PiNKU fish & wine

The restaurant caught our eye with the Michelin 2025 sign. It is on a busy corner behind the fish market. We opted for the 6pm 4 course dinner. It was a perfect amount of food for us and each course was delicious! The waiter also paired a nice white wine for us. Fish is their specialty and each course was a special creation.

This fact shouldn’t matter but I’m opening with it…All of the outstanding food at this charming restaurant comes from a kitchen that’s probably smaller than your dining room table at home. Despite the tiny kitchen (or maybe because of it) every item on their well curated tasting menu is absolutely wonderful. Nearly all of the seating is outside where you can enjoy stellar people watching along the cobblestone alleyways.

Incredibly inventive cooking & a super atmosphere makes this one of the best places I’ve eaten this year. Great service. Their early menu (served at 6pm only) is great value for money. A great spot for foodies.

I enjoyed the tasting menu here about four days ago, and I am still drooling over the entire dinner. Everything on the menu was fantastic! My husband and I attempted to rank the dishes against each other the whole meal, and I just kept claiming each dish was better than the one before it I look forward to my next visit to Split so I can dine here again. I’d say they deserve a Michelin star ⭐️

Fantastic restaurant in the pedestrian area of split near the fish market. We booked for 4 people and had a nice table outside. The waitress Mia was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole tasting menu and recommend the wine to pair with the food. The plates are well presented and very high end. The decor and setting is smart and cozy. We had an excellent evening at Pinku.

Me and my partner saved the best for last and dined at PiNKU on our last night in Croatia. We started off with some great dishes recommend by our lovely waiter. It's a small space, when we arrived we where the only guests. It was could outside, low season and a random monday. By the end of the night we had tried everything on the menu as we couldn't imagine leaving with out trying everything. The food, the wine, the atmosphere and the staff - everything was exceptional. We highly recommended PiNKU if you appreciate good food. Definitely the best value for money for fine dining in Split!
