Absolutely loved Pipeline Craft & Kitchen! The cheese curds are fantastic, crispy, flavorful, and totally addictive. Portions are huge, so you definitely get great value for your money. The place is spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean, inviting, and refreshingly original. The vibe really sets it apart from your typical spot. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Immediately upon entering Kamber our hostess pulled some strings to find us the exact table we were hoping for. The food absolutely lived up to the hype at this spectacular venue. The Ahi sandwich on a ciabatta roll was not only scrumptious, It was large enough for my wife and I to share. The tossed green salad was fresh crispy, beautiful and lively. Beer and Wine options were perfect with old Rasputin Russian imperial stout, and an OH so delicious hexagenia IPA from Fall River brewing Company. Service: 10 stars from our delightful, helpful and attentive server, Haleigh… she knocked it out of the park and enhanced our already fantastic visit. Icing on the cake… thank you, Haleigh!!

HOLY DUCK FAT FRIES Batman!!! Hands down the best fries I've ever had. The food was fabulous, the service was fabulous, but even if the food and service had sucked, I'd still go back again for Pipeline's duck fat fries. No joke, they are that good!!! My pear salad was huge and full of yummy ingredients, and whatever sandwich my husband had included the most delicious fried jalapenos...perfectly breaded. We both enjoyed our beer selections as well.

Update the goat burger is delicious 😋 👌 Tried their Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich and ahi Tuna Bowl. Overall, both dishes were tasty. I'd recommend trying either if you're in the mood for some good comfort food or a lighter, healthier option

Loved the vibe here. I ordered the southern fried chicken sandwich and it was hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. After a long day of hiking at Shasta, the food here was like a big warm hug. Service was great too!

Food- been here a few times play the past couple years and overall it's a really good place to eat it does get busy during the snowboard ski season but they get you in and get you seated in as soon as they can! The food is amazing, the classic pipeline Burger to go eat good, the tie noodles are extremely good and the chicken sandwich is so much better than any fast food restaurant. They also have homemade sodas, they are very expensive and you do not get free refills but they are very good Service- the service was good, not the best in the world but they were very busy so definitely understandable! Are waitress was very kind and attentive to us, she made sure to check up on us the best she could Atmosphere- it's a brewery and restaurant, it's kind of self-explanatory. It wasn't Extremely Loud, but it was somewhat busy for dinner time but overall the experience was great

for the first time in a long time we found a place where there were delicious burgers (bun, cutlet, bacon jam, everything is really great for the taste buds) the only thing is the mimosa cocktails are not tasty, but we were satisfied

There were so many good choices on the menu that it was hard to decide on a dinner dish. I opted for the Ahi Tacos and my friend had the beat salad. Both were delicious. I would order them again in a heart beet ;) We also had the cauliflower bites with tasty sauces. The employees were friendly. The atmosphere was great. Loved the decor, including the bathroom.

This place is so good that we stopped here on the way home. Outstanding Reuben sandwich with a satisfying side salad. My husband had the lamb burger-- Score!! My bff had the Asian salad. She said that it was great -- and so big that she had the rest for Tuesday's lunch. Our server was great. I asked her for a choice between two lunch items, and she told me that the Reuben was her favorite. Told the truth and brought us food. And the place itself is so darn fun to check out. Love the photos. It's our new go to when we go to Southern Oregon.

Passing through town on our way home from a road trip up north, my husband and I had dinner at Pipeline Craft Taps & Kitchen. It was a Sunday night and I was honestly shocked at how busy the restaurant was. Initially, we put our name in for the two of us and they told us it would be about a 45 minute wait. Luckily, the bar is first come, first serve and two spots opened up shortly after we arrived. Sitting at the bar, we enjoyed the variety of beverages they had on tap. I opted to try their homemade lavender lemonade. It was quite tasty without being overpowering in the lavender area. To start, we decided to split an order of cheese curds, which satisfied all of our gluttonous salty craving goodness. For my entrée, I decided to do the chicken Caprese sandwich while my husband ordered the Mediterranean burger. All in all, the food was tasty, and if we found ourselves in the area again, we would likely return.

