19 Beaverton Restaurants Making the Portland Suburb a Dining Destination

"At this Broadway Street mini doughnut emporium, the bite-sized treats are fried-to-order before getting dusted with sparkly cinnamon sugar, drizzled with Nutella, or dolloped with seasonal toppings like banana custard, mango ghost pepper jam, or brandied apple butter. Mix and match flavors and wash the doughnuts down with a cup of the shop’s house-made chai, made in small batches in flavors like Heart of Gold (toasted coconut, turmeric, sencha, assam) or the caffeine-free Emmylou (lavender, chamomile, chrysanthemum, fennel)." - Krista Garcia, Janey Wong

Google
Super friendly staff. This was my first time trying this location and while there was people in line, the line moved quickly. It is street parking near the shop so you may have to park a ways away but there are sidewalks that are easy to navigate to get there. It is very clean and cute inside and there is plenty of seating. I ordered a few of the flavors to try and they were all delicious.

Google
Excellent donuts. They are the smaller, European style, donuts. Prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The only real drawback is that they limit you to 4 dozen (which is understandable) but if you are buying for a large group you will need to bring others with you to increase the amount you can purchase. They make a nice Chai also, and offer a variety of 'milks' catering to desire/allergies.

Google
Pips is our absolute favorite spot for donuts! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food offerings are delicious. I love a mix of the Heart of Gold and Smokey Robinson chai teas together and while all the donuts are delicious, my favorites are the classic with honey and sea salt 😍. Cannot recommend this place enough and I love that I can get them in the burbs now!

Google
Longtime fan of Pip's Original on the east side, I was *thrilled* when they opened a spot closer to me. These are still the best donuts I have ever had, and pairing them with the Smokey Robinson chai makes for a delightful morning. I like to spend time looking at the cool tile work that runs throughout the place. This is my spot for lesson planning, my celebration after a hard week, my "let's go do something fun" place. The vibe is so welcoming and cozy, the staff friendly, and the food AWESOME. Thank you for bringing Pip's to the west side!

Google
Finally a second location!! Made to order, hot, and fresh donuts with simple but delicious toppings. Great assortment of chai tea and coffee to complement. More spacious and better seating than the Portland location as well. If only they extended their hours…. (Please!!)

Google
Yummy mini bite sized donuts with unique flavors like blueberry rose and warm honey. You can order them individually with 4 being the minimum. The Heart of Gold chai was perfect! You order at the counter and then grab a seat.

Google
The place has finally opened on the westside. This place makes some wonderful mini donuts that are the perfect snack size. It's best to consume them while fresh and hot. The service is pretty good for how busy they get. There's plenty of seats inside to enjoy the donuts and a beverage.

Google
Such a nice feel to this Cafe. It's huge but you can't tell because it's perfectly designed into cozy little areas. The tiny little donuts are adorable and delicious 😋. The coffee is very good and only $2.50 for a large! Thank you for the free dozen on my birthday 🎂 🥳

Yelp
Service: the owner is the kindest human. So genuine and talks to each customer. He's hilarious and kind! Ambiance: so quaint. Retro colors & tiles. Lots of natural light. Spacious. Plants. Food: very good. 5-10 min to get food. Top 3 DONUTS 1. Honey + Sea Salt: so flavorful. Local honey. Perfect salt & sweet combo. 2. Granny Smith apple (seasonal): perfectly tart and sweet. Highly recommend coming in to try 3. Candied bacon & maple: Smokey, salty & sweet! Yummy The donuts are fresh and delicious. I prefer yeast but fresh cake donuts were moist and perfectly cooked & perfect size. Top 3 Chai: 1. Emmylou: a mild fruit loop meets a field of flowers. Bomb shell of flavor. So freaking good. Best chai I've ever had. 2. Heart of Gold: coconuty & a hint of sweetness. Very delicious. 3. Thai tea: mild sweetness with mild Thai tea flavor. Highly recommend. Best drink of all: caramel apple cider. A hint of sour and sweet. So balanced. Creamy caramel foam. To die for. Well done Pips

Yelp
Why should Portland have all the fun ? Well Now that Pips is opened at Beaverton , I really hope that the lines at the other location reduce and more people this side of town can get to experience them. We came in middle of a weekday and still found a small line. It wasn't long before our number came though. Apart from the donuts I also love the beverages they have and that's what actually brought me here. Fine ass donuts and awesome hot drink- what else can a girl ask for? This location is bigger much more spacious and has plenty of seating. The aesthetics are also more cheery and colorful and I liked the overall vibe . The staff was kind and sweet .

