cashier also was quit and had this I'm over this job face. I let her know he put the wrong donuts in the box, she had an attitude and started grabbing the ones I said were wrong than looked at me with such uninterested of providing good customer service. Counting for the workers that helped me was also a struggle. Once I was finally rang up, she did ask if I had a rewards with them, I replied I did not and she guided me to add my number and I would receive a text message to finish the enrollment. Customer service was very bad and unprofessional. Price of donuts were good for the 13 OG Donuts, basically $1 with change per donut $13.95. The other ones that were all decorated out and had a heaping amount of sugar we passed on, not our style. Cool to look at but a heart attack to have. Looking for quality in taste and texture of the dough. As for the taste the donuts were hard and very dry. My youngest said they tasted stale. I however didn't finish the rewards because we will skip pink box donuts. It's a cool idea but the donut doesn't deliver. They also give you 10% off any 6 or 20% off any 12 donuts. Each donut cost close to $4 "speciality donuts."

Pink doughnuts really speaks for themselves I mean they have some of the cutest doughnuts I've ever seen , they don't only look good but taste good , service was fast here esp in the drive through I would suggest get there early and get your treats I love the design of the building , great for any occasion if you want a snack hurry up and get there Pro tip get the CINNAMON ROLL DOUGHNUT and thank me later

Love this location. Vanessa as usual was very helpful. She's always been smiley, interactive and just accommodating. Our fave location. Every donut is a must try. Samoas & john lemon are my fave. Vanessa thank you for what you do and I know you get busy all the time but you never lose your spirit.

The cronuts is where it's at. My eyes were bigger than my stomach which prevented me from enjoying the dozen purchased. They do offer a rewards program which may make it worth for repeated visits. Since this was a first and quick, non-resident visit my purchase consisted of the dozen specialty donuts, a sweatshirt and a hat was well over $100 after gratuity. Forgetting my niece is allergic to peanuts a few of the items were pb flavored and she could not enjoy any of the items due to cross contamination. This is really not their fault but probably something they want to consider placing any items that affect food allergies in a different package. Not a fan of the Ube donut. It's a cake donut and crumbly. Overall, love the layout of the store, friendliness of staff and fresh items best enjoyed the same day.

Pinkbox made its way to Restaurant Row in North Las Vegas! See this built from the ground up. We would go to the original location once a year but happy to have this new location so close to home. The lady working welcomed us to the store and helped us pick out all the goodies we needed for our family breakfast. Such a clean location and great fresh selections. We were there at 7:00 am on Sunday so we got the best selections! Can't comment on how busy they get later in the day. Will be back.

Amazing staff jayla and fatima were very helpful. Never been there and they were very patient with me finding the best doughnuts i was asking 100 questions. Polite and attentive staff, will recommend to friends and family. Great doughnuts!

This place is fantastic! The store is very appealing & full of interesting variety of donuts & drinks! A must go! I picked up a box of classic 13 variety for my family coming in from Hawaii! A chocolate covered long John, filled with some awesome crème filling & the only Vegan Orange donut with the most delicious inside. Don't know the correct names of the donuts, but cannot wait to try another dozen or more. A Super find of a Sweet Shop! Service is professional& all questions asked, explained! Very beautiful store in & out , open 24 hrs & Holidays! Go for it! You'll be Happy! Good to have on Craig Rd. in North Las Vegas, others coming or here in Valley!

pink box is amazing the employees treat you so kind and greet you with respect when you first in the door when I got my order of my donuts they were so fast and my donuts were put in my very donuts was fresh and I think pink box because all the other donut shops are horrible and don't have fresh donuts so thank you so much pink box
