This was our first time at Pinthouse Brewing on South Lamar, and we loved it! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. They also have a great selection of craft beers. The atmosphere is laid-back and friendly, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends or bring the family. We’ll definitely be back.

For a quick bite to eat, great pizza flavor combinations, and great selections of been on tap, this place is a great go-to! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and my partner ordered to hot honey pepperoni pizza! Both were amazing and the small size was just enough for both of us to have our own and get full. To top it off, we had the brownie sundae for dessert and it was so delectable. I wasn't expecting them to have such a good brownie honestly. I definitely recommend and will be back for more pizza!

We stopped by Pint House Pizza on Lamar in Austin, Texas, for dinner and the place was hoppin’! Luckily, they opened up a bar line so we could order without waiting forever. We went with a half-and-half pizza, perfect for mixing and matching toppings, and grabbed it some salads (I had the Caesar). I usually take a picture of the whole pizza, but we all dug in because we were starving. So the partial pizza is what you get a picture of this review lol. Finding a seat was the biggest challenge since we had a big group, but hey, a packed house usually means good food, right? Once we settled in, our salads arrived, and we grabbed our drinks. The pizza? Delicious. The Caesar salad? Tasty, but heads up—it’s got a spicy, peppery kick that was a bit bold for my taste. Still, a solid experience overall, and I’m sure we’ll be back for round two!

Great spot! The place was packed when we arrived, but we easily found seating and parking. Service was quick and friendly, and everything—from the pizza and drinks to the appetizers and salad—was delicious. A solid choice all around!

I've been to every Pinthouse location in Austin, Texas, and I take everyone who visits the city there. I recommend it to everyone! No matter what you order from the menu, it's guaranteed to be finger-licking good. The seating is casual, with long benches where you can sit anywhere you like. Whether it's a weekday or weekend, they stay busy from open to close. Just walk in, order your beer and pizza, find a table, and enjoy your drink while waiting for your delicious pizza to be brought to you. There are screens playing the latest games, adding to the lively atmosphere. It's always crowded--because it's just that good! Don't just read my review -- Runnnnnn !!!!

I went to Pinthouse Pizza with my boyfriend, and we got a half cheese half pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic cheese bread. Overall, everything was pretty good. The garlic cheese bread was solid. I really liked the garlic ranch dipping sauce I added on. It had a good flavor and went well with both the bread and the pizza. The pizza itself was a little too thick and cheesy for my taste since I usually prefer a thinner crust. It wasn't bad, just heavier than what I normally go for. My boyfriend really liked it though, so I think it just depends on what kind of pizza you like. The place had a good atmosphere, and would be great to go with friends because you have to order by the pizza. You order through a QR code and the service was pretty quick. I'd go back, but I'd probably have to be in the mood for an extra cheesy pizza.

Pinthouse is an Austin classic and long time favorite of mine. The big interiors with long tables and benches are perfect for any large friend gathering in Austin. This was the perfect place for my party of 20 people to get lunch without a reservation in Austin on a Sunday. I love every single pizza here, but my favorites are the ooh la la and the honey pear. (Back when they still had it on the menu, the Bahn Mi was my favorite). No matter your preference of pizza, a must must get is the jalapeño ranch (or normal ranch for those afraid of spice). Pinthouse makes their ranch in house and they are so deliciously creamy and rich-very addicting to eat with each slice. No other place in Austin does large specialty pizzas as well as Pinthouse. They also have some of my favorite draft beers (my go to is the Joes Magical Pils).

Very large open space seating, walk up to the counter and server yourself before taking a seat. The team behind the counter was very nice and helpful through the ordering process. The pizza was solid! The under crust could have been toasted a bit more but their portions to price is undefeated. 12$ for a small!

Pinthouse Pizza is an absolute gem for pizza and craft beer lovers! I started with a Caesar salad, which was light and fresh. I also ordered the Ohh La La pizza, and it completely lived up to its name. The red sauce, PHP cheese, fresh mozzarella, baby arugula, spicy honey, peppadew peppers, and Parmesan cheese created a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spicy. The crust was perfectly crispy, and pairing it with their jalapeño ranch dressing took it to another level! To wash it all down, I tried a few of their hazy IPAs, which were refreshing and paired perfectly with the pizza. What really stood out, though, was the manager--he was incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about his customers, ensuring everyone has an excellent experience. The laid-back, welcoming vibe makes Pinthouse Pizza the perfect spot to enjoy great food, craft brews, and watch sports. Highly recommend a visit!