Yelp
Who doesn't like fresh hot donuts? It's such a fun tasty treat and the chai is delish. You can order a chai flight or a cold chai. If it's your birthday mention that when ordering and show your id for a free birthday dozen. (Must be on your actual day)
google avatar

Megan Y.

Yelp
It's so nice having a Pips on the west side! These little donuts are so delicious and I love trying the different flavors. This location is big and spacious with ample seating to enjoy your coffee and donuts. The most amazing thing about Pips is that you can get a whole dozen donuts on your birthday! Just make sure you read the rules... the main one being that this offer is ONLY valid on your actual birthday, no exceptions!
google avatar

Yelp
Arrived early and there was already a lineup out the door. Love the atmosphere with lots of seating and fun decor. Service was very friendly with easy to read menus. Came for my free birthday donuts but I would have gladly paid for these. So many good choices that I couldn't pick a favourite. Highly recommend to have with a coffee or tea.

Yelp
So happy they opened a location closer that is in Beaverton! Parking is on the street but get here early on the weekends because the line gets long fast. Thank you for updating the hours to accommodate customer needs it's much appreciated and as always very grateful for the free birthday dozen! These pictures are from two different visits since the seasonal flavor is different from the menu board from my first visit. But I highly recommend the chai flight (hot or cold) and they don't charge extra for alternative milk! They have their system down from ordering to dining in or to go separations, there are seating by the window in the open space or a more private alcove area in the back great for kids and groups. I know my toddler loved the little marshmallows in her kids chocolate. The workers are so friendly and nice and sometimes they throw in a free donut or two which is such a nice surprise. If you have people visiting I would recommend taking them here, have a sweet treat, and support this amazing local business!

Yelp
Super cute local spot, donuts are super cute and tiny, and tasty! For your birthday you get a free dozen, with ID, super generous and thoughtful idea. Tried multiple flavors, very tasty. Easy to share with friends. Service was super friendly and quick!

Yelp
I've heard of Pip's from enticing posts on social media... and they worked on me. I love both chai and donuts, so a place that specializes in both sounded exciting. Not being from Portland, I had to wait for a visit to make it here. Well, I finally made it! Luckily, I got there about 30 minutes before closing time (which was 4pm). Even with my arrival late in the day, the person taking my order was so kind and we had a nice little chat. The atmosphere is so cute. It's spacious, quite pink, and well lit with the big windows along the walls that you can sit at. I ordered the sticky rice pu'er iced tea because I have never seen that on a menu before and I love unique tea drinks. My husband got the cold brew. Both drinks were nice... not as stand out memorable as I hoped, but worth trying. I think I would've loved the tea if it was a bit stronger. Our order of donuts were raw honey & sea salt, and coconut custard (seasonal). Both were delicious! Later in our trip, we went to the other Pip's location on Fremont, and it just didn't have as nice of an atmosphere- but the things we ordered were still delicious: candied bacon maple (so good), the Reggie Lee, and had to get the raw honey & sea salt again since it was so simple but so good from last time. Also got the Salted Caramel Cold Brew (sweet but amazing), the Heart of Gold chai (nice coconut flavor), and King and I chai. Prices seem to have gone up since I checked their online menu before going, but this is still worth a visit whenever I'm back in Portland!

Yelp
I love the donuts here, and the fact that they're so small and bite size! I don't like too much on my donut so my favorite is the honey one, but it pairs really well with the chai! I really like the Japanese garden as it also mixes the chai with green tea
google avatar

Shanti Kiran N.

