"It’s worth the trek to the ‘burbs for an honest Filipino meal at Pinoy Gourmet, and even more so for a refreshing taste of the halo halo. Here it is properly portioned with shaved ice, leche flan, bits of preserved tropical fruit and generously topped with ube ice-cream, adding a pop of vibrant purple color." - Megha McSwain

First-time visit. The location is quite far and feels almost deserted. Came with friends—only about a third of the place was filled with guests. You order at the counter. Food experience: • Pinakbet: Fresh veggies, but the meat was tough and tasted old. • Fried milkfish with okra and eggplant: The vegetables were overly oily. Requested vinegar dip, but what we got was bland, watery, and sweet—lacked the expected tang. • Dinuguan: Chunky meat cuts, but the dish was missing depth of flavor. • Caldereta: Not authentic; had a strong ketchup-like taste and included frozen-style potato wedges. We were guessing taste more like menudo . Came with steamed rice. Price is pricey . • Buko pandan (dessert): Just okay. • Coco drink: Average. The overall quality needs improvement—both in food preparation and flavor. Ambience was nothing special. Honestly, you can find better places to eat elsewhere.

This place has lots of potential for something really good. Located in a developing strip mall with plenty of parking (so far) next to a tea shop. It’s a quaint family spot with reasonable prices and the service really stood out. The workers greeted guests like friends, chatted with customers, and were very kind. However, what this place masters in service it lacks in flavor. The current reviews mention the food tasting like home cooking but I felt the flavor lacking just a bit; it left me wishing I had stopped by my tita’s house for dinner instead. That is not to say it wasn’t good, everything was cooked well, the meat was tender, it all just needed a pinch more seasoning/salt to bring out the flavors. Otherwise, the restaurant is decorated typically for a family restaurant and has a clean, modern aesthetic. I think this place could really become a premiere source of Filipino meals with a few simple improvements to their recipes. I’d recommend they perform a simple customer survey with each meal - maybe prompt customers to rate the flavor of their meal from 1-3 on the back of the receipt and then have them drop it in a basket near the door or register for the chef to review. Looking forward to see what this place can become, I see its potential and think it can really bloom.

I had the tapas, and they were great! Sometimes, the beef can be a bit too tough, but these were the perfect texture.

Google
It's under new management and it's a refreshing place for 1st timers or for a revisit. We tried most of their dishes and they are all yummy, tasty and delicious. Not salty but flavorful. Makes you feel like it's Mom's special dish or Grandma's specialty. Serving is enough for the affordable price. The place is cozy and the restroom was immaculate. Owner Ms.Lolit was phenomenal! Very friendly, and extra caring to guests. Phoebe who assisted us made our dining experience very comfortable. It's a great place to bond with family and friends. They also cater to special events if you want to hold parties or karaoke nights there. We highly recommend this place for delish Asian food that is budget friendly too.

I had the pork menudo. The food was great! A generous portion and fresh. Staff were friendly and very helpful 🙂🙂

Google
Delicious good and friendly service, but definitely needs work! I'll go back for sure. There are only a few things keeping me from giving full marks: -Food comes out very slowly. There was a private event that day along with catering when we were dining, but this can and should be fixed. Until it is, know you'll likely need to wait for your food for a bit. (It's worth it in taste at least!) -I had a turon and I am sad to say while not bad tasting it was the worst turon I have ever had. Again, it tasted fine, I've just had far better. $2 is kinda steep for 1 smallish not very fresh turon. -The music was tremendously loud. They did gladly turn it down at our request, but moving forward even when it's slow don't keep your music so loud that people coming in can't hear one another, or hear you when ordering for that matter. I am hearing impaired, but those dining wirh me also thought it was quite loud. With a few tweaks, this place will quickly become a favorite of mine, I'm sure. I'll be coming back!

