Husband and I won a trivia game here back a couple months ago, and our prize was two hours of bowling, shoes provided, two appetizers, and 160 points worth of arcade games on a card(s). All of these things were printed on a formal piece of paper with the managers signature on it to show authenticity.
Anyway, so we walked in and walked right up to the front. We showed them the card and they asked what we wanted to redeem. I asked them back if we had to redeem everything all at once, or if it could be broken up into different visits. The woman told me it had to be used all at once. So I'm not entirely sure why she asked me what I wanted to redeem if in the end, it didn't matter and had to be redeemed all at once anyway. Regardless, she pointed us down the hall to the bowling section and told us that we could get started there and they could also give us cards there as well for the arcade section.
Bowling was fun, no qualms there. Although I will say that after two hours, my thumb was starting to get a little blistered lol. Husband and I enjoyed the different types of games You could play aside from just typical bowling. We did Christmas bowling, we did Angry Birds bowling, and we even played HORSE bowling. Fun! During this time, we also ordered our two appetizers. We ordered the loaded fries (without bacon, because I'm a vegetarian), and the mac & cheese bites. Our server had to take our paper with him that explained what we were entitled to, but after a while of him, walking around, but not returning the paper back to us, I had to stop him and ask him to return the paper back to me because that was the only way that I would be able to redeem the other things that were on there. No issues there, he returned it. He also checked up on us a couple of times. So we had a pretty good experience. We really enjoyed the mac & cheese bites!
After our two hours of bowling was over, we headed over to the arcade section. We were able to get it so that they divided the 160 into two cards so that I got a card and my husband got one card with 80 points each on both. Their selection of arcade games is a bit smaller than others, but we still had fun. There was one game that did take some of my points, but did not allow me gameplay. I believe it was The Walking Dead game. I swiped my card so that my husband and I could do double player, it took my points, but the game did not work as though I had swiped my card. And I did not want to swipe it again under the fear that it might continue eating the remaining points I had left on the card without allowing me gameplay.
In the end, we amassed a grand total of about 287 ticket points. Not much that you can get with that, but we did end up cashing them in to get some slime.
All in all, we spent about maybe three hours here. It was fun for date night :)
