This place has such a wide variety of donuts that I didn’t even know which one to pick and almost ordered a plain donut! I tried the apple fritter, which was absolutely delicious—crispy, sweet, and full of flavor. I also had a chocolate donut with peanut and caramel, and it was amazing too. Definitely worth a visit

This is one of my favorite pinkbox locations. Maybe because it's closest to me but the staff are nice. It is always clean. Like I've never seen it not impeccably clean. They typically have a good variety in stock and also they make the coffee here really good. In general the donuts are pinkbox are amazing though. So if you've never been, definitely go. Manager at my most recent visit was super nice training an employee to make my coffee. Great place!

I've been to this location 3 times since I moved to Las Vegas, and each time the service and food have been absolutely wonderful! Each time I've visited, I've been treated with kindness, and especially this last time, Bonnie was very sweet and made sure I was taken care of! I would highly recommend this location, and I'd recommend leaving a good tip! (I haven't had cash the past few times, but I plan to bring some next time I visit 😉)

One of the best Donut spots in Vegas, little over a 15min drive from the strip but worth it for the massive choice. Never disappoints. Was especially made up this time by the special Spongebob donut. Winner!! Even found the location at the Raiders stadium. Amazing specialist Raiders donuts.

I usually bring my kids here every few weeks. Maybe that’s why they were irritated but a twist the length of my hand is questionable. Smallest one I’ve ever gotten. My kids dirty twist was even bigger. They pick out the donut from the trays so I’m not able to pick which one I get. If the box is closed when I’m at the register I guess I just trust that it’s a correct order. It’s literally the length on my small female hand. Just a first. Just irritated considering they look and pick out which donut to put in the box. Maybe intentionally because of my kids in the store (some people don’t have a good poker face and a face of annoyance due indecisive toddlers are noticeable) but you don’t have to give mom a tiny donut in retaliation. Treat others how you’d like to be treated or else karma. And karma may be a future wrong lunch order, gross coffee etc.

Wow! These were soooo good! My family enjoyed them all. The workers were so friendly and welcoming.

Hello Las Vegas Foodies!! We were heading home tonight and we were craving something sweet. I have to say I was excited that when we ordered they had the ones we like!!! We drove through the drive-thru. Even though there was a line of people in front of us, the line went quick. We ended up ordering a few. The chocolate old fashion, the maple old fashion, apple fritter, regular old fashion and a dirty twist. Yum!! Bonnie helped us and she was awesome!!! She was friendly, fast and she asked us for our phone number so we can earn points. Tip: Get the app and sign up for pink box Points. You earn points when you make purchases and then you can cash them in for $ off your purchase. I love Pink Box!!! They always taste so fresh!!! I recommend this location. Check it out!!

Nothing necessarily wrong with the food, but just the customer service aspect sucks. I've been here two separate times and I asked for a small side cup of ice and then just now a little bit of water to make my son a bottle while I'm on the go and they express both times they don't do that So you don't have tapwater or ice available to make your iced coffees?

I loved Dubai Chocolate donut Labubu was too cute to eat. I was with my dog. They gave him a puppy cup. My dog was happy. We had a good service.

Great donut shop! The staff were super nice. The shop is super cute and clean! The poo donut tastes like a magical brownie! My toddler's mind exploded, lol! The texture of the raised donuts are very good! Got the pink sprinkle donut, the shredded coconut, & mocha coffee donut as well- sooo delicious. Definitely worth visiting when going to Las Vegas!

I know that you all know this is my favorite donut place but now all of the locations are privately owned. They're all different. The customer service is different. The value depends on how much you like donuts if you're if you like convinced if you like them light and airy if you like decorated or boutique donuts or if you want traditional, they have it all. I don't compare them to another donut store that I like, but because those donuts I like them at a different time of the day for a different reason . There is no restroom here it is handicap accessible. They do have a drive-through if they're not open late and early they are open 24 hours not for certain . I just ran in craving donuts and picked up four and the one that I tested in the car on the way home was a glazed twist, and it was old and when I mentioned it I came inside and I mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter. he was so kind to check the other donuts on the tray and he was like I don't know what's the matter with that one see this one doesn't feel that way and I just naturally grabbed it and I in my head was thinking he just wanted me to check it not realizing he was exchanging my doughnut for this new one and his response to me when I asked was this the one he wanted me to check to confirm the other ones were good or was this the one he was sending me home with and he said this is the one I'm sending you home with the one I just gave you in your hand. I didn't force you to take it.!