Yelp
Most unique donut shop I've been to! Really perfect delicious warm donut bites with unique flavors. We got the Reggie Lee, the coconut custard (their seasonal flavor), Nutella and sea salt and the honey and sea salt. They were nice enough to split a chai without charging extra! The chai (Ginger Rogers) was amazing too - we got it with oat milk and I really liked it! Best oat milk chai ever - being Indian, I've found it extremely hard to pull off oat milk chai myself so kudos to chai maker at Pip's. Love the feel of this place too - lots of pretty corners to grab a table at! For a small-ish area it makes really good use of space! I think Pips easily defeats the famous donut shops of Portland just by taste of donut alone. Not too sweet, perfect balance of flavors and oh my god, the warmth!
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
I love love Pip's...ever since the days years ago you had to stand outside the Portland location for an hour...and there was only one small area, two tiny tables..so you ate your delicious bites of joy standing up or got to go and ate in your car... Introducing the huge Beaverton location! Then now we have seating! Kind staff, the best donuts and Chai! Thank you for coming to Beaverton!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious fresh donuts made to order and great service. I'm so happy that Pips has a location in Beaverton now. Their donuts come out fresh and warm. The flavors are so good too! My personal favorites are the candied maple bacon and the reggie lee. There's a decent amount of seating inside too so it's nice to be able to eat the donuts while they're still warm. You also can't go wrong with getting a box to go.

Yelp
Friday 9/22/23 This spot specializes in mini donuts with various flavors (around 6 different flavors daily). The concept and various selections are unique and creative. I got a 12 ct assorted mini donuts for $12.95 and got 2 for each of the 6 available flavors for that day. The flavors were all solid but the honey flavor and the Nutella drizzle flavor were my favorites. The prices are definitely overpriced, 1 mini donut for approximately more than 1$ is crazy. The experience was okay but I can't really see myself coming back specifically due to the high prices but I would definitely recommend others to come and try it so they can get their own opinion on it.

Yelp
I've been to the Portland location two years ago. The chai left a better impression than the popular doughnuts. I recently learned there was a newer Beaverton location, and I assumed it wouldn't be as busy. I was right. There was only one person in line on a weekday afternoon. I ordered a Heart of Gold (5 stars), and it was good as I remembered. Since they offer various chai combinations, I was attracted to this one because it included coconut, turmeric, cardamom, and ginger. It was perfect to warm me up on a cold autumn day. My husband got the Smokey Robinson, which is the same one he got last time. I'm glad he suggested that we get the large size because we enjoyed every sip. I loved the doughnuts so much more this time around that I devoured four of the made to order donuts. They were hot so I recommend waiting a little bit before diving in. I got the Candied Bacon & Maple (5 stars), Raw Honey & Sea Salt (5 stars), Cinnamon Sugar (4 stars), and The Reggie Lee (3 stars). The service (5 stars) was excellent. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and friendly. I ordered a six pack of donuts. When I opened the box, it included an extra one, which was a lovely surprise. Pip's is an awesome spot for doughnuts and chai.

Yelp
So excited to try out Pip's second location. It's a lot more spacious and didn't even have a line but it was the middle of the week. The staff was so friendly and as always the donuts came out hot and delicious! We ordered the cinnamon sugar, Nutella sea salt, honey sea salt, Reggie lee, candied bacon and maple, seasonal apple butter, rocky road (Nutella and mini marshmallows), and pb&J (peanut butter and seasonal spread)! Still on the hunt for more secret menu flavors. Can't wait until my next visit to pips!
google avatar

Kathee C.

Yelp
I was visiting and my sister brought me to Pips because she knows I love chai AND donuts. The person helping us was so friendly and helped me decide which chai I should get (it felt like an impossible decision because honestly I wanted them all). I ended up getting the classic the King and I and it was delicious. The donuts were yummy too of course. If I lived locally this would definitely become a regular spot for me!
google avatar

