First I have to start off with how great Juan from Pioneer Valley has been. During the cold snap we have had this year (2026), nothing has been easy. Due to Mother Natures plans and the fact that I live 2 hours away from Gill Park where my uncle that passed away lived every single detail of selling my uncles trailer, who left it to me, has been a giant pain in the ass. Juan has made that process much, much easier. He has helped me out every step of the way, from the beginning to the end, with sound advice and also connections to all the resources he had available. I was almost able to sell this place over the phone. Down to some garbage that I paid someone to dispose of that didn’t do what they were supposed to, he hooked me up. Thank you personally again Juan. For everything! I rarely give out 5 stars but you deserve them all.