If you're in the mood for Doughnuts it is worth the stop. I thought it might be a bit of gimmick, but these were very good. I would get them again next time I am in Vegas. It was a bit out of the way for us, but I was glad the wife talked me into stopping. They were not busy when we stopped, it was after lunch time by then and we got these on our drive back home. The inside was quiet but clean looking, and they have a great display off all their "interesting" Donuts. They were all pretty good, but I think the creme brulee was my favorite.

What a wonderful donut place. Came to get Secret Donut (labubu), for my niece. Was greeted with so much warmth, team was very helpful. I was honestly supersized. Other locations need to learn!

I'm usually not a fan of Pinkbox and their overly sweet, excessively frosted doughnuts, but they're starting to grow on me. This probably isn't a good thing, because my inner fat kid salivates at the idea of a bite of their OG glazed or Oreo cream stuffed Blackjack, LOL. Their themed donuts are a lot of fun, especially if you're a local sports fan. They have Vegas Golden Knights and Raiders sweets for sale, especially during the regular sports season. Every major holiday will have a fun themed item, too! In the past, I've had very poor experiences with Pinkbox, mostly with quality issues. Time after time, I'd be dropping $3 to $4 each for a stale letdown of a doughnut. My best piece of advice to folks in Las Vegas: if you want a Pinkbox doughnut, go to this location and this location ONLY. It's their main bakery, so the pastries are baked fresh here. It's your best chance to get a super soft, super tasty, and super fresh doughnut. Your mileage may vary (and sometimes you'll get a sad doughnut), but I won't go to any other valley location now. Service is usually pretty good (but highly annoying that they still prompt you to leave a tip for simply putting doughnuts into a box...) and fast. This is a very busy location but don't be discouraged if there's a long line: it moves fast. Pinkbox does a lot of things right, especially with the pleasantly pink store décor. It's so cheerful inside, and it just makes you feel so happy! But let's get real: who ISN'T happy when you're about to stuff your face with sweet, yummy doughnuts??

I wish they would bring the blue face donut back regularly! Every time I go, they don't have it :(

Visited this location to get the full pink box experience and I did! The sprinkle door handles gave me sprinkle bumps. A wide variety of flavors and prices. There's 4 tiers, ranging from the standard donut to the extravagant donut. I chose the chocolate donut with Carmel coconut drizzled on top. Yes, plenty of donut shops (check out "the donut king" movie), but these donuts are masterpieces and make great party favors or to brighten up someone's day. My donut was doughy, which is fine for many. I like a little more airy. Just my preference. Hope you get the same joy I did when I visited for the first time. I always go to this location to redeem my birthday reward. Staff is friendly and the interior is clean. Fast service in the drive thru and of course, the donuts are delicious! I love the designs and they always taste fresh.

I kept seeing ads for this place all over Vegas, I just had to try them out. They are not you average donuts, they have a very large selection of interesting and unique flavored donuts. We were greeted as we entered, the staff was very nice and helpful and explained what some of the items were and recommended a good selection of flavors for us. We ended up picking 6 donuts and even received a discount on our box. For our selection we chose pistachio, creme brulee, s'mores, Mr. Blueberry, John Lemon, and the blow torch with Bavarian cream. They were all delicious, we did lick the box because they were so good, lol. I plan on coming back and trying their Pooh donuts. They seem to be very touristy and trendy, the location we went to was off the strip and easy to find and park. The prices were decent for the type of donuts you get, I can't wait to try more when I am in town!

Pinkbox is a raved favorite of our family. We get a mixed variety every time and my girlfriend loves the rewards program. We favor the apple fritters, Dubai chocolate, fruity pebbles, and red velvet. We always order in store and enjoy the friendly and efficient service every time. The ambiance is amazing and we love coming here.