Yelp
My favorite doughnut shop has made its way to this side of the river! Pip's seasonal this day was Branford Apple Cider- which rotates and can be found on their instagram. Tried their holiday drink special- eggnog chai (slightly strong on the eggnog, but also coming from someone who isn't sure where they stand on it yet) The staff at Pips are always great and don't rush you, even when there's a line out the door. Makes you feel like a real person, not just a consumer. Came the Friday before Christmas with some visiting friends and seemed like everyone did the same! (I love showing off their doughnuts to people who visit) Such a cute pink theme throughout this shop, and has lots of seating and natural light!
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
Donuts come fresh and hot so it's impossible not to enjoy. We ordered a dozen and wanted to bring some home for our kids but it was hard to save some for them. You are able to mix and match whatever you'd like for your dozen box and we enjoyed the seasonal flavor which included peach, candied bacon and maple, and the reggie lee (cinnamon sugar, nutella, and honey). Our girls loved the raw honey and sea salt. Also, if you come here on your actual birthday, you can take home a dozen free donuts! Can't wait to take advantage of this! The Emmylou chai (no caffeine) was also enjoyable to drink along with the donuts.
google avatar

Jolie C.V. H.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We showed up minutes before closing, and they were still so happy to serve us. Love there adorable bite-sized donuts that are made to order. They stood by their birthday bonus as well, so don't forget to treat yourself on your special day! The shop seemed quite large and had ample space to sit and enjoy your goodies. It had a very comforting retro yet nature vibe that I cannot seem to describe. Wish I had more time to sit and enjoy the space since it was closing time. We're definitely returning to enjoy the chai flight!
google avatar

Austin N.

Yelp
I finally got the opportunity to try Pips at Beaverton and I was not disappointed! This location felt a lot roomier and the lines were a lot shorter compared to the Portland location, even on a weekend! Service was still friendly and the doughnuts came out fresh and hot! I love the texture of their doughnuts and the flavors have the perfect amount of sweetness to bring a smile to my face. The doughnuts are perfectly paired with their drinks or chai selection as well.
google avatar

Jenny P.

Yelp
My family loves Pips in Beaverton! We enjoyed our donuts inside and I just loved the ambience in there - a lot of natural light coming in and the tile design inside is amazing! Staff were friendly also!
google avatar

Yuli L.

Yelp
We like Pip's, like, a lot. We liked it so much that we purchased their merchandise and gift cards during the pandemic, just to make sure they stayed in business. So when we found out that Pips opened a new location in Beaverton, we were just thrilled! The donuts and drinks are as good as the other location, and the new space looked very cute and dreamy with pastel tile artwork. BTW, there is a tile mural of a birthday cake which is just adorable for any photo op. I also like the spacious seating area at this location, and it's not as crowded as the original Portland location. So i can enjoy my mini donuts and drinks in complete zen without worrying if other people anre eyeing my seat. Overall, Pip's is great and I will be the regular at the Beaverton location from now on.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
So good and staff is always so kind and the owners recommend day old doughnuts for bread pudding. I normally get the chai and I go for Ginger Rodgers. I can't wait for chai flights to come to this location. Today I was working on my laptop and chitchatting with staff. They had good tunes on so it was a nice place to chill and have a cake doughnut. I wasn't daring enough to do the Mango habanero flavor but when they released just mango I was on it and enjoyed it.
google avatar

Kristi P.

Yelp
I'm so excited Pip's opened a location in Beaverton! We stopped in on my birthday, for a free dozen and some of their chai. You must go on your actual birthday now, which is fine--it's a generous gift! This new location is spacious and has a bit of seating. There was plentiful street parking and not a long line on a weekday morning. You order at the counter, and they call your name when your order is ready. Donuts are made to order, and oat and almond milk are no additional charge. I usually get the King and I, which is a chai made with Thai tea. The chai is served in a mug if you dine in, and they have metal cups for self-serve water. Service was very friendly! It's just a nice, fun atmosphere, and what beats fresh mini donuts and a mug of warm chai? Welcome to Beaverton, Pip's!
google avatar

Soni B.

Yelp
I am so happy this place opened in Beaverton. The donuts are 10/10! They are so warm and i did not try one i didn't like. The coffee is also so good and they have milk alternatives. The inside is also adorable. They have a neon sign, fun tile and the staff is also great. I went on the weekend and it does get pretty busy wo be prepared to wait.
google avatar

Patti K.

