Great little spot in downtown Annapolis. Burgers are great and affordable. It's the extras that add up, though, so be cognizant of that. Service with a smile and a prompt turnaround. Not exactly a dine-in location as it's kinda small, but the music is lively. Will definitely hit up that place again when in the area.

After many years of passing by Pips and hearing they have the best cheesesteak in the area, my husband and our son checked out Pips on a Saturday. They both got the hot dogs and said they were delicious and the service was even better. As a cheesesteak fanatic myself, we all went back the next day but this time for cheesesteaks and my son wanted the Chicago dog again (toddler approved, which in my book is one of the toughest critics). As soon as we walked in the super lovely lady taking orders (totally missed her name unfortunately) remembered my son and went above and beyond with this very sweet drawing. Food was delicious. We will be back!

Chili dogs are basically my favorite food group. I’ve had chili dogs literally coast to coast. From Oregon to NYC and everything in between. I finally found the best one in America! The coney dog here is unbelievable. The staff was really friendly also. I couldn’t recommend this place more. My only hope is that one of my kids ends up in the Naval Academy so I have an excuse to come back and eat again.

I just love this little shop. It’s only open a few hours a day so be sure to arrive in that window. I always get the dock street. NEVER disappoints. Jodi’s guys. I put all my friends on to pips. They love it too

Pip's is my all-time favorite lunch spot in Annapolis. I have been going there for years now, and I have never been disappointed. When you come to Annapolis, this is a must-stop place for a quick bite to eat.

Unfortunately I did not take any photos of the food I got from Pip’s but it was nothing less of amazing! We ordered the old bay fries which were amazing and so much flavor! We ordered a Coney Island which is there number one seller, we came back for seconds!! It was so good! We ordered their classic cheese steak as well as their Pip’s Burger! The cheese steak was delicious and the burger was very flavorful and juicy!

Would really like to give a better review because the food is actually very good, but the food preparers DO NOT wear gloves at all when handling the food. From the time they put the food on grill to when they pick it up, the only time they aren’t handling the food with bare hands is when they use foil to put bread in it just before placing the meat from grill into bun. It’s very unsanitary and does not make me want to go back despite how good the dogs and sandwiches are. Please do better in the future.

Classic Burger, Dogs and cheesteak. Wife. Son and I waited 20 two days in a row to get rewarded with unbelievable simple food that will leave you coming back for more. Also chilli is crazy good.