Good donuts, with original ones, like my favorite, the blueberry fritter. The creme brulee one is really good. Same for the raspberry were the filling taste way better than the canned "pie filling" you get in other donuts chain. Feels like real fruit here. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Danielle is a great sales employee. She texted me to remind me that my online order is ready. That is service, right? Also, being a 24 hour store, this is remarkably clean and PINK! I always make it a point to buy more than 6 cronuts and more than a dozen of their donuts and chocolate bars combined. Pinkbox is my happy place here in Vegas. Wish they had this in LA or SD. There is something here for all. Now if your trying to be health conscious then you're probably going to want to make another choice. They offer a few vegan and gluten free options, but for these dietary restrictions you probably want to go elsewhere. For those that don't care about some carbs let's go on in. Not only do they offer all the donuts you could ever need or want you can have caffeine now. They brew a mean cup of coffee with cream and sugar as needed. You can sample of their brewed drinks, for example a latte, mocha, cappuccino. You can even choose to add a special whipped cream pink topping with a small donut all in a cup. Your choices are endless. Are you in a hurry? You want to slow down, they offer so much that you might actually miss something. Each month they offer a new donut. They observe all the holidays with special donuts that are limited to that month only. Now you can use the drive thru at most locations too. Sometimes you might not want to get out of your pajamas, but require coffee and donuts. No one will know what your wearing from your car side door as you drive thru and place your donut order. All smiles, if you don't have a smile you will. The staff from the moment you are greeted to when you leave with that sweet pink box in hand you will never be displeased. It's happy time, the staff must be indulging in their own goodness. Donuts make everyone happy and smile. Are you smiling yet?

Another favorite when in Las Vegas! Something for everyone but our favorite is Peanut Butter and Jelly. Can't wait to go back.

I love Pinkbox Doughnuts. They have so many different varieties, 31 to be exact. There's something for everyone. Some people like plain doughnuts, some people like their doughnuts over the top. This place has both and everything in between. The pricing is a little complicated. They place their doughnuts into five categories: OG Classic, Good Fellas, Fancy Pancy, DoughCro and Show Offs. It's priced according to which category the doughnut you want falls under. Also, if you buy a certain amount then the doughnuts are cheaper. I purchased a box of four and it came to around $13. I got the Buttermilk Bar, The Blow Torch, Sup Shorty and Mama's Tres Leches. The Buttermilk Bar was a little dry. The other three were pretty good. The Blow Torch is their creme brûlée doughnut. The top is blow torched and has that candy glaze. My favorite of the four was the Sup Shorty. It's a glazed shell stuffed with glazed strawberries and cream. This was amazing. It was like a strawberry shortcake in a doughnut form. I would definitely get this again.

First time trying out Pinkbox Doughnuts as our friends can't stop raving about them. We tried this location on Sunset Road and so glad we stopped at this location. Thank you to Zack who gave us his recommendations. He was so nice and gave excellent customer service. Zack and the staff here are all so welcoming. He told us his fiancé's favorite is the Sup Shorty so of course we had to get one. This too is my favorite from the dozen that we picked up. We bought a dozen mixed donuts. We tried the Sup Shorty (it's filled with fresh strawberries and cream filling), Purple Rain Glazed Ube Cake (perfect not too sweet), Vegas Cream, Pooh Chocolate Cake filled with Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Ol' Fashion, Lil Blue and others. All the doughnuts are baked fresh and so delicious. The ones we chose aren't too sweet. Pinkbox Doughnuts have many different flavors to choose from. We can't wait to come back to this location when in Las Vegas.

We came by on a Friday night and this is a very pink place. It was our first time and noticed the doughnut door handles right away lol. This location is clean and pretty cool looking. No seating inside but there was a Pinkbox Doughnuts mascot. The employee behind the counter, Zack was very helpful. We immediately notified him of our food allergy. He was very hospitable and we chatted about his experience with family food allergy. So he was very receptive and willing to assist us with anything. There are so many types of doughnuts. Some pretty crazy looking. Of course we got a Pooh donut lol. The Ube donut was pretty good. You could taste the ube and it wasn't overly sweet. The strawberry and cream donut was also good and not too sweet. We got a dozen and and it didnt last long lol. They also have a 24 hr drive thru and the pricing is very reasonable. GETTING HERE: Hey baby let's go to Vegas! Yelp has the address correct so I recommend navigating there as soon as you can. :) This Pinkbox is located on the corner of Annie Oakley and Sunset. Look for the 7-Eleven and a Chevron and you will locate the big, pink building! The parking lot is a bit wonky, FYI, as it shares parking with several other close businesses. Also, they have a drive-through! REVIEW: All right, all right, all right! Fantastic donuts and I am happy to say I have finally been to Pinkbox Donuts! When we entered we were greeted promptly, and a gentleman (I believe the manager/owner?) offered us "the best coffee in the area". My guest really did enjoy the coffee. So many choices of donuts! Where do I look? Which ones do I buy? The employees were pretty solid as the first thing she asked me was, "Which ones do you want for your dozen?" :) We just got a variety and I chose the ones that spoke to me (peanut butter, nutella, sprinkles) and they were really good. Not too sweet; just right. My only caveat was that some of their merch is only sold "online". They had a sample in the glass area, but it wasn't for sale. :( I really wanted the pink poof keychain and one of the coffee/hot drink cups. Very yes. Very much recommended. The service at this location is amazing! I had been emailing to change my order time and didn't hear back so came in and the manager was so helpful! She changed my time and had them ready for me when I got here! The whole staff greeted me when I came in and made me feel so welcom! I highly recommend this location! And again the manager was so helpful! Really appreciate her helping me!