I had an awesome burger and some great conversation at the bar here on my road trip to Oregon. If they weren't out of the only non-hazy IPA it would have been 5 stars! The pipeline classic burger was a double smash burger with American cheese and grilled onions. They threw some lettuce and tomato on there to make it "healthy" haha! I very much enjoyed it! I upgraded my fries to duck fat with rosemary and Parmesan cheese they were pretty damn good! I won't be in town anytime soon but I would recommend this spot!

We drove into a cute Main Street of Shasta Lake and found free street parking. This restaurant is right on the Main Street with indoor and outdoor seating. Even though it is July the temperature was very pleasant so the outdoor tables were all occupied. We sat inside at one of the numerous booths. Our waiter took our order and delivered our lunch to the table. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. The ahi sandwich had a nice contrast between the aioli, crispy jalapeños and ahi. The Lord of the rings burger was extremely flavorful and messy, delicious! This is worth a stop if in the area.

Stopped in during a road trip and we were not disappointed. Fun atmosphere with plenty to look at and chat about while you eat. We had burgers and fries. The burgers are good sized, and they don't skimp on toppings (mine actually had a healthy amount of avocado, which was a pleasant surprise)! The fries were delicious, crisp and nicely salty. I actually boxed up the leftovers to snack on later! Servers were friendly and kept our drinks full!

Great place for a festive time at an excellent bar and grill type restaurant. Nice beer and wine selection with fresh food with great flavor. Menu with great options for all tastes.

I Caught an attitude, maybe you'll get a decent beer, and/or a decent bite. $8 beer? Lots of local small town tude! Been coming to Shasta for a few years now... always stopped in once or twice. Never again after the sheer shit show with present staff. Who trains these workers... answer is no one! Save yourself some aggravation and step one door down to Sparkeys!

Stumbled upon this spot while visiting nearby Shasta. Great taproom with delicious food to accompany. Staff was also really friendly and service was attentive. We started with their cheese curds (I can't pass these up if i see them n a menu) and then I had their cheeseburger for my main. Both were delicious; the burger so much so that I forgot to take a picture before eating it, which is very unlike me. The menu has a nice variety for any taste with lighter options and heavier, bar type foods. Parking: street

Food and service were both great. Sydney was attentive and very knowledgeable about the food and drink. My philly cheese steak was gooey with cheese and grilled onions just like I like. It came with fries or a salad, I had salad which was large with dressing on the side. The winter sangria was nicely cinnamon spiced and went well with my dinner. Nice varied menu with lots of things I want to go back and try.

Food: Nothing phenomal, but everything was good. Shepherd's pie was a good portion, and hearty. Pear salad (with added chicken) was large portion and fresh. Everything was reasonably priced. Space: the space was poppin on a saturday night at 8pm. we did not make a reservation, and for a group of 6 our wait was about 30 minutes, but the staff was so kind and chatted/frequently checked in with us as we waited. The booth was comfortable, decor was pretty, noise level was 6/10, not too overwhelming.

5/5 food! Everything blew us out of the water, probably top 3 for burger. We ordered the widow and upgraded our fries to onion rings-- it was sooooo good. We added avocado to our burger and would come back again for this same combo. Best onion rings I've had-- sweet, crispy delicious We also got cheese curds and my mom got the pad Thai which wasn't really pad Thai but soba noodles -- HOWEVER, it was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised. Blackberry blonde was delish as well. The only drawback was getting seated, they had a large party coming in but the party took forever to come and made the whole ordeal a longer wait...person assigning seating seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very friendly. Other than that, our actual server was a complete gem.

