Excellent hot wings! Great french fries! It's a bar, so it's loud. Other than that, we will DEFINITELY be back! We visited again! Super good folks. If you love hot wings, don't pass this place up!

Wesley Hodges

Google
Sizable and crispy wings, great vibes, lots of TVs. The Chinese chicken wings (medium) were as good as any I’ve had in the Denver metro with the dry rub right behind, buffalo a close third, gotta try em all. Coupla Guinnesses for St Patty’s. Piper Inn feels like an institution, and I can see why

Jon Goodman

Google
This place used to be amazing but unfortunately it has really slipped. The White staff comprised of one person and although she did her best it's obvious that they need help. The chicken wings which used to be amazing are still okay but certainly not what they were. The price for the wings is outrageous compared to other restaurants

Anthony Foglia

Google
At first I was concerned over the high price of their wings but to be honest, the cost is worth it. No wonder everyone says their wings are the best in CO. Crispy, flavorful and their side portions are well worth the price. I highly recommend the garlic parm and Chinese wings.

Royal Bush

Google
It’s obvious this place has lots of repeat customers. The vibe is comfortable for sure. Our server was awesome. Busy. But took care of us. Good took some time. When it arrived fries were cold. Wings overcooked (dry) crispy and crunchy to the bone. Flavor was good. Maybe it was an off night. Wasn’t the worst meal I had AND it would take some arm wrestling for me to drop another $50 for that food.

Robert Palomares

Google
It's probably some of the best chicken wings in Denver. The wings are large, and if you ask, they'll make them crispy. The Garlic parm are a must try. I would love it if they one day offer a lemon pepper dry rub. I can't be the only one who's asked, right ?.

Tiffany Fisher

Google
If you're looking for a place with good beer, good food, friendly waitstaff and lots of character, this is the place for you. It's small but mighty. The wings were really good and the beer was ice cold. We spent a few hours there laughing and catching up with old family friends. The waitress took pics for us and everyone was really nice. Bathrooms are TINY, but they've got them and that's what's important!

Debra Johnson

Google
Great wings. They are very meaty and come in a variety of heat levels.

Josh N.

Yelp
Amazing wings! highly recommend! The bartenders are super friendly and make you feel welcome.

Colby C.

Yelp
I've been reading about Piper Inn for years and finally got a chance to check it out! Absolutely loved the vibe and feel as soon as we walked in. Divey and authentic! Sat at the bar I believe the bartender helping us name was Tasha, she was attentive and had a fun personality. The food was spot on from everything I've heard and read! The pimento cheese burger was huge and had plenty of flavor with the bacon. Bacon could be cooked a more for crispness. The fried crab cheese rangoon and combo fried rice (only a $1 up charge for combo) were absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to come back to try the wings next time, which were coming out of the kitchen almost every order we saw! You want to eat here!

Robert N.

Yelp
Good, cost effective food in a classic dive bar environment. Our server was super friendly and our food came out quickly. It boasts an interesting menu that is a mix of Cantonese food and American bar food. Everything was good, not amazing but it was a great choice for watching football while grabbing a quick lunch.

Richard G.

Yelp
Totally love the dive bar vibe. Great selection of tap craft beers. Had to try the much touted wings. Went with the medium Chinese sauce as was told the mild is very salty. Medium sauce was tasty and not spicy. Loved the homemade egg roll. 5.00 might be a bit steep for one egg roll. I will come back to enjoy the friendly servers and try some other eats on the menu.

Dan D.

Yelp
The Piper Inn is a great spot - old time bar: wings, beer, Chinese food, pool Fast & friendly service, biker-bar casual - a great spot to relax & take everything in

Jami W.

Yelp
I've come here a few times and every time it's just as good. It's an real old school bar with the wood decor, low lighting, a few tvs and neon signs. They have both inside and covered outside seating which is nice cause they get busy. The menu is Chinese (which I've never had but heard great things) and America bar food. I always get the wings and they are the best in Colorado-- a MUST TRY. The staff is welcoming and seems like there are a ton of regulars which is always something I appreciate. Great service & amazing food-- highly recommend and will be back.

Cece S.

Yelp
We've always heard great things about the Piper Inn, but we finally had a chance to try it for ourselves. The Piper Inn is definitely a dive bar - small, a little dark, but the service and food were great. They are known for their wings, but their garlic parm fries with chicken were my favorite! You have to try it.

Michael R.

