Pioneer Park is a nice green space right in the middle of Provo. I’ve spent time here walking, relaxing, and just enjoying being outside. It’s a good spot for casual gatherings, quick breaks, or sitting in the shade on a nice day. The park is generally clean and well cared for, and it’s easy to access from nearby streets. It’s not flashy, but it serves its purpose well and adds some breathing room to the downtown area. A solid, simple park that’s easy to appreciate.

My kids love the splash pad here. We're here probably 2-3x a week during the summer. Always well maintained and not too crowded. Good place to cool off in the summer heat. Only one pavilion and there's usually a party going on. Not much other sheltered seating areas if you don't nab a seat under the pavilion.

We enjoyed the farmers market. It was a wonderful experience to be there. Plus, Provo is very beautiful.

I stayed in Provo for three nights and walked through this park to get to my Airbnb about 15-20 times. Nice park with people chilling, one day they had multiple tents set up with artists selling their crafts.

The park is really nice. Lots of big mature trees. Provide shade and benches to sit on, but we were unable to find any sort of drinking fountains and did not see any doggy bag stands.

This park is by some busy roads but there is a fence around the playground with one entrance which helps. There is a splash pad in the summer. It turns off every hour for 15 minutes. There is a bathroom on the south side of the playground. It had toiletpaper but soap was a problem. The shade trees and flowers were abundant and beautiful in August. There are quite a few bees around though, because of the flowers.

Great park, but the bathroom was worse than most pit toilets. The urinal was overflowing on the floor after each flush. Tons of flies and a dirty diaper open on the floor. The splash pad controls are too delayed to make much sense. The simple circle design with the colors is great, but the surface is more slippery than most splash pads.

Yelp
If you are in Provo enjoying take out (because COVID-19) from one or more of their great little restaurants (this time we sponsored El Mexsal and Fillings & Emulsions) this was a not crowded open area were we could eat. It was cleaned and they have plenty, large trash receptacles. The only problem is that they have just a few stand alone picnic tables, so a blanket would be useful.

Yelp
Cute little park with a fence around the play equipment to keep the kids inside. I love the splash pad in the summer time - my kids can spend a lot of time there and be happy running all over the place. There is not a ton of parking and also it's right next to a busy road (500 w) which makes it feel a little less safe. They do have some nice pavilions. Last night I checked out the Christmas light display , which was really cool! Overall, I like this park.