Google
(since the reopen) This place is a hidden GEM in Sugar Land. I will go as far as saying this the best traditional filipino food in houston as of now. The Crispy pata was crunchy and so tender and moist. The bikol express was fatty and flavorful. The traditional dishes are represented too, and they even serve breakfast. You will need a nap afterwards surely.

Located in a new strip mall in Missouri City. I believe more Asian businesses will be opening within the building. The family decided to try out Filipino food as this will be the first except the fast food joint that serves fried chicken ;) When we walked in it was empty except there was one table occupied as we were early (it was after 1130am on Sat). The staff greeted us and told us to have a seat and look over the menu and once ready to order at the counter. Here was what ordered: Pork lumpia - fried thin egg rolls served with sweet chili sauce; these came out piping hot. Not bad but wished there were more filling. Beef pare - this was the family favorite; beef stew with star anise. The stew was savory and rich in beef flavor served over garlicky rice. Fried chicken - the chicken was overfried to the point it was dry. The sweet side sauce did not help too much for us to manage to swallow the chicken Pork sisig - this was an interesting dish as it was minced pork belly mixed with onions and peppers served on an iron cast skillet. The pork was more gelatinous in texture but the flavor was good Lechon (fried pork belly)  - I had to laugh at the name of this dish because it reminded me a pokemon named Lechonk so I was eating lechonk (lol). Again this was fried to the point it was dry and served with the same sweet sauce as the fried chicken Fish sisig - dish was the least favorite. It was  minced fish served with onions and peppers and placed on top of fried fish skin. The fried fish skin was better to eat than the minced fish. Overall the staff was friendly and the food was served fresh and hot. They brought us more rice for our table. Since this was our first time eating Filipino food, we may not have ordered the most popular dishes but we were adventurous and willing to try it. We will come back to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
I'm so glad I visited this place because I think I found the best traditional Filipino food in Houston, right here at Pinoy Gourmet! Tucked away in a shopping center in Sugar Land, TX, this place is such a hidden gem. From Noodles, to Sisig, to Adobo, to Crispy Pata and Lumpia, they have an extensive menu of traditional Filipino selections. Here's what I ordered: -Crispy Pata (deep fried pork leg) -Pork Sisig -BBQ Chicken Skewers -Pork Lumpia -Halo Halo The wait staff and owners here are also really friendly, and in true Pinoy spirit they treat all guests like family! 10/10 love this place will definitely be back

Yelp
Pinoy Gourmet: A Hidden Gem with Authentic Flavors At Pinoy Gourmet, the culinary experience is a delightful homage to Filipino cuisine. The dishes, from the savory Pork BBQ Sticks to the sweet and tangy Sinigang Na Pompano, are nothing short of spectacular, each bursting with the authentic flavors of the Philippines. While the food is a heartwarming journey through traditional recipes, it's worth noting that patience is part of the dining experience here. The service, though friendly and well-intentioned, tends to be on the slower side. This is an area ripe for improvement to match the high quality of the meals. In essence, if you're not in a rush and crave genuine Filipino dishes, Pinoy Gourmet is a charming spot that promises a meal to remember. With a tweak in service speed, this restaurant could easily become the talk of the town.

Yelp
Okay. This place is good, and consistently good. It definitely helps it's open in the morning for breakfast, because I am a morning person. I've been getting tired of my American breakfasts of heavy processed carbs on carbs in carb sauce and carb sprinkles, with 2oz. of meat. Once again, I must confess I don't seem to know enough about yet another of my heritages. As a kind-of outsider, but I think I know enough(!), I enjoy the food here that I've had. My mom didn't cook these foods, but my aunt is a wonderful cook. I never crave other people's versions of her dishes. I often feel sullen with others' versions of dishes. I'm okay when I can't eat my aunt's cooking because I can go to this place. From a good-home quality. It's very American friendly. But maybe it's also authentic enough because I'm hearing lots of people speaking Tagalog. Ambiance is clean. Bathroom is wonderfully modern and clean. Flatware comes in its own basket, and the table water is in a bottle. All that, but know it can be loud here, fast. Sometimes it's the music. Sometimes it's that patrons have filtered in. Filipino food is a combo of indigenous, I'm guessing, and definitely East and South Asian, and Spanish. Pre-Christianity, it was Muslim. Before then, idk.

