The candlelitFishtownspot, from the Ploughman Cider team, has a long bar and a few suede couches where you can lounge with friends and talk about “tannins” like you actually know what it means. We stopped into this cider bar and were blown away. The space is gorgeous, the vibe is warm, and the drink selection is absolutely incredible. Amy was amazing, she walked us through several of the ciders, explaining the differences and helping us find exactly what we’d love. You can tell she’s passionate and knows her stuff. The bar had an amazing atmosphere, but the real standout were the drinks themselves. This place genuinely expanded my expectations of what a cider can be. Every pour felt like something new. I cannot wait to come back. Easily my new favorite place.
