Pioneer Inn

I had such a wonderful stay at the Pioneer Inn. I came to Florida for something that was honestly very stressful, and staying here made everything feel lighter. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and genuinely comfortable — I felt at ease the minute I walked in. I was able to rest properly and recharge, which made a big difference for me during this trip. What really made this place stand out, though, was the owner, Paul. He is AMAZING — so friendly, warm, and bubbly. He makes you feel like you’re at home, not just “staying somewhere.” He never passed me without saying hi, he’d shake my hand, check in to make sure I was comfortable, and he was always happy to answer questions or help with anything I needed. That kind of hospitality is rare and it meant a lot. Everyone working there was also kind and helpful — anytime I asked for something, no one hesitated. The whole experience was easy, welcoming, and honestly exceeded my expectations. I’m being completely honest when I say I loved my stay, and I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is in a convenient and safe area, right on a very busy street and close to an outdoor mall and a chain steakhouse. Really clean rooms and common areas, super nice staff/owner. Well stocked convenience store shares the parking lot, and hotel lobby has coffee/tea around the clock. Great for business travel, desk and reclining chair in room.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms, friendly accommodating staff. Very very close to the South Florida Fairgrounds. Rooms priced reasonable. Nice hot shower. Only negative comment I can leave is the double beds are really small. Not roomy enough for 2 adults.

The Pioneer Inn is a hidden gem. Perfect for access to the fairgrounds. A few minutes ride to many fast food and regular restaurants. Close to Costco. Close to Polo Grounds. Very reasonable prices compared to the big chains. In a major highway but very quiet. Clean, well decorated rooms and suites. And the owner feels like your friend. This is our third stay and will be back next time in WPB area.

For the price it is great. There are not many amenities, like a pool or free breakfast, but the rooms are clean and quiet. That's all I needed on this trip. :) It felt safe, with interior rooms, any exterior doors locked to the outside only accessible by your room key and security cameras. Rooms are basic, microwave and refrigerator was a nice bonus.

This hotel truly surprised me, as a diamond member with Hilton and a HEAVY traveler, dont over look this hotel. Super clean, smells amazing and Paul at the front desk was so extremely nice and welcoming. I have 0 complaints for this hotel. Dont look anywhere else!

This weekend, I stayed at The Pioneer Inn and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and truly homey which is something hard to find. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless. What made my stay truly unforgettable was Paul, the front desk manager. He was not only professional and attentive but also one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. Paul’s warmth, hospitality, and personal touch perfectly embody what true hospitality service should be.

From the front desk service to the cleanliness of our room, we found this hotel fantastic! We were upgraded to the larger room due to availability. Although the room faced the highway it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable as well. This hotel was also 5 minutes from our destination which made the trip easy for us. Will definitely use this hotel again!