Ordered some Pinkbox Doughnuts on May 16th around 8:00pm. I had a craving for some and they were exceptionally good. I ordered a Tutti Frutti, chocolate on chocolate, a Ube donut and also got a vegan one. The donuts were very good. They were fresh and I will be ordering from them again. Check them out. 9/10

Review #69 of 2024 6:20 visit on December 14th. A big thank you to Pinkbox for the birthday reward, the "It's ya Birthday" donut! I also grabbed two extra donuts for my kids to enjoy. I want to extend my gratitude to Celine, who truly exemplifies teamwork and provided us with such kindness and respect. She deserves a promotion--she's an invaluable member of the team!

The coffee and doughnuts here are very mid and I'm not sure what the hype is about for this company. All of their locations are sterile-corporate and they aren't pedestrian friendly. If you're walking here, you have to take a hike to find somewhere else to eat your order. I've come to this location and the Silverado Ranch location a total of six times and I've been disappointed each time. It's just... not good food but pretty good marketing. But I'm here for the food. Even Dunkin is better than this. But I'm more irritated at this location because I often go to events held at Cemetery Pulp and there aren't many restaurants or coffee shops to choose from within walking distance of the venue. This Pink Box location doesn't offer any seating inside or outside; clearly you're meant to get your order and get out as fast as possible. My mom and I came to this location together the first time, and she was unable to stand long enough to wait in line. There's nothing worse than a mother's disappointment, but the food quality and lack of accessibility (or even a place to eat!) really is disappointing for a restaurant. Aren't we supposed to enjoy the experience and the food?

Normally I have a fantastic experience at Pinkbox. It is located across the street from my lash artist so it is customary that I stop at Pinkbox after my lash appointment my favorites are The Blow Torch and Love My PB&J. Today I decided to add in a mini DoughCro to eat walking out the door. The minute I bit into it I was so disappointed. It tasted hard and stale. When I said to the guy working there that that tasted really bad and that it was hard and stale and not good...all he said was, "Sorry" and just stood there looking at me. I'm thinking...hey guy...maybe offer me a replacement as you proceeded to throw the other half of the bite in the trash. It was hard to even swallow the first bite. This is not the service I've become accustomed to at Pinkbox and I hope this is a one off instance.

Pinkbox Doughnuts has become a favorite naughty treat. I have to look the other way when I drive by or I will stop in. The variety of doughnuts is huge. I can't think of another shop in town offering so many different options. They have four or five cases FULL of options. Most are over the top, fun flavors. Their holiday donuts are always super fun. The 4th of July line up is my favorite holiday line up. This location is my favorite because they seem to have the largest selection and they have a drive through. So convenient for a mom with littles. Their cold brew is not bad and I love to grab one if I'm already here. My favorite donut is anything with a cake base or whipped cream on top. My toddler has to have a unicorn or birthday donut when we stop here. Those are over the top and super sweet. These donuts are extra and that is definitely reflected in the price. I don't mind for the occasional treat. They give a small discount for buying by the dozen and have a rewards program. Add a birthday in the app for a free birthday donut too.

All the donuts were in abundance, people are extremely friendly, greeted everyone that came into the store. smelled delicious in there. So much selection, MUST HAVE THE DUBAI it was so good, chocolate coating add the base, ate it before I left the store. We took a dozen and half home to Colorado, will be here again.

Pretty awesome store. The different designs and creative names are top notch, better eat them onsite, or within an hour or two...felt non fresh after that.