Yelp
Everything here is so so good! They're under new management and it's been great! Normally I don't eat at Filipino restaurants because it's mostly disappointing but Pinoy Gourmet is the only one I absolutely love. We've ordered catering from here and have also dined in. Their BANGUS SISIG is delicious! (Better than Gerry's grill) Anddd their halo halo has so much flavor! It's filled with leche flan, ube halaya, jackfruit, coconut, and so much more. The restaurant itself is very nice and is in a great location. You can actually rent out the whole place for parties too which I plan to do for my mom's 70th birthday. Our favorite catering items include- Egg rolls Palabok Kaldereta

Lana N.

Yelp
The food here is so freaking good!! If you're in the area, HIGHLY recommend stopping by. The staff is very friendly and fun; they explained each item I was curious about. I loved every item I got and will be back soon!

Trish C.

Yelp
I have known this plaza for a while now but never went here. Heard from my cousin and friends we have a new Piillipineno food and a really handmade boba tea next door I have to give it a try. I must say. They have a lot of items to choose from and they gave me much! Order grilled pork belly along with rice. It is only $14.99 enough shares for 2 people! Highly recommend.

Yelp
In the heart of Missouri City, Pinoy Gourmet, now under new owners and management, unveils a tantalizing array of Filipino delights. From the savory delights of silog, featuring succulent meats like Tocino and marinated beef, paired with eggs for an all-day breakfast experience, to the flavorful street food BBQ, comforting porridge, and the delightful halo-halo dessert, each dish surpasses expectations. Embark on a culinary journey and savor the authentic flavors of the Philippines at Pinoy Gourmet--where Filipino cuisine takes center stage, promising an unforgettable dining experience. During their soft opening, a touch of patience is requested as they navigate the surge in demand and customers. While they are still getting acclimated, the experience promises to be worth the wait.

Yelp
PINOY GOURMET IS NOW OPEN!!!! They are currently under new management and the vibes and food are still AMAZING!!! Highly recommend to anyone that is in the Sugarland/Missouri City area to stop by! The quality of the food is still incredible and they have added new items to the menu so excited to comeback and try more! We ordered the sweet and sour fish, this was our favorite it was light and crispy and the sauce was the perfect thickness and the Veggie topping was still crisp. We also ordered the kare-kare, the beef was nice and tender and the sauce wasn't too thick.

Phoebee M.

Yelp
The food in Pinoy Gourmet is amazing! My favorite has to be the Dinuguan, longsilog and Crispy pata. The flavors reminded me of home with a serving size that is good for 3-4 people. The staff are accommodating, as well as the owner. It's clean inside, and the decorations set the mood especially the eye catching mural painted on the wall. 10/10!

Sasha P.

Yelp
I went to a party that had pinoy gourmet catering and I literally cannot stop thinking about this calamari. It was so fresh and crunchy. I am contemplating on ordering a pan just for myself. Also, the chicken lollipops were so freaking cute I wish I got a photo of them before people took them all!

Elizabeth Ashe S.

Yelp
I found this awesome Filipino restaurant just outside of Houston close to SUGARLAND. The seating area was clean and spacious. We were greeted when we entered and given a menu. You order at the counter and the food came out in 8 minutes. The food taste so good! It was a nice surprise how authentic it taste. We enjoy crispy pata, sweet and sour fish (my favorite), and spicy taro in coconut milk and served with steam rice. Large TV to watch Filipino channels and service was spot on. Try it, you'll be glad you did.

Marcus H.

Yelp
They catered one of our company events, and the food was delicious! Looking forward to getting the chance to try everything again at the restaurant.

Joel J.

