"This contemporary-style bistro is situated in Novi Beograd, a modern business and shopping district across the Sava river from Belgrade’s city centre. The menu features seasonal cuisine which changes throughout the year depending on market availability, including a small number of daily specials announced at your table and a tasting menu accompanied by an appropriate wine pairing  (one of the owners, Vuk Vuletiḉ, is a young, award-winning sommelier)." - Michelin Inspector

The MICHELIN Guide Belgrade highlights 22 restaurants in its new 2024 selection

"Pinòt, positioned halfway between innovation and classic cuisine with a wide menu. It produces fresh, seasonal cuisine, which changes frequently, generous portions and classic preparations presented in graceful forms. It is located in new Belgrade, the modern part of the city. The inspectors recommend the mixed fresh mushroom salad with cheese and extra virgin olive oil, fragrant and seasonal if you visit at the right time of the year." - La Guida Michelin

The best Serbian wines and wine-pairing recommendations

"Today, he is one of the most renowned international experts in Serbian, French and Italian wines (among others), as well as being one of the founding partners of the recently opened Pinot restaurant in Belgrade where, it goes without saying, he offers an interesting choice of wines by the glass." - Annalisa Leopolda Cavaleri

My wife and I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for dinner for a long time. The first thing that surprised us was the level of service. The care, attention and clear recommendations from the staff were beyond praise. The recommendations for appetizers and main courses were excellent and corresponded well to our wishes for taste preferences. The appetizer in the form of a huge juicy tomato was wonderful. The lamb meat was soft and pleasant, and the fish was juicy. All the food was delicious and we can definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Neither the food nor the service was good! It was under my expectations of a Michelin star restaurant. I ordered homemade pasta with basil sauce and homemade lamb sausage and salad. The only good part was the salad because of the sauce that was tasty. The sausage was too chewy and smoky and the pasta was quite normal. The service was not what I had experienced in other Michelin restaurants.

Everything was great! The veal toast on homemade brioche was super tasty, and the brownie was delicious too. I’d definitely recommend this place. The staff were really friendly!

Pino is a fine dining restaurant that truly understands and respects Serbian cuisine — not as inspiration, but as its core. The attention to detail is remarkable, and you see it right away in the tomato salad — possibly the most precisely made in the city. Everything is top-tier, but the way they treat simple things is genuinely inspiring. The wine list is essential reading. Recommended

Great place. Comfortable pricing. Attention to all details, from the decoration of the dishes to the tableware. All the staff are superbly trained, unobtrusive but ready to talk in detail about the food and wine at any time. High-quality service. The wines are really good, we enjoyed absolutely everything recommended. The foie gras and veal are beyond excellent, perfectly matched sauces, tender texture. We came for St Valentine’s Day and got a full celebration here. Especially nice that the owner of the place with pleasure communicates with the guests, we were also surprisingly pleased with the liquor compliment from the restaurant. We left satiated, drunk, happy🥰 We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much for a beautiful evening.

I was recommending this place to my friends as Michelin kind of restaurant, and happy to see they got Michelin recommendation. Small, cozy, well maintained place, with interesting food, innovative menu and great selection of wines, chosen by best somelier of Balkans who will probably welcome you there. Must taste.
