Very disappointed with treatment by what I believe was the owner. He was rude from the moment I walked in. Other employees were helpful but because I had my 7 year old with me he gave me an attitude. She wandered off for a moment and was playing with a little roller chair because I got a phone call and got distracted. He took the chair away from her so she didn’t want to cause any more problems so she sat down on the ground out of the way by front counter 20 feet from me not disturbing any one and he yelled at her at which point I was up there with my purchase. He was standing by a register so I assumed he would ring me up but he said in a very snotty tone that he wasn’t ringing up people. So I went to the next register and the guy was very nice and started ringing me up and I was apologizing for my daughter playing with the chair and that I was distracted by a phone call, the rude guy comes over and tells the clerk not to sell to me. I again apologized and using foul language he asked me to leave. From the sounds of his accent I’m guessing he is middle eastern , he was very unprofessional. Not sure if he is even legal to be here, but he needs to go back from wherever he is from. I have shopped there for years but they just lost me as a customer.

The wine selection is pathetic, two small stands of mostly California over priced wines and a few from Italy and Argentina. Very disappointing. SO was able to find Buffalo Trace , his favorite, at a great price.

This place has good selection of liquor and beer , but their prices is a little higher than other local liquor shops. But they do have really friendly staff and they are knowledgeable of theirs stuff.

I visited Pinkie's Liquor yesterday afternoon and left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was off-putting. I was loudly asked what I needed across the store, forcing me to announce my interest in allocated bourbons to everyone present. This lack of discretion was the first red flag. As I browsed, particularly at the front display, the situation didn't improve. Another employee confronted me with a rude tone, asking "What do you want?" while giving me a piercing stare, as if my presence was a burden. This approach made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Despite my intention to make a purchase, the unwelcoming and abrasive attitude of the staff led me to leave without buying anything. It's disheartening when you're ready to spend money, and yet you're treated poorly. Customer service is crucial in retail, and unfortunately, Pinkie’s Liquor fell short in this aspect. I won't be returning to Pinkie's Liquor. A one-star rating feels generous given my experience, which was marked by a lack of professionalism and basic customer courtesy.

Google
Very friendly staff and a particular employee is very helpful knows this stuff and has great recommendations I would describe him better but most of them are still wearing masks so I can't give him the due credit he needs. Very knowledgeable and eager to find whatever it is you're looking for whether they have it or not and if it's at one of the other stores.

Every time we go in they have fantastic suggestions for different drinks. We tried a vodka they suggested and it is seriously the best we’ve ever had and reasonably priced!! All the wines in the bargain bin have been really good too. They’re friendly, and they always help me find whatever obscure booze I’ve been sent in search of. I also really appreciate that they are one of the few places in town really enforcing the mask mandate. It makes me feel safe to go there, and we are going to get the kegs for our wedding from them as well as the reception next year. It is truly a pleasure to visit them each and every time!

Yelp
Finally made it into a Pinkies the other day, looking for spiked eggnog and curious what other liquor stores had besides Party Stop. I don't buy liquor that often but I love the spiced eggnog. They had the one that I have bought the past few years at Party Stop but at Party Stop it was $9.99. I don't know if it has gone up in price this year. In Pinkies I saw a bottle with no price anywhere near it so I asked a clerk and was told it was $17.99 so I passed. I walked around for 5 or 10 minutes scouting out the territory. I saw a bottle of Ouzo so I asked that clerk if day by any chance carried Retsina, a Greek wine. I really wasn't expecting them to have it but the girl did look it up and told me none of the local locations had it but she saw signs that they had had it in the past. Darn it! I asked her how long ago and she said she didn't see any sign that they had carried it for the last couple of years which means I could have come in prior to that and they might have had it. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. I have not found it anywhere in town although the choices are limited since the only stores that sell liquor are the designated liquor stores. I did happen on to some Manischewitz and Morgan David brands of wine so I bought a bottle of Morgan David blackberry for $5. The store is prices seemed on the high side so I probably won't go back unless I'm looking for something specific that I can't find anywhere else.

Yelp
Sad service, the lady was RUDE. I being my own customer who live in a different state then my husband (military) was told I could only buy one bottle. I'm like I have my own account, a different address, and can pay separate! Was told no, one per customer! This is CRAP!I I am my own customer!!! WTH ‍

Yelp
This is our favorite place to get our adult beverages. The staff is great and always welcoming. The shelves are stocked and organized well. Also, side note easy to look around if you are short. Very important to me lol

Yelp
Great place. Decent selection and they give military discounts. There's two in town. First time I saw it I thought it was the record store from "next Friday"

Yelp
Amazing and helpful staff. So many selections on beer, wine and liquor! They have demos frequently with reps from the companies selling products and have good promotions too!