I travel a lot for work and love trying new places so I checked out Pipline and let me tell you...absolutely delicious chicken sandwich, amazing duck fat fries, and the beer was great. Service was fantastic as well! Definitely give it a visit whenever you're in Mt. Shasta

The service was friendly, accurate and fast. We sat outside once, (sat at the bar a couple of times while in town) it was hot but our waitress kept bringing the water. The food was outstanding!! I had the steak salad, our group ordered the hamburgers, vegetarian, salad, ahi tuna sandwich, cauliflower appetizer, so good. The appetizer was terrific, we tried all the dipping sauces! Definitely don't miss this spot, have a beer and enjoy the vibe.

Get here now! First I want to highlight our service, which was outstanding. Jeff was amazing! He was attentive and friendly. The meal was just as outstanding as the service. I had the Lord of the Rings burger and upgraded with the duck fat fries. The BEST!! One of the best burgers I've had. I love fries and the duck fat fries were AMAZING! We enjoyed our meals outside which is dog friendly and enjoyed people watching and the perfect weather. If we lived in Mt. Shasta we'd be regulars and they would yell our names as we entered! We definitely are adding Pipeline to our next road trip.

Tried this craft brewery restaurant for the first time on my way to Oregon. Hamburger was one of the best I've had in a long time. IPA I had was also delicious. Service was great and friendly. Would strongly recommend this for a burger and beer!

So we were in Redding for the weekend and just so happened to drive up to Shasta because it was only like maybe an hour drive and decided to stop at pipeline another business 20 out of 1050 out of 10. The service was amazing the location and the vibe. Awesome, the food, I can't even say the duck. Fat fries were out of this world, the Mystic Macc cheese out of this world. They're pickle chips, so good. The table had shepherds pie, a burger, fried chicken sandwich, and the chicken bahn mi. Some of the best food I've had ever ! Would definitely go back for brew and cocktails

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Mt. Shasta and ended up having dinner at Pipeline Craft Taps and Kitchen twice--which says a lot. It's one of the few restaurants in the area that's actually bustling and full, which gives it a fun, lively vibe. The food is solid overall. The Classic Burger, Steak Salad, and Cauliflower Bites were definite standouts--fresh, flavorful, and really well done. The Ahi Tacos and Chicken Wings were more on the average side, not bad, just not as memorable. Good beer selection, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Worth a stop if you're in town and looking for a good spot to grab a bite and chill.

My husband and I tried this spot for the first time during our Shasta trip, and LOVED it! We ate here three times! Excellent service and really flavorful and delicious food with many fresh options.

We were a party of four and had an absolutely amazing meal here. We all loved our burgers so much and rev our server, Sydney, was personable, cute, and offered great service with a huge smile. Loved her! We were so pleased with our meal that we came back for a second one and enjoyed it just as much. Highly recommend!

I love Pipeline. Seriously, it's such a great place to have a drink and eat good quality food with superb service. The G.O.A.T burger is the best burger, and I even get a GF bun! But the one thing I'd ask is that there be a baby changing table in one of the bathrooms.

I gave it 3 stars because the burger was the best burger I have ever eaten, however the service was absolutely atrocious. I would have given the review 1 star had the food not been so good, that's how bad the service here was.

Excellent experience. Friendly and professional staff, nice vibes, and delicious food. Enjoyed the Cali Love Burger (which should be on the menu all year round) and the Balsamic Steak Salad. Highly recommend and plan accordingly - you'll want to return a second or third time before leaving the area.

Sat at the bar nd the lovely bartender got us a wonderful beer, ahi tuna app and an order of fried cauliflower to go. Beer, apps and service was perfect.

Wanted to have a beer and lunch after a hike and walked into this place. We weren't sure if there was a table available but the hostess said it would be a 30 minute wait and after asking if the bar was available, she said we can go and check ourselves. At the time, she was just talking to a coworker and barely made an effort to even acknowledge us, she could've gone to check herself. She made me feel like she didn't want us there. After 30 minutes, we had to go check back in because she never gave us a call and when we went back, many booths were available. I guess we should've checked the menu before actually deciding to stay there. Picked one beer, it wasn't my favorite, then went to eat somewhere else.

I like this place. They use a tad too much garlic but they have acceptable bar food and beer. It can be a bit cold inside especially towards the front. Servers are very friendly. We go there almost every time we stop in Shasta.