Yelp
This Filipino restaurant offers an authentic culinary experience, capturing the rich flavors of Filipino cuisine. From savory kare-kare to crispy lechon, each dish showcases a perfect balance of spices and textures. Don't miss their buko pandan for a delightful sweet ending. Highly recommended for those seeking a taste of the Philippines.

Karina M.

Yelp
There are some things I really like about Pinoy Gourmet, and some that I think need improvement. The establishment is clean and inviting and has plenty of parking. You won't feel like you're eating at your Tita's house. You really will feel like you're eating in a casual dining restaurant. There is self-serve water on the side and this would be a great place for parties (maybe, one day). It has alot of potential. Ordering is counter service, kind of like Panera Bread. The food is pretty good but not outstanding. I think my main "complaint" is that they are a Filipino restaurant but they are holding back from being 100% authentic. Call the eggrolls what they are. They are LUMPIA. You don't have to Americanize the names of our sacred foods. If you're gonna go with Binagoongan or Diniguan-- go the extra mile and call Kare Kare what it is vs Oxtail soup. Maybe I'm nitpicking but it was kinda odd to me. I didn't enjoy the fried rice since it didn't feel Filipino to me. It was kind of like day-old chinese take-out. To me, Filipino fried rice is "garlic fried rice." I thought the lumpia was good, and I did enjoy the Crispy Diniguan since it doesn't have tripe and all those chewy pieces that I usually hate in typical diniguan. I do want to return to try some other dishes and breakfast. I wish they would also expand their dessert menu too. Turon with a scoop of ice cream goes a long way.... Or even just Magnolia ice cream on it's own. Just a suggestion. I hope they do stay open as I love to support local Filipino restaurants. Good luck!

Susie Marie Ose P.

Yelp
Attended an event at Pinoy Gourmet. Chicken Lollipop was so crunchy and delicious! The sisig is to die for, and the mural on the wall is so cute! The young ladies working at the counter were so friendly and inviting. The only downfall is that the restaurant is a little too small and can get crowded easily. But, the food is great and the vibes are immaculate!

ANA H.

Yelp
First time trying this Filipino food. Food was fresh and tasted delicious and restaurant was clean.

Jo J.

Yelp
First time here and did not disappoint. Great food, great ambiance and service was top notch! Family friendly, clean and parking is great. Bring everyone!

Caelum D.

Yelp
Food is great! I can never get enough of their lumpias, pancit was super yummy too. Service is friendly; food does not appear greasy nor does it leave you feeling that way which is great. Got an opportunity to try them out through their catering, was a big hit!

Salve A.

Yelp
Food is good, tastes like home cooked. Service is topnotch, as soon as I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. The place is very nice and the mural on the wall brings back so many memories back in the Philippines. I will definitely be coming back.

Daniel M.

Yelp
We've been waiting to try this place for weeks. They are only open on Saturday and Sunday! My Mother lived in the Philippines for 17 years and loved the people and native food. Got there and a bad omen we were the only one. I've also tried several around Houston and none were really that good! We ordered three things. Tapa, which is a beef I always liked as a child when Mom made it. Lechon which is a crispy pork and pansit! I just made Pancit a week ago, but wanted to taste their version! I also had Mikey with me and he is Particular about what he eats. They brought my tapa, and... Mikey loved it and ate it all! My Mother's was far better!! The pansit came out with shrimp and I was totally not impressed! Mine is 10 times better! Milton had the Lechon which was like pork skins and that's not how Lechon is. Oh well, still looking for good Filipino food!

Luis H.

Yelp
Had catering from here not too long and it was a hit! My favorite was the lechon - so flavorful and juicy. I cant wait to order from here again.

Peter C.

Yelp
Pinoy Gourmet catered our company lunch recently. They brought the pollo adobo, pancit with chicken, lecohn belly and lumpias. This was my first experience with Filipino food and i was sold on it. I fell in love with the noodle dish it made me feel wholesome. The pollo adobo was full of flavor and tender. Once they open I will definitely frequent the restaurant.