Who does not like fresh donuts? They do your boring standard staple donuts and then they do more interesting creative ones. The team at this location were friendly and ready to hook us up with dozens of little halos of goodness. The location is VERY PINK and bright. Be prepared for the brightness assault on your eyes. When I want donuts, this is a first choice.

Lots of locations nearby and different types of donuts. The apple fritter was really good and a pretty good size! Some of the sweet options were not bad, but not quite as soft as the fritter.

I Purchased roughly a half dozen donuts. But wasn't able to enjoy any of said donuts. Because my experience was marred due to the egregious oversight that the on staff employees had regarding sanitary conditions. I'll spare you the unpleasant details. Let's just say It was a situation involving an insect. I never wanted a refund just freshly made donuts that were not of the holy moly Donut shop variety. Unfortunately there was not a manager on site to assist me with receiving proper customer service. There's no customer service presents online, whatsoever. I challenge anyone to find a number to a pink box donut shop online where your able to speak to a human being or even an automated system or even able to leave a message to be contacted at a later time and date. I'm certain you won't be able to because it simply does not exist. I love pink box donuts aesthetics. That includes the interior as well as exterior of their shop. I also love their merchandise, but for donuts... I'm gonna have to stick with Krispy Kreme's.

My mother in law loves these donuts and I always try to get them whenever it's a special holiday or for a special occasion little treat. I like their donuts because they have vegan options (my mom is vegan) and their donuts aren't super sweet like other places. The service is always friendly and I like how the location is pink and cute on the outside/inside. They always have a deal and get your order out quick and fresh! Love their old fashion and sour cream donuts :) I took my little sister here during Christmas time to grab some hot cocoa and a sweet treat and she loved it!

It was, uh, it's a quick and easy experience. There were 2 servers and they have more donuts than I could count. They were all fresh and the service was quick and easy. I got an energy drink that I can't find anywhere else there and I'd recommend it since it's 24 hours so if you're looking for donuts and somewhere you've never been and something fresh, then Id check this place out. It's close to Sunset Park and Henderson.

You ever just have that time where you just have to have something sweet and you just wanna see what they have out there as far as satisfying your sweet tooth pink box is the place to go. They have some amazing donuts. They're not dry. They're just right and I love How when you talk to him through the drive-through their service is just as good as if you were to walk in, I just would like to say great job guys great job.

Pinkbox truck was @ my work bright & early this AM to let us choose a donut & coffee. I could see the truck a mile away! It's sooooo PINK & pretty! The girl working the counter was very nice. I didn't catch her name but she let me choose a donut & gave me a cup of coffee. I never got to try out their coffee though. I ended up getting a long, maple flavored donut & it was DELICIOUS!! The donut was nice & soft and fresh tasting. The maple frosting was full of flavor. We got a box on their way out & my maple donut was sooooo good that it made me behave naughty & I had a second one....sooooooo yummy! I've always had their fancy donuts so it was nice to be able to try one of their regular, basic donut. I'm a fan!!! Thank God work doesn't get us Pinkbox often because I'd turn into a Pinkbox donut! lol

Passing by this location so many times but never had a chance to actually stop by and try. I was always attracted by those pinks vehicles parked in the front of the stores. Today I actually went in to buy some . I love the smell when you come close to the store and enjoyed every moment inside. It is super colorful and nice inside. I wish I took some picture but completely forget about it. I took a box of for my kids. I tried to do most of variety since my kids are very picky. (I would eat every kind of Doughnuts but not my kids. Weird?! Isn't it. Those kids) Anyway I tried them all and I love them all. My kids didn't like the one with a black color dough. I am pretty sure there is the name for that one. They just liked regular with the regular kind of dough. I heard they have cronuts but I wasn't try those. Just stayed with my regular donuts

All of their donuts are always fresh and delicious. I don't have the stomach capacity to eat as many as I want, they all look incredible. The aroma is mouth watering without being too sugary or too decadent. The staff are friendly and always ready to create your custom box. This is a chain donut shop and still they keep the quality up in every donut.

My daughter reqlly likes the donut. Customer service was great. Place is nice for family and definitely i will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Jocelyn is the best employee ever really helped me out good customer service had a lot of good things to say about the company recommend what she thought was good and what is most popular that people order 10/10 definitely recommend pink box as a good donut shop and Jocelyn as the best employee (Favorite is the sup shorty)