Yelp
Total dive bar, in all of the best ways possible! Best wings in Denver, with AMAZING Chinese food to top it off! The fried rice is to die for and my favorite wings are their Asian medium. Fun place with great food!

Katie N.

Yelp
Popped in on a Saturday afternoon and this place was BUSY!!!! Have been wanting to try their wings for a while & certainly would recommend them. Although, I think the fries stole the show. Garlic Parm to piper inn = a Caesar salad on top of fries. Perfect girl dinner (haha!) I got the Chinese flavored sauce and it was divine. Will definitely be back.

Francesca K.

Yelp
I visited Piper Inn after 10 years and all I can say is that the food is still the same. Tasteless fried rice and hard hot wings. The food is still disappointing but the ambiance was great, always mellow and with a good vibe. The waiter could have been more nicer but she was ok. I won't return back in another 10 years.

Abbie S.

Yelp
Recipes have changed wings are salty and not flavored. Horrible experience since they got a new kitchen

Matt C.

Yelp
Legendary spot that I wish I lived closer to. I have an infatuation for institutions like Piper Inn. Around since the late 60's, they're known for being a dive bar with above average bar food. Plus, Piper Inn is just a great name for a bar IMO! I came here after an event and it looked closed from the outside. I'm not sure if the lights were out or if it's typically this dark. But lo and behold, they were indeed open. And thank the lord, because I was STARVING. Pull up a bar stool and grab a beer. It's the first order of business at any dive. There's tons of old neon signage, a pool table, TV's and maybe one of the most surprising menus you'll find at a bar. Quality Asian pub fare at a dive bar? Say it ain't so?! The wings are iconic in their own right. They are heavily seasoned, honestly it might be too much of a good thing. However, the sticky Asian wings are my type of eating. The kicker are the traditional Chinese-style plates they serve them on. If I weren't alone, I would've ordered the egg rolls and fried rice, too. One thing I haven't tried (which aren't Asian) are the carne asada fries, which I've heard are phenomenal. Overall a solid spot with lots of history in Aurora. It might draw in a tough crowd, but I've always found the service extremely polite. Don't judge a book by its cover. Check it out!

Kelly M.

Yelp
Great food always. Friendly and quick. Extensive menu. Love the burgers, Cantonese, Wings and loaded fries

Bradley S.

Yelp
Great place until it gets warm outside because it is just as warm inside. The service is great and food is good but is to warm inside to enjoy on hot days.

Judy R.

Yelp
We recently got food takeout. The Asian wings were delicious. We got beef wontons and carne asada fries. Everyone enjoyed their food and will definitely get it again!

Chris C.

Yelp
Fun Fact: The Piper Inn in Denver has been family owned and operated for three generations! What better way to enjoy a Fryday than with fries, wings, and...Cantonese food? Yelp
Went here last night after a golf trip with the company. All I've heared was how great this place was and how much of a staple it is for older folk. Was recommended wings and of course I had to indulge I ordered 20 and got buffalo and garlic parm. the buffalo was average and acceptable but the garlic parm was flavorless and a little oily. Wouldn't recommend those but the Chinese style flavor was good and would have that again. It's not often you see and Cantonese American fusion but I enjoyed the style of the restaurant. Very dark and very much a bar good drinks and fast service would recommend for drinks and maybe not the wings.

Steve L.

Yelp
Whenever we are out in Aurora, we always have to make a stop into The Piper for their NY Times recognized carne asada fries. Great wings too! Carne asada fries Egg rolls Wings Fried rice Wontons

Jennifer S.

Yelp
We've been making our way around the state to try out different chicken wings. It's a chore, but someone's gotta do it. Piper Inn's Chinese Wings are currently at a strong #2 on our list! A very, very good wing with a really tasty sauce. They were a good size and fried up nicely. Very much worth the half hour drive. We also tried their house made egg rolls which (if they had peanut butter) would be the closest we've found in Colorado to the well-known and loved Chicago egg roll. The ratios of shrimp & pork to cabbage were really good. The flavor was nice and they were soooo fresh! Finally, we nibbled on the beef wontons and the crab cheese wontons. The beef was dense but very flavorful. Almost like an overworked meatball inside a crispy shell. The crab cheese wontons were fine, but there's so much more on the menu to try that I think we would skip both wontons next time. Our server was quick and attentive despite being busy. I think there was a good mix of regulars and newbies in the room. We will visit again for certain.

Travis G.

Yelp
Been coming here for years. I typically don't leave reviews but this place always exceeds expectations. Best wings in Denver!

Jennifer P.