We love Pinthouse! I think it's the best pizza I've had in Austin. and their salads are great too. We're not big beer drinkers so we go for the food!

My husband wanted to celebrate the end of his busy season with some pizza from Pinthouse. He placed the order online and picked it up. We shared many different items. First was two orders of Beer Mates which is Garlic Bread with a choice of dipping sauce. One was with cheese and the other was without cheese. Second was the Das Pretzel which is a fresh baked pretzel with a choice of dipping sauce. Third was the Pizza Roll which had cheese, garlic, and pepperoni with a choice of dipping sauce. For our main meal we ordered a large 16" Honey Pear Pizza which has cheese, caramelized onions, pears and blue cheese. For dessert we ordered a brownie with ice cream which is a chocolate brownie with Amy's Ice Cream and Caramel sauce. The Beer Mates were good. With cheese they were very doughy and the cheese was good. Dipping it in the Ranch dressing added to the flavor. Without cheese they were just as good. Not as thick and doughy but the garlic flavor was strong and dipped in the Ranch dressing enhanced the taste. The Das Pretzel was okay. It was warm but a little bit overdone. The exterior was a little bit crispier than what I am used to but the inside was doughy and soft. Dipped in the mustard which was a Dijon added flavor. The Pizza Roll was very good. It had all of the pizza flavors rolled up together into a few bites. Adding a little bit of ranch dressing was a bonus. The Honey Pear Pizza was delicious. It's seasonal so when we noticed it was available we got it. I love the combination of the flavors in this pizza. It's one of my favorites. The Brownie and ice cream was an enjoyable sweet treat. We warmed it up and then added the ice cream to it. I drizzled a little bit of the Carmel sauce on top just to try it. The Brownie was soft and chewy, the ice cream was from Amy's. It was a perfect mix of warm and cold with a slight salty flavor from the Carmel sauce. Overall a very filling meal with great options for all aspects of a dinner meal. Appetizers were good, pizza was delicious, and the dessert was enjoyable.

Pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a lunch special (pizza + salad + drink) which is simple but filling. The gluten free (cauliflower) crust is delicious and crunchy, and the dairy free cheese tastes totally normal. It's also fairly large inside with a lot of picnic style tables, so it's easy to find a spot. I saw several people with laptops working remotely, so it seems like a good place to hangout if you are working from home. You order at the front and take a number to your table. The server up front was friendly and provided a few pizza recommendations.

Pretty good! The place was packed when we went but we found seating and parking easily. Service was quick and friendly. Good pizza, drinks, appetizer, and salad. Good everything!

I love pizza so trying some place new was exciting. Penthouse has a variety of options for pizzas. Quick arrive and the theft overs were just as good.

Came here for SpongeBob trivia and this venue did not disappoint. It was pretty packed but service was running very quickly. We ordered the cheese garlic bread and a veggie pizza. Get the ranch!! It goes well with the pizza. The food was a 10/10, and the overall vibes of this place was also a 10/10.

4.5 I loved this pizza parlor on Burnet Rd., cool design inside, placed order via QR code at the table ~ ADORE the maiden ship design holding a pizza peel & a glass of beer ~ Food was delivered by food runners which was nice~as once we finished apps, spinach/artichoke dip served hot, YUMMMM served with tortilla chips then we ordered our pizzas, so they came out nice & hot once we were ready, a Vietnamese Banh Mi pizza & a Ranch Chicken pizza. The Banh Mi had been ordered before so it came VERY HIGHLY recommended!!!!! The Ranch chicken was tasty also!! Both would be worth ordering on a return trip. Plenty of picnic table style seating inside/out and the same for onsite parking too!

Our pizzas and beers were phenomenal! They have such inventive and delicious beers here I'm never disappointed! There's lots of seating inside and outside, you go order at a certain window then you have to go get your food when it's ready, so not much service. Their spicy ranch is super good, must get! Great place to bring family or go meet friends for a yummy casual dinner.

Food is always solid with a great salad menu as an alternative. The app is not the best way to order, just walk in for a to go order... They have a quick kitchen and knock it out quick!