Yelp
I was a regular at the NE location when we lived across the river, and always took visitors as well for the incredible hot fresh mini donuts. I actually took my birthday (Monday) off work to come to the new Pips location, and of course, to get my free dozen donuts. It's a perk that I'm happy Pips continues. I ordered my free dozen (only good ON your birthday, and they check so don't be a dick and lie about it and ruin it for the rest of us), chai and then a t-shirt, because I really REALLY want to support this location and Nate's business model. The donuts are what you expect, if you had the pleasure of going to the east side location: hot, fresh, tasty flavors that just work, and of course homemade chai (with a non-dairy milk as an option!) Thank you Pips - I'm so happy I don't have to cross the river now that we live on the west side!
google avatar

Tannu S.

Yelp
I loved their donuts before I even visited them. A friend got me the donuts and I searched every damn donut place online to match the donuts size I had until I found them. The original location was too far for me to visit until they opened one in Beaverton. Many times I have had a to go from this place until recently I had an opportunity to visit them with my daughter. I initially thought we will only be able to eat two donuts and to my surprise we finished all. The size is perfect and flavors are unique. The quality is donuts is definitely better than the ones we get at a grocery store. Also, the warm donuts add a special touch to those extra calories. Be ready to wait in the queue and you wouldn't be disappointed. The ambiance is casual. You place an order and find a seat and wait for your order to arrive. The music played is catchy and fun too. Right people, with right taste serving right flavors!! We tried their seasonal and Nutella sea-salt.
google avatar

Patrick D.

Yelp
Stopping by when we did was perfect. It was chilly and kinda looked like it might rain. The place we wanted to go for brunch wasn't quite open yet. So we ducked into Pip's for a sweet treat. Service was fast, and our doughnuts were prepped to order. There's nothing short of spectacular here. The ambiance was nice, and the smell of fresh doughnuts wafting through the dining area was just fantastic. They have 5 varieties to choose from, plus one seasonal flavor. So, of course, we ordered 2 of each. To wash it all down, we shared a Ginger Rogers chai.
google avatar

Katherine P.

Yelp
Visiting Portland, Pips was on my must do list. We visited the other location pre-Covid on a trip to Portland so definitely planned on coming back. Location is much larger, with lots of seating. Staff was super friendly. Even though they weren't that busy, the donuts were not served hot like I remembered from my previous trip. But the flavors were still delicious. If it's your birthday you get a free dozen!
google avatar

Hayley H.

Yelp
I enjoyed the donuts and a Chai here on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The seasonal passion fruit flavor was delicious! They had 5 different types of Chai and you could try them all in a flight.
google avatar

Miki M.

Yelp
A very welcomed addition to the Beaverton area! Pips is a beloved staple in Portland and I've always wondered why they never expanded until now. So glad they decided to open on the West side. Upon entering, I immediately notice that it's most spacious than the original location. The decor is much different too, with the funky warm tones and the mix of industrial elements with wood. It gives this spot an eclectic edge and distinction from the original Pips. Also the menu features a few new drinks I haven't seen at the other spot like the Salted Caramel Cold Brew and Iced Sticky Rice Milk Tea. We ordered a couple dozen doughnuts, with varying quantities of the following flavors: Nutella and Sea Salt, The Reggie Lee, The Tropical Reggie (secret menu), and the seasonal Blueberry Rose. Of course a set of doughnuts cannot be complete without some chai, our favorites being the Emmy Lou and Heart of Gold. The quality of the doughnuts and drinks are just as great as the original, which is awesome. Will be frequenting this spot now!
google avatar

Yelp
YUMMY. Can't get enough of pips! Love how they're cooked to order so they're always deliciously hot when you get them and consequently melt in your mouth. The coconut custard was so good! It was flavorful and airy and also chilled so it paired well with the hot donut. Mom gets the bacon ones every time, she loves em. We tried their squirrel bar for the first time and it was actually really good and I'd get it again. The base was similar to a shortbread cookie with a middle layer of caramel but not as sweet and then all the goodies on top. It was amazing. Pips keeps it simple but it works. The woman who took our order was friendly and because there was no line we got them in our hands in just a minute or two. 10/10
google avatar

Bennette I.