Yelp
This is a biker/dive bar with pretty decent food. They have a large parking lot also. There is mostly high top seating with a handful of booths. There are lots of TVs for game watching. They also have a pool table. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are a lot of regulars that come here, but we never felt out of place or unwelcome. Onto the food, we split a burger which was great. It came just as I ordered it with extra pickles too. The carne asada fries were delicious. I love crinkle fries as they hold up well and hold onto toppings also. We also got the wings. They are good size and crispy. We would come back just for these. They have a multitude of sauces and dry rubs. This time we got the golden goat which is a mustard heavy sauce that my hubby really enjoyed. Highly recommend you check it out for yourself. I do not think this is a family friendly place as it is a bar first and foremost. We will be back for the wings and the fries.

Steve O.

Yelp
To an occasional customer, the place hasn't changed in decades. Still a destination dive, still doing the wings. Went with some friends on a nostalgia trip to see if it was still what we remembered. It was.

Priscilla A.

Yelp
This place was a recommendation from a Denver local. Everything about the experience was okay. Not bad but not great. Maybe it's a good spot if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. If you go, I definitely recommend the garlic part fries. Best thing we ordered!

Susan R.

Yelp
Wings were really good and service was great. Sadly, they have a F*** Joe Biden sticker on the Red Bull cooler behind the bar, so that's the last they get of my money. I hope they consider that they are driving away customers.

Shari S.

Yelp
The food is DELICIOUS. My friends and got wings, carne asada fries, and mozzarella sticks. The service was great, drinks are generous. The prices are affordable. And there's a pool table! Definitely a hidden gem.

Dustin L.

Yelp
So I was going to order from Piper Inn. Their menu prices and items available thru yelp are very outdated. I was going to order sweet and sour pork and they don't even carry that item. I was also going to order wings and it said for 50 wings it was $36. I asked about this and they said it would be $79 plus tax. So whoever is in charge of their online order menu, badly needs to update everything. I'm already disappointed and ended up not ordering anything.

GiGi D.

Yelp
If I didn't have this restaurant in my GPS - I would have driven right by it several times, not knowing it even existed because it just feels so random. And speaking of RANDOM, the menu is just that cause it offers up American grub like wings and burgers and nuggets but then has a bunch of Chinese Food options as well. That being said, I opted for an order of 10 wings, completely naked, no sauces and my husband got the burger and my son got the nuggets. We were pleased. Very pleased! The wings were PERFECTION. Crispy, meaty, juicy... Ugh. Just thinking about them has me drooling again. My husband was VERY MUCH into his burger and fries and polished them off (he also got 5 wings, which were also polished off) and my 3-year-old loved his nuggets, or maybe it was the sauce that came with the nugs because he definitely scooped out the sauce with his hand and drank it like one would water from a glass - ha! Any who, if we are ever in the area again, when hungry, we will definitely hit this spot up... And we all think you should too!

Frantsy R.

Yelp
I've been tempted to try this place several Times and just never got around to it. I finally did an order online and picked up. I've heard the term biker bar before about this and when I walked in it's DEFINITELY a biker bar. Everyone kind of turned and looked at me and I felt out of place. I got my order and left ASAP. I got the Chinese wings and fried rice. Both were - OK. The Chinese wings were neither sweet or spicy, kind of tasted like soy/hoisin sauce but BLAND. The fried rice was fresh but also tasted bland. Maybe I'll try the dry rub or Buffalo wings some time. I would probably never go sit here. Otherwise nothing overly impressive not really sure why they serve bar food and Asian I've never heard much of an explanation.

Jena L.

Yelp
I grew up in the area, my husband has a motorcycle and somehow I had never stopped in! Came in last weekend to grab wings and beer and enjoy the weather. I ordered an order of traditional Buffalo wings, a half order of carne asada fries, and the seasonal flavor wings. The flavors offered were lemon pepper or raspberry. I went with raspberry. The carne asada fries were great and the steak was cooked perfectly. If you're getting other food a half order could feed 2-3 people. The wings were perfectly cooked! Crispy on the outside and moist(not slimy!) on the inside. The Buffalo flavor was good but the raspberry wings were the best. A good mix of sweet and spicy, yum! Service was prompt and beers were cold! Definitely hope to make it back this summer!

Juergen M.

Yelp
used to be the best Asian wing place in denver until kitchen and owner changed ! I thought give it another chance since I went there a year ago and it was bad so I tried it yesterday and it got even worse !

The Golden S.

