Placed an order that had frozen goods. Paid extra for packaging and our food still arrived spoiled. Their website says they don’t ship on weekends to avoid storage in a mail facility over a weekend.
Our confirmation of shipment was on a Saturday. Items were received on a Monday. Eight days later. You have to read to the bottom of their FAQ to see that they advise 1 day shipping. I’d be okay with this process if we were refunded our money for soiled goods.
But we weren’t. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is not typically policy. In the future, your website should restrict frozen goods shipments to 1 day shipping to prevent this issue.
Will not be buying from here again.
Edit: As a consumer we understand that there are possible complications. However, a great company makes it right when things don’t go as planned.
Changed to a 5 star review because the company was willing to work with us. Will order from them again (but probably stick to non-perishable items). Thank you Pinoy Groseri!