Jenny T.

Yelp
Land. Very huge portions. Food came quick and had a fresh and clean taste. Flavors were on the lighter side. Noodle dish 3/5 Very huge, just too bland for my taste tho. Spicy fish soup 4/5 It wasn't really spicy but a little kick. Lots of fish and they don't skimp out. Reminds me of the Szechuan water boil fish Breakfast plate with beef and rice 4/5 Tasty with the cut up fruit and veggie kind of salsa to add to it. Without that it would have been too plain. Halo-Halo 5/5 Late on the halo-halo train, but it was super tasty! Not overly sweet. There was Ube ice cream and also flan.

Jacob M.

Yelp
Food was amazing, staff was so friendly, and the restaurant felt very clean and welcoming! Definitely gonna eat here again!

Kenneth R.

Yelp
Currently under new ownership, and the food is to DIE FOR!!! I ate that mf like a 2020 Popeyes chicken sandwich during da pandemic. SHIT BUSSIN FR NO CAP

Charles H.

Yelp
Clean and spacious restaurant. We ordered 3 dishes, and sad to say, only the spicy crispy fish fillet is great. Lechon kawalli is not fresh. The skin is very Chewy and the meat hard as a rock. Is bland and very hard to chew. Squid - is too sweet for our liking. Although we were disappointed with our orders, we probably come again to try other dishes before making a final decision on whether to come here in the future for Filipino food.

DJ V.

Yelp
Authertic Filipino Cuisine at it's best! Come check them out. The owners are awesome! The place is clean and food are great! The pork bbq, sweet and sour fish, beef caldereta, palabok, kare-kare, turon are just among my faves, but there's a lot of choices!

Tracy N.

Yelp
Nice clean restaurant. Very spacious. I'm always in search for a good Filipino restaurant. We ordered 2 dishes. The pancit canton and beef mechado. Pancit was very bland. Not a lot of flavor and almost on the verge of dry. The beef mechado was better. The beef was very soft and flavorful. It has a good savory stewed beef flavor. I wish they gave more sauce. Pricing is not bad for the size. The pancit was huge but the beef mechado was not, but it's expected because it's beef.

Ernest N.

Yelp
Amazing Bistek! Modern atmosphere with an authentic menu that is easy to understand. Great service

Alice S.

Yelp
It's about time to have the BEST Pinoy restaurant in our area!!! Authentic Pinoy cooking at its best! Please try and you will not be disappointed!

Sir Oliver J.

Yelp
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough for people missing that home-cooked meal feel. The workers are all very kind and attentive. They make you feel like part of the family. Ambiance is modern and comfortable. I highly recommend the pork BBQ!

Jeremy D.

Yelp
This time was actually super good! I came back because I wanted to try them out again, and it did not disappoint. I got the adobo and tapa and both were delicious! The server this time was a young female and she was super nice! Food came out fast and I was able to bring it home for me and my friend to eat! Definitely give this place a try and find out what your favorites are!

Tutti S.

Yelp
Eh, it was fresh, but not exceptionally flavorful or tasty. It was just meh, to me, definitely could have been better. The person taking our order couldn't tell me what type of fish they were serving in the spicy fish dish. That should have been a clue for me, but noooo, I still had to order it. I was kind of disappointed when my order arrived at the table...not what I was expecting. The fish was unseasoned battered nugget pieces. The spicy part was a few sliced fresh jalapeño and chili peppers added on top of the dish. It's a place for someone (not me) to pop in for a quick meal and be on your way, nothing special.

Kimberly V.

Yelp
Pinoy Gourmet catered an employee appreciation lunch at work recently and have already had requests to have them cater again from employees. Service is great and food is superb!

Sabrina M.

Yelp
They catered our company event and it was so delicious! The lumpias and lechon were amazing. Really recommend!

Cathleen N.