Went here for lunch and was able to be seated outside right away. It was toasty, but there was enough shade that it was manageable. The service was great, and the food was tasty. I will say the menu is a bit limited, and pretty heavy on burgers & fries. The burger I got was flavorful, and the fries were also delicious. The restaurant is modern on the inside and overall has a good vibe. Definitely a solid food option in Shasta.

Just stopping through. The Numb Numb Hazy IPA was top. The patio outside is great to enjoy, people watch, and meet locals. Had the GOAT burger and it was exceptional. Wifey had the LOTR burger and fries. Both tasty.

This is such a wonderful place to relax, try unique dishes, and enjoy a refreshing brew! We shared the cauliflower bites, Mystic Mac 'n' Cheese, and the chicken tortilla soup, which were all amazing! The Blood Orange Cali Squeeze and the Numb Numb Juice IPA were a few of our favorite brews! The best part is that they are extremely dog-friendly and have a delightful patio out front! Our waitress was so sweet and gifted our little guy his own water bowl!

On a triple digit heat day, the AC in here was key! Magic in this restaurant. Was starving, hot and ready to take a load off. Bartender Miranda was super sweet, professional and had great recommendations. The other waitresses were busy but very friendly. Went for the seared ahi sandwich. Look! 11/11! Come on! This is something you find in a 5 Star resort! The flavors, the taste, the amazing combinations the chef did on this was amazing! I savored each and every bite! Had a Blackberry Blonde ale and Day Off Blonde! OMG! Come on! So good! Unfortunately there was a power outage. May have been from the heatwave or the construction down on the freeway. Luckily it came back on after 15'ish minutes. Bathroom was clean, restaurant was clean and outdoor al fresco dining option as well. No thanks in this heatwave! Looking forward to my return and hope Miranda is there to pour em' up! Stay Frosty!

Just keeps getting better and better with each and every visit. The best thing is that you can always try new things seasonal modifications and absolutely new items. Fantastic service and an amazing selection of beverages today it was the Lord of the Rings

GREAT FIND!! We were hungry and looking for a good quality lunch, and Pipeline was the perfect spot. We shared the best burger I have ever had, and a huge salad - which was divine with beets, goat cheese, lots of other goodies... delish! To drink I had a house made kombucha (non alcoholic) and hubby had a raspberry lemonade or strawberry lemonade which was also very tasty! We were driving & headed to Oregon so neither of us were looking for brews with booze, but there seemed to be many great options for those as well. Definitely adding this place to our Shasta area favorite restaurants!

The waitress recommended the Ahi Bowl, but with the bistro steak from the steak salad. I substituted more greens instead of rice and cabbage. It was SO GOOD!!!! My tastebuds were in heaven. The sesame dressing is phenomenal. Would have taken a photo sooner but I couldn't stop eating it.

Fun busy place. Service was great, our waiter knew the menu and was able to steer us to what we wanted. I had the Chicken Tortilla Soup. The perfect food for a chilly day. Temperature hot and a bit spicy hot too! Hubby had a burger and it was cooked to perfection. Best part of the meal was the Duck Fat Fries. Crunchy and flavorful with just the right amount of rosemary and freshly shaved Parmesan. We will definitely make this a lunch stop on future trips. Oh the beer list was great too!

We had takeout and it was delicious. I had the Reuben which was piping hot, lots of really good meat and overall very good. My husband had the lamb burger and really liked it, especially the brioche bun.

DuckFat fries and excellent service. Pricey but worth it. Outdoor seating available which is nice on mildly warm days. No shade so inside on hot days.

This restaurant was awesome. Very friendly servers. Excellent food. We had a burger with crispy onions and the chicken sandwich and they both were damn good. French fries in duck fat were good but couldn't really notice the difference. Everyone's food around us looked so good. The salads looked amazing. The music was so good the whole time we were there. This place has a great vibe. When in the area we will definitely be back!