This place is order at the counter, take a number and seat yourself. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The indoor space is large and has a big parking lot and good outdoor space, also a bar and TVs if you're trying to watch a sporting event. It's definitely family friendly. The pizza is delicious, there's a wide variety which is great, and the salads, ranch dressing, and pretzels are not to be slept on!

Yeah, it was a $20 pizza that as long as two people weren't hungry, it would feed two. Or maybe an appetizer AND a pizza. All that being said, DANG that was a good pizza!!!! We ordered at the bar and the staff were super helpful and friendly, the place just had a really cool vibe to it, and a total rarity in Austin, parking is AWESOME! I can't speak to the beers as I didn't have any, but the others that were with me seemed to enjoy them quite a bit. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some other things from them.

Great spot for brews and pizza with the group! My husband and I stoppped by with our pups (the outside patio is dog friendly!) and enjoyed a pizza, salad and some beers and everything was great, the jalapeño ranch dip was delish. Would highly recommend. You have to order food inside but the service overall was great.

I went back this month and they've changed their vegan cheese and it's soooo blah now. Super bummed. Pinthouse, bring back the old vegan cheese, it was fire!!!

I absolutely love pinthouse pizza! I am not a beer drinker, but this place makes me want to crack a cold one with my friends on a young Friday night. The pizza is high quality, unique, flavorful, warm, and is a decent price. My favorite pizza to order here is the Honey Pear. The honey pear consists of: a mixed cheese blend, sliced pears, caramelized onions, blue cheese, warm honey, prosciutto and basil. The pizza dough is thick but not too thick, just how I like it. The toppings firmly stay put on the pizza and does not fall off even when served fresh which allows you to taste the pizza in the best form. For old times sake I ordered a root beer float and wow it was so delicious, I even got my boyfriend to try it even though he is a root beer hater. The service and atmosphere are what make pinthouse pizza! It is always packed, warm, fun with sports on the tv's. The benches are long and provide a conversational environment for small and large groups. The bar area is also nice and they provide a variety of beer. During the day you can even see people working from home at the bar which is funny. Not to mention, pinthouse has received numerous awards for their craft beer which is very well deserved! This place hits all of the points. Good environment, food, fun, fast and easy. I love taking my friends here!

Pinthouse is an Austin staple. Let me start by saying Pinthouse is what changed my mind about cold pizza. First and foremost the Pizza and food is delicious. My favorite is the works and while I often get the medium size so I came have leftovers, on my latest visit I ordered the small or personal size and was impressed. It was packed with quality toppings, a perfect amount of sauce, cheese and a delicious brick oven crust. The pizza checks all of the boxes for a pizza and just about everyone we introduce this place to loves it. I have also gotten their Caesar salad and was very satisfied. Adding to the great pizza, the atmosphere is always great at Pinthouse with a very large and open indoor section that has booths as well as long wooden tables that stretch across the restaurant. It is always very lively, bright and fun and is an excellent spot to gather with some friends for sports, dinner or before a night out. They also brew their own delicious beers in house which is what really sets this place apart. If you are looking for a full flavor, delicious and unique IPA their own electric jellyfish is the way to go. Staff is patient, friendly and kind. Highly recommended this place if you are looking for great value, amazing pizza and a fun, lively atmosphere.

I love pinthouse! My sister and I ordered one pizza to share and it was delicious. I believe we ordered either the shroomin goat or the ooh la la, either way it was perfect. The cheese was rich and the base was perfectly crispy and not too thin. Only thing is you have to pay extra for any sauces. the desserts were excellent too, we got the brownie and would get again.

I met my friend and her family here on a Friday afternoon. We had a great time and the food/snacks were yummy. I'm not a huge beer person so I grabbed a glass of wine which was $9.00!!! The glasses of beer were cheaper. I get that beer is their main overhead but that is pricey for a random glass of wine. The pretzel was yummy!! The cheese dip was on point. It came with mustard as well. My friend got wings which looked great. They ordered two pizzas which were great. Deep dish-everyone gets a cheesy crispy edge.

Amazing!! First time trying this place. We picked up the order so I didn't get to see the interior of the building, but the pizza and garlic bread with cheese are phenomenal. We topped the pizza with Canadian bacon, pineapple, and artisanal sausage. Get lots of ranch-it's so good!! Absolutely devoured it.