Yelp
So I think as a Filipina, I may be judging a little bit hard because I grew up with this type of food. I'm giving this place a 3.8. Only because I wasn't overly dying impressed. Maybe I craved Filipino food for so long... I had extreme high expectations. I ordered: All day breakfast: Adobo: came with rice and fried egg. Just as I usually eat it. I just wish it was saucy! Although I appreciate that it's not overly salty. I like my eggs really runny so maybe letting them know how you like your eggs may help. Tocino: came with rice and egg. The Tocino isn't as sweet which I still like it wasn't bad at all. My husband didn't care for it, but I like it. House plates: Lechon Kawali: crispy pork belly service over a piece of lettuce and rice. This was good, can't go wrong with this one here! Crunchiness and tasteful :) Noodles: Pancit Bihon: stir fried noodles with vegetables and shrimp chicken, this was bland to me. I wanted it to have more of a taste. I'm said about this Apps: egg rolls. This was tasty!!! Always loved this had the perfect crisp not overly fried and was good! Definitely get it and try it! I wish I had more!!!! Dessert, I had halo halo tasty and yummy with that has Ube ice cream on top. Perfection, now they need to add red bean!!!! Overall, this is a place that is a good try. I probably need to give this place another go and try other items. I'm excited that's there is a Filipino spot near home.

Jezelle J.

Yelp
We called in ahead and Ordered here twice already I'm only giving 4 stars because as a final one. 1.) Because the lady on the front register doesn't smile or greet you when you come in. 2.)Menu is very limited 3/5 Kwek Kwek - they used the regular egg, I know the kwek kwek in Philippines they used boiled quailed eggs. If you used hard boiled eggs that Tokneneng. 5/5 halo halo- they used a lot of ingredient with ube ice cream on top. We also ordered pancit bihon, beef caldereta, squid ball, lechon kawali they are okay to me not superb! Affordable prices though. Overall, the food prices are okay. Good portion of food. I guess they don't used Monosodium glutamate(MSG) or maybe they do just a little bit. But food is okay for me.

Caroline T.

Yelp
42 minutes agoNEW We celebrated our son's 1st birthday and Baptism party here. The establishment was clean, the staff are friendly and the food was phenomenal! We ordered the Premium Party Buffet menu package with Chicken Mushroom, Pork Asado, Beef Mechado, Crispy Fish, Pansit Canton, Chopsuey, and that came with dessert ( Buko Pandan), drinks and unlimited rice. We want to thank the owners for a wonderful experience! We would come here again and again! ~The Perez Family

JOANNE M.

Yelp
I have recently found this under-rated gem & I'm glad I did. The place is very clean. The Special Lomi noodle soup was flavorful with assorted toppings like fish balls, kikiam sausage & braised pork. The spicy fish fillet was mildly spicy at best but still tasty. I really enjoyed the crispy dinuguan which is crispy pork belly in a tangy pork blood stew. My husband enjoyed the fried rice. The lumpia egg rolls were tasty morsels of fried goodness. Lastly, the halo-halo mixed fruit shaved ice dessert was delightfully sweet! Portions are good and reasonably priced. I would surely return to try other menu items. There's a lot to like here so I hope people will give them a chance.

Ruby T.

Yelp
Great service and delicious home cook foods! I am very please with the Pancit Miki that is loaded with toppings (exactly how my Dad cook for us), ,my husband enjoyed his Beef Mechado with perfect and crispy lumpia, and my daughter was very satisfied with her Shrimp Fried Rice. The Halo-Halo looks very simple but full of ingredients with super yummy Ube ice cream and leche flan on top.We devoured it in a minute. It is a family owned business so the you get a 100% satisfying service and friendliness. The ambience, cleanliness, and bathroom is a plus! I'll definitely coming back and want to try their famous crispy lechon and dinuguan!

Kat M.

Yelp
new to Mo City and was in search of Filipino food and I saw this place and was excited. It's located in a new shopping area behind a bank and a motel. I came during opening time and the wait wasn't that long and the staff was pleasant. I ordered some typical Filipino breakfast (longanisa and tapa). Price is affordable and I'll be back to try some of the house plates.