Yelp
Bad service the girls of April 14 I may not be the best looking person but there we're about 3 guys on the end of the bar they were talking about orgasm in front of children

Renee B.

Yelp
My fiancé is a born local and had been coming here for years. He had been trying to get me to come for months . I finally did and so glad too. We came in on a Saturday, a little latter in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. The place is small but don't let that discourage you. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They work really hard and it shows. This place is known for their wings, so we ordered wings and fries. Then my fiancé said he came with friend came and got fried rice and it was delicious. I was intrigued. First let say, my wings were crispy, juicy and delicious. They have seasonal flavors , mango habanero, honey hot just to remember a few. Even just plain with salt and pepper they are outstanding. I saw more and more people order the fried rice and wontons, so I had to also. I ordered the bbq pork fried rice and the mix wontons. It is cream cheese wontons and beef wontons with sweet sour and hot mustard sauce. Wow, wow, wow, who would have though. Both were out of this world. The sauces were homemade and the fried rice was perfect with bean spouts and onions. Yum. I for sure will be back.

Matt R.

Yelp
Dive bar with one of the most unique fusion menus I've ever seen, known for their wings! I have heard a lot about Piper Inn, especially their wings, and was excited to finally try them! Walking in feels like walking into any other dive bar. Pool table, neon lights, small intimate feel. The menu features a fusion of Chinese/Cantonese food and American Bar food. You can get a Burger or Egg Foo Young, Mozzarella sticks or Egg rolls, there is literally the best of both worlds here. The wings are what brought me in however, and it was worth it. Possibly the best fried wings I've had in the metro area! Their signature Chinese style is a nice blend of Chinese spices and oyster sauce, but their buffalo with their blue cheese is king If you're looking for some good bar food, Chinese food, or wings then stop by here!

Alisha Alexandra H.

Yelp
The Piper Inn is currently offering takeout and delivery! Dine-In options will pick back up once Covid-19 restrictions lift in Colorado. Wing, Wing, Wing!!!! "Hello?" "It's the Piper Inn calling with some of the best damn wings in Denver" #nom. The Piper Inn has been on the Denver food scene for 50 years and I was V excited to check out this historic Denver biker bar that has everyone buzzing about their chicken wings. You can find classic American bar food (wings are their specialty), Chinese options, and some Latin inspired dishes on Piper's menu. So, indecisive order-ers (like me) rejoice! Piper's got something for everyone on their menu - especially when it comes to the wing lovers out there. Keep in mind when dining here that it is a bike bar experience and a damn solid one at that! We started our lunch with the Carne Asada Fries which is a great starter to share. The Carne Asada Fries are crinkle fries topped with steak, beer cheese, and green onion. This huge plate of crinkle fries smothered in beer cheese was DEVOURED as soon as it hit the table. & let me tell you about that beer cheese readers - SO freaking good. & the steak was hot and tender. I will def be ordering these again when I return. Must order! Next up, Piper's famous wings! We went with the Chinese Style, Hot Style, and the Razz Attack Style. All of Piper's wings are freshly cooked and crisped - then wok-tossed with your choice of sauce/flavor. Piper makes all of their sauces in house and prides themselves on the quality that goes behind each of their wing flavors. Piper serves each order of their wings with celery and carrots with ranch or blue cheese dressing. The Chinese Style are Piper's most popular wings. These wings are really tasty and unique with Piper's signature house blend of Chinese spices and soy sauce. Must order! The Spicy wings had a great kick to them and I really liked their thick coating of sauce. My favorite wing of this meal was hands down the Razz Attack! Razz Attack is a new sauce on the Piper scene and it is crazy delicious. The Razz Attack wings come coated in a sweet and spicy raspberry glaze that had us happily licking our fingers. Must order! We then had an order of Shrimp Fried Rice. The Shrimp Fried rice is made with pan-fried rice with eggs, green onions and sprouts. Solid dish.

Mark C.

Yelp
Have been coming to the Piper for over 20 years, today's service was the worst I have experienced any where ever. I am sitting next to children at the bar of employees children, which bartenders priority was making sure they had drinks and plenty of cherries, even though I was sitting there first, even behind the bar washing glasses, Poor service, as though I didn't exist, after food was ordered, it was tossed in front of me, as was my check when finished, with a very apathetic have a nice day. Never have I received such indifferent service at the Piper, hope this is isolated incident and not the new norm.

Denise T.