Yelp
Pip's never disappoints! We were celebrating our girls 14th birthday and took advantage of the complimentary birthday dozen. We ordered 2 of each flavor, chai and apple juice. Every doughnut came crispy and hot and deliciously tasteful. Our favorite - the Reggie Lee. Each has its own distinct flavor profile and are all 100/10! Pip's is just the best! And the tile work and decor are amazing!
google avatar

Lydia T.

Yelp
This cute place is a must visit. The ambiance and decor is so inviting. I decided to take my daughter her for her birthday morning surprise. Pips give you a dozen donuts on the day of your birthday. My daughter has been we been here and ordered all the flavors for her dozen so she could try them. All were a hit. She especially loved the pina colada (seasonal). We order Apple cider and a few of their chai teas. This would be a perfect place to bring family, kids, or even meet a friend for a coffee. They have plenty of seating if you wanted to work out of here too. All the staff was nice and the donuts were sooooo good.
google avatar

Alyssa J.

Yelp
Woohooo pips in the burbs! This place is always packed with people queuing up for crispy mini donuts and out of this world chai lattes. We have only ever gotten to go, but this is a hot spot for families and hipsters alike. Their most popular flavor is probably nutella, but I am a cinnamon sugar purist. They usually have a rotating seasonal flavor, and the last time it was passionfruit jam- swoon! Order at the counter is pretty quick and friendly, and after a quick wait they will call your name out. We always make it a point to stop here!
google avatar

Gina S.

Yelp
This is a great place to come and catch up with a friend over chai and some donuts. My favorites are the King and I chai and the candied bacon maple. They also have really great rotating seasonal flavors for the donuts. Pips is also locally owned and I love how supportive they are of the community and other small businesses.

Yelp
Before trying Pips, I wasn't a fan of cake donuts or salted sweets. Now I'm a convert to their soft, fluffy dough, lightly crisp exterior, and delicious flavors! Not too sweet or heavy, and tasty both fresh/warm and cooled. I expected to like cinnamon sugar the most, and was pleasantly surprised to prefer the maple bacon and reggie lee! Their dozen free birthday donuts is a generous offer - I ate WAY too many in one go! The employees are friendly and the interior is bright, clean, and pleasant. Parking was a pain, but that's just the cramped area. As far as drinks go, my friend enjoyed the chai but wasn't blown away. The hot chocolate I tried was strongly reminiscent of packaged cocoa, womp womp. (Will have to try their cold brew on a hot day, this visit was rainy!) In any case, five stars for the donuts! And to each their own for the rest.
google avatar

Noora M.

Yelp
It was soooo good and very affordable. The service was nice and fast. I love the inside.
google avatar

Bernadette H.

Yelp
Checked out the new location for Pips. The line wasn't long and the staff were super nice. The decoration and the aesthetic were super cute. Love the color scheme! Maybe it's placebo of knowing this is a second location or maybe it's cause I didn't have to wait as long (so less anticipation?? lol), but it just didn't hit the same as the original location. The donuts were still very delicious though, will definitely come by and try again to double check ;)
google avatar

Lavender C.

Yelp
I rated 4 stars because of the parking is very very limited! I like the decor and pink tiles. The donuts are scrumptious n delicious! Never come on the weekend or there will be a long line. We came on a Thursday morning, there was no line and no wait. When we sat down for a few minutes our order was ready. Then there was a line when we were eating our donuts. Also we ordered 4 each my my mom I, so 8 total. They gave us 2 donuts added for free which was nice. We got a great parking spot right by the door! I got the non caffeinated drink which was the Emmylou drink and it tasted fantastic.

Yelp
Cuuuute! Love the vibe of this place. Never been to the original location, so can't compare. The have a large seating area where you can chill with chai and some donuts. Has a funky retro dinner feel, but with a lot more colorful decor. Service is friendly, everyone's very bubbly and accommodating. I'm glad that they offer the dozen mini donuts on your birthday! The donuts are hot and some have that crispy outer edges that give the donut a satisfying crunch. They have seasonal flavors so it's keeps the menu fresh. Appreciate places that do that!

