"This “pocket-sized” restaurant (its name translates as “small” in the local language), once a butcher’s shop, is located next to the historic Peškarija fish market, hence its modern and concise maritime-inspired menu. It has just a couple of tables inside, plus seats along the marble kitchen counter, and six tables on the outdoor terrace. For the full gastronomic experience, we recommended the tasting menu. The dishes served here are more complex than they appear at first sight with their distinctive textures and acidic flavours, while the pickled and fermented ingredients combine with contemporary techniques to create balanced, multi-layered recipes that are flavoursome and highly complex. The informal, welcoming service adds to its appeal." - Michelin Inspector

I enjoyed the tasting menu here about four days ago, and I am still drooling over the entire dinner. Everything on the menu was fantastic! My husband and I attempted to rank the dishes against each other the whole meal, and I just kept claiming each dish was better than the one before it I look forward to my next visit to Split so I can dine here again. I’d say they deserve a Michelin star ⭐️

Fantastic restaurant in the pedestrian area of split near the fish market. We booked for 4 people and had a nice table outside. The waitress Mia was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole tasting menu and recommend the wine to pair with the food. The plates are well presented and very high end. The decor and setting is smart and cozy. We had an excellent evening at Pinku.

I came here through Google reviews and could say all the comments are true, and much more. We were welcomed by a super friendly waiter, who gave us plenty of space to choose something to order, while also giving great advice- this kind of balance is hard to achieve, so kudos. We then were surprised by 2 of the greatest seafood meals I have ever had in my life, the oysters and shark nuggets - please try those, you will not be sorry. Pair them with great local wine and you will be in heaven.

UWow! What a hidden gem! Small, understated but exceptional! Their 5 course degustation menu was creative, adventurous and surpassed my very high expectations. The service was also incredible and genuine. What a treat, highly recommend 😊

The food was very nice, delicious taste. Unfortunatelly the portions were small and we were a little hungry after a 6 course menu (95€ per person). The dessert with three chocolate cubes was disappointed. If portions would be bigger I would recommend it for sure.

We discovered this hidden gem in the summer of 2024, and it offered a truly unique fish dining experience. We had the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic Croatian wine pairings. Each dish was exceptional, featuring bold, creative combinations, beautiful presentation, and gourmet touches worthy of Michelin-star quality. The service was warm and professional. To enhance the experience, we would have appreciated more comfortable seating and a more elegant atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. The current setup, with small tables packed onto the sidewalk, felt cramped, and the curious glances and close proximity of passersby detracted from the overall experience. As a family of four, we were all required to order the tasting menu (€95 per person), despite the restaurant’s casual street setting and the fact that it was far from crowded. While this rule might be reasonable on busy nights, it felt unnecessarily restrictive, particularly for the one teenager in our group, given the availability of à la carte options.

Best food I had in Croatia (big statement given that food is great here). They are very close to the fish market and serve only fish (no meat nor veg option). They have an amazing tasting menu, but you can also order a la carte (if you have to choose one dish, order the skate fish). I recommend making a reservation as they don't have many sits available.