Yelp
The fact that this place has only 3.5 stars, it should be 5. I absolutely love this place. Everything from the awesome staff to the fried rice is worth coming here. I have had almost everything on the menu and some must tries are the wonton sampler that comes with cheese wontons and beef wontons. Also the Chinese hot wings. if you like onions, you have to get these. I crave their chicken fried rice regularly. Some of the best fried rice I have ever had. If you haven't been, I HIGHLY recommend this fun restaurant.

Don M.

Yelp
Good food, especially the fried rice, prompt service. I'd highly recommend this Inn. I had a good time, great atmosphere.

Michele P.

Yelp
This place is a gem went here for the first time the food was great and the waitress was so nice and helpful can't wait to go back

Shane G.

Yelp
I have been eating and drinking at the Piper for 40 years. I haven't been in a few years. Unfortunately tonight was the last time I will be back. Beer is still good and cold so would come back for that. But let's talk about the food? But the wings are nothing like they used to be. They are salty and taste heavy of sriracha. The beef wontons were the only edible thing we ordered and we did order some of the street tacos. They were tasteless and that's not easy to do for pastor. If you had the wings 20 years ago you would know what your missing today. Basically just threw 60 dollars in the trash. It's a shame for sure to have the best (Asian) wings in Denver to the worst. It's a damn shame in my books!

Steve K.

Yelp
This biker bar is reminiscent of many that I frequented while riding for many years, and which I unfortunately had to curtail due to injurys incurred, and the fact that I could not bring myself to ride a trike. I didn't order a beer immediately as soon as I sat down, and that had the server commenting to another about this rare occurrence. The chinese wings that I was jonesing for were undoubtedly the worst wings that I ever tried to eat! I don't know if the cook was having a bad F-in day but these amputated fowl protuberances were small, way overcooked, and tasted like half a box of salt was dumped on them. Totally inedible, and I have had the misfortune of eating some pretty disgusting grub in some third world countries, but the wings served at the P I take the cake. You couldn't eat that batch of wings even you you were three sheets to the wind... I wouldn't serve those wings to my worst enemy...yeh, I would

Tammy M.

Yelp
I'm not sure or how to give this review, but hear it goes... I've had many year's of awesome times, the most legendary wings in Denver, and the best shrimp fried rice ever... I built year's of amazing memories at the Old Piper Inn with many great friends. I now live way out in Lakewood, but was missing the taste of the amazing mild asian wings with the little cooked onions & my usual fried rice, so I went with a friend that missed the food as well. We finally was able to get a server after waiting for twenty minutes, without even a hello from anyone working, so my friend got up and walked to the bar, and flagged down someone. I do understand after Covid that getting good help is a constant battle...but that that wasn't the worst problem! We finally ordered or wings, drinks, and shrimp fried rice. It took a long time to get any service, and server didn't even check on us or get us another drink... despite it taking the kitchen so long to prepare our food. When the food finally came, and wow... what a disappointment... it was... The wings had a dark-red sauce, (wasn't asian tasting at all) and uncooked onions and extremely hot...so hot I could hardly eat them, but I tried. I sent them back and we also told a nice, young man who helped us out... how amazing the wings & fried rice use to be... In year's past! We also told him that the shrimp fried rice was horrible as well... They had just a few canned shrimp thrown on the side, not even cooked in the rice. My friend & I asked the server what in the world happened with the kitchen staff & the great food?? He said that the original owner retired, and he said also stated that his family had no desire to run the kitchen, so a different person took over the kitchen, I only wished they hadn't changed the mild asian wings & sauce recipe & cheapen the ingredients in shrimp fried rice. I even look a video of the blue cheese dressing & ranch and it was runny, just like a glass of milk. If your a customer from the old days... You will be disappointed in the food. If you just want a cold draft beer, the glasses are still chilled & the beer is really cold & refreshing... But I don't recommend the mild Asian wings or shrimp fried rice any longer... If you like the other types of wings that they served, they looked ok... (but no guarantees) just don't expect the food to be prepared the same way, as they use to be, though... the restaurant still looks the same... It's definitely not! If your a new customer to the #PiperInn ... and you weren't spoiled by the original cooks & kitchen staff and then you might be ok to eat there...

Yelp
A few months ago we were running errands around town and a random conversation with a stranger led to a recommendation to try this place out. They are apparently known for great wings, I think the guy used the term "award winning wings". At first glance the menu is a little confusing and intimating. From Chinese food to pizza to wings - they seem to have it all. We decided on 15 wings Buffalo style and carne asada fries and I have been thinking about it ever since! Great bang for your bucks as far as pricing and everything tasted absolutely delicious. The fries were probably my favorite I pretty sure I could eat that every day. Also please note this review is for a take out order. I did not eat at the location so I don't have a review for the physical location just their amazingly delicious food !