Yelp
I always worry when my favorite spots open up a second+ location. Walking into Pips Beaverton for the first time, I knew all was well. First, the atmosphere. So warm, comfortable and beautiful. After a short line (expected- it's Pips), I ordered one of each donut. Why not? Plus a Ginger Rogers chai. The donuts were perfectly Pips. Do I have a favorite? No. All of the donuts melted into my mouth with equal enjoyment. The chai complemented each bite. After my visit I was on a sugar high for 2 days. Thank you Pips for staying so awesome.

Yelp
We have gone to pips in North Portland many times, but this is the first time going to the Beaverton location so glad it open because it's really close to us. The overall space is pretty spacious and definitely has a nice cool vibe to it with all the decorations, a very older style decor. We got the Reggie, cinnamon and honey, maple, bacon, and blueberry Rose, which was the seasonal flavor. We also got the milk, tea drink, and also the salted caramel cold brew. Maybe they just opened but I did take quite a while to get the food but they were decently busy so that's understandable. All the donuts were just as good as I remembered the maple bacon being my favorite with a nice candy bacon on top makes it really sweet for the bite. The blueberry Rose is full of flavor, but for me, the rose flavor of us overpowering, and I'm not much of a floral person. The service was super friendly, so that was cool, but the drinks were very bland both of them.

Yelp
So happy Pips opened a location in Beaverton since it was always a long drive to get to their original store coming from the west side. Love how big this location is and how nicely decorated the interior is. There's lots of indoor seating and just the cutest spot to enjoy chai and donuts! There was no wait around 9am on a Saturday morning but it filled up quickly and a long line eventually around 9:30am.

Yelp
I'm so excited to have Pip's on the west side! The original location is a real trek. Same tasty hot donuts made to order. I love their chai, the spices are perfectly balanced and it has just the right amount of sweetness. I really appreciate that there is no extra charge for alternative milks. The building is so nice and spacious, with warm sunny colors and plenty of seating; I like the reusable dishes when you eat in--I don't remember having that at the east side location.

Yelp
What a delightful surprise! I've heard of Pip's donuts but never ventured over to NE Portland to check them out but since their westside location in downtown Beaverton opened I had to go! When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the decor had very calming retro vibes. There was plenty of seating with variety of table sizes for any group. We stood in a short line and when it was our turn to order, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My daughter and I decided we need to each get one of every flavor (1. Cinnamon Sugar 2. Raw Honey & Sea Salt 3. Nutella & Sea Salt 4. Candied Bacon & Maple 5. Reggie Lee: Cinnamon Sugar, Nutella, & Honey 6. Seasonal: Marionberry Lavender) so an even dozen, plus drinks. I got the "King & I" (hot) chai and my daughter got the Iced Sticky Rice Milk Tea. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to go back!

Yelp
So I decided on my birthday to claim some freebies. This was the first on my list and it definitely made my birthday much better. Normally, I am not a fan of cake donuts, but these little warm, savory sweet nuggets of deliciousness was a great way to start out, the service at the counter was very genuine and polite in explaining the flavors. I got my free dozen and we ate most all of them there. They come off the little belt toasty warm and then they add the toppings to them. I would highly recommend this and we will definitely go back. Recommend going early as they do sell out and I can definitely see why.

Yelp
Love love the vibes in here. The person taking my order was so kind and made me feel more than welcome in the space. It was my birthday a few days prior, and as I got in line to order, I saw their birthday policy sign, stating that you can only get the free dozen ON your actual birthday now. I approached the front of line, hesitant to ask, and they explained that they have a grace period for this policy, and they'd be more than happy to get me my free dozen! I ordered the marionberry lemon, the Nutella sea salt, and the Nutella cinnamon sugar donuts. I also got the matcha. The donuts were hot out of the oven! And the matcha was tasty. While waiting for my order, I overheard another patron asking for a bag because he was about to walk a couple miles away. They offered him water as well. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Amazing!! Pips has been on my bucket list since I moved to the Beaverton area. Birthday dozen was an absolute treat. Seasonal, Reggie and Maple Bacon. I've never tried a maple bacon donut in any way, and let me tell you I am a fan! It was delicious! Reggie was such a great flavor also. Got the iced heart of gold chai, great flavor without too much spice. Will definitely be back!