Food is always great, employees are always attentive and nice, and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. If only it had more seating, but can't fault the place for being busy.

I often order a family size salad as my meal prep for the week* I love the Sundance salad specifically but will sometimes switch it up with the Italian chopped. If I'm feeling naughty I'll add a pizza roll with jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. I recently had the nachos and was quite delighted with the crispy baked chips and all their savory toppings. Make sure to fill out their surveys and sign up for their loyalty program...I once won $100 for simply giving them a digital smile as my level of satisfaction! Also a shout out to Freddie the bartender. I had a beer while waiting for a pickup order and not only was his smile infectious and instantly made my day better but he also gave me his employee beer for the day! Simple little nicety that I hopefully paid forward in kindness later that day.

I gotta be honest, the turned a low review into a high one. Love their Fig-arugala salad and the rolls are pretty good, pizza of ourse is good too. My to go order took forever and the dude didn't tell me when it was ready after looking at me like I was weird for getting their when the email confirmation said itw as ready. BUT they were super nice about the complaint after I just took the little survey thing at the end. Gotta hand it to them they earned a good review, will be going back after a not so great experience that time.

Great pizza! Great service! I think there's a lot of garlic in the sauce, and it's super tasty. The side salad was amazing!! I'm not sure if I tagged it correctly in the photo, but it was the arugula salad. Delish!! Chill vibe and everyone was super nice. Will be back to eat more!

Don't miss this place if you are in Austin! The pizza here is perfect. I love the crust. I love the dough. I love the pizza sauce. The toppings everything was delicious. We created our own pizza and I was hooked. Service was great considering you order in your phone and they bring the food and drinks pretty quick. Ambience is very casual. The beer is good. I didn't put a picture of the pizza because as soon as we got it, we devoured it and ate it all.

My family and I love pint house pizza! It's super easy to go with small kids, very friendly and their pizza and beer is really good! Great atmosphere.

Once again this place serves up a great pizza! I loved the twist on a generic pizza and the creation they created for Octoberfest. I was a bit leery of a mustard drizzle but it provided the best "zing" to this pizza. The service was top notch and very quick. I ordered in-house for a to go order. Speedy and friendly service. The place is super clean. I'm not sure I like the long table and bench feel for dining. This place will become a regular stop when I'm in the area for work. BRAVO Pinthouse Pizza!

One of the best pizza places in Austin! There's few things better than enjoying a slice of pizza and pint of beer on a breezy Spring evening at Pinthouse. You always leave with a feeling a satisfaction in your heart and a smile on your face :) It's often crammed indoors on what and weekend nights and outdoor seating is limited but we usually find a seat after waiting for a few minutes. The pizzas are well baked with a thick, soft and crunchy crust and plenty toppings with a very yummy saucy drizzle that's unique to every item on the menu.

What a relaxing, fun spot for group gatherings, great beers and pizza! Enjoyed the "flight" tasting of 5 different brews of your choice, and the lunch pizza and 1/2 salad special were excellent, filling and good value. Grab open seats at long tables after ordering at the bar, and food is brought to you. Overall, 4.25+ for fast casual experience, friendly service, excellent food, nice spacious ambience, TV's for sports and wide selection of craft offerings. Expect to pay $10-15pp for food, plus any drinks. Ordered a variety of IPA crafts on tap to make a flight of 5 beers from their beer board; and ordered a Chopped Italian salad with Pepperoni Pizza Roll for lunch. Both hit the spot, freshly prepared and served quickly. Friends ordered the special small Meat Pizza and salad combo that had 6 Slices per pie; plenty of toppings and cheese perfect for lunch portion with a cold one. Good to come for early or late lunch, as i'm sure it gets quite busy here around HH, after work, dinner time and weekends. Definitely will return on my next visit to Austin. Enjoy!!

We love this place. We understand others do too, which is why it's always busy. No fault of their own, so we always to take out. On the times we do dine in, everyone is always super nice and the food is always top quality.

Vegan pizza options!!! Pizzas are prepared timely and are always plentiful with toppings regardless of size. This place gets PACKED so hope you're comfy sitting near someone else on those long bench seats.