Natalia S.

Yelp
LOVE this place. Wish we still had more places like this left in Denver, but they're become few and far in-between. I suppose you could call this a biker bar, but it's more of a local dive bar -- in the best sense of the word. It's been around for 50+ years, is owned by the third generation of the same family, is not pretentious and serves up great pints, has a great casual atmosphere -- but surprisingly for a local dive bar, also has delish food. Personally I love the Chinese wings. They're sticky and spicy and delicious -- but if you're not a fan of Cantonese/Chinese food, they may not be your favorite. There's something almost fish sauc-y about them -- which I love, but if you're a fan of traditional American food, get the buffalo. You can't go wrong with buffalo. I also loooove the egg rolls here (with shrimp and ham and veggies). I ate so many of these when I was here, and I never order egg rolls! As for beer, I always recommend for anyone to try the Pretzel Assassin, which I'm happy they have. Made by Denver Beer Co -- it's my go-to Colorado beer year-round. Think malty amber similar to an Alaskan, but better.

Yelp
The Piper Inn is my favorite bar. EVER. Not only is it an incredible atmosphere and staff, I met my amazing and beautiful wife, here! The first time I walked in I felt like it was a home away from home. They have a billboard that says "Denver's best wings," and truer words have never been spoken. You walk in and there are the same ten regulars at the bar, and 5+ Harley Davidson motorcycles outside. It's a vibe. My wife and I moved away from Aurora to Westminster over a year ago and decided to come back south for a trip down memory lane. Needless to say, it did not disappoint! We came back for the wings and these ones are probably the best we've ever had here (or maybe anywhere?). I order the medium Buffalo wings (they are more flavorful than the hot Buffalo wings) and my wife gets the dry rub wings. She seriously can't find any better dry rub in Denver, anywhere. The crinkle fries are delightful and crispy. I decided to add the cream cheese crab wontons, because they actually have an amazing Asian food menu, too! Omagosh, it was soooo good! Can't finish up without mentioning that their drinks are reasonably priced and strong. Shots are HUGE. If you want a great open to close bar, The Piper Inn is your place. Matt's spirit and legacy will always live on here (iykyk). God bless The Piper Inn!

Yelp
Do NOT sleep on this place. Holy cow, we went for lunch and were debating about going back for dinner the same day. The service was fantastic, both ladies taking care of us were friendly and efficient. They checked in on us at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal and drinks. We got the buffalo and Chinese style wings, along with the egg rolls, wonton sampler, and wonton soup to go. The wings were the right amount of crispness and sauces were phenomenal. The egg rolls were divine, the filling was SO good and they were crisped to perfection. The soup was out of this world delicious. I've been thinking about going back since we left, we can't get there soon enough.

Yelp
bar. I love that the bartenders know the regulars by name. I love the diversity of their menu. (when they say hot mustard, they mean it ). It's a great place to relax and if you want to play pool great if not, just hang out at the bar.

Yelp
Man these Carne Asada fries are bomb! I was a little hesitant when I saw they used beer cheese as the cheese because generally I'm not the biggest fan of that but absolutely do not let that deter you! This is probably the best beer cheese you'll ever find; it doesn't have that weird texture a lot of them has and packs in the flavor! DELICIOUS! Also their wings are delicious! The Chinese wings have such a nice flavor and the bonus onions in there! So freaking good! The egg rolls and wontons are also bomb and their spicy mustard is great! I cannot wait to come in and try more things now that I've gotten a great little introduction to the menu! Also the atmosphere was nice and casual / welcoming! Totally will be coming back for more beers and great food!

Yelp
Piper has been a Denver institution for so many years that I can't remember. It's a place to go for wings. It's the place to go for a beer on a warm day to sit on the patio. Biker bar sets the pace, brusk female servers won't take any **** from the customers and we respect them. The kitchen serves Chinese wings that are out of this world and strange enough chicken or shrimp egg foo yung with gravy. I try to go now in the off hours since I'm past my prime and it's more quiet. But you'll see a lot of seniors here that have been going there for 30 years.

Yelp
GREAT wings. I got my wing on. Definitely scratched the itch I had for some CHICKEN WANGS. Their bleu cheese dip is disappointing but their wings can stand without any sauce any way. Happy hour beers and some awesome CHICKEN WANGS were an awesome end to a work day. Get yourself some wangs. TREAT YO SELF.