The food was so good we came back the next day before we headed home from our vacation. The Cheese Curds, Mac n Cheese, Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich, Ahi Tuna Tacos, G.O.A.T. & Lamb Burger were all top notch! The Pilsner & Marzen beers were tasty too!

Love this place! But it's on North Mt Shasta Blvd in Mt Shasta City not on Main Street in Lake Shasta -- unless there are two of them!

Hella Ono! After an adventurous day in the fresh snow and trekking through the great wilderness of Shasta this was the perfect spot to satisfy our ferocious appetite ! We arrived at 5pm and this place was filled with energy and people. For 2 people (who did not care about seating) the wait was 15 minutes. (Very fast time for a packed place). There is bar seating, table seating and booth seating. The food was seasoned well, cooked to perfection and oh so juicy and flavorful! Food ordered: 1. Appetizer: small Mack and cheese ( gooey, gooey gooey!) 2.) pub burger- WOW!!!!! 3.) fried chicken sandwich- juicy 4.) drink- lazy hazy (haazzzyyy) Waitress was awesome- quick, assertive and friendly Other: -$$$ -Available bathrooms in the back -parking- street parking - restaurant walkable from just about anywhere in the small town -they will call you on your cell phone when your table is ready. We will be stopping here again the next time we're in Shasta county!

Pipeline is a modern restaurant serving American food accompanied by craft beer, wine and cocktails. I had the cheese curds to start. I am from Wisconsin so I was curious how these would compare to the originals. They were ok, could have been a little crisper on the outside. My "perfect pear" salad was delicious and I had the sour beer which was also very tasty. Service was slow but I tried to relax and be on mountain time.

Everything is cooked in seed oils unfortunately. Even the fries that say thye have duck fat which you pay extra for is more of a topping, they still cook it in high PUFA seed oil. Sure wish they would be more health conscious and do beef tallow instead. I mentioned to the waitress on this last visit that the burger was super salty. It seemed like the chef poured salt into it by accident and it is not like I ate the whole thing, it was sitting on the plate when she took it away. No..."so sorry about that" or any kind of ackowledgement other than I will let them know. How rude.

Lots of amazing food choices, everything really good. They also have a great wine list and beers on tap. I've had the steak salad twice and it is excellent and so big. My husband loved his burger. We stop here every time we drive through Mt Shasta. Highly recommended!

Seriously the best food ever! Portions were big, we stopped on the way to Oregon and loved the outdoor seating. My family all ordered different things and shared, everything was delicious!

Our server immediately asked if we wanted to put an order for our toddler in first. Soooo many points for that. We immediately got chicken tenders and fries out in that came out very quickly with our BOMB DELISH fried pickles. I got the ahi steak tacos served with chips and salsa. The pickled red cabbage and wasabi aioli with micro greens on top was such a refreshing treat. The ahi steaks were so tender and soft. Chips were thick and the salsa was finely diced ingredients with a little kick. I also tried the chicken tortilla soup and house salad combo. Very fresh salad with tasty balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The chicken tortilla soup was pretty salty but I love the chunks of fresh avocado, celery onions and tomato and the chicken fell apart in a way that's perfect for soups. I enjoyed them having a tea selections bc most tap houses just have beer wine and soda.

Stopped by on Friday for a quick snack around 5pm. There were quite a few people there and we snagged the last 2 top table. We decided to order 2 beers and a srirachos (ahi tuna nachos with fried wonton skin) and Reuben sandwich. Srirachos: 5/5. Not only is this appetizer so pretty, it also tastes great. This has fried wonton skin as the nacho base. It has tuna, avocado, pickled ginger, jalapeños, and green onions. It has spicy Mayo as well as wasabi Mayo on it. Everything tasted great together. Worked definitely order again. Reuben: 3/5. This was just okay. The bread was super crispy and greasy. They likely oiled the bread and got it nice and crispy. There wasn't enough meat inside and I felt like they needed more sauerkraut because it was very salty. The fries were pretty good but could be crispier. Quick service, good food, and good beers. Would come again!
