Craft pizzas, salads, and a wide selection of house-brewed beers

"The popular Austin pizza and brewery mini-chain has an outpost in Round Rock, which means fun beers and loaded pies. Takeout orders can be placed online; there are indoor and outdoor dine-in services." - Darcie Duttweiler

"The Round Rock location of the brewery mini-chain will be hosting a beer party focused on 10 percent+ ABV barrel-aged brews." - Nadia Chaudhury

"Pinthouse Pizza offers $15 gluten-free and $12 non-gluten-free DIY pizza kits including dough, cheese, red sauce, and pepperoni slices. Solo orders of dough are also available, ranging from $3 to $7." - Hannah Schon

"An award-winning Austin brewpub opened its third restaurant and brewery in Round Rock on February 5 at 2800 Hoppe Trail, chosen to meet local demand while keeping locations close enough to Austin for staff to stay connected with the community. Adding this third brewery increases beer production — brewing in the northern suburb began the month before and produced the new canned beer Crispy Waves released at the end of January — and the new space offers more seating than the Burnet and South Lamar outposts. The menu mirrors the originals, featuring the full pizza lineup plus salads, appetizers like pretzels, queso and nachos, and desserts including beer floats. The original location opened on Burnet in 2012, followed by South Lamar in 2015, and the owners are already scouting a fourth site. Hours are 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday–Wednesday and until midnight Thursday–Saturday, and the spot is known for in-house and other craft beers on roughly 45 taps and for being voted Austin’s Best Brewpub and Beer & Food Spot in 2013." - Nadia Chaudhury

"Ahead of the opening of Pinthouse Pizza’s Round Rock location in February, the brewpub has already been brewing at its northern facility and released cans of a new beer, the Crispy Waves, over the weekend — which are already sold out." - Nadia Chaudhury