Alyssa P.

Yelp
It was ok... in all honesty... Filipino food is my least favorite Asian food. So I wasn't expecting to give this a 5 star. But I wasn't expecting 1 or 2 star. Food was mediocre. Wouldn't be back. The Thai tea was good though. Service was nice.

kaye g.

Yelp
I was craving for dinuguan and I was so happy that Pinoy Gourmet serves crispy dinuguan. It's really good. The grilled squid is a must-try. It's my favorite!

King T.

Yelp
I'm mixed with this place because their Spicy Crispy Fish is one of my favorite dishes to eat in general. It is the right mix of a little saltiness and spiciness, and is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, all the other things I've tried have been very sub-standard. Their fried rices are fairly bland, their pancits all taste funny (maybe it's just not for me), and their longanisa and beef mechado are average. But I keep coming back for their crispy fish because it's that delicious. One thing I need to try is their desserts because they look really delicious in their pictures. I'll need to make sure I save enough space in my stomach after eating all that crispy fish! Their menu is rather limited, so I would love to see them expand their offerings like Flipp'n Patties.

Jade J.

Yelp
My husband I had the pleasure of finding this place my accident as it's hard to find a good Filipino food place in Houston. The Food... - Pork Longanisa: Best one we've had in Houston. My husband loved it. - Grilled Pork: Good flavor, but really fatty. Personally, it was too fatty for me; however, if fat doesn't bother you then I would definitely recommend this platter. - Crispy Dinuguan: Another favorite of my husband's. This is his all time favorite Filipino dish and this one hit it out of the park. - Halo Halo: Delicious. I had never had halo halo and my husband hasn't had it for years - this was absolutely delicious and not too sweet. Overall, this place has a nice atmosphere and the quality/quantity of the food for the price is right. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Michelle D.

Yelp
Really love this place!! Stumbled upon it by accident when I saw a large sign that said "PINOY" from hwy 6. We're now pretty frequent visitors! Their fish dishes are my favorite--the spicy fish filet is one of their popular dishes for a reason! I also love the breakfast that they offer. I've had the chicken adobo plate and for $7.99?? You can't beat that! The rest of their menu is also really well-priced and their portions are generous. The workers here are wonderful and the place is really clean. Can't say enough great things about this place. Really happy we found it!

Krystle S.

Yelp
Cute Filipino restaurant in Missouri City. I found out it was located in a shop strip with other restaurants that I did not know was in the Missouri City area. I came in with my co worker and it was kinda busy. We ordered at the counter and waited for our food arrive and it arrived in a timely manner considering how busy the place was. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Fish Fillet with a side of white rice and it was delicious. The fish was cooked well and crispy and it tasted great. The dish is served with jalapeños which makes the dish spicy but it's not that spicy that it cannot be eaten. The plate is a pretty decent size. I could not finish it all and took the rest to go. I would come back and order the same dish or try something new. I really enjoyed what I ordered. The staff was also friendly and attentive.

Cathrine H.

Yelp
I called ahead and ordered the lechon kawali. It was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a majority of just fat instead of meat. It also came with Mang Tomas and some diced tomatoes, mango, and onions. I tried to order biko pandan and cassava cake, but the man on the phone told me they didn't have any and their dessert menu actually always changes, so don't go based off the menu posted on Yelp. I ended up getting their leche flan. It was super creamy, not that weird brittle texture that some places have. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu!

Yelp
Spicy crispy fish was delicious, and is one of my favorite dishes here. The halo halo is the best in the area. I love the all-day breakfast menu for lunch (tocino to longanisa). They're always playing good movies on their big screen. Love eating here!

Yelp
Love the service! Chris or Christian is amazing! My husband love the spicy crispy fish fillet. I ordered crispy diniguan, kwekwek, pancit Miki which is really good. Definitely will come back again!
