"Secreto Southern Kitchen & Bar is opening a second outpost later this spring. The new location will seat 86 inside and 50 on its patio, and will serve Southern comfort food such as fried chicken, grilled lemon basil jumbo shrimp, and seared pork belly with wild mushroom risotto." - Beth McKibben

Piraye Breakfast & Birthday Celebration Experience Yesterday, we had a fantastic breakfast at Piraye while also celebrating a friend’s birthday. The cozy atmosphere and beautifully presented dishes made the experience even more enjoyable. The waffle, topped with fresh fruits, chocolate, and ice cream, was both visually stunning and delicious. The traditional Turkish breakfast spread was rich in variety and full of flavor. The service was fast and friendly, and the tea was brewed to perfection. Piraye is highly recommended for those who love Turkish breakfast or want to celebrate a special occasion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

I don't usually do reviews but this restaurant definitely deserves one! 😌 I’ve visited Secreto twice, and both experiences have been exceptional! The food and drinks are consistently outstanding, with every dish showcasing top-notch quality. The crab soup was absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake stood out as my favourite dessert—simply exquisite. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager’s warm demeanor truly enhances the dining experience. Secreto is the perfect spot for anyone seeking a blend of high-quality dining and comforting flavors. The menu is diverse and delicious, and the ambiance is inviting and relaxed. I highly recommend this restaurant for an unforgettable culinary experience. 🥰

we were looking online for a place to try and a lot of reviews had recommended this place so we decided to check it out. its deemed as a Southern Kitchen and restaurant, but as someone from the South I missed the southern influences. we ordered the cornbread, the bang bang shrimp and the pecan and pear salad. the cornbread was supposed to come out first but everything came all at once. the cornbread tasted like it came from a mix, which is fine, but no additional seasonings nor spices were added. the pecan salad was average and the bang bang shrimp was better at the original location (if you know you know) lackluster food at mid prices resulted in a missed opportunity. only positive was Baran who was a great server

I’m rarely in this area and went specifically for the flat iron steak, which they were out of that day. They were also out of the wine I wanted and my second choice. So I was disappointed that nothing I wanted was available, but my fried chicken choice was fine. It was crispy on top and soggy on the bottom, but it happens. The flavor was good. I was not a big fan of the gravy, so I sort of scraped it off. My husband’s burger was delicious and his drink was fun (video). The service was great. I think this is probably a solid place, but I just happened to get the short end of the stick on everything that particular day.

Overall, this restaurant exceeded all expectations. The combination of outstanding service, a well-curated menu, and a romantic atmosphere made for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just a night out when you want to be treated to something exceptional!

Su, Brittany & Julia were AMAZING. My Steelers fan club SteelCiti had our annual holiday party here. The service was excellent. The staff was VERY attentive without being obtrusive. The food was delicious & plentiful!! The atmosphere was perfect. We had a separate room & were able to truly enjoy ourselves. We played games & did our White Elephant Gift Exchange without worry of being in anyone's way. THANK YOU Su & staff... we will definitely be back!!!

I recently visited Secreto, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! I ordered the wagyu burger, and it was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. The meat was incredibly tender, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was heavenly. To top it off, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. I even got to play Santa for a party next door, which added a fun and unexpected twist to this afternoon. Secreto isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for amazing food and a great vibe, this is the spot. Five stars all the way! Look my picture!!! Burger was so good it was gone in no time!!!

This used to be one of our favorite brunch spots. Something changed with staff in recent months, though- and that might include cooks. We usually order chicken biscuit, chicken and waffles, and deviled eggs. Normally it’s all really good, and the staff is always super attentive/professional. Today, however, it took an abnormally long time for our order to get put in (it wasn’t super busy today). All of our pieces of bacon were burnt, and there was still egg shell on our deviled eggs. The food overall was still fine, but not at the caliber it used to be. The even crazier thing to me, though, was how long it took to get a check - but then while the waiter was swiping my credit card, he took a personal phone call and left my card sitting in the register. I’ll probably give this place another chance or two, but if the experience repeats, we have no problems going to any of the other brunch spots in town. Lagarde, Flavor Rich, and Buttermilk Kitchen are all fantastic alternatives if you find yourself having trouble choosing another brunch spot.

Yelp
I picked Piraye for our couples dinner... 2 out of 8 of us liked our food- salmon and casserole. The lamb chops and kabobs were all over cooked. The chicken kabobs were blah and dry. Service was SLOW! Almost 2 hrs to get our food. Slow on water refills and drinks. Tables around us all seemed to have the same sort of service. Maybe just an off night... super disappointing bc we paid 200+!per couple & we used to LOVE our group dinners at Secreto. They did comp us a bottle of wine which was nice but I had to ask bc the waitress said, sorry this is taking so long. One waiter said it was his 3rd day and they hadn't trained the management yet. Which made us laugh! They did bring one of the guys a new order of lamb chops in a to go container at the end.. bc he asked for rare and they were beyond well done... the first time and then again in the to go box. Again- hopefully just an off night... the trio hummus app was great! If we go back- will stick with apps
